Negative experience: Hard pass, poor after care, what i perceived as a barbaric extraction, had to see an emergency oral surgeon to stop bleeding from extraction site. Never again. Update: this location refuses to answer the phone to provide the nessacary after care, I have proof they are just placing me on hold. And leaving me on hold. Disgusting you should be ashamed

Positive experience: Waited 48 minutes before being called in. Couldn't register as their wifi was on the frtz. Once I got called in was seen by dentist at once and didn't have to wait so long before the hygienist came for me.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by new dentist, Dr. Hunter. He is a wonderful person and explained everything what he will do. He fixed my tooth which was previously improperly done and was causing a lot of pain. He was very detailed and I’m very satisfied with his work. His assistant was very kind and held my hand during numbing procedure. I had a great experience during my visit and would recommend Dentist Hunter, 100%. Thank you

Negative experience: I had an emergency this morning. Called them but no answer and I know they’re already open. I had to call customer service and they actually made an appointment for me. I have called them the only time I can later in the day due to my job and they don’t answer the phone and I know the office is not closed yet. I get hung up on by them also. I leave messages with my phone number and they don’t even call back the next day. One time someone actually picked up. I left a message with this person trying to reach their billing department again with my number but no call back. This delay has now cost an extra $500 on an already huge bill for money I don’t have. You run a great business model don’t you? Your entire front office is lazy, incompetent, unprofessional, mean and downright insensitive. Every job I have ever worked at would have all of them fired on the spot. These delays have cost me money it shouldn’t have. If anything they should pay my bill. The only reason I go there is their only place anywhere near me that takes my insurance. I will say the dentist’s at the place are good but they definitely need a better support staff. Whoever’s in charge of Eastern dental should take a closer look at the staff of this office.

Negative experience: They put my temporary crow and forgot to cement and it fell a few hour after now I have to go back to fix it no look for another place

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at eastern dental, Clifton for many years, many years even before it moved to its current location. I’ve experienced many changes in office staff as well as the dentists themselves. I can figure out why so many staff changes but, I love my new for me dentist, Dr Thomas Kim! He listens to your dental concerns and you feel heard. The online appointment scheduling process is so preferred. You don’t necessarily get into the office any sooner however you don’t have to ring and ring the phone. In the past if you have a dental problem it was never an issue getting into a quick appointment. I say if you are looking for an office who accepts your dental insurance give Eastern Dental a try. Especially if you’re not in a hurry.

Negative experience: I will NOT use this dentist again. The service was NOT bad. BUT as I was in the office receiving service someone hit my truck causing serious damage.I called the dentist and they provided me with the owner of the property. When I spoke to the owner of the property they informed me they DID NOT have cameras and could NOT help me. BASICALLY PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!⚠️

Fantastic experience: Eastern dental is a very professional enterprise. The place is very clean and organized. The workers are helpful and friendly. I have had cleanings and fillings and fluoride applications. All the time,the doctors have been very efficient and profetional. I am very satisfied with them.

Positive experience: Skilled and friendly professionals - long wait time! My appointment was scheduled at 2:30. I arrived a few minutes early, was checked in and waited to be seen. After a few minutes, I was called in for X-rays and then the doctor promptly reviewed them with me and checked my teeth. Both the doctor and the X-ray technician were skilled and professional in their approach. After about 10 minutes, I was asked to return to the waiting room to wait for the hygienist to clean my teeth. I was back in the waiting room around 2:50. The hygienist called me about 55-60 minutes later. Again - she was skilled and professional. I understand that it is really easy to fall behind on schedule. But waiting for almost an hour seems a bit too much.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I wasn't happy this time. Extraction was very rough .Tooth was broken several times.It wasn't smooth operation. Beside other thoot's crown came out.How that happened, no clue. I felt any time he may hit my other tooth while is trying to pull that thoot out. Im writing this with good faith by thinking he may improve himself as criticizing not complaining ..

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. The staff doesn’t seem to know how to schedule appointments. I had an appointment last month for a Thursday. I had a staff member call me the day before the appointment to reschedule because the doctor that takes my insurance wasn’t available for a wisdom tooth removal the follow day. I was rescheduled this month on a Wednesday. Cause according to my understanding I was told he only does these procedures on Wednesdays when the staff member called me. I come in the office today thinking I’m getting a certain procedure done and told it’s something else because the dentist isn’t available on Wednesdays , only Thursdays. If that’s the case why would I be scheduled by the staff member on a WEDNESDAY when according to them he isn’t available. I was booked the previous month on a THURSDAY for a reason. The ball was dropped and it was on their end. Instead of apologizing , they try to reschedule for an another couple weeks. It shouldn’t take more than 2 appointments to schedule something simple. That’s not normal.

Negative experience: The office staff is very rude. They let me know 20 minutes prior to my appointment that my insurance isn't verified. Stated they would still see me. Delaying my appointment so they can call my insurance. Making me late to work.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my children there for many years. The service is excellent and I am always well informed about their cleanings, check-ups, and follow-up appointments. The staff is attentive and very patient. My twins go based on their availability and work schedules. Todays visit took unusually long, however it was thorough.

Might as well have a handsome face to look at while getting your teeth filled. I look forward to my next appointment. The only problem was the central air was not working properly so the fans set up throughout the building, which I don’t believe would be the most ideal infection control situation. Which is why I took away 1 star. However the staff was good

Fantastic experience: I developed a serious toothache over the weekend. Monday morning I called the dentist and they were able to take me in right away. They performed x-rays and prescribed anti bionics and gave me options as what the next step should be. The doctor was thorough and the staff is friendly. The office is very clean.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Eastern dental for approximately 12 years now and hated going there , long wait, appointments 3 months late however I have to say my recent appointments have been amazing. They surely upgraded and are very professional. I went to my appointment today and usually I stressed out when go there which I was but as soon I got there I was more relaxed because they were very friendly and the new dentist was amazing, patient and sympathetic was a big plus for me.. Negative experience: Went in for extractions. When I arrive rhe dentist sees the xrays and advises he cannot do it because it is impacted. I'm sorry but your office took the xrays, why weren't they reviewed before my appt and advised before losing my day off having to find an oral surgeon to take me when I'm in pain. Had they reviewed it and told me last week I would have been able to have made appt with an oral surgeon than wasting my day with no help or relief!
