Negative experience: Dr. Gigante is horrible. My mouth is in worse pain than ever. I will never go back there. I mean I've been with Dr. Scott and it has never hurt my mouth like this. I mean no sleep. This is the worst.

Fantastic experience: One Of The Best Dental Offices In Tallahassee. Dr. Knapp & Ms.Kim & Ty Took Great Care Of Me. They Kept Me Entertained & Informed Throughout My Appointment & Went Above & Beyond To Ensure My Wisdom Tooth Extraction Went Smooth. Thank You All.

Negative experience: Warning to all PARENTS! My review echoes other 1 star reviews. They tried to upcharge me a week ago and the hygienist was visibly annoyed at my refusal. But today the same hygienist had my minor daughter sign for a $140 upcharge even after she told him she was underage. They proceeded to numb her mouth without my approval until she was able to call me and I put a stop to it! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Dr. Roane was nice to me the other day, but his staff will be their downfall, especially this hygienist. They must get bonuses for their upselling - even to minors!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shane did a great job on my filling. Carmen and Joselyn were absolutely fantastic doing a very complicated cleaning (I am a heavy smoker). Best cleaning I had in many years. X rays, exam, cleaning, and a filling was $433 total cash as I have no insurance. That is reasonable for the quality work. Bannerman Village charged me more than that for 1 filling so don’t go there! This office however was very transparent. On time as well both times. Easy to schedule. They were a once in probably fifty a positive experience in an other terrible industry.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Knapp is always so kind, gentle and patient. He is an awesome dentist. I had the pleasure of meeting his assistant "Ty" on 8/7 and she is also awesome. They took great care of me as always.

Fantastic experience: I love my dentist office! They are always very professional and very timely. My hygienist Michelle is one of the reasons that I love coming to the office because of how informative and attentive she is when it comes to the health and upkeep of my teeth. My 6 month check-ups are always convenient and on time because Michelle works effectively to ensure that I make it back to the office during my lunch hour so I do not have to use a lot of my leave time. I recommend this office as well as my hygienist if you are looking for a Dentist Office that cares about your hygienic needs.

Fantastic experience: Like a lot of other people, I have a tendency to put off going to the dentist until I have to. Well, the inevitable happened. Part of my tooth broke off and I had some pain. My staff had spoken very highly of Good Smiles so I thought I’d give them a try. So glad I did! I found everyone there to be very attentive and caring. Terry and Pam (dental hygienists) couldn’t have been nicer and really made the experience a whole lot easier than I experienced in the past. I know that I’m going to need some work done so I’m scheduled to see Dr Good next week. I’ve heard only good things about her so I’m sure I’ll be in “good” hands.

Fantastic experience: From a BIG BABY with White coat syndrome I wanna scream from the mountain tops about how AMAZING the staff is at Good smiles!! From the time I hit the door Eileen was wiping tears and reassuring me everything would be fine. I also met with Dr Napp and Dr. Good who were both extremely friendly and informative.Dr.Good literally wiped my tears for me while providing me with options and making me feel safe. The patient care and education was TOP TIER!!!! But let me tell yall about Michelle…baby Michelle was HEAVEN SENT! I was literally in tears and she was so helpful GENTLE EFFICIENT THOROUGH and KIND. At checkout I was greeted by Mariah who was also very sweet and helpful getting me booked for my future appts. If you are not booking with Good smiles where you at?? Negative experience: Man this is the worse Dentist place around Tallahassee they are Racist and money hungry I just walk out because this is my second time coming here and didn’t get anything Accomplish the only thing I want was my tooth pulled and that was about $97 bucks but everytime they always coming with these Outrageous numbers ($550) talking about you need this and that done when the only thing I wanted was a simple tooth pulled I understand I need my mouth fix but right now I don’t have 500 dollars, I just wanted my tooth pulled!! Man it seems like you can’t trust nobody everybody is out to get money the doctors the Dentist etc, this country is Corrupt real bad!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Good and Dr. Pike are spectacular!!! My teeth had become a “hot - mess” due to years of neglect, dating back to childhood. I had to have allot of work. Root canals, fillings, and implants. They handled all procedures with the highest level of skill and professionalism. Dr. Pike even gives you his personal cell number to call if there is an issue or questions. All calls and texts I sent were returned promptly. That’s what I call a “personal touch” to service. I had been jumping from dentist to dentist for years. I’m glad I was able to find this establishment. Now I won’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Sorry, but unlike the apparently great reviews, I found this dental office to be abysmal. Dr. Good is a competent dentist, and I have no complaints whatsoever, except for the manner in which you are asked to sign payment forms -- while lying back in the dentist chair. Sign here by the X's - which authorizes out of pocket additional expenses, like explaining how to floss (a charge?), semi-injections to the gums to deaden the pain, etc. But the hygienists are among the worst I've ever experienced in my 70 plus years. The main one always left me bleeding (hence the pain killer) and I do NOT have bad teeth nor gums, and two other ones were simply incompetent; one had to take the same x-ray 5 times, then after scaling the calculus, didn't bother polishing my teeth until I asked them to do so. The last time was a follow up visit and the person said that I was here for a cleaning, which was simply not true. Then there was dealing with all the charges that I signed for in the dentists chair that insurance didn't cover. Took me a while, but I finally chimed to the left of honest methods. Happy to report I visited another Tallahassee dentist today, and it was among the BEST dental visits (cleaning included) I've had in my long life -- and guess what, my insurance paid for it all. Lastly, GoodSmiles did not send my x-rays to the new dentist who had requested them. Professional courtesy at its worst, no? Don't waste your time, money nor insurance. Really bad experience.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with this dentist office. I went in for a routine cleaning and the hygienist pulled the wire from my permanent retainer out while trying to floss my teeth! I was told to get it fixed elsewhere and when I called back to be reimbursed I’ve been given the run around and no return call. Guess I’ll report this to Board of Dentistry or whoever I need to. So disappointed in the treatment I received they took zero accountability and wouldn’t return my calls.

Fantastic experience: They got me in so quickly for emergency work! Got all my X-rays and exam taken care of the day I called, and had the majority of my dental work done in less than a week. We did a very large procedure, they made it as quick, friendly, and as painless as possible. Will not go anywhere else in Tallahassee for my future work

Fantastic experience: It was a positive experience with Assistant Bebe and Dr. Roane. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable about their practice.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience here. Due to several things (like having a retained baby tooth) I needed pretty extensive treatment, but Dr. Roane, Dr. Pike, and staff were great and came up with a treatment plan. Jocelyn was able to squeeze me in for a cleaning this morning and I'm really appreciative! Excited to get my aligner soon.

Fantastic experience: This is only place I feel comfortable going for my oral care. The first time I went, I encountered BeBe, Dr Roane and the girl with the locs at the front desk. Hands down they are the best. When u go to an office for the second time you don’t expect people to remember you they all remembered me and it felt like home. I feel bad for not remembering the girl at the front but she was so patient with me getting my insurance information. Bebe is always a sweetheart! We picked up our conversation where it left off and Dr Roane is very informative and gentle with my mouth! I was in so much pain!! Thank you all for being so AMAZING!!

Fantastic experience: Jocelyne does an awesome job every time I visit. I really appreciate her telling me how to care for my teeth. They have really improved and I can see and feel a difference. Thank you so much Jocelyne!

Negative experience: made me hate the dentist. they were very friendly and got me in quick when i was having severe pain in a molar/wisdom tooth. proceeded to pull my WISDOM teeth out with ONLY lidocaine in the gums. no gas, no analgesic, no anesthesia. it was the worst feeling ive ever experienced. this was in 2020/2021. oh i also went back for gingivitis treatment and the technician proceeded to make fun of my missing teeth, that ive had since i was a CHILD, in front of a student hygenist.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly office. Bebe, Jocelyn, and Joanne were gentle and extremely friendly. I felt secure they had my best interest in mind when going over diagnostics and treatment plan. Looking forward to future visits.

Negative experience: We had a terrible experience at the front desk. My daughter did not receive the confirmation texts and they gave away her appointment. She did receive the text about paperwork and completed it. I drove from out of town to go to the appointment just to be treated condescendingly by the woman at the front desk. I would recommend going to any other dentist in Tallahassee.

Negative experience: This office should be investigated by the American Dental Association. I spent over 3 and a half hours here. They charged me $50 for a cancer screening that I denied multiple times and was not covered by my insurance. They told me my teeth had serve gingivitis and would fall out if I did not pay for a treatment that would cost $35 per tooth. Overall, I paid $50 dollars, had to fight for them to remove a built in retainer (they tried to charge me $200 for this service that took less than 5 minutes). To top if off they billed my insurance company nearly $900 worth of services that I denied. I believe they committed fraud. Do not go here, they take advantage of young people and try to get a signature for unnecessary services that are not covered by insurance. Scammers.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional staff! Beautiful, clean, modern office atmosphere. Loved having music playing in the room with me. Asst. Bebe was very kind, explained the plan to me on paper and answered all additional questions I had with ease. She was amazing!! Dr. Roane took a look at my situation asked relevant questions in an easy going and kind approach. He explained my options to me and answered all my questions about each of them. He asked Asst. Bebe to get the models to show me different types of options available in the world of dentistry. Will be returning to have the work done!

Negative experience: The Dental Office has really gone down over the last few years. I call for an EMERGENCY appointment and the best they can do is 5 days later. I called previously to get an appointment because of an abcess and they couldn't see me for 2 weeks. This is not acceptable!!!! Infection cannot wait like this. Especially for someone who has had a joint replacement!

Fantastic experience: Good Smiles is helping us get out bright smiles back. My daughter and I haven't been to a Dentist in 3 years. But Tori and Tyasia welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel comfortable. Jocelyne and Brady helped clean our teeth to help get our old smiles back. Then Mallory and Erica ended our appointment with the last smile's of the day as we cashed us out and got set up for our next visit.

Fantastic experience: Bebe and Dr. Roane was an amazing at my visit today. They made me feel so comfortable and was very straightforward about the treatment that I’m going to get. I was a bit nervous coming in thinking that I would be judged but they made me feel right at home! I will continue to tell my family and friends about this office.

Negative experience: They are super nice. But my appointment was at 1pm, it's currently past 230, and we haven't even started numbing, or pulling out my tooth. No one has told me when we are starting. People with anxiety shouldn't be sitting over 1.5 hours to get a tooth pulled for the orthodontist. Im sorry, but this is insane, the military wasn't even this bad, and that's saying something During my check out...the old lady with the cast on her arm, made a point to say they saw my review and it's not like this all the time, they filled me in a spot last minute, and are trying to get as many people in before the storm. I was having a tooth pulled per my orthodontist, it was in no way a rush to get done. I didn't create mother nature, nor can I change the weather for the end of the week. But I can change this chick's attitude when I clearly submitted dental insurance and they bluntly ignored it. At least the nurse I had ans the young man who pulled my tooth out were absolutely amazing. For them 2 alone it's a 5 star, for the wait and the women at the front desk...ouch 1 star.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with Dr. Rhoane and his assistant, Ahmed ? who placed 4 crowns in the front of my mouth at the same time. It was almost pain free and I was able to have them made that day instead of having temporaries and then having to come back. They look and fit great.

Fantastic experience: With some bad dental experiences earlier in life and crippling dentophobia, I avoided going to the dentist far longer than I should have. Had I known going to GoodSmiles would be so painless and comforting, I would have gone far sooner. If you have dental anxiety, THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE. At my initial exam they took x-rays and set me up with a scheduled treatment plan, informing me what would be done, how much insurance would cover, and what my out-of-pocket would be for each step. Bebe, Katie, and Dr. Roane were so friendly that I was actually looking forward to going back. I just got out of my first scheduled appointment; Pam saw my nervousness and literally tucked me in with a blanket before numbing me up, and Katie was so patient and kind doing the debridement. Thanks to the crew at GoodSmiles, my dental anxiety is manageable and I don't fear the treatments to come.

I mean stress dread it.But I just want to take the time to tell you that Dr. Goode’s office is the best and the staff is great. This was my first time working with Nadia but she was a pleasant surprise with excellent service. And Thank God for Michelle. She is the BEST! Michelle is very professional and personable. Fantastic experience: Dr Knapp and Jerrica did a 10/10 job. Club 8 is the way to go! Also Dr Knapp did a great job with the numbing process. I don't like needles but he deserves a 100/10. And Jerrica did awesome. Time went by very fast because she was very engaging!

Negative experience: I do not recommend Goodsmiles Dental and will not be returning. I was sent here from my orthodontist because they wanted 3 of my teeth to be checked out before I got braces put on. I scheduled the appointment and when I went in they got started on my scans which was weird to me because my scans were sent over from my orthodontist. A bit after that Dr.Pike came in and started trying to show me some things on my scans but was drawling and talking so fast I could not understand, he then asked me if I understood and I said no. He tried explaining again but I still did not understand what he was talking about and just gave up trying. After this, they told me Instead of a basic cleaning for my teeth they would be doing a more complex cleaning that my insurance did not cover. When I told the lady I wanted to do a regular cleaning she said once they get started on treatment and something is recommended that I could not change that, she then asked me if I had the $150 to which I responded yes and she said okay. I felt very pressured into this cleaning that I did not want. I then received a $4500+ “treatment plan” and left without scheduling another appointment as I was upset that I came for something simple and it turned into much more. The prices were also insane (2 of the visits cost over $2000) I sent my orthodontist the treatment plan and was told only a couple things were required to be done before I got my braces and the rest could wait. They then sent goodsmiles a medical clearance form for them to sign when this was completed. I then called goodsmiles and asked them what all was ABSOLUTELY needed to get my braces put on. The lady told me all of the visits except for two (the cheapest visits were taken off, of course.) I then asked her again if all that work was absolutely needed and she told me they would not sign the form without the work being done. I am absolutely FURIOUS as I KNOW some of the fillings can wait and be done at a later time. I continue to go back and fourth with these people because they are telling me one thing and my orthodontist is telling me another. They also filed a $730 claim against my dental insurance for more scans that they took when they were already sent my scans. I will not be back, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. EDIT: I did call and speak with someone, she was not the owner. The lady did not address half my concerns and kept trying to shift blame elsewhere, I hungup after she “strongly encouraged” me to delete my review, which I won’t do. I ended up at smiles by beck and my dentist told me I did not even need more than half the work they said I needed to get done before braces, PROVING MY POINT that goodsmiles was milking a 19 year old for 5k. I will once again, never be back OR recommend this place. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Knapp, Kay, and all the folks at GoodSmiles in Tallahassee have been kind, cheerful, professional, forthright about treatment options and costs.l, and flexible on scheduling. So glad to have been a patient here over 20 years!

Positive experience: One of my front tooth fell out before Christmas. I called and made an appointment for 2pm on 12/27/23. At 3:05pm I was still in the dentist chair waiting for the dentist! The staff just said made excuses that there wasn't enough doctors. My response to that is then WHY even schedule an appointment to begin with! Ahmad is a nice man and professional at his job!

Negative experience: I thought this was a decent Dental Office but I was very wrong. I was given several prices for the same procedures ranging from 2,000-5,000 dollars. I knew this was a red flag but I returned to have a tooth pulled because I was in so much pain. The dentist was rough, careless, and dental hygienist was quoting ridiculous prices. I was so disgusted by the service I received that I requested a refund for the other procedures I intended to get. They were unsure of what my credit should be and how much I had already paid.. Which was alarming. After being told my credit was 430.20 they realized they miscalculated and it should actually be 650.00. I’ll be happy to receive my refund so that my business will be done with Goodsmiles. I would never return.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the dentist was excellent by all standards. From the friendly and professional reception by the staff, to the clean and modern environment in the clinic, everything was wonderful. During the visit, the doctor took the time to explain every detail and fully address all of my concerns. His expertise and pleasant manner made the visit comfortable and stress-free. Update ::Despite the below experience, I would still recommend them but I had to let others know just in case someone has a similar experience there with “Ahmad” . On April 2, I had a scheduled dentist appointment with Dr. Roane. I requested Dr. Roane to take a second look at a tooth that was causing me problems in which he recently worked on. Dr. Roane is awesome by the way, and this review has nothing to do with the doctor, the practice, or the service in its entirety. This review is to state my experience with the male dental hygienist, “Ahmad”. My first interaction with Mr. Ahmad, I received a filling which was done by Doctor Roane. Ahmad came into the room from smoking as I could smell the scent of fresh cigarette smoke coming from his person. I never observed him wash his hands and he began trying to work on me without any gloves on. When I asked him to put gloves on before touching the sterile items and my mouth, he told me I was being paranoid and that there are plenty of people that come into the office with various diseases. It should be noted prior to me sitting down, I notice noticeable strands of hair on the seat, so I asked Ahmad if he wouldn’t mind wiping it down. He appeared to be frustrated with this request. Ahmad also tried to go back in forth with me about placing gloves on his hands, but he eventually put the gloves on, and I was later seen by Doctor Roane. On April 2, 2024, this was my second interaction with Ahmad. He called me back to the room, put on gloves, touched everything in the room, left the room, and began putting the protective cover over me. He told me I needed to get an Xray with no other explanation. He then broke open the sealed sterile dental tools and touched all the end parts used to go inside of the mouth. Not one time did he change out his gloves. Observing once again his upkept unsanitary antics, I became disgusted and no longer wanted him to work on me let alone get an Xray and I politely verbalized this to him. He then became frustrated and stated, “have you ever been to a doctors office.” The question did not warrant a response due to it being an unprofessional question in my opinion. My Wife then tried to calm things over by asking for an explanation for the tension and to also get an explanation for the Xray. Instead of giving a professional explanation for the above, Ahmad appeared to get frustrated and yelled at her, “ARE YOU A DENTIST”, “ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE BACK HERE.” This was the straw for me as I could no longer sit there in a business with an unprofessional employee/dental hygienist not knowing how to respectfully speak to a patient with self -control of his emotions. I immediately summoned for his supervisor. None the less, the manager and Ally was pleasant and overturned the unprofessional/terrible experience with “Ahmad”. It should be noted that “Ahmad” needs to learn cleanliness and he needs to learn how to speak to people before he brings a bad rep to the business.

Fantastic experience: Ahmad is amazing! Ever time I visit GoodSmiles he takes care of me like I am apart of his family! Along with Dr. Roane, they are the best, EVER!

Fantastic experience: This office is awesome. Had an accident where I broke my front tooth in half. Had a virtual visit with Dr Pike due to it being Sat and no one open. Called around Monday to 10 different offices, most couldn’t get me for a month or more. Called Goodsmiles and they got me in by Wed! Dr Pike is attempting to bond the broken tooth vs root canal and cap. He wants to try the least invasive method first vs. what would make the most money. I appreciate that very much. You have a new patient thanks to Dr Pike and the office staff! Update: Had a cleaning appointment a week later. Keyanna and Terry were awesome. Made me feel at ease and were prompt.

Fantastic experience: Ms Terry and Keyonna are awesome!! They are caring and are extremely patient with me. The greeter and downstairs office staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. I love Good Smiles!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth while visiting from Wisconsin. Good Smiles Dental Care got me in within 24 hours of my call and was able to get me a permanent crown within 3 hours! Lab on site was very helpful. Personnel was charming and compassionate. (Tech Pamela and Dr. Pike).

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled for my dental cleaning. The week prior I called to ask if I could also have a filing replaced when I come to my cleaning appointment because it had just fallen out. They worked with me to make sure I could get my cleaning and filing same day. All of the staff were great. The scheduler Erica followed up with me several times to make sure my she had my proper dental coverage ( I had forgotten to share that I recently moved). Erica text me and made sure she had what she needed. She didn’t know, but text was my method of choice because I work in a call center. Ashley and Katie assisted me with my cleaning. I really appreciated the care and professionalism they displayed. Pam and Dr. Pike assisted me with my filing. The entire staff was friendly and made sure to explain each procedure, what I should expect, and asked if I had any questions. From the warm greeting I received when I entered to the ladies that assisted me with checkout and rescheduling, everyone was friendly and professional. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had with a dental office. Pam and I shared tips and laughs as she and Dr. Pike waited for my gums to numb. Dr. Pike is the friendliest dentist I have ever had. Thank you to the entire staff!

Fantastic experience: I tried over 10 dentists in our area, including my own that I have been with for 20 years to help me with a broken tooth that was lacerating my tongue. No one was able to help me except for the great people at Good Smiles. They were able to fix my problem and not break the bank at the same time. They have my business from here out.

Negative experience: My recent visit to this dental office was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite seeking urgent care for severe dental pain, I left feeling utterly disappointed and disrespected. The dentist and assistant seemed empathetic to my anxiety, but any semblance of comfort was shattered by the appalling behavior of the dental hygienist. Throughout my visit, the hygienist was not only rude but also fixated on my lack of insurance, despite my prior approval for financing. As if that wasn't distressing enough, I was handed a billing summary totaling a staggering $9000.00, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and taken advantage of. To make matters worse, my excruciating pain remains unresolved, despite the promise of emergency relief. The lack of proper care and attention made me feel dehumanized and ignored. What's more disheartening is the nagging suspicion that my mistreatment may have been influenced by my race, adding insult to injury. I refuse to subject myself to such mistreatment again and urge others to steer clear of this establishment. No one should endure such blatant disregard for their well-being and dignity. I implore anyone seeking dental care to explore other options where they will be treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this practice! Jalonie, Terry, and Dr. Roane are all very professional and friendly. As a little background information, I’m terrified of the dentist. I told Jalonie so and I was pleasantly surprised that she didn’t just blow it off and move on. She asked questions to find out more, went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, and even ensured that Terry and Dr. Roane were aware of my anxiety before they came in. This gave the visit a personal feel and really showed how much the staff here cares. Terry also showed great compassion by explaining everything ensuring I understood what to expect as well as stopping briefly when I would get super tense. She would never point out that I was tense or bring attention to my discomfort, instead she’d have a little small talk or ask me something not-teeth-related which helped me take my mind off of the nerves and relax again. Those very brief moments meant a lot to me because it showed she cared. Especially since, with the skill level she exhibited, she didn’t need those breaks. I didn’t see Dr. Roane long but I was most impressed with the fact that he listened to and acknowledged the opinions of the other staff. He of course looked and confirmed himself before approving anything, but it shows allot about him as a doctor that his staff felt comfortable going to him with the suggestion. More so that he took the time to follow up on it.

Fantastic experience: Bebe is wonderful!! She made sure I had a crown taken care of before the July 4th weekend, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and peace of mind. She truly cares for her patients and goes out of her way to do all she can for them. Bebe is the best!!

Fantastic experience: Staff is always very friendly here and they do their best to make visits as comfortable and painless as possible. Convenient location and scheduling availability. I had two appointments in under two weeks and for both I had Bebe as the Dental Assistant. She’s outstanding and does a wonderful job putting this nervous patient at ease. Today I had a different dentist than I have previously seen and he was great too. Thanks, guys!

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of dentists , but Goodsmiles is more than skilled doctors and staff, they are wonderful people. Ollie on my first visit set the bar. Kind, gentle, and funny with a difficult patient..me. Next visit Jalonie me feel comfortable and actually had me laughing while doing X-rays. Terry was just amazing, skilled and very kind and thoughtful to her patients comfort. Got to meet Dr. Good and cannot wait for my appointment with her tomorrow. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Very kind and nice people. Keyonna was very helpful and professional. Joyce was very nice and did a great job deep cleaning my teeth as well as dr Rome with letting me know I had a teeth that need to be pulled . Very great dentist highly recommend

Negative experience: Usually go to Good Smiles and pay out of pocket for 2+ years spending hundreds of dollars. The techs are very kind and helpful. Most recent visit I got new insurance and trying to get that set up with them they told me I missed the window for my appointment. Instead of stating the time limit transparently so I would have an option to get my cleaning out of pocket as I usually do. Do not reccomend the staff/receptionists are inconsiderate and manipulative.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the customer service I received at Good Smiles. From the front door to the dentist chair and back to the front door was a pleasant experience. Big praise to the young lady Keyonna for her exceptional patient care and professionalism. Highly recommend Good Smiles to anyone needing dental work.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely enjoyed both Keyonna and Jocy. These two women have great personalities and were a pleasure to meet during my visit. I would prefer to see the both of them for all of my procedures and would definitely recommend Great Smiles to all of my family and friends

Negative experience: The experience with this place has been downhill. I came back to this place after Dr. Walman passed away to get work done. I got x-rays done and booked my appointment knowing I’d have to pay out of pocket bc my insurance ran out. I get to the app. to get my crown done, I was then notified my care plan didn’t reflect all the fees I’d be paying and the price doubled….. although annoyed, I rescheduled for another day so I could come up with the money. My appointment comes around again and literally the same thing happens, they forgot to add on an ADDITIONAL fee and the price goes up. To rectify this, they tact on this additional fee to my next appointment at a different date. My crown is done and I’m told to come back in 2 hours for my permanent crown. I come back and now I’m told my crown has a gap and to come back the next day. Next day arrives….. THEY TELL ME THEY DROPPED MY CROWN AND LOST IT. I would not recommend this place to anyone in need of major services. 900 bucks and 2 trips of wasted time. Edit 11/13/2023: today I went back in for the permanent crown hopeful this time they would make this right....the crown they made broke into pieces when they told me to bite down. I recieved a refund. Never coming back, nice staff but too many bad experiences.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! Truthfully, as a male I will be the first to admit that we highly dislike being afraid of anything. That being said, I was genuinely afraid to have someone with metal picks prodding in my mouth and poking my gums. I'm so thankful I faced my fears because the job done on my teeth by Jocelyne Bourgeois was executed very well and very detailed. She was careful and aware of my nervousness, both of us knowing how badly I needed it. Thank you all very much for helping me take care of my health :)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love d my visit. Such a wonderful, kind, friendly interactive staff. Both Sylvia and Dr. C were amazing. I came to this office looking to switch providers as I felt my previous office was pushing me into procedures I didn’t need in order for them to get more money. I never felt pressured during my office visit at GoodSmiles. Everyone from the front desk to the back rooms genuinely seemed to enjoy being at work and working on it one another (and that’s always a good sign). I left and immediately advised my boyfriend to switch offices. I highly recommend them to my coworkers as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Knapp and his dental hygienist were phenomenal. Dr. Knapp was very polite,patient and thorough describing the dental services that I need with rationales. He seems young , but one can tell is very knowledgeable and experienced. I did not feel nor get treated as a paycheck. He made me feel very comfortable. I am happy so far.

Fantastic experience: I have been here a few times now and it is by far the best experience I've ever had with a dental office. Dr. Good and Brady are absolutely amazing, all the staff is patient and kind and wants to make sure you are informed about both the dental procedures you're getting done as well as the cost. Everyone I interacted with was gentle and knew what they were doing, I'll never go to another dentist again!
