Fantastic experience: I want to thank a very special young lady Cherylynn the assistant of Dr Plarlato she's amazing as a new patient there she made me feel as if I was a patient there for years she took her time with me she made sure that I was comfortable made sure that my temporary bridge was perfect before letting me go even though I couldn’t feel my tongue or lips they were still numb lol thank you again for your excellent hospitality. Everyone should ask for Dr parlato and Cherylynn.

Negative experience: Came to simply get a consultation / pricing & have an opportunity to ask questions about the procedures etc. so I could make a decision between simply teeth whitening or composite bonding. Before I even got an opportunity to ask any questions at all they force x-rays and unnecessary tests to “diagnose” you, even when there’s nothing to diagnose! When I asked why, as it doesn’t make any sense in this instance the response was “it’s just policy.” Then there’s the pages and pages of information they want for new patients... which would make sense if I wanted to become a new patient but I haven’t even had an opportunity to make that decision yet! Make you watch a video about their office too, felt like I was getting sold a time share. Big waste of time. Learn from me don’t bother for any cosmetic dentistry!!!

Negative experience: I had a close family member spend almost $20,000 here. They talked him into things with scare tactics. They also sent him home, after a procedure with sedation, with no verbal instructions, they just put him in my car and said nothing. They also sent him home with the wrong patients paperwork (which included phone numbers and address), which is a complete HIPAA violation! When I called to let them know, they did not seem to care. I went back to the office to give them the wrong paperwork back and they just stared at me and took the papers. He will not be back.

Negative experience: Wanted to see if they were in my insurance plan. They take forever and nobody was assigned to my case. GOODBYE! NEXT I don't need you if your going to be slow as a turtle .

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to a traumatic experience. But Great smile dentist is awesome. They made me feel comfortable and it was painless. And they made sure of that they always asked how I was feeling. Very friendly and they greeted by name the second time I came. Just awesome

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction done at Great Smile. It was my first time visiting this practice. Great Smile was clearly a state of the art dental facility, and the personnel there, from the receptionist to the dentist to the periodontist who performed my extraction we’re all exceptional. The follow up post procedure was very thorough and easy to follow. The staff there were courteous, thorough, efficient and professional.

Fantastic experience: Julian and Dr. Nguyen were absolutely wonderful. I needed a crown and they did a wonderful job installing it and making sure I could actually chew. Which sounds silly, but I’ve had bad crown deliveries and it sucked. This was a very welcoming, none shameful experience. Which was exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Before reading my story, I have never been treated so bad. They destroyed my bottom teeth. I went in with one cracked tooth lower front. They misled me they lied. They said it could not be fixed, the only way it could be fixed is if I were to allow them to pull six of my teeth. of course I said no way I said you can pull 2 teeth for a bridge. Meanwhile, this girl comes in and pressures me into signing this bill that I hadn’t even had any work done on yet. They charged me for 2 cavities and a bridge. The bill was outrageous. It came to $12,000 but I told her I would look through the bill tonight. She said well if there is anything wrong with the bill we can fix it the next time we come in or they cannot pursue to fix my front tooth that day. Of course I wanted my tooth fixed, even if it was temporary. The next time I came in, he numbed my lower teeth area. Not seeing and realizing what he was doing, he said he had to drill the other teeth next to it, so the bridge would fit not comfortable with that, but he seemed to be rushing me through in and out he came telling me my bottom teeth were too big for my mouth. still again, thinking am I an idiot or is he? The next time I came in, they were going to fill the one cavity. I told her I did not have two cavities. She could not prove me wrong on the x-rays so they were to refund me for one cavity. This young tech comes in with this machine, telling me that he was going to draw my blood and use my plasma for the root to grow back. After he stuck my arm three different times, I realized he did not know what he was doing.The doctor came in to numbed my lower back tooth and left so it could turn numb as he came back in an Pursued drilling my tooth he on the top tooth that had not even been numb, and I stopped him. He covered up by saying oh he was just leveling the top out. I came in for another appointment. This was to have my new bridge put in as he was putting it in. He said you better like this cause I’m not taking it out. I thought that was rude. When I got home that night I looked and I realized that the bridge was crooked in the two on my right side of my teeth were showing underneath. It is now sensitive and gets food stuck there. I called before I went in to get my teeth cleaned and asked to see the doctor. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. I asked to see the doctor when I got there. She said OK after you have your teeth clean The young tech did not know what he was doing. I had to keep telling him that there were more sharp areas from the bridge. I decided to record because I was so uncomfortable the last three times I was in there. The nurse argued with me telling me that the doctor was too busy to come in and see me. I said he’s too busy to come in and see what he screwed up in my mouth and what a shitty job he did. so I asked to see the other Doctor to come in. She said she couldn’t come in she was too busy. I do believe they know exactly what they’ve done and they don’t wanna fix it, and I don’t want them to fix it. I want my money back so I can go get my teeth fixed properly. I will be getting an attorney. Tammy

Negative experience: Put my girlfriend through unnecessary pain. She was supposed to be put under anesthesia to have implants installed and the whole time she’s awake and she’s telling them that she’s awake and they are saying that she must be tolerant to the anesthesia. So if that’s the case stop the procedure and figure it out. Not put her through unbelievable physical and mental anguish. She was strapped to the table and she felt trapped. Nobody listening to her.

Negative experience: Do not go to this place. They have a whole production to start the selling process. They will sweet talk you for an hour and even give you a gift bag before any examination. Then they start the scare tactic using at least four employees including the periodontist and general dentist. They are a bunch of snake oil salesmen. All they want to do is charge you $10’s of thousands of dollars out of pocket to rebuild your mouth. They showed me the bottom line out of pocket cost and I walked out. Criminals. I am responding to Great Smile's comment on my review. You could offer me any service you provide for FREE and I wouldn't take it. I don't trust your organization. Total sales pitch and WAY over priced.

Fantastic experience: I have to say at first I was a little skeptical. I am a New Jersey native and dental here is a little different. I needed some dental work other then a cleaning. Me being skeptical of a new Dr. I called my old dentist to confirm the procedure. He agreed with Dr Bechimol's decision. After going to the office 3 times , I have to say I will no longer need to look for another dental practice. The office staff is so kind and accommodating, when they say they will get back to you, they do. I was so nervous about my procedure, me being a nervous person called the office with numerous questions (being a PIA) but it never phased them one bit. Dr. Bechimol took his time calmed me down and explained things. In my opinion I now feel so comfortable with him and his staff. With all said, I highly recommend this office. My smile is now beautiful . Give them a chance, they will not disappoint, I give them a 10. I very rarely do on line reviews, but i just wanted to share how happy I am with this practice.

Negative experience: Beware, at great smile dental they are only about the money! I guarantee you that if you go to great smile they will try to suck every penny they can from you. Also, remember to read the fine print or you will regret it! Be cautious of great smile, don’t pay for anything without checking with other dentist offices first.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a great experience at this office! I never face unreasonable wait times, I’m always done within a reasonable time frame. The staff are always welcoming and happy to accommodate. This office has really helped me to become comfortable with my smile!

Negative experience: My husband was seen yesterday for a bad toothache and the last thing they worried about was his infected tooth. They just focus on making him sign for complete dental care. He left without a prescription for antibiotics or pain. He ended up at the urgent care where antibiotics was prescribed as well as lidocaine and pain killers. Very disappointed. Very high technology but bad quality of care.

Fantastic experience: Great Smile Dental - Port Saint Lucie Day of appointment, I got a call from Jenny verifying I would make my scheduled appointment, with enough time to make it if I needed the reminder. Upon arrival I was greeted by Savanah at the front desk.., she’s ready for a promotion and it shows. I truly appreciate the fact she asked me to write down dob / ssn instead of reciting out loud in front of other patients and staff present. Thank you for preserving HIPAA privacy where other facilities fail. I was the 1st Patient to arrive, 3rd escorted back (first time visit) by my assigned dental nurse Zee who verified information then made the necessary changes to be current. Zee facilitated X-Rays while detailing reasons for visit, that she recited when she introduced me to Dr. Winn who explained how the team could help. Dr Winn then introduced me to a planner for treatment plan and financials. The (pleasant and upfront) planner, broke down insurance coverage with realistic options, then secured payment once a direction was selected. Zee followed up then escorted me to meet my primary dental nurse, Karlene, who prepped me for dental work. Dr - “quick name” notably pleasant and professional came in, verified first with chart, as well as, with me what was to be done. All in one swoop from his greeting, he answered my questions then listened to my suggestions for administration of local anesthesia. There was only twice that I felt the strong punch of the local going into the gums. We then established a signal in case I felt further pain before he proceeded with his work. I was reassured when he paid attention; 1.) reminding me to breathe, then 2.) checking several times to ensure no pain was felt throughout the procedure. I believe I referred to him as ‘a magician’ at the end because he was done in little to no time with no pain. Dr. (Now known as - the magician) went over aftercare instructions prior to leaving the room. There was no “push you out the door” feeling since nurse Karlene ensured my comfort while reiterating after care for best healing results. By the time she finished explaining, I felt I was ready to leave. This was all done as she nonchalantly prepped the room for the next patient. The amazing service, smooth transitions, with literally no down / wait time from walking in to walking out, was truly appreciated. This experience has surpassed any experience for any service received in a dental office to date. Thank you Great Smile Dental “team” for dental service done right.

Fantastic experience: I can not thank Great Smiles Dentistry enough for the kindness, compassion and care that they provided for my daughter. She was in excruciating pain, to the point of migraines and nausea. She was unable to sleep, eat and could barely drink anything. We originally brought her to the dentist whom we’d been seeing for a few years. He had his own ideas for his ideal treatment plan. He refused to help her as our visions did not align. How could a medical specialist let a child suffer to such an extreme?! Out of desperation we called a new dentist. It was a blessing! Everyone was so caring & friendly & professional. Bianca, was an angel! She talked us through option. She held our daughter’s hand & talked her through her anxiety. She stayed by our daughter’s side as much as possible. Dr Nguyen was caring & gentle. They fixed our daughter’s tooth with the treatment that worked best for us. THANK-YOU GREAT SMILES! We will be back soon.

Fantastic experience: From MD, I moved to PSL back early 2021, but I was still going to see my dentist in MD that I knew for 20+ years! I finally found a place to trust at Great Smile PSL! The facility looks great, they have phone chargers on demand, massage chair as you are waiting, bottle of water! The staff is amazingly courteous, attentive, and warm! I was cold and Pablo ask me if I needed a blanket (cherry on the cake). I came to order my retainers, and I eventually will do Invisalign. I have not tried the cleaning yet as I am not due. It has been taking some time to get the right retainers as they were too loose, but they sent them back few times so I am hoping the place that makes them will be more careful on the notes provided by the dentist. I would definitely recommend this place.

Recently, I had Dr. Delgado and her technician, Pedro who were excellent! Dr. Delgado explained the procedure to me and treated me in a gentle way. Negative experience: I went in for severe TMJ pain and was given a $3000 treatment plan. I told them that I wanted to think about it, because I was hesitant about botox as part of the treatment. I was then told if I wanted the prescription sent over to stop the muscle spasms it would cost $90 unless I agreed to the treatment plan. They are about money not helping patients. Stay Away!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and they took me in the next day. Everyone was great from the gentleman at the desk to the dentist. Got my tooth fixed and a temporary crown put in that same day. And they put a rush on the permanent crown which I'm on my way to get done now. Only one week later. Exceptional service.

Positive experience: While these guys are good, I rated a 3 because of affordability. Dentists are EXPENSIVE, and most ppl these days don't have the thousands it can be for thr work that needs to be done . But for an emergency like I had ... I didn't know prices and what was good and what was Inexpensive. My tooth had broken at the gum line and I just wanted it pulled. It was painful and I just wanted relief. I didn't have insurance at the time, and out the door they charged me nearly $800 for an extraction. Now today I took my husband to another dentist close by to these guys cause we didn't have an extra $800 laying around so I tried another dental office and OMG they only charged my husband $180 out the door without insurance for his extraction. I couldn't believe it. These guys here ripped me off I feel Like I mentioned they were good. Expierience was painless and staff was okay, but while I was sitting in pain the last thing I wanted to listen to was the staff talking about what their plans were that evening and what guy they were gonna be meeting lol . It was funny but again when youre in a dentist.. sometimes the guests are in pain and are annoyed with everything and don't wanna be there to begin with. Just a few notes on my experience. Way too expensive . And you can find great Dentists near by that charge a fraction of what these guys charge. This was the only reason I rated them a 3 and not a 5 star. Due to the cost and the employees chit chat loud enough where I could hear them without wanting to . But I guess if your charging $800 for just an extraction maybe that's why their the biggest building for a dentist in psl lol . Due to the cost mostly I won't return. These days people need affordability and quality and it CAN BE FOUND... LIKE I did today for my husband ...

Negative experience: Hello everyone. I had a very bad experience this place unfortunately I was there first time and I went to a consultation and did the x-ray and after I saw three person one I thinks probably was a doctor. It was a female, and she telling me my problem with my tooth and she said I have to pull out two teeth and I need implant. so a come out $16,000 and she said we can do it right now a surgery so I am asking myself and everybody when you go there first time how can we do a surgery runaway? this is a first sign I said hold on a minute so I told everybody I don’t wanna do nothing yet. I’m going home. Talk to my husband and telling me if I do a surgery pull up two teeth talk about almost $4000 but I say why you have to pull out the last tooth because look like nothing wrong with this tooth so anyway long story make it short I end up not to go back and I sent my x-ray two different or our surgeon and both telling me you have to pull out only one to it not too and so anyway I was disappointed big time I never ever go back this place or recommend it for anybody go there thank you for reading this.

Fantastic experience: For the first time in 20 years, I went in for my second appointment with Great Smile. I was extremely nervous of my gum surgery procedure however Dr Schwartz and his assistant took the time to explain in detail every step of the way and gave me clear directions on how to let them know i needed to stop or had a question. The kindness that was given to me speaks volume for who their staff and business really is. It’s not just about another patient, I was treated as a human and valued. I will continue my path with their staff and team which will ultimately lead me to a “GREAT SMILE”… (no pun intended)

Fantastic experience: Went to Great Smile Dental for the first time after my dentist referred me to see an oral surgeon. The office is clean and modern, and everyone was extremely friendly and considerate. My dental assistant, Bianca, was about as great as I could hope for and very considerate of my concerns. The oral surgeon, Dr. Sheikh, kindly performed my surgery between other surgeries and had it done quickly and without pain. My overall experience was a very positive one.

Negative experience: Lady on the phone could care less for my business. I asked for her to check to see if my insurance was accepted and she told me that if I wanted to check I would have to call my insurance company which is false because every other dentist office in town has checked at their office location for me while on the phone. The lady was rude and lost some business because of it.

Negative experience: Great staff and doctors except for Dr. Schwartz, who doesn’t like filling out medical records request. Also, is heavy handed. This doctor almost bust my bottom lip while doing surgery. He lacks knowledge of efficiently numbing the area that he has to operate in. “Me!” the patient had to tell him “you are hurting me” and that I need more numbing. if it was not for Dr. Schwartz I would be a lifetime patient. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed of Dr. Schwartz expertise. I am sure he can do better but on that day, I did not get a great smile dental treatment.

Negative experience: Great smiles was a relief in the moment but a nightmare since then. I needed an emergency root canal, which if anyone knows the pain, you'll pretty much sign anything. Root canal failed, face blew up 5 months later. Needed an apicoectomy. I wanted another opinion, had to sign a paper to release xrays, never received. I called back today to get xrays, zee stated I opened the first email and if I don't receive them the second time I'll be charged 35$ for something that belongs to me and something I never received in the first place. Zee's customer service needs to be addressed. She was absolutely rude and hung up on me after I made the statement I never received the first one. Like I said they were great relief the surgeon team was amazing. They worked great together. However the company will rob your insurance company no problem. Charge you for procedure that never occurred and overcharge on top of that. I wish I could've shopped around before going through with the root canals. 12/19- they charged my loan for a deep cleaning (never had done), bout a grand, I got a second opinion and they did a routine cleaning for me, stating my teeth are not at a stage of the need for deep cleaning. I'm currently sitting in office . My essix retainer is not fitting like it was 3 weeks ago, ( went on a trip, filling came out on trip [thank God for flipper], got the retainer filled again when I returned [it was not measured in at the time of filling], tried to put in the following day, did not fit like before I went on trip) I made the appointment with the DR who did extraction, taylor is helping me instead(great employee). I told him retainer is not fitting properly after filling. He brings in manager (christine) who claimed to have read my chart, said this is my 4th retainer( only one has been made to my knowledge, are they charging me for something im unaware of?) and that she can have me sign a treatment plan today along with doing a bridge today. Why would I change my desicion on a bridge due to retainer not fitting properly? Why didn't she take the time to read over my chart before claiming I have 4 retainers? This place is all about exhausting your insurance, getting you to take a loan out and using as much as you qualify for, down to the instrument of that shots air out. Look over the patients chart before addressing the patient, that was totally unprofessional and to still push a new treatment plan on me, knowing I choose to go with an implant. Who in the right mind would choose to shave down 4 possibly 5 healthy teeth, right now, to do a bridge today? All the see is money when you walk through the door. With that said, I did have good experience with the surgeons who did my root canal 2 years ago, Dr sheeck (he has left the practice, i wonder why, unethical behavior from company?), was phenomenal explaining the best options for me. Dr.hunki? She did my extraction, very honest with me, Tom and Taylor, are great dental hygienist. I would not represent thiscompany, you guys deserve to put your bed side manners and honesty where the patients appericate the company I even had one dentist try to say we don't charge before we do procedure, I showed her signed treatment plan and she then said, "I'm just gonna stay in my department". The company is a scam the front of the houses turnover is huge, I wonder why about that also? Gotta give benefits after 90 days??? Christine did end of giving me a replaced retainer, she must have relieazed how unprofessional it was to push a new rx plan on me after not reviewing my chart, I'm very appalled at how much they are willing to go to get into your pockets

Me meeting Bianca was the best thing that happened to me that day other then waking up, absolutely fantastic and I hope nothing but the best for her and the rest of the staff! I promise you I will be back!!!! Not sure who trains them or if she wakes up like that but somebody somewhere deserves a pat on the back and a raise lol thank you great smiles for the experience and the southern hospitality!

Despite have good teeth, I was informed of best practices to keep my teeth clean (e.g., flossing, mouthwash, and toothpaste). This was an amazing experience! I look forward to coming back for more cleanings!

Positive experience: Top notch facilities for sure. My issue is i was prescribed a huge amount of antibiotics and no education about taking probiotics which i found out was a thing, because I got really sick for 4 days straight. I never get flu sick, maybe twice in my life.

Negative experience: If I could give one star I would. Left my appointment in tears with a tooth still in my mouth that I was scheduled to have surgically extracted that day.. This place doesn’t care about any patient all they care about is money and how much they can get from each patient. I do not think the people that work here are adequately educated to be doing the things that they are and I genuinely think that needs to be looked into. I have a severely infected tooth that I paid thousands of dollars to have removed WHILE RECIEVING INTRAVENOUS SEDATION and I woke up to that tooth still in there and being sent home with no real/concrete plan or referral and definitely not an explanation. All they told my fiancé was that I kept waking up? I’m sorry but I’ve literally had a surgical extraction at this exact office before and didn’t have that problem now I magically do? That sounds like the person administering the sedative didn’t do his job. That’s not my fault yet I’m the only one who has to deal with it. They left me in pain with no type of relief! I have two young toddlers and one with a disability I can’t be in this type of pain any longer.. I already had to reschedule that extraction one time before because the previous person giving the sedation didn’t know how to do his job properly. So like I previously stated these people probably have the lowest required training and all they actually care about is the $$$. Its not worth it go somewhere else. Not even the free consultation.

Fantastic experience: I was having severe dental problems that needed the attention of a dentist, l initially visited another dentist that had previously done some dental work for me. The dentist did not perform the full suite of dental service that his office did when I last visited his office, so after completing the paid consultation, ,he recommended a solution that involved another dentist doing the extraction and his office doing the dentures. After talking to the second dentist office, I felt that I needed another option, so I called Great Smile Dental, who offered a no-charge consultation, which I accepted. On my visit I first met with someone who went over the process with me and my wife and then took me to one of the treatment rooms where a thorough examination was carried out by a dentist and an assistant. The dentist explained with words and video the various issues and solution options and turned me over to the financial coordinador who discussed the cost associated with the different solutions and the financing options. My wife and I were so impressed with the process, professionalism and competence of the entire team and the proposed solution and financing that we signed the agreement and started the treatment plan that same day. I am still going through the process and extremely satisfied with my dental team's professionalism, attention to detail, courtesy, concerns and interaction with me. Due to my age and some underlying issues the time to complete the full process is appropiate and necessary to achieve the desired final results expected by both the dental team and me. Great Smile Dental is the best dental service I have ever used and greatly recommend them to anyone seeking dental service. Dennis Hermonstyne

After having a horrible issue some months before ( A dentist I won't name pulled a broken tooth without being able to get in numb.) I was terrified. Negative experience: Shamback’s practice is dishonest/shady – Owner Shamback himself did an exam & wanted four times the usual cost for simple crown replacements, including unnecessary treatments & bone surgery. He also had a rude/arrogant/dismissive demeanor and crudely/repeatedly probed the old crowns hard to cause pain & allege infection, trying to intimidate/scare the patient into costly & unnecessary treatments/surgery. Afterwards his office called/emailed offering to charge less than half the original estimate. basically just trying to grab whatever they can from the customer (instead of being upfront initially). Needless to say we didn’t return. Also since they (predictably) claim I'm not a patient, here's my name and date of visit - Gilma Miranda, visited 05/06/2024. We know this won't change Aaron's ways of course, but just letting everyone else know who these people are.

Fantastic experience: Everything at this dental office is immaculate. They have the best equipment and the most up-to-date diagnostic program. The medical staff is constantly going to training, the i hygienist told me that their boss was a perfectionist!

Fantastic experience: I went to the same office for 20 years and all the staff had changed so it was time for me to make a change as well. I went to a few different offices to get a feel for what was to come and to see if they had everything I would need. I was very impressed. First everything is extremely clean the staff from the first person to the last person are very nice and professional. I had the pleasure of having a deep cleaning with Estella and I saw Dr Schwartz both are very professional and knowledgeable about their field of expertise. Fantastic experience: OMG..this office is great...I went in on a Saturday (9/28/24) for a consultation...from the girl who took my info (Lilly) to the office staff were fanominal... 1st off JOSE greated me & opened front door...he was polite and professional... once in office he offered me a 'blanket - water & essence oils' (who does that). Then Meeting Sofia who is the sweetest girl ever, so personable, same response of comfort, shes friendly, and made me feel like 'family' not a patient....she explained Everything and then some.... I had a lot of issues, which she understood and stated 'no problem ' we can help.... and she did. Very empathetic. She went over plan, & prices with me.... I left office with a good feeling. I called back a few hours later & scheduled the procedure. If your treated well and respected that's % of the issue. I have had bad experience in past with dentists..not here... They explain cost & plans if needed. I can't wait to get started and have a better / healthy smile. I have never been to a professional office that treats you so well from opening doors...to walking you out...to follow up calls. It all started with walking in and the front desk greeter was very courteous and even opened the door for elderly women as they arrived. It made my heart smile. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. If you’re like me you already are scared of the dentist. But right from the start they make you feel relaxed. Told me about my options and explained everything to me. Even financial options they helped figure out what best suited me and not pushing me to just go with the expensive one. Staff was great and friendly and now I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Negative experience: Out for you money. They don’t care about what you just want done. They will take all kinds of unnecessary photos and light work and bill your insurance. I came to this place looking to get my tooth removed. They had me in there for an hour doing all this stuff than later a dentist comes in saying I need all this work done and (let’s make a plan) I came in for one simple thing and they turned it into a huge thing. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD if you asked me. The billed my insurance 1400 for some pictures. There out for money not for your problem.

Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE !! This dentist office and it’s workers. Not only do they go out the way to text you and set up your appointment they also offer you blankets inside the office to make you most comfortable while you’re there. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face and are so nice and warm.

Negative experience: I recently went to Great Smile for a consultation after experiencing some sensitivity in one of my teeth. They told me that I needed a new cap and more than likely a root canal. They also went on to tell me that I had one step worse than gingivitis, Periodontitis, and a lot of bone loss which would require a very deep cleaning. They wanted me to pay $1500 in order to even schedule appointments to get this work done, the woman who came in to discuss my financial obligations was extraordinarily pushy and would not take no for an answer, attempting four times to get me to pay the entirety or a portion of what they were asking for. Even told me she, “didn’t want my tooth to crack.” I am SO happy I got a second opinion. I saw another dentist shortly afterward who told me not only were my teeth in great shape, all I needed was a basic cleaning and more than likely the sensitivity I was having was due to pregnancy hormones. It is crazy to me that this place is still allowed to operate after reading the countless terrible reviews from people who have had similar experiences to me. I received a cleaning from the other office with 0 issues whatsoever and guess what? I didn’t even have a copay. Avoid them at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I still love this office and have continue using Great Smiles. My last review from 6 years ago still stands as well as I want to give a shout out to all the wonderful staff again. They are all so friendly, helpful, and understanding. One individual Bianca helped tremendously in making many options available to help find the best financial options. She was willing to deal with me multiple times and never once acted upset or annoyed by helping my husband and I. My hygienist was so sweet and kind in explaining as well. I have had some major work done but it has been amazing working with each individual. They were all pleasant, compassionate, and helpful in easing me through the processes. Thanks to all the people who have helped give me a better smile! BELOW is from 6 years ago...but still stands true. The staff is very helpful and willing to take time with you. I was a new patient and had many questions. They listen and help in ever way possible. My husband was with me to help with our baby girl and while he was waiting they gave him snacks and drinks to make him more comfortable. It's like a spa almost. They have blankets and neck pillows. Negative experience: **SCAM ALERT** This place scams everyone the same. They take you Dental Insurance and then they will scam you into taking out a loan on the spot while they have you sedated on the chair. They get paid from your insurance company and from you from the big loan they got you. You will be stuck paying for thousands of dollars for the next couple of years. I am hoping for an investigation happening soon. I even spoke to people that work there and they know what’s going on but they can’t say anything. I am contacting the proper authorities so maybe this place can stop scamming people. Stay tuned!!
