Positive experience: Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I completed the paperwork online so I didn't fully complete the paperwork in the office. Oops for the first time ever they all looked at the paperwork! Overall a very good experience and I will continue to be a customer.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a filling fall off. I called around and schedule an appointment with a dental office in the area. However, that office took 2.5 hrs only to took some x-rays and never did anything for me. And ask me to go back in two weeks for the filling that I urgently asked for. I was disappointed with that office and decide to call around to other office for help. I called several dental offices and they all ask me that they need re-take xray and not going to do the filling for me the same day. I was very frustrated till I call Creekwood Dental. After explained to them that I need urgent care for a filling. Creekwood Dental was kind enough to accept me as a new patient and help to do the filling the same day as promised. The doctor did good job for the filling. I had no issue at all so far. I really appreciate Creekwood urgently helped me with my filling. And I really don't understand the current dental field culture. Seem more and more dental office only want to make money not to care if the patients need help. Just for Creekwood took me in as a new patient and helped me get the job done the same day, I am giving them the 5 star!

Fantastic experience: It took me a while to find a good quality dentist when I moved down here to Florida. Creekwood dental fits the bill. They do not just do work for the sake of billing me, which I found with a lot of the Corporate dentistry down here. I can trust my dentist and I appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled quickly due to pain. I did not wait past my scheduled time. The dental assistant greeted me warmly and was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. Dr. Harrington was pleasant as always and I appreciated his explaining the situation and treatment options. He was thorough and it appeared to me that there was very good communication between him and his assistant. I had a difficult situation and he performed the procedure with care and continued to work until he was satisfied with the result. When I first became a patient it was because he was highly recommended and I now would highly recommend him.

Way back when they hand wrote notes from each customer and James Little DDS opened that building almost 20years ago.. alot has changed over the decades as it was sold to Heartland group and grew with all new technology. Antoinette has been my hygienist for solid 18 years now. She's is in my opinion the best at what she does! Even though the business James little started with I was 2 miles from home, this place is 11miles away and I never stop going to them! One of my best friends goes there as do all my referrals! Fantastic experience: Dr Phieffer and her assistant were thorough and explained my x-rays. They told me my options and possible other choices for correction. The were very professional. But, they do need new office pillows. The one I recwas worthless.

Fantastic experience: A very nice gentleman was the Dental Technician who cleaned my teeth. He took his time to be sure that each tooth was cleaned properly before he continued to use the polishing machine. After that he made sure of prices before moving on to any other treatment, and we agreed that the fluoride would benefit me more than the few dollars in my purse. Then we talked just pleasantries before he escorted me to the front desk for check out. This time Antoinette was the technician for cleaning my teeth. Absolutely painless and beautiful work!! I will continue going to Creekwood Dental as long as I live here

Fantastic experience: I have a start of periodontal and I have to go every 3-4 months but I’m so happy to have found this dentist as they explain everything they are doing and I feel they don’t treat me like a number, feels great to have people who care and don’t push you into anything! Very reasonable!! I would suggest this place to anyone! Well, again as above it has been a great experience and my Husband and I love going here, I started my Invisalign journey and so far it has been great, my teeth are straightening and has been a easy process, very happy with Creekwood and will continue going there! Negative experience: UPDATE: Unfortunately my review from a 2 years ago has changed. Now I feel that the doctors are overbooked and in a rush. When I went to see the same dentist I've been seeing for a few years, he didn't remember me or anything about my plans for treatment I also had a an emergency situation a year ago and no one was willing to see me as well as a crown placed that had to be fixed since it was uneven. While I like the majority of the hygienists and front staff, I am considering changing to a provider that values me as a patient and is focused and takes pride in his/her work. (post from 2 years ago) "Dr Harrington and his staff are the best. Dr. Harrington is so kind and down to earth and a wealth of information! The hygienists do an exceptional job with cleanings and are so gentle and thorough with their work. The front office staff are very busy but always greet you with a smile and get you and out quickly. Thanks to each of you!: Update: I feel the need to update my review a few years later."

Negative experience: This office was good, but I can’t say that now ❗ So let's start with absolute disrespect for customers. I waited a month for my appointment only to come in and find out that Dr. Herrington was very busy today and I needed to make another appointment in a month or two. And also my insurance and I somehow have to pay for this visit. Really?! ❗ Secondly, this office clearly discriminates against people whose first language is not English.  So the situation is this: if you don’t understand something, the doctor will not explain it to you normally, but he will ridicule you with his staff not so far from you ❗ And lastly, very important - check all payments that you make in this office so that you do not "accidentally" overpay I just saw a lot of similar reviews and it's terrible. Your clinic should help people, not discriminate or disadvantage them. ‼️And by the way, there is a question about the “fair” rating of Creekwood Dental on Google maps. Please note that about a thousand 5-star reviewers have only 5-6, or even 2 comments at all! It is not okay!

They are always say hello and great smiles. Everyone usually acknowledging that you have arrived and checking in. But my favorite part is sending my time with Antoinette, she is probably the reason I love Creekwood Dental the most. I have been to other dental offices in years past and none have compared to the friendliness, professionalism, accuracy of billing and quality of service that I get from Creekwood Dental.

Negative experience: My stepdaughter called in pain needing a tooth extraction. They didn't have any openings for a month so we called another dentist. While on the phone with the other dentist, creekwood called back stating they found another dentist they were affiliated with that could see her at 2:30 that day. Creekwood gave us the prices and we told them we would call them right back as we had to get prices from the other dentist and if need be, cancel that appointment. We did that and called Creekwood back immediately. When we got ahold of Creekwood they magically had no idea who my stepdaughter was even though they just spoke with her 3 times in 15 mins and even called her back with information. How is this possible? Do people just lie and make up stories or are they really that dense?? I guess it's just the norm today...no one has any customer skills today and no one seems to care about anyone except themselves. Also they stated they don't take notes for people who aren't patients but something must have been noted if someone called my daughter back..I have nothing to discuss with you. Discuss customer service with your staff

Fantastic experience: The appintment was for my 6 month check up. So cleaning and x-rays were done. I told my hygienist that i thought i had a loose crown. Once the cleaning was done the dentist came in and indeed the crown was loose. Once the cleaning was done i was immediately taken to another room where my crown was glued back on. I was in and out within 1 hr 20 min...which is very quick for everything that was done. The dentist and his staff are very courteous and caring.

Fantastic experience: Amy, my dental hygienist, was so kind and understanding with respect to my anxiety! She was very gentle and sorrow. I’ve been going to the dentist for 20 years; I cannot recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: I'll start by saying I am extremely uncomfortable going to any dentist. That said, I am beyond grateful to have met Dr Harrington and his team! I have only had exceptionally pleasant experiences with this team. I drive 30+ miles to see them passing 100 other dental offices on the way. Procedures at this office: Exam, X-rays, cleanings, root canals, crowns and extractions. They have done sedation on me and I honestly can't remember ever having this much faith and trust in a dentist. I was pretty "happy" when I left the office as the nitrous lingered but, I was truly happy later that night and the next day when I realized I had no discomfort and no more shooting nerve pain when I hit my bad tooth with my Sonicare or ate something sweet. Dr Harrington does not oversell services as many other dentists have tried to do. I was given plans from other dentists for veneers and other cosmetic services for $30K+ (that honestly, I'd never spend). Dr Harrington came up with a much more affordable and durable plan to minimize work and fix what I have. THANK YOU DR HARRINGTON! Your talent as a doctor, your wonderful attitude and your kind, professional team has me smiling (with teeth showing) for the first time in 20+ years! That feels really good. I am so grateful.

Negative experience: Worst experience I have EVER HAD.. I have been to this dental office for approximately 9 years. Unprofessional, passive aggressive and just downright unbelievable are only some words I would describe my experience. Shayna was my hygienist, I’m not sure if she’s new but right when I walk in I try to be as nice as I can and make small talk but she wasn’t having it which I mean yes it was towards the end of the day but still if your there to do your job then you do it with a smile on your face real or fake. She was digging into my gums and it hurt so bad to the point of tears and I feel like if you have a sharp object in someone’s mouth and they look physically uncomfortable I would stop to ask if their okay and also give them a minute but she kept going. I raised my hand for her to stop and it took her I would say 15 seconds to realize it was up then she sucked up the water that was in my mouth and said “are you straight?” I had trouble breathing and had my hand up and you’re gonna ask me in the most unprofessional way if I’m okay (I also had a piece of my gum hanging like it was food stuck in my teeth)? Then Dr. Harrington walked in said hello then asked her if my gums and teeth look good and she very bluntly said “no” and I felt after that no matter what I said he wasn’t going to believe. Now I’m not the perfect flosser or brusher but I would still say there are people worse. He didn’t spend a full 3 minutes with me, side note I have an abnormal tongue, always have since I was a baby. He sees the markings on my tongue and basically said it was from me not brushing or flossing but when in reality it was just my tongue and I obviously have no say on how it was created. After that everything was a blur and the last thing he said to me was along the lines of “you need to do better on your hygiene”. NEVER HAVE I EVER felt so much disrespect and, it truly baffles me cause whenever Antoinette cleaned my teeth I would never had that much pain and I felt like I was getting better with the dental hygiene but according to Dr Harrington, I need to do better. I don’t think I will be returning which is such a shame, Antionette and Dr. Pfeiffer are amazing ladies and I would highly recommend them to anyone who comes in. Shayna and Dr Harrington, I hope I was just the one patient who you treated like this but I have never had a worse experience at a medical appointment.

Fantastic experience: This dental office is so great and efficient! The front desk is nice and helpful. I went in as a new patient and I felt well cared for and not just looked at as $$, like my previous dentist office. My hygenist, Antonette, was terrific! She was pleasant, professional and we had a few laughs as well. Dr. Harrington was personable and explained what actually NEEDED to be done now, watched and what was good. No hard sell.
