Fantastic experience: Our dentist staff including the sweet young techs and the front desk staff are always so sweet and always go above and beyond to help our family feel comfortable and safe and having fun each appointment . Today was our toddler’s first X-rays and she was upset but in no time your sweet young male and female tech were so kind and patient ,while keeping Lela’s mind off the having to sit still and keep her mouth open and keeping it fun! Both our daughters left with improvement from our teen’s past gingivitis and both our girls left cavity free!!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience at Dr. Kwon’s with Christopher! This is hands-down the best pediatric dentist office we’ve ever visited, Christopher was so informative, taking the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel confident and at ease. He treated our kids like family, making them feel comfortable and even excited about their visit. The entire team was professional and caring, and Christopher’s gentle approach and genuine warmth truly set him apart. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received and highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for top-notch dental care for their kids!

Negative experience: First time I took my toddler here they automatically wanted to put him under to do some work, I informed them I wasn't comfortable with that and asked for other options. I was advised their scheduling dept would call to set things up and that never happened. Fast forward to a year later, someone called for a routine vist and I decided to give them another chance. As soon as we were seen they automatically went right back to anesthesia, because they wanted to pull my 4 yr olds 4 front teeth. I questioned them and expressed my concerns over him missing his front teeth for so many years until the adult teeth grew in, but they kept pushing it needed to be done. I again asked for other options (ex. sleepy juice) which just relaxes the child instead of putting them under. The dentist basically told me we could try, but they rather knock the kiddos out and get it all done in 1 session instead of possibly having to do more than one appointment. I agreed to try to juice, however once again, no one from scheduling called. When I reached back out to see what the hold up was, the receptionist told me my account was notated as declining anesthesia and that's probably why no one reached out even after the doctor and I discussed the juice. So it seems just as the dentist said this place just prefers to knock your kiddos out, which also cost extra $/they get paid more for performing those type of appts. At this point I was no longer comfortable there, I went home and researched other local pediatric dentist around me, checked reviews and got a 2nd opinion. Thankfully I found one that sees us as more than just a number, the new dentist took the time to hear our concerns and set up a treatment plan. She was willing to break it into several different appts and do what was best for my child. So far hes gotten 75% of the work needed done under norm laughing gas, not anesthesia AND the new dentist WAS able to save ALL of his front teeth!!! Also saved myself approx $2000 out of pocket.......Do not recommend Dr. Kwons office

Fantastic experience: I took my 13 month old here yesterday and had the best experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly. I loved the financial transparency before anything was started. With a baby who does not like when I have to brush his teeth, I was worried he was going to disrupt others by his crying/yelling, but appreciated being led to a quiet room that gave us more privacy!! It was also super quick and thorough, and everyone was knowledgeable and kind to us. I’ve already been telling all my friends about this place!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I found Dr Kwon! My daughter has special needs and it has been so hard to get her to cooperate when it comes to getting her teeth looked at. Dr Alford was so patient and empathetic, she really took her time to make her more comfortable. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful, they truly have the best staff. We ended up getting sedation and Ana made sure to explain the whole process thoroughly, she even called to check in on us afterwards. I will be taking both my kids there from now on! The tree house in the waiting room is also such a fun touch, my daughter loved playing while we got checked in.

Fantastic experience: For a first visit the staff and doctor was fantastic. My 5 yr old was super nervous about taking the laughing gas and they were patient with him and understanding. We came in for a loose tooth and went home for another visit with the tooth fairy. I appreciate the amazing kind staff.

Negative experience: It took 2 minutes and 3 seconds to clean my 8 year old granddaughters teeth. ( I timed her since she was so quick on the boys teeth.)The other 2 grandsons around 4 minutes or less. Their teeth weren't flossed either. Dr. B said he would look into that. Dr.B did floss and removed tarter on their teeth. I take this seriously.

Positive experience: I love Dr. Kwons office, the office looks beautiful and the place is clean. The Hispanics lady that brought us back was so pleasant and very communicative. I really appreciate that. However, I do wish the front desk staff, the check out and the hygienist assistant would smile more and have that same pleasant energy. It just felt a little cold. Overall would recommend this place to others. Thank you!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this office. Waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time, I understand things can run behind but others who came in after us got seen much quicker. It seemed like they were over scheduled and understaffed. I get it things happen but this is not the office for us.

Fantastic experience: My experience today with Dr. Alford and dental assistant Dadrea was excellent. My daughter Kyndal had two fillings done and was very nervous going in, but they were both absolutely amazing. They took the time to make her feel comfortable, explained everything to her, and talked her through the entire process with such care and patience. I truly appreciate how kind and attentive they were — it made all the difference for her. Thank you both for a great experience!

Following her third visit, she has demonstrably overcome her fear. Today, she successfully underwent a procedure without the need for sedation. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kwon did treatment for my somewhat special needs son who is difficult to get comfortable and calm but somehow Dr. Kwon and his assistant are miracle workers and completed all of my son’s treatment with no problems at all. I am so grateful.

They kept us informed of any modifications that were needed to the treatment plan ahead of time. Communicated post-op care instructions multiple times. Called to check on how he was recovering at home. 10/10 would recommend!

Today, my 5-year-old had a treatment appointment, and I was blown away by how gentle, caring, and professional the staff were. The dentist Dr. Grace and nurse America were incredibly sweet and patient, making sure my child felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. She walked out smiling and happy, not even realizing she’d had a procedure! That kind of care is priceless, and I’m so thankful to have a place that truly understands kids.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Blatt is awesome! He was very patient and sincere with my daughter getting 2 teeth and a broken root pulled out. He has great hands and is very passionate about his work. I can tell based on how he worked with me as a concerned mom and my daughter as his patient.

Fantastic experience: I am so amazed by the care my son received by Mrs. Nichelle and Mrs. Grace today. We went in with an emergency and I was really worried about my sons's tooth. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. They were so gentle and kind to my son's throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: Came here for the first time today with my two daughters. We’d used another Pediatric Dentist for over 10 years and my daughters hated going there. Today, seemed to have restored their comfort with dentists. They were quick, efficient, gentle, and friendly!

Negative experience: This visit wasn’t the best my son who as autism was seen today and the dentist who cleaned my son’s teeth she was so sweet and patient with him , even the ones who took him to do his X-rays . But it was the doctor who came in a read the notes from the previous doctor who said my so was a great patient he deleted and said otherwise. And I was very disappointed because I’m sure he knew my son was autistic and still wanted to be rude . I’ve never had a issue until today

Fantastic experience: We took our 8-year-old son, who has autism, to have his broken spacer removed. He was very nervous , but for the first time, he was able to express his emotions using his words—a moment that truly touched my heart. Dr. Brown was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, making our son feel completely at ease. He built enough trust that no numbing was needed, and our son voluntarily opened his mouth. Dr. Brown worked efficiently, carefully separating the spacer from the crown in just 10 minutes. Honestly, we had been considering switching dentists, but Dr. Brown completely changed our minds. God bless him! I hope he knows he's now stuck with us for both of our kids.

Negative experience: Everything is so slow except the cleaning service. Wanting more than half an hour even I have appointment. Ridiculous—-waiting one and half hour only did 10-15 teeth cleaning for each kids. Don’t waste time to coming, you deserve the better dentist. Trust me.

Negative experience: They have gone downhill!! They need more training on treating special needs children!! My Child with sensory issues and a feeding disability, The UNTRAINED dentist put a toothbrush in her mouth to hold it open and brushed her teeth and her left a red mark on the neck. This is ridiculous SMH. The dentist didn't care for what is said I had to repeat things OVER AND OVER again. I will take my kids elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We went for my baby first dentist appointment and we all loved it! Very child friendly with a small play area for kids to explore. It looked clean. The area was organized and the assistant came out to get us and was knowledgeable enough to answer our questions. There was a movie playing in the kids area and it continued onto the visiting rooms. The assistant and dentist knew exactly how to handle our baby when she was feeling scared or nervous. They still got the job done. Didn’t judge or comment on our cultural habits but guided us in a better direction: Recommend to any parent!

Negative experience: The lack of efficiency and communication is the reason for the rating. A 9:00 am routine cleaning appointment should not take 1.5 hours. For 30 minutes I was told the doctor was coming….from where?

Fantastic experience: Took my 21 yr old and 18 yr old here a long time ago. I'm so excited to have gotten my 6 yr old in to the office today for the first time today. His previous dentist office was outrageous. They had the nerve to tell me that because my son is ADHD and has very bad anxiety, if he needed any fillings or removals then they would strap him down in a chair to keep him still. To top it off I was not allowed to be anywhere near him during the procedure. He was 4 at the time. I do not think so. Your not taking my 4 yr old ADHD anxiety having child into a back room full of stranger to strap him down and traumatize him. What the actually h*ll kind of person would even feel okay saying this to a parent in front of the very in toned child. I allowed his cleanings to be done at the mobile dentistry that comes to his school until I could get him into Dr. Kwon office. Today was the day due to some gum swelling. They were as amazing as they were 15 yrs prior. Nothing had changed at all. He loved the play area which knocked down his defense. As we walked back to do an x-ray the assistant gladly chatted with my talkive and nervous 6 yr old. He is overly smart as well so I explained he does better if you explain what the process will be so he would understand what was going to occur. She did it perfectly. He wasn't nervous at all. We found out there was no infection and his teeth looked great. The dentist explained to my son that flossing was extremely important at this time and foward. She was t even aggravated by his million questions. (I helped to minimize the questions so she could attend to the next patients). Overall A+ 5 ☆. He is even excited to go back.

Negative experience: I have had a terrible experience at this Kwon dentistry. I have not been able to receive a call or email back from Diana Byrdsong. Their customer service is horrible, not to mention the long WAIT times that we experience when we come here. The receptionists are clueless as well as the x-ray techs. Ive had situations where they did not check me in the system so I waited for a long time with two active small children. They have performed services I did not authorize because I knew my insurance would not cover them and then billed me for it, although I clearly explained that I only wanted the basic standard x rays, they still performed periapical x rays. I have moved to a new practice and I am so glad I did. Do not bring your children here is not worth it.

Fantastic experience: We love how detail oriented the hygienist was! The X-ray tech did everything to make both my kids comfortable but especially my daughter who has dental anxiety! Dr. Jessica was amazing in explaining treatment options! So glad we made the switch!

Fantastic experience: We went for a routine cleaning and my daughter had to have a tooth extracted which means that we have to schedule a different appointment and come back but her dentist was so nice and added her to her schedule that day. It saved us time and we’re so appreciative of Dr. Keon’s office for an amazing job on our every visit!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough amazing things about this dentist office! A few weeks ago my baby girl hurt her tooth.. Initially we went to another local dentist in the area who my kid had been seeing since she was old enough to get her teeth cleaned, they recommended extracting her tooth but because of her age they needed to perform the procedure under general anesthesia which made me feel so unsettled and anxious. I decided to go Dr. Kwon Dentistry to get a second opinion. First, I will start off by saying everyone was incredibly kindhearted and understanding from the front desk staff all the way to the hygienists and doctors! My daughter was seen by Dr. Grace Kwon who was absolutely phenomenal she was so informative, patient, and extremely loving towards my daughter it was as if she were her own. She actually was able to extract my daughter’s tooth under a local anesthetic all in all the procedure took about 10 minutes and was a fraction of the cost and time it would have been elsewhere. This dentistry truly took the time to hear my concerns out and came up with conservative solutions that were not only financially beneficial but most importantly beneficial for my daughter’s overall health and well being!! Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Kwon!!! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: What an absolute relief to find this dental office, we had been going to Children's Dentist in Bethlehem and the reviews were ungodly, but within those reviews multiple people had expressed finding Dr Kwon. So we hopped on the phone on a Tuesday and had an appt for that Thursday. from the time you walk in you feel at ease, this place is the 1. The entire staff was super nice, the Dentist were amazing, and the atmosphere was kid comfort centered. 10/10 I highly recommend this place. If you are reading this review you have found the right place to take your children.

Negative experience: This place is disorganized. I received texts and emails for appointments on two different days, one of which had been canceled a month in advance. Earlier this year, they sent me treatment plans but never followed up with a call. Some may ask, “Why didn’t you call them?” But it’s not my job to follow up with patients. Yesterday, we went in for a cleaning, only to be told my kids need teeth pulled and that a cavity, which could have been addressed with a filling, may now require a root canal. All I got was an apology. So, who’s covering the cost now? I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The staff are experts at making my 4 year old feel comfortable in the chair. She let them polish, floss, do an exam and take X-rays! She actually looks forward to visiting the dentist :-) And she loved choosing her free toy

The Front desk staff, back office, dentist, hygienist are very professional and especially KIND. If you read this review and are looking for a Dentist, please call them. Your kids will love going to Kwon Pediatrics. They have a play house, videos games and a gift at the end of your appointment that keeps the kids coming back. My 18 year old had his last appointment in July and he was sad to leave. Thank you for taking care of my boys. You still have Josh for another 2 years and he just got a filling today. I also need to mention that because of your excellent service. They have almost perfect teeth and have not had any complications. Keep up the GREAT WORK.

I didn't know what to expect but so glad I went here. They make you feel welcome and comfortable with your child's care they are recieving!

Fantastic experience: Great experience!!! We had an awesome hygienist, who was friendly, kind and warm... Dr Grace was super nice and sweet, she actually left my daughter thinking that maybe she should become a dentist. Kwon Pediatric Dentistry rocks!

Fantastic experience: The hygienists quickly made my nervous and about to cry 5 year old feel safe and she got through the cleaning with no problems! Dr Sam Kwon was wonderful, explained things very clearly and made me feel comfortable with the plan for the work that would be done to repair cavities. The people at the front desk were professional and kind. We drive a farther distance to come to this office because it’s the best pediatric dental office in Atlanta!!

Fantastic experience: I’m in awe at this office from the cleanliness, the activities for the kids, and definitely the staff. We are new to the area and I’ve found the best dentistry ever! Aside from the tv screens the kids can watch while they get their teeth fix the issues they found in my kids made me feel good to know they were actually doing their job! My kids are ready to come back again because we’ve never seen an office like this. Thank you all for being amazing. The lady at the front desk found me a place that accept my insurance and I didn’t have to do any work. She made my appointment with the referral office and all! Fantastic experience: Everyone was beyond professional and patient with my child during her visit. The environment is OUTSTANDING for kiddos as well. From the waiting room to the chair for their cleanings. I would highly recommend anyone to this practice for any pediatric dentistry needs.
