Fantastic experience: Dr. Loveless and his staff - special shoutout to Leon, because he liked my disco ball tattoo - are fantastic! The office is ran perfectly, and the staff are super friendly. The process has been almost pain-free, and knowing that. I’m in the best hands is reassuring. I’m very happy I chose Archway for my tooth implant, thank you! A++++

Negative experience: As I’m quite anxious about dental procedures too, I almost enjoyed this appointment yesterday! I was perfectly taken care of everybody by helping me filling out paperwork, explaining the procedures, taking beautiful x-rays, working excellent concerning my Anesthesia and at least took out all my enemies properly! I woke up easily, could walk alone, was able to get groceries afterwards ( being accompanied of course) came home, had the delicious ice cream they gave me, took a ibuprofen, went down for a nap, took another ibuprofen before bedtime and that was it. Today I am feeling great, no pain, no more bleeding…. Couldn’t have turned out better ! As much as I hope not to have more oral surgeries in the future: This is/will be place I go again ! Thanks to all of you and have a good night and a wonderful weekend!

Fantastic experience: I have never had a surgery done. Never had laughing gas. I was extremely nervous and anxious about getting all four wisdom teeth pulled but Melanie and Dr. Hinkl made my experience 10/10. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated Melanie for talking me through the entire surgery and was very helpful. I recommend them both for your next extraction. Whole thing went better than I expected. I’m happy I went with Archway for my wisdom teeth removal.

Negative experience: Hi, had an appointment to get all my teeth extracted. If you're facing the front desk, the Lady to the left was so, so rude to me, my wife, her coworker sitting next to her. Never smiled. Never said have a seat they will be with you shortly. Not right.

Fantastic experience: I could not be more pleased with the treatment received here! I went in as a 68 year old woman for a wisdom tooth extraction and of course I was a big baby about it, but they gave me whatever passes for novocaine these days, and offered me the calming effects of an inhalant which I took, and it was over before I knew it. The follow up for a dry socket was easy and they were so attentive and caring. Good job!

Fantastic experience: I have always been anxious about dental procedures, but Dr. Loveless and his team made the experience so much easier. Kristin was so accommodating at getting me in so quickly due to my extreme pain. Leon was especially comforting and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I have worked in medicine for 20+ years and have been in many, many hospitals and doctors offices in my life and truly this was the MOST friendly staff I have ever encountered ANYWHERE. Starting at the front desk and then all the way through my visit every single person was incredibly friendly and helpful and so personable. This is clearly a wonderful staff to be a part of. Research shows that great teamwork and cohesive staff leads to better patient outcomes, so I cannot tell you enough what an important component this is to your care!! The medical care and follow up was meticulous and you even get Ted Drewes at the end of your visit! I was blown away by the service here and cannot recommend them highly enough! The doctors are wonderful, but the staff is what makes this office truly incredible.

Positive experience: It is quite striking how happy all the employees are--from those at the front desk and those in the back. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and working with the surgeons, and are therefore motivated to do their jobs well. The whole office operates really smoothly and efficiently as a result.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Archway Oral Surgery and Dental Implants by my dentist for a problem tooth that needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. I saw Dr. Loveless at the Washington location. The facility was clean, modern and up to date with the latest technologies. Dr. Loveless and his staff from the front desk to the exam rooms were all professional, polite, helpful and caring. I even received follow up calls from the staff to check on me and see how I was doing after the procedure. I thought this was very nice. Dr. Loveless is a very talented and gifted surgeon. In my opinion his ability to perform his work in such an efficient and expeditious manner not only instilled confidence but increased the comfort level during the procedure and correspondingly reduced the recovery time afterwards. To say that I am pleased with my dentist for recommending Dr. Loveless is an understatement! Through multiple other providers for more than a decade I tried to save this tooth starting with a root canal and a crown. Then when the root canal had failed I had multiple apicoectomies from different providers which were not cheap, painless or ever managed to get all of the infection out leading to bone loss and other complications. Now the area is regrown and I have new implant that I should never have to worry about again. Every situation is different but I will certainly more carefully consider the viability of saving a problem tooth when and if any arise in the future. Thanks to Dr. Loveless, my pain, infection and bone loss are finally gone. So is any uncertainty or doubts that I had about implants. I can't recommend this doctor more highly. I wouldn't even consider seeing anyone else.

Fantastic experience: My experience at archway oral surgery and dental implants was amazing! I recently had to have oral surgery a tooth extraction. I called the office and spoke to Jordan which she was absolutely amazing and got me in very quickly. I was extremely nervous about this but I had Alexa as an assistant and she calmed me very quickly. Dr Lovelace was fantastic! I seriously did not even know that he pulled my tooth and he told me you're done. I highly recommend archway Oral Surgery and dental implants. The nicest kindest people and my doctor was amazing. The staff at the office is very professional and very kind. They even called me the next day to check on me to see how I was doing. If you're looking for an oral surgeon this is the place that you should go.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Archway Oral Surgery for my wisdom teeth removal. I was VERY nervous for the surgery, honestly a crying mess. Dr. loveless and the dental assistant , Melanie, were both wonderful. Even the people working the front desk. Everyone answered my questions, eased my anxiety, and was so kind. the surgery itself took maybe 45 minutes. I have had almost no pain since healing, and have been recovering very well ! got my teeth out on a Friday morning, and felt able to return to work the following Monday.

Fantastic experience: I (like most) suffer from dental anxiety so when I needed to visit an oral surgeon I was stressed and anxiety kicked it. I can’t say it enough, how much I appreciate everything they did to make me feel comfortable! Fantastic experience: Archway Oral Surgery staff and Dr. Hinkl were amazing. I was having a tooth extracted and obviously very nervous. They were reassuring and helped me feel at ease. I also really appreciated getting an estimate beforehand, which was actually decent then what I imagined in my head. The extraction was super fast and once the numbing wore off wasn't too painful. If needed (hopefully not ) I will be using Archway and Dr. Hinkl again and will be referring friends and family

Fantastic experience: Had to have quite a few teeth extracted at once and my insurance did not have anyone within 100 miles for me to go to. Archway worked out a deal with them, even though they aren't in network, and was able to get all my dental pain resolved. 9 teeth removed in less than an hour and virtually no pain the next day.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible team! From the moment I walked into reception and every step of the way I was treated with so much care and attention, even a check up call the day after procedure. I had all four wisdoms extracted (one was impacted) and the oral surgeon talked me through the entire process with patience for my questions. I'm on my second day of healing and it feels as though they did a tremendous job. They even send you home with Ted Drews ice cream which I happily ate in bed.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing practice. Hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff is warm, friendly, down to earth, and they actually seem to enjoy their jobs and working with one another. The person who assisted my surgeon was such a nice man, very personable and kind. My surgeon was funny, kind, and was very thoughtful throughout my short time in the chair for my tooth extraction. He checked on me more than once. They also have very "nice touches." While in the chair, I was asked what kind of music I'd like to hear on Spotify to help me relax during my procedure. That is such a nice but simple extra step to take for patients and feels fancy. After my procedure, I went home with a goodie bag which included a personal size cup of Ted Drew's ice cream. I chose vanilla. Overall, I can not recommend this practice enough. I would definitely choose them over anyone else for any reason. I enjoyed everyone so much, I'd love to see them again, but absolutely hope to never have to due to dental issues.

Fantastic experience: Five stars seem insufficient for my experience. From making the initial appointment through signing in yesterday the warmth and care of the staff were exceptional. Dr Hinkl and his assistant eased my trepidation with their pleasant, calm, and professional manner. He explained what the procedure would be and continued as he extracted the tooth. The aftercare was equally exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I had 23 teeth that needed to be removed and I had been searching for a highly recommended oral surgeon.I came across Archway oral surgery and saw so many great reviews so i decided to go with them.My appointment was July 1,2025 and I was super nervous even tho I knew I was in good hands.First I would like to thank my surgeon Doctor David E.Hinkl for putting me at ease and making me comfortable during my procedure.There was a little pain but after there was very little discomfort.Second I would like to thank his team they were very nice,made me feel relaxed and they genuinely cared about my wellbeing.Overall on scale from 1-10 I give them a10.They definitely went above and beyond.If you’re scared of dentist like I was you should go to them I promise you won’t be disappointed and it was worth every penny.❤️❤️❤️Oh yeah and ice cream after my procedure was Yummy!

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is always so nice, and it was great to see some behind the scenes fun amongst the other staff there! From the time I walked in for my appointment until the time I left, I was handled with care and compassion. Dr. Hinkl and his assistant (I believe her name was Megan) were amazing! The communication between themselves and myself were great! They both constantly made sure I was comfortable and asked repeatedly if I needed a break (my tooth that was being pulled was putting up a fight. Lol). Fantastic experience: I wish I would have went here for my wisdom teeth extraction! I had to get a broken tooth extracted and I was really nervous and upset. The entire staff was phenomenal. They helped put my nerves at ease, talked to me about music and the grateful dead and boom, tooth pulled out before I could notice. They gave me ice cream, and even followed up with me the next day. This place is 11/10 , they deserve way more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: The staff and surgeons were so comforting and helpful. I was extremely nervous about this procedure but finally decided to get it done and I’m glad I did here. It was about a 30 min surgery to take out all four wisdom teeth and I haven’t had any issues. They make sure they explain everything very well to you before and after your surgery. The nice lady even sent me home with some fire Ted Drews ice cream! If you see this girl, thank you and thank you to the surgeons who helped me get past this hurdle I had been avoiding. Fantastic experience: I was terrified of the whole process after having negative experiences at a franchise dental office. Everyone at Archway was so friendly and really supported me through my fears. I had three teeth extracted yesterday and the recovery process so far has been immensely better than past experiences for just a single tooth at a time. Dr. Hinkl worked quickly and explained everything to me as the procedure was happening, explaining too that I may hear certain sounds but not to worry. Rx’s were sent to my pharmacy before the work even began on my mouth, so I was able to get a jump start on pain management. The nurse working with him was so sweet and compassionate. They even sent me home with some Ted Drewes, which came in handy since ice cream and other soft foods are all I’ve been able to eat so far. I will 100% be back for any future procedures and to get a treatment plan estimate for implants. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was definitely anxious about wisdom tooth surgery for my two young adults (ages 18 and 21) and we had a really great experience at this office. One was a very straightforward removal and the other was more complicated but the staff was confident and reassuring along the way. Both kids got them done at the same time which I highly recommend if that’s your situation. My daughter said, “The nurses are really great and make it not scary at all.” I 100% agree and Syd was fantastic, a million stars for her!!! One of my kids is Trans and the staff was respectful and accepting. I wish the had offered me some Ted Drewes as well, and receiving after care/food recommendations prior to coming in for surgery would have helped me not buy a months worth of yogurt as the internet led me to believe, but other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. This office came highly recommended from a dentist and several friends and it’s clear why.

It is certainly an understatement to relay that the professionalism I experienced was outstanding. From the time I was greeted in the office to the X-rays taken with Melanie, to the excellent procedure consultation with Dr. Loveless, to the actual procedure and post procedure instructions to a follow up telephone call to check on my condition so to speak....their expertise and communication was fantastic. Fantastic experience: My experience here was very pleasant! Dr. Hinkl & Sid took care of me. Even though the process was pretty quick, I did not feel rushed. They answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable/eased my nerves. I must say, this was the second time I had a wisdom tooth removed. The first was at a different location/company.. I thought they were good.. but from this Experience at Archway, they’re now my new fav. I like Dr. Hinkl’s technique for getting the tooth out. He moved so quickly and efficiently I didn’t even realize/feel when it was removed just pressure, no crunching noise. I feel like it took around 7 mins for one tooth To be removed at the top. They also talked with ease about things I was interested to make me feel even more relaxed. Great place to go for efficiency, quick process, fair pricing & care.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience for wisdom teeth removal. No pain (novocaine barely even hurt), the procedure was done in minutes. Friendly staff, clean office. They send you home with everything you need, and even ice cream!

Fantastic experience: I have gone here 3 times now and it’s always amazing, from staff to the actual procedures. I was extremely nervous to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed due to them being so close to nerves. The doctor explained my options to me and was very helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who assisted (taking X-rays and setting me up in the room) because he was absolutely amazing keep me distracted with good conversation and putting on my favorite music while I waited. May I also add the lady whose name I sadly didn’t get either did the most painless quickest Iv I’ve ever gotten (I’m terrified of needles). I drive all the way from IL to go to them and I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: On May 2, 2025, I had to have 2 teeth surgically removed (the word surgically scared me, but I didn't notice a difference between surgically removed vs pulled). The staff was extremely nice and accommodating without judgment. One of the teeth was slightly infected and cold water was the only cure. Kimberly (receptionist) didn't hesitate to keep my water bottle full, above and beyond in my opinion. Then I had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest people on the planet (Sydney, thank you again), who did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable. And finally Dr Loveless, who was knowledgeable, kind, and most important quick!! On top of everything, the previous oral surgeon wanted $5000 because my one of my teeth supposedly needing a sinus lift. I left Archway under $200. I Highly Recommend Archway!!! 10 out of 5 stars. You don't find service like this anymore.

Fantastic experience: On Monday, April 28, I had a rear molar extracted. The procedure went very well. Everyone with whom I encountered at Archway Oral Surgery and Dental Implants was very friendly and comforting. I believe the pain was minimal, as extracting a molar is certainly a difficult task. Should I ever need similar dental work, I will go back to Archway. They are, without a doubt, an excellent dental service provider.

Fantastic experience: First time I’ve had to have an implant. The staff were caring and helped me understand the process. Dr Hinkl was knowledgeable and organized. He answered all of my questions patiently and made me feel at ease. The extraction and implant went smoothly. The office was very well run, and I never had a long wait or a problem with billing or insurance. I would not hesitate to go back to Archway for care if I need oral surgery again.

Fantastic experience: The experience at this office was a 10/10. Professional, efficient, & awesome oral surgeon. So far, the healing is going well. Wisdom teeth removal & a chain added to an impacted K9 were the procedures performed.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish everyone I came into contact with at Archway was kind- professional- and caring. My options were presented to me up front and throughly explained. The procedure was quick painless. Minimum pain the following day, love that the staff called to check my progress.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very nice and accommodating. I had Leon and Syd for my dental assistants and they were lovely and so helpful. The women at the front desk were fast and extremely sweet. Dr. Hinkl was amazing. I got all four of my wisdom teeth out and I was fully put out. I’m on day two of my recovery and I feel very little pain and I’m only taking ibuprofen. For after care they give you so much to help you in a speedy recovery. They gave me Ted Drewes ice cream, mouth rinse, ibuprofen, amoxicillin, and other goodies to help treat the open areas. I was able to eat regular food pretty fast. I have little to no swelling. Very fast process. I couldn’t recommend this oral surgery place more!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Archway! Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. From the pre-appointment calls to the care I received in office it was a great experience. The cost of my procedure (wisdom tooth removal) was clear before arrival and explained down to the codes in office. Leon was amazing from the first xray he took for me to the post procedure instruction detail (and Ted Drewes offering). He was kind, funny, and calming in his conversation and demeanor. He and Dr. Hinkl made me feel at ease throughout my visit and shared laughs that made the time pass quickly. I had a bit of a stubborn tooth, but Dr. Hinkl took his time removing it checking on me throughout. I’m now one day post and am astonished to have no pain and very little discomfort. I had a great experience and if I had any wisdom teeth left :) I’d only come here to get them removed. I highly recommend them all around to anyone needing dental surgery!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Loveless & his team were so wonderful! I’ve never been put under general anesthesia before and had a lot of anxiety going into surgery. They answered all of my questions and next thing I knew, I was waking up and the whole surgery had already happened (: only took them 30-40 minutes to remove 3 wisdom teeth. They even sent me home with some Ted drewes ice cream , and got my prescriptions sent to wherever pharmacy I wanted. Aimee was also fantastic, she was absolutely hilarious & very sweet to me (: very very welcoming & had such a good vibe! I highly recommend this office. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work or surgery of any sort!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hinkl and his team took amazing care of me! I had all four wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and he did it in a decent time manner. They made sure I had music, podcast, blankets and everything while I waited. The best part was the Ted Drewes ice cream they provided after. They even called today just to check in on me. Fantastic experience: Syd was absolutely phenomenal! I have severe dental anxiety and she really helped me through my procedure. She explained everything they were doing and why and just made me feel very comfortable. The Dr was great and the procedure was very quick and easier than I had expected.
