Fantastic experience: They are super nice people at Bright Smiles! I had a cleaning today. I noticed a couple of new employees (including the Dentist, himself), but once again, you cannot meet nicer people, both the new Dentist and the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth. The Dentist offered to make an adjustment to my Partial at no charge that I purchased a few months back. He didn’t have to do that, but I thought it was good business on his part.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. The hygienist explained each step of the cleaning and its purpose. The dentist was personable and checked over everything thoroughly. I have found my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I loved my first experience, I was welcomed with open arms and I felt very comfortable and they knew what was best for me!

Negative experience: Terrible experience today. Appointment was at 12:30pm. I was asked to pay a balance from 2024 that my insurance hadn't paid, even though I wasn't contacted by the office of this overdue balance. I paid the balance and was asked to sit in the lobby. I watched 4 patients that arrived after me get called to the back before me. I then asked the rude receptionist why I haven't been called to the back and she said she would go check, however she never communicated anything to me... Another patient goes to the back and that's when I had had enough and told the receptionist that I was leaving and they would need to reschedule my appointment. Very unprofessional and rude dentist office. Receptionist doesn't seem to care about the patients and seems to have a problem communicating with patients.

Negative experience: I had a follow up appointment following a tooth extraction. When I arrived I signed in and was completely ignored by the receptionist. I waited for an hour and five other people who arrived after I did were seen. After waiting for an hour and being completely ignored by staff, I left and I don’t plan on EVER RETURNING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: Worst dental office I have ever been too! I brought my 9 year old son in to have an extraction done due to extreme pain. The dentist tried to tell me he wasn't scheduled for an extraction and refused to provide services. Instead he tried to convince me that an extensive and expensive surgery was necessary to save the tooth that we were there to have extracted! When I told him I'm on a teacher's salary and couldn't afford the procedure he stated " That's not my problem" How unprofessional! How does a dentist turn a child away that's in severe pain and tell the parent that's not my problem!? My family will never be back to this heartless place!

My 8 year old is NOT good at the dentist, and you guys accommodated us due to our home dentist being pregnant and unable to give nitrous for a filling. I appeciate you guys going above and beyond to make his first filling experience good. You guys rock.
