Fantastic experience: Excellent care and service. I have been patient for more than 12 years. This visit was same day replacement of crown I had worn a hole in. Found on cleaning last week. Timely, one day crown saved a lot of worry and time.

They figured out what the problem was very quick dr Zach wasn't in so I seen his father, his father was so patient so kind and was careful I had a great experience and I would most definitely recommend all smiles family dentistry

Fantastic experience: Having suffered many traumatic dental experiences throughout the years, I have failed to go for regular checkups simply out of fear. My first visit at All Smiles started no different with anxiety building in the parking lot. However, I was met with kindness and reassurance from the minute I checked in at the front desk. I cannot say enough good things about the dental hygienist, Kelly. Before she even started her work, she took several minutes to talk to me about my previous experiences to current issues with my teeth. Every step of the exam and cleaning was explained and questions were answered. Dr. Heath was equally as kind and, while I have quite a bit of dental work ahead of me, I feel like they have developed a treatment plan that addresses both my dental needs and the fear that comes with it.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is so friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I had specific concern about a new experience I'm going through with my saliva glands. Dr. Heath was so great about explaining how I might help the issue. He introduced me to Closys mouthwash. My hygienist helped me find the name of the issue so I can study the problems and helps. This team cares deeply about their patients. I'm so blessed that All Smiles is my dental team!! From the second I walk in the door until I leave I feel cared about!

Fantastic experience: During my last exam, they found a filling on a back molar that was starting to show its age. The senior Doctor Meyer did the filling today and he made it about as painless as possible. He didn't rush anything. He allowed plenty of time for the anesthetic to settle in. Talk about a painless procedure! Nothing like the benefit of experience!

(Childhood trauma, fear of going) They were so kind, didn't shame me, and we got a plan figured out. My anxiety going in today was through the roof but it won't be next time I go back. Fantastic experience: I had a consultation for an extraction. Dr.Myers was gracious enough to go ahead and did the extraction for me. He has the best bed side manner, so to speak. He makes you feel so comfortable. I love the way he talks you through whatever it is he is doing. He is the best dentist and he listens and cares about his patient's needs. If you need any dental work done, Dr.Myers is the dentist for you.

And Brenda is the best at helping you understand the exact cost of any procedures that insurance doesn't cover 100%, when you're in there you definitely know that you're in a family environment. Fantastic experience: Lets start by saying I get nervous about going to a new dentist and this was my first visit. I was immediately greeted by friendly, professional staff. The hygienist is fabulous explaining what and why she does whatever she is going to do. She is very thorough and Meagan was also gentle. Then Dr. Ernest Meyers entered. He is kind, professional, soft-spoken and reassuring. He also explains and listens. I can't say enough about the professional attitude of everyone. All knowledgeable in their jobs. The entire office is very clean and I was given a tour of the practice. This is a great place for young and old!

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety and going to the dentist causes panic attacks, everyone at this office is so friendly and understanding! I had my first visit yesterday and it went extremely well, the staff and Dr Zach asked me what they can do to make things better for me during my visit to help with the anxiety, procedures were explained to me so I would understand what’s going on so that’s helpful. We came up with a care plan to get me back on track with my teeth so steps in the right direction!

Fantastic experience: Beyond any expectation. Ten stars on a five scale. Doc was exceptional in his bedside manner, explanation of procedure, skill & pain free tooth pull. Understood what I needed and assisted like no other dentist I’ve ever had. Donated bone marrow to my dad that had AML. Got hooked on pain pills as I was injured during the marrow harvest. I now have 125k plus in veneers and other work parked in my mouth. SUBOXONE destroyed my perfect teeth so here I am pulling them. Thanks Doc & your seasoned staff in helping someone new to town feel so very welcome.

Negative experience: After being a patient for 4 years my hygienist was replaced by the rudest most condescending person ever! I asked office staff not to ever place me with her again but 2 appointments later they did. Immediately into the cleaning she started with her very strange personality and unprofessional comments,I walked out of the appointment and asked office staff to schedule me a new appointment immediately with someone else…never received a call back so 5 days later I called to terminate our business together,I asked for a call from office manager and was told they would call back that day , never happened but they changed my credit card . I asked for refund and was given $48 I was on monthly plan and only got half of my cleanings, basically charged $300 per cleaning. I have never received a single apology or phone call this place shows NO CUSTOMER VALUE your just another number here would not recommend ever. They now will lose 5 clients for simply not rescheduling my appointment or having any time to call me back VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I love all smiles dentistry, I've been coming to them for years and I don't mind driving 2+ hours to be seen by them. I call them angel hands because you can't ever feel them doing work. They are never rushing to get you in and out. Even when understaffed I couldn't tell. They are professional, kind, caring, and best of all honest. They are not trying to rip you off and say you need work when you don't. I made the mistake to go to another dentist about a year ago that absolutely traumatized me. This other dentist unnecessarily drilled healthy teeth without enough anesthesia which left me in agonizing pain for months. I had to avoid getting any food or liquids on that side of my mouth. I decided to call all smiles back to see if I can be seen under an emergency appointment and of course, Dr Myers did not disappoint. He got to work with such delicacy and patience. I was super traumatized from the previous dentist especially around anesthesia, Dr Myers was so gentle I couldn't even tell I had been poked. Love these people to death and I swear I'll probably book a flight to come see them if I move across country. I hope this practice remains standing with such great dentists forever!

Fantastic experience: Incredible first visit! First, the front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and efficient in getting things set up. Second, my hygienist, Mary, was incredible and the cleaning she gave me was top-tier, while even teaching me a few things. UPDATE: My second visit was just as wonderful. I appreciated Morgan's use of the "tooth pressure washer" and recommending the mint flavor for polishing, so I wouldn't "have to taste fruit all day". Even though she doesn't like watching football games, we both agree that good customer service is crucial, and this office & staff is great!

Fantastic experience: "I am a coward when it comes to dentistry". On my first visit I was skeptical. I returned to start my procedure, and was pleased. The Dr. was very caring, and compassionate. Needless to say gentle - I think I fell asleep in the chair, after a long night at work. I've completed a root canal and crown placement today. Exceptional work by the Dental team. Will I recommend them? Absolutely. I've had an exceptional experience. Thank you for my "SMILE". Dr. Heath - Anointed, Gifted Hands. I had a very difficult extraction yesterday. Premeditated exceptionally well, no pain during the procedure, and minimal pain after the procedure. Minimal/bearable pain responding to OTC medications today. My goal is to keep pain at bay and avoid potential post complications. Great Job, Team.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional. The dental assistant got me oriented and explained the prep for the exam. Very hi-tech. Dr. Meyer gave me a detailed rundown of my dental health illustrating his comments using a hi-res large screen monitor. Afterwards I was given a thorough report which included insurance coverage and treatment plan. I was treated with respect and smiles. Great team!

Fantastic experience: My first time there, my daughter referred me to Dr. Meyer she's been going there for years and told me they're the best. Well I needed a dentist so I made an appointment with Dr. Meyer. The entire staff is totally awesome, super friendly, engaging, caring WOW. Katie took my X-rays and history etc. She explained in detail everything. Then Dr. Meyer came in and listened and smiled and was down right terrific. He took his time thoroughly explained all my options including procedures, cost and the difference of one vs the other. Totally felt at ease and comfortable. He won my trust and that's not easy. If you need a great dentist don't hesitate to contact All Smiles Family Dentistry. UPDATE: 10/8/2022 Being one of the biggest Dental Cowards in the world, I sort of bravely went to see Dr. Zack to have 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted. I had a choice of Nitrous oxide or Valium. I opted for Valium (good choice for me). I don't remember much except Dr. Zack kept talking to me through out the procedure and it went far far easier than I believed in my head it would be. Today is day 2, no pain and no problem. Thank you Dr. Zack and the entire staff at All Smiles. One last thing, the final price I had to pay was a lot less than was estimated. I can't say enough about All Smiles. They're my people from now on.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified and they were so kind and patient and really made sure I was ok. I appreciate them so much. They walked me through step for step and made sure I was ok through it all. Even when I refused to take a break, they made sure I took one. They made sure I was in no pain and would stop if it hurt at all. Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: I showed up about 3 hrs early for my scheduled appt, the receptionist informed me of a cancellation, so I was able to get the 11 am. Dental assistant took me back to the examination area, she kept me totally informed. Dr came examined me, we discussed a few things, I have a follow up apt on Thursday, 26 Sept 2024, to provide my old pair of dentures to the Dr, for possible refurbishment and possible save $$. I’m very, very impressed with the whole organization!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Ernest Meyer since 1995 and have always had a positive experience. I had to go in for a broken tooth and Dr Zachary Meyer was who worked on me today. My experience with him was no exception! He along with both dental hygienists that helped me were really great. They were patient with me as I was having extreme anxiety due to having to get my tooth extracted. They took their time and allowed me to gain some control over all the emotions I was feeling. I can't say enough about how thankful I was to know I was in good hands. If you ever need an amazing family dentist to go too then go see them at All Smiles Dentistry. Positive experience: The dentist was always great, but they’re always booked way in advance for cleanings. I’m talking like four months. I talked to someone rude today at the front desk while trying to schedule my cleaning, and have decided to switch offices now. Just not worth it.

Negative experience: All of these reviews about little wait must have been left by the dentists. If you showed up to your appointment 30 minutes later than scheduled, you’d be arriving on time for them to call you into the back. If you get lucky and get called back within 20 minutes, they’ll make up for it by making you wait another 20 minutes alone in your room in the back before they come in and start. They’re nice though.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a crown put on one of my back teeth. Dr Heath and Sabrina were amazing any discomfort I felt was from my own anxiety. Thank you Dr Heath and Sabrina keep up the great job.

Fantastic experience: Well here we are again...pretty soon I will run out of teeth to fix!! Anyway, yesterday, their office saw me for a bad toothache. The office staff, one of the best I have been around. Wonderful people, so are the doctors and assistants. I'm always visited by one special lady. She pops in just to say a quick hello even when shes not going to work on me. SO I thank-you! I Thank-You all! Hello, today is the 21st, and I survived my dentist visit yesterday. Two crowns on the same side in one day. No going back in two weeks to finish the job. As I have said in the past, if you have to go to the dentist, choose All Smiles Dentistry! From the moment you check in till the time you check out, you are treated like one of their family. Such a wonderful group of people. They always explain whats about to take place and they take special care that you are comfortable, and not in any pain. I won't rattle on here....I just want to thank everyone there! Hello again, this is my second visit, this time a crown. As on the last post, I said these people are wonderful. Everyone one of them treated you kindly, and tried to make your stay there for the procedure comfortable. Sounds funny I know! Everything was explained to me and they made sure I couldn't feel anything in the area they we were working on. Which I didn't, till later when I got home and it started to wear off, which is natural. Your face/mouth, had a bit of drama going on and wasn't to happy about that! So if anyone out there needs a great dentists office to take care of their dental needs, they are truely the ones. I decided just to extend this message on my third visit...again what a wonderful group of people and dental practice. You always walk away with a smile! Maybe a numb one, but a smile! I want to thank everyone there for making me feel like a part of their family. What a great dental office!

Fantastic experience: I always have great experiences during my visits. I’m greeted warmly when I enter and usually checked in quickly. I’ve rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to be called back. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. I’m kept informed about my dental health and have an appointment for my next visit before I leave. I’m very happy!

Fantastic experience: This place was great , they were honest , upfront and very good , it was the best cleaning I have ever had , they did a fantastic and through job. last place my spouse and I went seemed tobe money hungry tried to make me have excessive expensive work done,i didnt go back. Im very glad i found this place.
