Fantastic experience: I changed providers a few years ago to follow Shawna as I prefer to work with the same provider. Shawna does a great job, and explains her work as she does it. Did a great job, and quickly.

My dental hygienist Jaimie was fantastic and explained all the high tech methods used by Effingham Dental Group. She and Dr Link my dentist answered any questions I had and allowed me to set up my cleaning appointments for next year. Sydney at checkout was super helpful too!! I’m looking forward to my next cleaning!

They did stuff on my teeth that I've never had done before and never heard of lol. They're also very caring about your comfort and try to ease you when working on more complicated stuff. Positive experience: Little disappointed the tech who cleaned my teeth did not even give me a tooth brush and paste, did not set up my next appointment. She was talking to somebody else all the time.

Positive experience: i was informed of a 5 month waiting period, I informed them of severe pain and they accepted me that day to get looked at. I received some antibiotics, thank goodness, but the pain I'm in still is incredible.. l appreciate you guys helping me, I severely need something for the pain though. me punching the side of my own face is the only relief I'll get for the next 3 months, or illegally purchasing pain medication from the streets was left as my only solution. sad and scary, makes me wonder how other people survive when they can't get medical care. a sad realization. this is the only place I can find that accepts my insurance, I'm thankful for what I do get though.

Fantastic experience: Recently had my first visit with Effingham Dental Group. They were so very thorough and consistent with the information. The technician who x-rayed me and did all of the cleaning was very knowledgeable and precise with her information. Adding that “of course we’ll wait to see if the Dr sees something different when he comes in.” The Dr thoroughly educated me pretty much Word for Word, what she told me. It builds confidence in the staff to hear it confirmed and the knowledge extended throughout the office. The assistants who greet you are super fast and edficient.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling fall out from my previous dentist and was told i would have to wait 2-3months to get it fixed. I was in mild pain and didnt want to wait so I was told to try and call Effinghan Dental to see if i could get in sooner from a friend. I wasn't to optimistic but, I was shocked when they asked me if it was painful and they got me in that same day. I had never been there before so i was a new patient and will continue to only go to this dental office to Dr. Link

Fantastic experience: Before our first appointment staff went above and beyond to offer assistance with paperwork, scheduling, and combining appointments when the opportunity came up. Shawna was great and greeting the girls for the first appointment. She asked several questions about their interests and love for brushing. Shawna kept them engaged throughout the visit. The girls are still telling stories about their adventure to the dentist.

I have a hard time finding someone to clean my teeth well. It couldn’t have gone better. Dr Schultz was great also. It’s hard to switch dentists, but this was the right choice Still very happy with the dental care at Effingham Dental Group. I had a crown done and it was so easy. I would never know it wasn’t my tooth! My hygienist is great and I was able to get teeth whitening gel 50 percent off for Christmas!
