Negative experience: I have called I think 3 or 4 times and set up an appointment for the 6th of September to get my wisdom teeth removed and I tried to send my referral from my other dentist and I think I typed the email wrong on my notes and the email didn't go through and I called them again and then they told me I need to go in for X-rays which then never told me the other times I called and they said my appointment for the 6th was never set

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you guys, this will be my forever dental home..The entire staff is amazing. They made me feel extremely comfortable during my procedures. They were very fast and efficient. Dr. Nguyen has been the best dentist ive ever encountered a long with his team to say the least I would rate them more than 5 stars. The wait time for every appt ive had so far was literally to nothing. They accept walk ins which has been a major plus. Thank you BOCA Dental ill definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others after the absolutely terrible experience I had at Boca Dental Ambracers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, cold, and clearly lacked any basic sense of professionalism or compassion. Every interaction felt like I was a burden to them. What really pushed me over the edge was the fact that they wanted to charge me just for rescheduling an appointment—no service provided, no notice given, just a fee for simply moving the date. I’ve never seen anything like it. The surgeon, who I had high hopes for, was just as unpleasant as the front desk—completely lacking bedside manner, dismissive, and made me feel like I didn’t matter. I left the clinic feeling worse than when I arrived, and that’s saying something given it’s supposed to be a place for care and support. This clinic is the exact opposite of what a mental or dental health provider should be. Indifferent, disrespectful, and money-hungry. I would never recommend Boca Dental Ambracers to anyone. If you value your time, your money, and your mental well-being, stay far away from this place.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience here at boca! They definitely took care of me everyone was very friendly Jackie made sure that my needs were met she was very accommodating, saira did a Fanta job on my braces she takes to me the whole time made me feel comfortable so glad I chose this lace to do my dental work. Mind you, they did my deep cleaning a few weeks ago as well and that experience was also great
