Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient here for a long time, but this will be my last visit—and I’m writing this as I sit in the chair waiting for the doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 p.m. It’s now 5:51 p.m., and I have yet to be seen or even have my teeth cleaned. What makes this experience even worse is that the office texted me multiple times today asking if I could come in early, only for me to end up waiting over two hours for treatment. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. It’s. 6:13 p.m. and I’m just leaving.

Fantastic experience: Best Dental Experience Ever! I just had a deep cleaning done and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I usually deal with a lot of anxiety at dental appointments, but the dentist and assistant went above and beyond to make me feel calm and comfortable. In the past, I’ve had issues with not being fully numb and feeling everything—but not this time. I didn’t feel a thing! I’m so glad I found this office. Even though it’s far from where I live, I honestly don’t mind the drive—it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience getting my wisdom teeth taken out! The staff is friendly, and the process is fluid and effective. You can tell they do this procedure a lot. But even if it is routine for them, you feel cared for. I hope for it to be a seamless healing process, they provided me with everything I will need for that to happen. The procedure itself went well! Great place

Negative experience: The fact that you cant find my name in your system when i literally had an appointment on July 31st, 2025 and have confirmation texts from you, is very concerning and makes my decision on not coming valid (Name is in the review). Yeah sorry i will not be their next victim ‍♀️ staff was too rude over the phone on July 21st 2025 rude because i wanted to set an appointment for my wisdom teeth and they didn't want to set one talking about you need a referral but i already had one and it was already sent to them & on July 30th 2025 was rude because my confirmation texts have been saying a "Dentist appointment" which only made me confirmed that i was getting my wisdom done because they didn't tell me otherwise (shows the lack of professionalism - I should not have been able to get off that phone without knowing all that is going on) and then the day before the actual appointment the confirmation text says "consultation" and I had only called to INQUIRE that day about it because i had asked my sister to call off of work to be there with me so i needed an understanding if this appointment is just a consultation so i can tell my sister to go enjoy their day off or go back to work and the staff acted like I was disrupting her job by asking what I believe is a simple question and the crazy thing is, I was perfectly fine with it being a consultation because i was scared to begin with but I just wanted clarification because when I made the appointment that was not clear and like i stated just wanted to inform my sister so i don't waste her time but after going through that and they do not know how to take responsibilities! (from the response of the owner) yeah .. Nope I wont be trusting them in my mouth ✌Oh and I see why on YELP your reviews are at 2.8 out of 5 rating!

Negative experience: Friendly staff and very helpful but this office overcharges the customer i had to get my benefit department involved because I was told over the phone by one of the girls there that I was accidentally overcharged by billing and then they were only trying to give me half the money back. This seems very dishonest I will never go back beware of the charges

Fantastic experience: I want to thank My son had his first dentist appointment in years due to his fear of sitting in a dentist chair. He was uneasy upon arrival. Once we entered the facility there were to ladies sitting at the front desk Mariaelena & Roselyn who were friendly faces who greeted us with kindness, smiles & warmth putting him at ease. I am a firm believer first impressions are long lasting and these two ladies definitely went above and beyond proving an environment allowing us to feel comfortable even before we made it past the front desk. Definitely will be returning, I will be referring family and friends.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time going there they didn’t took so long to get me in for my appointment , th why put me in a room set it up really fast and the dentist came in talked to me about how things were gonna go down step by step great man and friendly put the anesthesia in past like less then 10 minutes checked on me and took my tooth in less then a minute didnt hurt at all Not like other places that even with the anesthesia still hurts no this one was fast ,easy and clean really recommend this place I will come back to take my wisdom teeth out for sure

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. The X-ray exam didn't took long and the doctor is a no nonsense type of guy (but in a good way), tells you your next course of action one must make. They also do oral surgery at this location, which is great. With insurance, I found the price to be very reasonable with the type of surgery that I need to get done. I was really surprised because many places will charge you an arm and a leg! I will definitely plan ahead when the time comes. Updated review: had I tooth extraction, with the option of being put to sleep. The Drs are so nice and made me felt comfortable the whole time, as I was quite nervous.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this company regarding my son's braces. They failed to properly put on his wire, which was frustrating enough, but to make matters worse, I ended up being double charged for services that were not even completed. I truly regret choosing this company for my children's orthodontic needs. The customer service has been the worst I've encountered; it seems like no one is ever aware of what's going on regarding my son's treatment. I feel lost and neglected in this process, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: They never actually fix what I come in for, I keep leaving with pain because they will work on something completely different from the specific reason I come in.

Fantastic experience: I went to my appointment not knowing what to expect. My dentures were bent a little. I got there. They relied my top set and then then partial on the bottom. They fitted in good so I'm giving a 10 more 5. It was a good visit and I. Tell anyone to refer anyone to you guys I want to invite

Negative experience: I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to this dental office. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over 40 minutes without any communication or update from the staff. Punctuality is a reasonable expectation, particularly in a professional healthcare setting, and the lack of regard for my time was both unprofessional and discourteous. I hope the office takes steps to improve their scheduling and patient communication moving forward, but I will be seeking dental care elsewhere.

Negative experience: Don't go here!! I had a tooth pulled a week ago. They gave me a wad of gauze, and told me to hold it there for an hour. They didn't pack it or give me antibiotics! I was wondering why it still hurts so much, and upon investigation, I realized that they didn't remove the entire tooth!! I am not going back

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience at this facility. All I needed was a new retainer. I went for the scans at the Craig location and then was sent to the Pecos location to pick up my retainer. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived at 1:45 and was told that they go to lunch at 2 so I would have to wait! I asked why was I scheduled for a 2pm appointment then?! The response from the ladies at the front was the computer systems between offices is not linked so the other office does not know their lunch schedule. I asked if there could be an exception made since that was not my fault as a customer. I was told the Dr. had already left and I'd CLEARLY seen him at the front desk looking at one of the computers before 2pm. The answer was NO and I was not seen until 3:30pm. I told the Dr. Bakhaj that I was thankful all I needed was the retainer and not one of his regular patients. I understand mistakes are made between offices, but that should not fall to the patient/customer.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in my experience with this dentistry. I paid over $2000 for treatment just to be treated with horrible customer service. The front staff are rude and ghetto. And the same tooth the dentist "fixed", broke soon after. I will never go back.

Negative experience: I started off having a great experience at this place but I'm not sure what happened to their customer service. I would never recommend this dentistry to anyone. The actual dentist was okay but the people working the front desk had me wait almost 1 hour just to answer a simple question. Very unprofessional

Negative experience: The WORST! I wish I could give zero stars. The front staff are so disrespectful and unknowledgeable about anything related to billing and finances. The dentist performed a root canal on my tooth but no one told me that it could break completely off in less than 6 months! I went to get them to fix it and the front desk refused to work with me. I found a new dentist with better staff.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Raper is a wonderful man I went in today April 2 2025 at 2pm and I was so scared to stay I almost left but I didn't because I needed these extractions bad I had a infection and I was in pain for months on in I mean nothing was worst then the pain I had from my teeth and I am so relieved now it's amazing I had 13 teeth removed I had him put me to sleep and man everything went just so smoothly I am at home it is 8pm and I have no pain what so ever and he really knows what he is doing if your looking for a good nice oral surgeon I recommend David Raper I mean it he is so nice just needs better reception women up in that office because boy let me tell you they are a whole hot mess I've been in there twice and both times they're in there doing their makeup doing their hair and it does them no justice their eyelashes look ridiculous but other than that his office is nice and clean he's a great doctor I would go to him again and again a lot of dentists ain't so nice as him so if you want a good job done no pain no score look no more Dr. David Raper is waiting for you to knock on his door

Fantastic experience: Great service. On my first visit, I was late because I didn't know where it was. I caught the wrong bus. They sent me a reminder text and when I arrived, they accommodated me anyway. The dental surgeon, Dr. Raper was the kindest gentleman you would ever want to meet. 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: So far I’ve only had good experiences. For as many people as I see in the waiting room we are usually seen pretty quickly. The staff are good with children. One of my kiddos needed some work done and they did it right then and there so I didn’t have to come back. Then halfway through she needed a potty break and they were super understanding and did not make us feel like we were messing up their schedule. My kids leave happy and so do I.

Fantastic experience: Same day consultation for extraction of my tooth. The dentist physician was excellent. Will be coming back every time here for anymore dental work in the future. Just amazing dental practice and staff. 5 stars are not enough to rate, I give them a big 100 star rate lol. It took 4 months with Dr. glyman, and with this doctor it took only 1 day. Unbelievable and excellent service!!!!

Positive experience: i’ve been coming here for orthodontic treatment for a while and i’m satisfied with my services overall! and i’ve had no problems with front desk or any assistants (they’ve all been very kind)! although i do feel like the dr’s bedside manner has been falling short. mind you, i get how easy it is to become stressed given how busy it is, and that people inevitably have their bad days. however, for some reason it always seems like the dr is irritated or giving me a short response as soon as i say hello or ask a question during my visit? it’s honestly off putting and all i hope is that it improves, cause otherwise i like coming here
