Fantastic experience: The staff at Arrowhead is outstanding. From Justine at the front desk ito all of the dentists, the atmosphere is friendly and everyone is very caring and considerate. And my Hygienist that I have been going to for a few years is amazing! Briana is the absolute best! She makes you feel comfortable from when she calls you in, to when she walks you out! She has this beautiful personality that makes your day even after you leave! Fantastic experience: The entire team and practice are wonderful! The receptionists Lauren and Fran could not be more patient and accommodating. I had an extraction by Dr Nicholas, and was very pleased. I am a new patient of Dr Peterson and her assistant Taylor. Both took the time to explain what my first new patient visit would entail, the happy energy between them was infectious. I had my cleaning with Lisa who did a great job and answered my many questions very patiently. Yes, I’m so happy my husband found this wonderful practice for our family!

Fantastic experience: My family have been going to Arrowhead for over twenty years and the staff have always been great. Dr Romeo has been my Dentist for about a year now, since Dr Gouin has semi-retired and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. Dr Romeo and Kristina performed the procedure flawlessly, providing explanations of what would come next. My appointment was squeezed in because it had to be rescheduled, but they took the extra time to complete it so I wouldn’t have to return for a second visit.Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: My first time at arrowhead was very neat, everyone there was very polite and positive, was very helpful got shown around which was nice. The dentist, the nurse and dental hygienist explained what they where doing which was nice the place was nice and clean as well lots of bathrooms.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best customer experience at any medical facility I’ve ever visited. They allowed me to fill out my paperwork prior to my appointment online which saved a good amount of time. The receptionists couldn’t have been more kind and competent. Once I was checked in they handed me a gift bag with a note welcoming me to their dental practice. That was a first for me. It was very surprising and I appreciated it. I was then taken to x-rays and then for my check-up. My new dentist, Dr. Mattos was very sweet, thorough, and informed. The dental assistant (sorry! I can’t place her name) was extremely helpful and prepared as well. After my examination, they had a couple of teeth cleaning slots that opened up that same morning and I obliged. Christian was super and did an excellent job. What a great guy! I then paid at the end of my morning and that too was easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this well-oiled machine to anyone in need of a great dentist and hygienist with exemplary customer service. Thank you, Arrowhead, I’ll be seeing you this Fall.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nicholas and both Lauren’s were amazing!! I couldn’t asked for a better care! They even called me later that evening and wanted to know if I was doing OK so compassionate and professional !! What a great team!!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Brendan and Jillian were both awesome. Today's visit was to put on a temporary crown. Dr. Brendan did his part with the grinding of the tooth and Jillian completed the cleanup and crown fabrication. Jillian did such a great and efficient job, I asked her if she was a dentist. She explained she wasn't not but had been doing the job for over 16 years. I highly recommend Dr. Brendan, Jillian and Arrowhead Dental

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for three years now and I have only had good experiences. Brianna is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had - she’s so sweet and reassuring. I’ve had a couple of dentists here and they’ve both been great. They are booking out far in advance, like everywhere else, but they always make sure to book my cleanings a full year in advance so I don’t get stuck and miss one!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for decades here at this point. I had to cancel my appointment for later this week and they were able to fit me in last minute today to make sure I didn’t go too long without care. Bri was knowledgeable, professional and listened to my concerns. You can tell she is passionate about her job and really cares about her patients. Dr. Renner went above and beyond ensuring that I received proper treatment to diagnose issues and not just do the bare minimum to bill insurance. I’m pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend Arrowhead to someone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Arrowhead dental for years - I live 45 minutes away and they make it worth the drive! I have had 3 wonderful hygienists over the years, and my current hygienist Sarah is AMAZING. She is thorough but gentle and I leave there feeling like my teeth got a spa day! But totally don’t go to her - lol, I don’t want to have to wait longer for an appointment, hahaha!! Seriously though, everyone there is friendly, helpful, professional and kind. DEFINITELY go there if you are anxious about dentists, they’ll change your mind!

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired from Arrowhead and I thought that a new facility closer to my home would be better for me. The new place could not see me until the end of the year. I made an appointment with a new to me doctor at Arrowhead instead. I am so glad I did! Totally happy with my new dentist, his assistant and hygienist. Positive experience: I'm editing this review because young receptionist was snarky and dismissive over the phone. The dentist was professional when I had my filling done, a couple weeks ago. Dentist is very very experienced w broken teeth and fillings.

Fantastic experience: Great cleaning appointment with Sophia !! She was able to get great BW X-rays even with my huge mandibular tori without causing all the discomfort I have felt in the past . Sophia also has a light touch while performing a really thorough cleaning . I am happy that Sophia has joined the Arrowhead team and look forward to having her be my hygienist from here on out.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brendan isn't my regular dentist but when I had an emergency he saw me right away. He's super nice and the facility is top notch. If you're looking for a dentist in the Charlestown area you can't do better than Dr. Brendan

Fantastic experience: Arrowhead Dental is amazing. I saw Kristina and Dr Romeo today to replace old crown. Kristina was fabulous. Explains everything and very kind. Dr Romeo was wonderful too. He answered my questions and the needles barely hurt. And looking out window to the hummingbirds and orange Oreo bird was so peaceful. The entire environment from outside to inside is so peaceful. And staff is so nice.

Fantastic experience: I had my second root canal at Arrowhead yesterday and it was an exceptional experience. Both the doc and the assistant were great at dealing with my “dentist anxiety” and working with me to the point of me actually nodding off to sleep once or twice during the procedure.
