Fantastic experience: Amazing! From entering the facility, the receptionist, the assistant Becky, and Dr. Moseley! My first time there and the energy from Dr. Moseley removed my fears! Becky was awesome as she showed so much compassion and she listened to my "whining" with a smile! I'm so blessed to have found this dental office and Dr. Moseley. I have to admit I am looking forward for my return visit! I told Dr. Moseley that I liked her and she said, "I like you too!" Thst alone eased my fears.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Dr. Young and the entire staff of Eastern Pines Dental enough. I picked this office based off my search on Google. I was looking for a clinic that offered more than just a basic family denist could. I didn't want to be sent out to other oral surgeons or peridontist, etc... That's not an option in the town I live in. I arrived with a broken tooth that had abscessed (they got me in super fast and I am a new patient). He extracted it the same day (not sending me home and bringing me back, etc...) He addressed and was amazing towards my anxieties. I will gladly drive the 1.5 hours from North East NC for the level of care I received today!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mize is amazing! I started going to him recently bc my other dentist moved and her replacement was horrible. So far he has done fillings and a small extraction. He is personable, gentle and knows what he is doing. I just learned that my other dentist is coming back to the area but I'm going to stick with him! We need more medical people like him in this area!

Negative experience: I went to the dentist for a crown and 6 months later I went to my regular for a checkup at another dentist office. My crown was not put in correctly from the X-rays from my regular dentist. I went back for a follow up visit and the Dr Young told me he put it correctly and refused to fix the crown. I also asked to get the X-rays from my regular dentist and he said he didn’t care what they sent him he was not going to fix the crown. It was my worst dentist experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I am not a fan of visiting the dentist, and I had a complex procedure, but the staff here makes me feel comfortable, explains everything, and is very supportive and patient with my dental anxiety. I don't dread the dentist like I used to. I also had the opportunity to observe a staff member sitting with an elderly, possibly disabled person, patiently going over the intake paperwork in a very gentle way, and that endeared the practice to me even more.

Fantastic experience: Office very clean , staff super friendly. My hygienist was super , Dr. Mosley was very nice and knowledgeable. Business office person provided estimate within a minute . All were responsive to any questions, customer service oriented.

Came here after crown issues at our long time dentist. After multiple attempts to get things resolved, I reached out to Eastern Pines Dental. I was able to get in quickly. Dr. Moseley was wonderful and got everything corrected beautifully. The facility is beautiful and clean, along with a very welcoming staff. Excellent pricing. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We love Eastern Pines! Dr K & Dr Lovick handled my 5 cavities so well! I’ve never had a cavity and was so scared of it but the whole staff made it easy and even broke up my appointments so I didn’t have to do them all at once. My husband had a root canal and crown done here and they saved us $1000 off the prices we were quoted at another dentist in town. My husband said he really liked Dr Young and the root canal + crown were done perfectly. Eastern Pines are the best dentists in town - professional, fun, efficient, affordable and fun! Yes, they make dentist appointments fun! Everybody is so friendly and it feels like they like their jobs! We recommend them over everyone else!

She is absolutely amazing and my superhero! She is the "DaVinci of Dentures"!!! I was beyond disappointed with my new dentures so far (they were painful, ill-fitted, with a huge overbite) but after she worked her magic... All I can say is I am in love with them now!! They fit like a glove and are now extremely comfortable! You have a rare gem with Crystal! Keep her and you'll keep your clients!! THANK YOU!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with their services as of late. The communication between their office staff, doctors, techs and parents is awful. Not too happy :(. FYI, office 'manager' lady, constructive feedback is helpful, and those that cannot accept it, will not grow. In the event that you receive a referral, you should adopt a policy of completing an X-Ray BEFORE scheduling an appointment and wasting people's time!!!!!!!!!!!

Gave me all the good and the bad in a nut shell.. they were so nice and perfesonal with every move, actively informing of their every move during my first exam ! They were so wonderful they could’ve about done anything to my mouth and I’d accept! this entire experience has made my Complete Day ! Everyone down to the receptionist were Superve!!! This dentist office is the best one in all of Nc in my opinion! and that’s saying ALOT. Coming from someone whos from Raleigh Nc and HATES going to see any doctor bc of the lack of medical knowledge, empathy, or Compassion to just do your job ! Fantastic experience: I broke a molar on a Friday at 1pm, they got me in by 2pm as a new patient and I was out by time they closed at 3! All staff was very nice, professional, answered all my questions and made the entire visit very comfortable. The dentist who saw me was very nice, comforting,personable and helped me immediately; he knew exactly what to do and didn’t hurt me in the slightest! I recommend this office 10/10! Very efficient, patient and knowledgeable! I can’t thank them enough for getting me in and fixing my tooth so quickly!

Fantastic experience: My experience from day ONE which was March 2nd, 2021 has always been extremely friendly, very thorough, during covid up to the present. My smile is brighter, stronger and happier! Thank you Dr. Ward for having Kristen on board "just for me!" Smile Fast forward 2024- 2025.... Karen has been with me though the year of 24! She was awesome and great! I've had extractions, cleanings, ooey gooey stuff for fittings, (repaired partials) etc etc. You know the drill lol Ohh, and how could forget, the emergency extraction which was December the 19th 2024. With a wonderful new hygienist.. Daisy! And the infamous Dr Lovett! He took time and gave me his honest opinion of what was best for me. "I did listen," and HE did what was needed! I am grateful and thankful for an awesome staff. My newest, and gentlest, hygienist (lol that rhymes) 1/6/25 .... is Megan! I've actually referred, at least 4 people to come to Eastern Pines Dental! Fantastic experience: I sorry I can't remember the ladies name that did the cleaning of my teeth. She did the best job I have ever had done. She never hurt me the whole time working on me. I always have a lot of plaque on my bottom teeth and they have to do a lot of scraping to get it off. She just did an excellent job. She was also a very nice person in general. The front office, back office staff, technicians and doctors all are very accommodating and considerate. My appointment consisted of two roots canals and Crystal was such an amazing person to be working side by side with Dr Young, who was exceptionally good at keeping me comfortable in such an uncomfortable procedure. He was attentive to my needs and finished up with my care far sooner than I’d expected. What a relief they gave me! If you are afraid of the dentist, you have nothing to fear at this office. Fantastic experience: I went Eastern Pines with major trauma to my upper mouth which caused the loss of my two front teeth. Dr. Young and his dental assistant Crystal made me feel like family. They made me very comfortable and the service they provided was remarkable. They went over and beyond what I expected. Needless to say I left with a temporary bridge the same day. I would recommend their services to anyone. They will make sure you are satisfied with the service that you receive while in their care.

Negative experience: Let me just say that I loved this place when I first started going there but soon found out that not everyone behind the scene is so nice. Because I was lie to and freaked out over being lied to my bridge was measured wrong and two of my perfectly good teeth were drilled down to spiked. The bridge is too big for my mouth and cemented in. When I complained I was answered with an “oh well”, then calls from me and my insurance were ignored. I’m am looking for a good mask practice lawyer because of this. Hope none of you have to deal with a wife who knows nothing about running a business.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mosley is the most amazing person I have ever had for my dental work. She takes her time to analyze the situation of the problem I had and has the patience to solve how to go about fixing it. She is a lifesaver for me fixing what other dentist could not do.

Positive experience: I received a text confirmation and a call to confirm a 3 p.m. appt, but when I arrived they said my appointment was at 4 p.m. Showed the confirmation text but didn't seem to matter. I switched dentist office when my dentist retired and specifically chose Dr Ward. Sadly, I was handed off to another dentist in his office as he got busier. I hope my future dental experiences don't get worse. Nice office and people though.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I don’t ever write reviews, however this dental office and staff are top notch and they actually care about their patients outcome so a review was well deserved. I have experience in the dental field as I used to work in a dental lab so I’m a bit picky when it comes to getting my dental work done (I have had my fair share of hack job dental work.) I have had many fillings and 3 crowns done by Dr. Lovick over the past 3 years and today was the day I got my front 2 crowns put in and the outcome was everything I was hoping for and more. All of my experiences have been very clean, fairly quick, and pretty painless. My 6 year old gets her cleanings done regularly with Dr. Lovick and our favorite hygienist Tristin (although all of the hygienists and technicians are amazing) and her experiences AS A 6 YEAR OLD have been nothing short of amazing (if that’s even a thing in the dental chair), she has also had a lip tie revised and Dr. Lovick and his amazing dental technicians made the process very comfortable and quick for her. My husband has also had lots of fillings done by Dr. Lovick and has also had great experiences. Like I said I don’t leave reviews ever but if you are on the fence about getting dental work done I would 1000% recommend this dental office, you will not be disappointed. You can tell from the time you walk in, to the time you leave that they truly do care about their patients dental outcome. Everyone is very friendly, professional and everything is very clean. Way to go eastern pines dental, Especially Dr. Lovick!

Fantastic experience: Everything went great from the time I got there I probably sat in waiting room maybe 5 minutes. Megan, my hygienist, was on point with everything. Had me X-rated, cleaned & examined by Dr. within 45 mins!! she also had me set up with a follow up appointment for fillings. Can’t say enough about EP Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am the vice president of Advanced Window Tinting and Advanced Signs and Awnings, and I just tinted the back of this dentist's office. I must say, I work in lots of different facilities, and this is the nicest one yet. Very professional and great vibes. I highly recommend this dentist's office; very good people.

Fantastic experience: I had upper and lower teeth worked on. I was expecting to have pain and was a bit worried about that but there was no pain and the Doctor advised me every step of the process what was being done. The care they show to their patients is above and beyond what is expected. I would extremely recommend them for all dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ward and Tristin are top notch. Everyone is helpful and the office is very clean. Trey at the front desk sets the tone for the office with his big smile and welcoming personality. I am always comfortable with my dental care and have been a patient since this office opened.

Fantastic experience: I visited Eastern Pines Dental yesterday to have two fillings. Dr. K. Is the best Dentist I have seen. I dread getting numbing medication. I never felt any pain when Dr K gave me the shot. He and Crystal are the best. I will continue to see Dr. K. In the future. Thank you for your great service.
