Fantastic experience: Absolutely satisfied with my experience at MySmileMiami. I thought I wasn't going to be a candidate for Invisalign because my teeth were too crooked...but in only 6 months my teeth are almost completely aligned, thanks to Dr.Martos along with her professional and very dedicated team. They always make sure to respect the clients time, they made the process easy and effortless since the beginning. When I first went in for a consult I had my doubts; yet, Dr.Martos' confidence and belief in her own work reassured me that I was going to be satisfied with the results, and I very much am. Invisalign was the best decision I ever made for myself, and especially at MySmileMiami. They make it simple and easy and enjoyable because of their organization as well as their cleanliness, (the office smells and looks amazing and inviting). They really take care of everything for the client. Invisalign even helps protect your teeth, they are seamless, and eventually you never want to take them off. (For fast results like mine please make sure to perform the chewy toy exercises.) I can finally smile in pictures now... Absolutely recommended! :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Martos and her entire team. I came to her after a really frustrating experience with veneers that were poorly placed — they left gaps along the gum line, and a crooked tooth and I just didn’t feel confident smiling anymore. What initially brought me in was her use of the Fotona laser — I had read about how it could gently and quickly remove veneers which is exactly what I wanted. She was able to remove my veneers in under five minutes, completely pain-free, and with zero trauma to my natural teeth. It was honestly amazing. I actually went back to my original dentist to give them one more chance to get it right, but the results were still disappointing. So I returned to Dr. Martos to get new veneers and I am so glad I made that decision. The quality, precision, and artistry of her work are incredible. She restored my smile and my confidence. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s not only skilled but truly invested in modern, patient-friendly care, I cannot recommend this office enough.

Negative experience: My son was a student at U Miami and went to this place for dental treatment. They discovered some cavities and used a laser to fill them. When he returned to CT, not one but THREE dentists confirmed that the cavities were still there. This was first discovered only a half year after you worked on him when he went in for a cleaning and the dentist took a set of x-rays which clearly showed the same cavities you claimed to have fixed as still being cavities. The laser was not the correct treatment for the kind of cavities my son had as per the first dentist who examined him. Later, in disbelief, we went to two other dentists who confirmed. So the excuse of time and lifestyle doesn’t fly and X-rays don’t lie! Neither would THREE other dentists. We are still in the process of cleaning up this mess that you’ve made as not everyone has thousands of dollars laying around to pay to fix what was already paid for. You are SCAMMING young students that don’t know better. Shame on you and see you in court! STAY AWAY.. FAR AWAY from this place and their laser machine!
We completely understand your concerns as a mother, and we want to assure you that we are absolutely not in the business of scamming anyone. Our office is committed to conservative, evidence-based dentistry, and treatments are always selected based on what is clinically appropriate AT THAT TIME.
The patient was seen TWO YEARS AGO, and the care provided was appropriate for the diagnosis at that time. Preventive guidance, including the importance of flossing, was clearly communicated and documented during the visit. Dental conditions can change significantly over time, particularly without regular maintenance, which is why we recommend six-month follow-ups and X-rays.
Please know that your son was treated with the same care, honesty, and integrity that I would provide to my own child — using the most modern and minimally invasive methods available.
Delayed complaints and secondhand opinions made years later — without timely communication or a review of records — do not reflect the full clinical picture. That said, our office is always available to clarify treatment and address any concerns directly.

Eileen, who handled my cleaning, was thorough and took her time to ensure every detail was perfect — she’s always so friendly and makes me feel at ease. Dr. Martos is incredibly knowledgeable and truly takes the time to listen and make sure his/her patients feel well taken care of. Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic. I started Invisalign treatment with them and was completely disappointed. After my scan on March 5, I was told the 3D treatment plan would be ready within 12 days, and aligners would be produced within another week. In reality, the process took over a month, and no one even informed me when the aligners arrived — I only found out by contacting the clinic myself on April 8. I never received the ClinCheck treatment plan. I had to ask for the contract four times, and it was only sent to me after I formally requested to cancel the treatment. I cancelled my appointment scheduled for April 9 due to repeated delays and a complete loss of trust in the quality and reliability of care. Despite never receiving the aligners and the treatment never being started, the clinic refused to issue a refund. That is both unethical and unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — be very cautious. UPD (in response to the clinic’s reply): The clinic’s response contains false information, which I want to clarify: – I was never notified about the arrival of the aligners — I found out only on April 8, after contacting them myself. – The contract was only provided to me on April 10, after four separate requests and only after I formally asked to cancel treatment. – None of the documents I signed include a “non-refundable” clause. Their reply is an attempt to shift responsibility for delays and poor communication. My position remains unchanged: I never received the treatment, and my payment was not refunded.

YOU personally approved your Invisalign treatment plan in-office on March 25, 2025, after reviewing the 3D ClinCheck with our team. At that point, your custom aligners were submitted for fabrication.
The aligners were delivered to our office and a delivery appointment was scheduled for April 9, 2025. Our team sent reminders confirming the date and time.
Invisalign aligners are custom medical devices, and as outlined in your signed consent and financial agreement, they are non-refundable once produced.
Your signed documentation, including the financial policy, clearly explains treatment timelines, responsibilities, and terms, all of which were reviewed prior to initiation.
While we regret that you chose not to proceed with treatment, we made every effort to provide timely updates, care, and support. We remain available to resume your care should you choose to move forward in the future.

Negative experience: I had 5 cavities filled using her new “laser machine”. I went to a different dentist in CT that i had Xrays done at prior to getting them filled in miami, and they said the same cavities that I had before were still there, only 3 months later. I didnt believe them since i had just had them filled in miami at this place. I went for another cleaning a few months later and got new xrays, and they said that i still had five cavities, in the same exact spots that i had gotten “filled” at this office. Heres the kicker…. After getting those same cavities filled here in CT, for a second time, the dentist told me that there was not even any filling where the cavities were! I have no idea what they did to me in this office! Long story short if this is the only dentist you go to i strongly recommend that you get a second opinion. Wasted a thousand dollars with her, and then another thousand to get the job done right. The dentist who filled them in CT is shocked and puzzled as to what she even did to my teeth that day.

However, we'd like to provide some context: During your visit two years ago, we recommended conservative treatments involving sealants and minor occlusal restorations using the Fotona LightWalker laser, which allows for minimally invasive dentistry. This approach preserves healthy tooth structure. We wish you had reached out to us directly with questions or concerns, rather than relying on second opinions. We're always here to clarify treatment details and address any uncertainty. It's also worth noting that dental conditions can change over time, depending on factors like oral hygiene, diet, and flossing habits. Fantastic experience: I was a new patient here and they screened me for snoring and sleep apnea. I've snored for years that bothers my husband. They showed me how significant my airway collapsed and suggested I get a sleep study. After completing it I realized I had moderate sleep apnea which is a life threatening condition. Dr martos made me an appliance that goes in my mouth so I didn't have to use CPAP. I love it! And have been sleeping so much better!
