Fantastic experience: So I am someone who has not seen a dentist in over 20years out of fear. This was a necessary visit and took everything I had to go. It went way better than expected. The dental assistant (sorry cannot remember her name, but she travels from Greensburg) understood my fear and talked me through each procedure. She was way beyond kind and patient. Dr. Kist also was very kind and patient with me. Through my procedure Dr. Kist kept asking if I was ok or needed to take a break. I was able to have my fears without feeling bad about it. I have another appointment in a few weeks, and though I still have fear/anxiety, I feel better going back knowing that my feelings are heard and recognized. If you are like me, and the fear of the dentist is overwhelming, Edgewood Dental can help you!!

The office staff is welcoming, Marcie is the BEST hygienist, and yesterday Dr. Kist and Haley finished my crown procedure, they were the best. If you want a dental practice that is professional, compassionate, flexible, state-of-the-art and onetime with appointments, this is your place!

Fantastic experience: My visit was very nice, accommodating and friendly. I'm treated with respect, friendly and is very comfortable. I am not nervous when seeing the dentist or staff. The office has a friendly, comfortable and safe environment. They are gentle in cleaning your teeth, and the dentist is assuring in talking and explaining what to expect. If there is any pain, the Staff will make it comfortable and you will feel at ease with feeling no pain. You are assured no harm or hurt will come to you in any way. I just love the care I receive here. Definitely fateful in checking you every six months, and you are informed to notify them, if there are signs of something else happening and/or an emergency situation. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is very stressful for me. I went for my cleaning yesterday with Marissa and as always, such a pleasant visit with her. She is so helpful with my dental needs and always makes me feel so comfortable! The stress is gone after I get in there. She always has been very easy to talk to and really cares about what's going on with me. It's more than just a cleaning, it's like going to see an old friend. She does a great job everytime! Dr. Naby did my exam afterwards and was very helpful with my situation. He is very caring and tries to help me with helpful tips. This is an excellent practice that keeps up with the latest developments in the field, so I know I'm getting the best possible care. They are thorough and respectful.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit at Edgewood Dental. I haven’t been to the dentist is some years, just because I’ve never had any dental issues (great for me)… But the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed to the practice. Peggy was my dental hygienist and she was amazing. So personable. Talked me through everything she did from x-rays, to cleaning, instruments, and even show me the proper way to floss (index finger, thumbs, and middle finger lol).. Dr. Krissy examined me as well and also was very personable and told me for things to watch in the future… Overall it was an amazing experience. I look forward to going back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Edgewood Dental is close to my house so I chose them for my emergency. They fit me in within the week and I was treated well. Everyone is very friendly. I appreciated how they talked about everything they were doing and helped me make good decisions about my care. The technology is up to date and the staff work well together. I thought my charges were a little high but I haven't been to a dentist in a long time and everything else is certainly more expensive nowadays.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment because of a chipped tooth. Edgewood Dental was excellent- they diagnosed the problem. They were able to bring me back later that day and fix the tooth and put on a temporary crown.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment a week ago and was very happy with my experience. The location is convenient with ample parking, the office is clean and well lit (very important for my poor eye sight), and every employee was incredibly friendly. Edgewood Dental focuses on client relationships and don’t just put a TV in front of you to distract you like you’re a toddler. I asked a few questions that led to an Invisalign consultation, but at no time did I feel like I was being pressured into something I wasn’t interested in. A special shout out to my hygienist Peggy, who was wonderful at explaining both what she was doing and why she was doing it. Dental Hygienists are the unsung heroes of the world, and Peggy was the best of the best.

The dentist and her assistant were both amazing and personable. Let me also add that the atmosphere and decor were welcoming and beautiful! Negative experience: Sloppy and disheveled accounting. Paid up front for an implant and confirmed this twice before the procedure. I left the procedure being told I was all set and there was no balance, only to receive another bill. Called and spoke to whoever handles the billing because the numbers were not adding up. After a lot of run around and not answering very basic billing questions they decided to write it off. Very questionable billing practices, had other issues going on and felt I would get better overall care elsewhere. Lots of turnover at this place and call your dental provider to verify what they are billing.

Fantastic experience: Edgewood Dental is fantastic!!!! My first appointment and it was great. All the staff was wonderful, they explained and reviewed X-rays. Prioritized the work that needs done. Even got me in for a cleaning. Have and will recommend to everyone. Also, they called ahead of my appointment to push time out 30 minutes, so I wasn’t sitting in the waiting room for the 30 minutes. Imagine that, my time as important as theirs…. Can only say Awesome!!!!

Dr. Brown and Marissa did a great job at my appointment today as always. My favorite part about their process is the text reminders they send to my phone the week of my appointment and the day of. When scheduling visits every 6 months it is easy for these things to get lost in the weeds. If you are able to get on their schedule I would take advantage of it. Negative experience: Shady af. I called to verify they took my insurance before setting up the appointment, asked when I arrived if they needed to see my insurance card (they said no) and after an 'intro exam' (not a cleaning) went out front and they told me I was out of network and owed $250. The receptionist was suppper rude about it and just kept blaming me. Anyway this place sucks, don't go.

Fantastic experience: I came to Edgewood dental with 2 broken molars and they helped me significantly in saving my teeth. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Their dentist does a very good job and I haven’t had any issues after my appointment. Would highly recommend if you care about your teeth.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment a few days ago. New patient paperwork is thorough and can be done online before the appointmwnr. Staff was very nice and attentive to questions i asked. Office was comfortable to be in. They did a full 3d scan of my teeth and the person showed me what that looked like, very interesting technology and I think it's beneficial for people who are visual learners. Due to the weather a bunch of appointments canceled and the office generously offered to let me stay longer for a cleaning, which was not part of my original appointment plan. They also offer custom fit night guards which I have not received yet but I have heard work really well.
