Within five minutes of waiting, Jayla, the dental assistant for Dr. Posze, called me back promptly to begin my procedure. Jayla had everything well-prepared in advance. She thoroughly answered all my questions and, when necessary, sought out the appropriate professionals to address any concerns beyond her scope. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. During the procedure, Dr. Posze was highly attentive, continuously ensuring my comfort and clearly explaining each step as it progressed. Both Dr. Posze and Jayla worked seamlessly as a team, resulting in a great experience at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Asturia and his Dental assistant Clarissa for making my dental appointment one of the best I've had. I had been having excruciating tooth aches and was referred to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for an exam. My original appointment was a week out. I called and explained the severity of my pain to the front desk. They were able to get me in the same day. That alone was my first good start with the Dentistry. Once I got to the office, my pain was unbearable. The front desk staff was very friendly and the office was very nicely kept. I was seen immediately. Dr. Asturia was the best! After a complete exam and viewing of my xray, he was able to find the Root cause of my pain. No pun intended. He and Clarissa worked together, and helped get my pain under control. I had strong positive energy from them. No one likes going to the dentist, but, if you must go, I strongly recommend going to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent dental issue when a surface filling on my canine tooth fell out and left a razor-sharp edge. I walked into this dentist’s office without an appointment and they saw me right away. They did an exam and x-ray to check things out and were even able to do an emergency filling on the spot. I was in and out in about an hour and a half, start to finish. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really understood the urgency of the problem. Best dental service I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had a tooth extraction, bone graft and some fillings and they all went great with no issues. They are also very affordable and don't try to stiff you with tons of overpriced pushy suggestions. Most recently I had a tooth implant done to replace a broken tooth. I could not be happier with the experience. From beginning to end, every person, from the billing office to the specialist who performed my surgery, was absolutely amazing in every way!

Fantastic experience: A very pleasant experience. From being politely greeted at the front desk, to the thorough and comprehensive X-rays, facial photos, and oral exam, I knew this was a top notch team. With Dr. Barker and Rose, I am confident I will receive a good treatment plan.

Negative experience: This is first time in 14 years I have not rated them as 5 stars. I was in the chair in time and had a polishing first - a change! Then waited 40 minutes before I had my teeth cleaned. They apologized and said they would refund the cost of the fluoride which I’m not sure happened. As I say, the practice is usually great but not this time.

I really like how the front office staff are kind, and patient too. The office is so efficient, communicates electronically via Bluetooth. Everything is seamless. They accept, and bill my insurance, and their prices are really reasonable. I have been their patient for years now, and so happy with my treatment

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with my new dentist office assigned to me. Everyone is so friendly and the place is posh. The care and attention to detail is phenomenal. So pleased!!! Not pleased with the cleaning. It was fast and half assed like last time. I told her it felt like one of those oil change places...one in one out. I tried to call to change my follow up appointment to a later time. I got hung up on three times. WTH This appointment was great! The previous dental hygienist is gone and things are back to normal. Last time there were two hygienist with earphones on and talking to each other like it was a race to see who could get done in under thirty minutes. I told her NO fluoride and she still gave me fluoride. This time my appointment was wonderful and I got no fluoride.

Negative experience: I've been a patient here for 7 years... don't let them fool you. Everything is peachy until you actually are in pain and need to get in to see them. That's when they don't have availability and don't even make the attempt to get you in when you are in SEVERE pain! Not even after pleading and being placed on hold did they make time. Totally unacceptable and this is truly not good customer service or member retention. Very disappointing! Not the only practice in town.

At my appointment, I was extremely impressed by the service (better than what I paid much more for in the past), and I already scheduled my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: This office was the BEST! I've had some horrible experiences with the dentist in the past have been hesitant to go back. Because the pain in my tooth was so bad, I decided to go and Dr. Montoya took such great care of me. He reassured me and communicated clearly everything he was planning on doing. Negative experience: I went through the comments that multiple prior patients share my experience. It took several months to figure out that the treatment was not covered by insurance. I contacted the insurance company and they said the claims were submitted multiple times but only appealed once. Letter of necessity was not provided. I brought it up with the billing manager and office manager. Both gave contradicted statements from the documents provided by insurance company. I feel they do not want you to know that you have to pay out of pocket early on even they know likely it will be denied(per Aetna, deep cleaning has high denial rate). In this case you will keep getting multiple treatments so they can charge you out of pocket later on. It seems to be a pattern. Please everyone who is victim to their practice should report of board of dentistry so we have more cases against them.

Negative experience: I’ve been paying for a treatment plan that could no longer work for me so Dr Wayne Barker and his staff came up with a different treatment plan which seemed logical and in return that left me to receive a refund do to my over payment from the initial treatment plan once my treatment ended and their was nothing else they could do I was told I will not be receiving a refund as per Ashley, Daniellea and Dr Barker. Which left me in a financial ruin and to add insult to injury my finish product wasn’t done correctly If it was up to me they wouldn’t even get one star.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience, I had an exam with Dr. Barker and a cleaning with Lindsey. Very professional experience, I was a few minutes early and I was able to go back and get in and out quickly.

More over I would like to complement the front desk team as they had a great sense of humor and truly made me feel welcomed. 12/2023 I have been going to this practice now for over four years and I have to say I have truly found a dental practice home. The staff has always been very supportive, friendly, with a strong attention to detail. They have always made me feel like I was patient even though they have so many. The new young lady at the reception desk, I wished I could remember her name, she just started last week moving here from Indiana was fantastic! Her high level of customer centered approach demonstrates they hired the right person for that role. The hygienist, again I apologize for not knowing her name, but was new for me. Melanie has moved out of state and I do miss her however this new hygienist was very good! She explain things to me In a thorough consistent manner that I was able to understand, reviewed my treatment plan in great detail and she took her time to ensure that each tooth had the attention is needed. Dr. Baker, what more can I say about a man who truly knows his patients. I am most impressed with him and his attention to detail and his patient centered approach.

When asked how she is, she replies, Super Great and that she is, from her work ethics and personality she is Super Great. Every visit, I look forward to seeing Alexis, (Super Great).

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go for your dental work. Everyone was so polite, welcoming and friendly. They seated me and made sure I was comfortable before the doctor came in. Dr. Montoya did an excellent job. I felt no pain what so ever. He was very gentle while doing my root canals. So gentle that I fell asleep during my procedure. This by far was the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, Courteous, and friendly environment. Not to mention the cleanliness of the practice. Awesome job I highly recommend them.
