Fantastic experience: I received excellent dental care from both the staff and doctor Nathan Ringer. Everyone was very friendly and kind, and answered all the questions that I had. I will be returning soon for another oral surgery procedure.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice. My son (while coming out of his sedation and caught on a very funny video) voiced his great appreciation for the Dr. and the “suction girl”. The procedure was quick and he got a pint of ice cream for the road. Great job to all.

Fantastic experience: I had couple teeth broken and lot pain. Was trying to hold off until my doc got back because terrified of the dentist. But these guys did so awesome. They made sure to make me feel comfortable and everything and I was sleep whole time. And they where so fast. Highley recommend.

The facility was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and easy to locate, which created a positive first impression. The procedure itself was efficient and completed in approximately 30 minutes, which exceeded my expectations. Following sedation, the recovery process in the office felt somewhat expedited, though I recognize this is likely due to the scheduling needs of other patients. Importantly, the quality of care did not end there. The doctor has personally followed up with me since the procedure, providing reassurance and making it clear that I am welcome to reach out with any questions or concerns. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and continued support provided by this office and would confidently recommend their services to others.

Fantastic experience: In the past when I have had dental work, this usually a procedure of numbing the area where the needle will go and this didn't happen. That was not a major crisis for me, but I was surprised and the shot in the roof of my mouth hurt a lot! Lot! The staff and the dentist were both very nice and efficient. So far. I've had absolutely no discomfort which is amazing to me! p

Fantastic experience: I had an infected tooth pulled and then a bone graft to fill in the space by Dr. Nate Ringer. All went well. I took pain meds only on the day of the surgery to stay ahead of the pain and woke up the next morning (and every day since) with no pain at all. I believe the absence of pain after surgery is the mark of a great surgeon and I'm grateful for Dr. Ringer's knowledge and expertise. Also, everyone I spoke with at this office is helpful and kind. When I called the office a few days after the surgery to ask a question, the person who answered the phone was able to answer my question - I didn't have to wait for someone to call me back, which was really appreciated. The only thing I would ask to be done differently (if possible) is to call in the post-surgery prescriptions to be picked up a few days before the surgery for convenience.

Positive experience: Everything went smoothly, and they were nice. The only issue was that after my child was all hooked up in the room, they showed me how much I needed to pay after insurance. I asked if I could set up a payment plan (because I only had that exact amount in my account and needed that money for bills). They said no to payment plans and that I had to pay the full amount in order to get my child’s wisdom teeth out. I felt pressured and upset that they didn’t do this beforehand so that I could make a less-pressured decision. Not only did I feel pressured and upset, but the shame from having no money enveloped me. I tried not to cry.

Fantastic experience: I fell and damaged my right eye and I couldn’t see very well and Dr Veruni did surgery an put a bubble in my eye and in about 1 week, I could see out of my eye‼️ I am very happy with the results and would recommend her for anyone who has a need for eye surgery that she do the surgery, she was very caring about me and the results‼️

Fantastic experience: My name is Mr.Carter and I was seen by Dr.Nate today for teeth extractions at Colorado Springs Oral and Facial Surgery at 1644 Medical Center point. And let’s just say it was the BEST dentist visit I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 28 years old. They were not only very quick and precise with their work with TWO teeth being removed, they were also very comforting and friendly and I left with little to no pain and even now I’m still pain free without medication (I don’t not advise this, my pharmacy was busy and it took a while to get my post op meds). It was so quick I had to ask my fiancé if the procedure had started or not !!! They also did a post op check up and reassured me that if I had any worries, all I had to do was reach out. Personally I love that. I’m definitely going back to get more work done. They are the only place I trust now. Oh and let’s not forget about being sent home with ice cream which me and pregnant fiancé both loved lol❤️ Hands down best dentist visit ever. 5 stars for me⭐️

Fantastic experience: Got my 4 wisdom tooth removed on Wednesday at 10. went to sleep woke up and they were gone. Today is Friday and still yet to feel any pain whatsoever. I can’t even tell they are missing until it’s time to eat. It was great experience at first I was nervous but now I don’t really see why people are afraid to remove their wisdom teeth.

Fantastic experience: Had a back molar extracted. They were able to get me in exceedingly fast and I am so grateful for that!! The office was comfortable and had great seating options. Saw a lot of husbands bummed they had to stay for the whole procedure...so pack some snacks guys. But as for the procedure, I have never had an extraction with I'm serious....zero pain after. I know the tooth was bad so it was prob easy to get out....but I'm telling you the immediate relief and now day two keeping up on soft diet and meds I feel a thousand percent better. I cannot recommend this office enough. Oh and I don't wanna be blowing up their spot...but the pint of ice cream and ice pack after procedure was amazing, Thank you all!!!

Fantastic experience: After a bit of a hassle getting the VA to do their part the extractions went fine. Id say more but i literlay sat down got hooked up and that is all i remember. I woke up some time later with work done and apparently a small tub of ice cream.

At the consultation appointment Dr Ringer answered all of our questions and put us at ease. The procedure was quick and we were amazed at how quickly our son recovered. Fantastic experience: My appointment was with Dr. Nathan Riddle to have an extraction and to explore what needed to be done to start a new replacement implant. I don't think it was even 30 minutes before he was finished, not only with the extraction, but the implant post too!!! Saved me a lot of money and cut down the time needed to complete the implant. Dr. Nathan was wonderful to work with and so was his assistant (unfortunately I forget her name). I highly recommend them both.

Fantastic experience: Okaayyyyyy so where do I start so I haven't been to the dentist in over ten years mind you im 28 I know its horrible they had to take out 4 teeth wisdom teeth and take out 2 broken teeth I was soo scared but everyone I cam in contact with was very reassuring that I'm gonna be find mind you the day I went in my appointment was not until the next day but they still seen me that day very demure very mindful lol I can say alot of good things but most important the tooth extractions went very well they numbed me up pretty good I ddnt feel a thing the worst part would have to be me having to hold my mouth open for about 30 mins yes they have something for you to bite down on but your mouth is still open but like I said all went well this is the 4th day I'm feeling way better now that the teeth are gone if you have any doubts here is your reassurance they are the best

The first time I saw him and his staff so so friendly and they got me in as soon as I could because of my situation with my teeth the one that was pulled somewhere else and I'm giving me an extreme mouth problems I wish I would have had him in my first experience having a tooth pulled and 3 other Dr.s, right now I just saw him this morning and Dr Nathan Ringers took such good care of me and his staff I sure wish I would went to him and had him before this whole challenge happened. Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions regarding my procedure. The oral surgeon explained what was being done before and after the extraction. I would highly recommend going to their office. The questions I had before and after were answered. Susie (called me and was able to get me an appointment a week earlier)and I really appreciated her initiative.Tina helped me when I arrived at the office and explained everything including the X-ray needed so the doctor had everything to complete his work. When he entered the examination room he introduced himself, checked the x ray and explained what was required before he started. The office called me the next day asking how I was feeling and I didn’t have any problems. If I need to see them again I would not hesitate.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eric Ringer's abilities as an oral surgeon cannot be overstated. Trust that you will receive the absolute best oral surgery care from Dr. Ringer. I have been a dental hygienist for 20 years, and I will always go to Dr. Ringer for any needed oral surgery. Today, he removed my daughter's wisdom teeth, and it was a very smooth process. He previously surgically removed a tooth impacted in her palate which healed seemingly overnight. The staff and assistants are also absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I was referred over here by the army. At first to be honest I was so scared just for some reason I don’t trust outside providers. But my experience was totally different, the assistants and receptionist are all amazing. The doctor too was very welcoming and all this made me relax and more comfortable. I went there for 4wisdom teeth extraction and this was painless I am so grateful. I just remember waking up in a wheel chair ready to go My mouth and some aches started when I got home but this is normal. I feel much better this morning. I will for ever be grateful

My daughter underwent a dental procedure that involved the removal of some teeth and an otoma, and we were both quite anxious about it. However, upon arriving at the facility, we were immediately put at ease by the amazing and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and supportive, which made us feel confident that we were in good hands.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist. This group and their staff are extremely friendly. The visit is streamline. They are excellent with their patients. I drove 3hrs from gunnison for this visit and would do it again.

Positive experience: The staff are very friendly and tje dental surgery seemed t9 go well. The biggest issue to me is that since this costs over 14000 dollars they charged me a fee to put it on my credit card! Supposedly they don't charge a fee if you pit it on your debit card, but who keeps that kind of a balance in their checking?

Fantastic experience: This office was so helpful between staff and Dr I had a great experience. Medical staff always made sure everything was 100% clear from treatment plan to billing and answered any questions I had along the way. Dr. Ringer made sure to clarify exactly what I needed when asked even up to the day of my procedure. The clinic answered all post op concerns even after calling multiple times. This office pays close attention to patients and patient care and the communication between staff, as well as staff to patients is excellent I most definitely recommend this office for any oral procedure!

Fantastic experience: The Dr. And his assistant were very kind to my daughter who came in to the first consultation very anxious, but when she came the second time to the actual surgery she was a little nervous but feeling much better, especially that she got her own rainbow sherbet pint. They all provided all the necessary information to feel confident that she was going to be ok. I really appreciated your kindness and sure hope that we don’t need to come back but if there is the need with any of my younger kids, I will gladly bring them to thus practice.

Fantastic experience: Today’s visit provided me with some much needed relief. Dr. Shelley immediately addressed the issue by putting on longer abutments. The office staff were very welcoming and dedicated to offering quality patient care. The office personnel, starting with Nicole, worked with me and Dr. Shelley’s to rectify a meeting conflict, on the day of my appointment, so that I could make my visit with Dr. Shelley. I readily admit that the process to expose the posts for my dentures to adhere to was quite painful; however, the dental assistant’s chair-side manner and Dr. Shelley’s impeccable technical skills, made the experience much more tolerable. As I was leaving my appointment, the staff at the south location where my appointment was scheduled at, mentioned that Nicole had called from the north office to ensure that I was taken care of. Jokingly, yet with sincerity, they assured me that Nicole wasn’t the only one who cared about my wellbeing, rather, they all are. I am thankful to be under the care of such a professional caregiving team. My future smiles will speak for me. The ability to schedule an appointment was very easy. The intake specialist did a great job getting me ready to see Dr. Shelley. Dr. Shelley was extremely concerned about my being satisfied with his recommendations. I appreciate the fact that he will consult with my family Dentist before making further recommendations for treatments.
