Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at DCT! I used to hate going to the dentist, then my sister recommended going to DCT and that was the best choice I’ve made! You can see and feel the difference between an older style dentist, compared to DCT! If you dread going to see your dentist, give DCT a try you won’t regret it! I should know, I once was in the same situation and finally gave another dentist one more chance to change my views! And they’ve gained a lifelong patient!

Fantastic experience: This Dentist office is definitely the place to go for good quality care! I dealt with two dental hygienist and they were amazing!!. Brooke is excellent at being a dental hygienist hands-down! I don’t know how she does it, but she uses those tools painlessly like deep cleaning is nothing that’s how easy the experience was with her she’s gifted for sure! Sarah is another hygienist who is great with people and knows how to talk to them and explain everything in detail she makes you feel real comfortable. It was just a very pleasant experience for the work that I had done and I’m so glad to have Dental Care Team as My dentist now.

Positive experience: Staff is always nice, never a long wait, clean, always patient understanding. My only issues over the years is with merging from hill rd to all the clinics is all your information in your chart. Then over the years insurance companies changing having hyphenated name system hates it but sometimes I feel like billers should take extra time then us having to call and ask for rebilling and codes. But I once paid for all my stuff because they didn’t take my insurance. If you want a good service and payment options this place is great. Only reason I gave 4 not 5 because there is always a little something.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff excellent experience. I was very nervous because I haven't seen a dentist in a few years. They made me comfortable and made be laugh a couple of times which eased the tension. Great treatment plan for me. Out of pocket expenses were easy with Cherry financing.

Fantastic experience: U have been with Dr J for about 15 years now and before I came here I was afraid of the dentist "well I still am" but saying that. Once the work is done I walk out smiling like I just won the lottery. He is a very compassionate person and I am glad that he was referred. The only way I will get another dentist is if he retires. Fantastic experience: I called this morning as a new patient thinking I needed an extraction, however the amazingggg Dr Sun was able to save my tooth and did a root canal instead! I was also blessed with their very kind staff there as well. Everything looked to be brand new and each room I went in looked as though nobody had ever been in there because it was so clean! I witnessed team work from multiple staff members and dedication towards all of my wants and needs. I’ve never been asked at the dentist if I would like a pillow or a blanket. Negative experience: Don't go to this Dentist I told them I needed to know how much I would have to pay out of my pocket and they told me 1022.00 and I agree with the amount. I have two Dental insurance and they took money from both and never sent me a bill for more money. Then out of the blue I get a bill from a collection company. I called my insurance company and they said I paid them more than I probably should of. So when I called my insurance they went ahead and paid them more money, today they sent me a message after getting more money from my insurance they want money from me. Don't trust this office. I would give them no stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Just got home after having a crown done. The doctor and assistant were kind, patient, and they used a combination of anesthesia and relaxation techniques. I felt like I was there about 10 minutes and in reality I was in the chair for over an hour. This was the best dental experience ever and I have significant anxiety...but all good!

Fantastic experience: First off they got me in as a new patient within 2 days of calling. That was stellar. They did a cleaning a 5 fillings at my first visit. Everyone in the office had a great attitude and were very good at articulating what I needed to know. I got the feeling that the doctor cared a great deal about my dental health and comfort during the procedure. I highly recommend them, they even take state provided health coverage.

Fantastic experience: I visited this office yesterday and was so impressed. Embarrassingly it had been too long since I had a cleaning and I have some anxiety when it comes to tooth care but I was experiencing some pain and knew I had to go ASAP. The entire experience from calling (and getting in the same day) to the amazing hygienist Elizabeth to the Dr to checking out was so painless. Everyone I spoke to was kind , professional and made me so comfortable. I will be bringing my children here now and scheduling my husband soon as well. I can confidently say I will be keeping up on my cleanings and referring anyone I talk to of this practice!! Thank you Dental Care Team for being so amazing

Negative experience: Worst dentist office Ever a bunch of Scammers!!! I provided 2 insurances plus paid several hundred dollars out of pocket for 2 visit over a year ago, told them I would not be visiting again confirmed with accounting that I had a zero balance, now a year later I get text that I have an outstanding balance. I will pay February 31, 2B.C.

Fantastic experience: It was literally the best day of my life. Usually I am terrified to go to the dentist. But wow... Dental Care Team changed that. The staff is kind and caring. I wish I could go more often than every 6 months lol For realz... love this place. Teeth feel great. Love the free toothbrush Brooke is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Had Elizabeth as my hygienist, I let her know about my fear of being there because of previous dental work somewhere else.. she was one of the nicest, understanding and most patient people I've experienced. Explaining everything to me before she did it and what I might expect. I was able to actually relax. I would recommend this place to anybody I know needing dental work. Fantastic experience: The staff were so helpful and caring. The dentist, technician and staff are very good at their job.

Negative experience: I was happy with their services, but their billing department is an absolute mess. They ran my insurance and had me pay out of pocket costs upfront before they worked on me, which is totally fine. But 2 YEARS later they are trying to gouge me for $1700+ for the same procedure I already paid for. When I reached out, their billing guy said don’t worry about it, the notification was accidentally/automatically sent. Now months later, they are harassing me again with a new person in their billing department. Only vague answers have been received, saying insurance wouldn’t cover it- but they ran my insurance and had me pay the difference already in-house before they would even see me in person. Can’t tell if this is a SCAM or just incompetence.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going here, the dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful she explain everything to me, showed me my X-rays and explained what I needed done.Every one was so friendly and made you feel very comfortable, the dentist came in and explained things to me that I should have done. I have def found a new dental team that I know I’m going to be very happy with.

Fantastic experience: Prior to my first visit here back on Dec 31 of 2024, I had not been to a dentist since 1993. This was due to nothing but nightmarish experiences within a 2-year span. I woke up with a severely broken tooth on the date listed above. I needed to find someone FAST. The Dental Care Team got me in to an appointment just three hours after they opened and did some treatment until I could come back a few weeks later to have the tooth (#30)---which was severely shattered in three pieces---extracted. From first contact and first visit, EVERYONE at the Dental Care Team was so kind, understanding, and intent on my well-being. During the Tooth Extraction, the Dr (I think Assan) and her assistant were very methodical, very gentle, and very polite while expeditiously and carefully removing the tooth. Special shout out to both of them and Kylie as well as the dental assistant who worked with me on Dec 31. In short, I WILL be visiting this practice on a regular basis. By far, this is the BEST dental practice I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Positive experience: I had an appointment this morning for a cleaning. I had to walk away after I found out the cost. I paid $572.00 in September for a cleaning and todays appointment was at least $516.00. I am a senior and just can't afford it .I have Blue Cross dental but they will not bill them. I have been going to Dental Care Team for over 17 years, the Dr.s and the staff are wonderful. I just have to find someone cheaper and that will bill my insurance.

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best dental experience I have had other than my old dentist that I had to stop going to due to dental insurance. I have been to 3 different dentist prior to here and they all wanted to pull teeth, refer me out, do work that didn’t need to be done and make as much money off my insurance as possible on work that didn’t even need to be done. Dental Care Team went above and beyond my expectations and I could be more happier or please with them and my over all experience. The dental coordinator went over my dental plan in great detail and I was left other no questions. The dentist wanted to save all my teeth instead of pulling or referring me out to a specialist that I didn't even need. I highly recommend the Dental Care Team and I will not be leaving or switching dentists as I’m so very happy and couldn’t be more please with the care I received here. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do to help me with my dental needs. If you want great dental care, go to a dentist/hygienists that truly care, want to help the patient and aren’t out to make as much money of the patient and their insurance as possible I highly highly recommend the Dental Care Team. Thank you for the great patient care and whatever you do continue with it, you are so very appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Came in for my cleaning visit and was greeted by a welcoming front desk and staff. The office was clean and organized. I had a great experience with my hygienist Aubreanna and Dr Bowers. They were fast and efficient and made sure all my questions were answered, the assistants did a great job checking in if there was any wait. I have been a patient for over a decade and yet to have a bad experience. I also seen they have affordable memberships for anyone that doesn’t have insurance. I highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: 12.27.24 I cannot say enough good about the professional and personable services I received this week at my crown replacement appointment on Christmas Eve. Both JuWan and Dr. Son were amazing. They both explained every step of the way. They were fully staffed and even being a day before a major holiday did not detour them from doing their utmost best. Thank you! Love this place! Great staff/doctors and always answer my questions/concerns. Very modern equipment and many services are covered right in office. If you are looking for a new/different dentist, please give them a call and tell them I sent you.

Fantastic experience: My wife came home Friday with a toothache that escalated overnight, by Saturday morning she was in excruciating pain. Since we are new to the area and had no dentist I figured getting in right away was a slim chance but they got us in with two hours of calling. Not only am I super appreciative but the waiting room times maybe five minutes. Kelly said it was so clean and that everyone was very nice. We are now going to be established patients. We have found our dental team!!!

Negative experience: Said Delta Dental was covered when I went in as an emergency, then after I was seen said I had to pay 150$ because my insurance didn't cover the emergency schedule and said I had to pay full price for the extraction I desperately needed.

Negative experience: Great service! Friendly staff and easy to work with! Everyone I've encountered was more than pleasant and really put my nerves at ease :) Edit 2024: This place is generally good. Recently my spouse has had some more dental work, so several appointments within a month or two, and those appointments have been less than great. The appointments have been 8am first appointments of the day and somehow they're already running behind. One appointment the dentist was supposedly "stuck in traffic" and showed over an hour late, after an hour & 15 minutes my spouse left. There was no expected wait time given just continually almost here and no remedy offered. That's simply unacceptable. I can be understanding that things happen, this was too extreme for that threshold. Everyone's time holds the same value, to have ours disrespected in such a way is incredibly maddening and rude. And quite frankly I suspect the dentist was not stuck in traffic but perhaps just didn't leave for work on time, the lying made it worse. As him "almost" arriving was still over 30 minutes, which is not almost to me. The situation could've been handled way better and we'll be seeking alternatives at this point. Also, they push patients to review & give free products for it so just to keep in mind when reading all the rave reviews.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Staff are transparent and truly express their care for patients. Easy to make appointments on short notice. Dr Son was my dentist and managed to squeeze 5 fillings in my visit to work around my schedule and I'm so grateful for his professional attitude, laughter and skill! Thank you Dr Son and staff, will see you at me and hubby's next appointment! So glad to have found you guys!

Fantastic experience: Amazing, caring staff. Go above & beyond to make you comfortable. Dr. Son very cognitive/caring about my rare allergies. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Bermuda the Dental Surgeon. He was on time, very efficient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure! Davon, his assistant throughout the entire procedure was very professional with excellent skills with a patient having concerns with what was going to be done! Both made me very comfortable during the entire procedure! I have been very pleased with all the staff that I have dealt with at the Family Dental Care Team in Grand Blanc! I have no hesitation making future appointments with them when needed!

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic and had a bad experience at his old dentist and had a fear of the dentist. He used to have to get sent to Hurley hospital to get sedated for dental work. Amber was amazing with Tyler! The new Dr was very calm and gentle with him. They were able to get my son’s dental work done WITHOUT sedation! I highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Dental Care Team and Dr. Jill are amazing. I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a young child. At my appointment earlier this year I was advised I had two cavities (it’s been years since I had one). My approach was to ignore it, but I needed my final cleaning of the year. See I’m afraid of the dentist but to avoid them I regularly go (haha). Dr Jill was so kind. She explained everything. She counted down to my next calm breath. She won me over so significantly I didn’t mind the 2nd filling at all. Bravo — to letting me be afraid and show me there was no reason to fear this place.

Fantastic experience: Dental Care Team made it easy to get started as a new patient without having to schedule a month out. They don’t push unneeded tests and screenings for additional money grabs. They’re on time and on schedule. Have friendly services throughout the office. Use current technology for communication, and even offer pull ahead scheduling when cancellations occur. No complaints, great dental office!

I had a dental medical emergency and everyone worked fast and diligently together from the Assistants, the treatment planner to both Doctors who did my filling and root canal. Fantastic experience: WOW! Easy to understand the 4.9 review score. I'm 65 and this has to be the best dentist and team I've encountered. I hate dental work because of the painful numbing shot. I've always dreaded going because of the shot. Apparently, when you get a dentist who knows what he is doing it doesn't hurt at all. It was less painful than a flu shot. I was astounded. And I got more than one shot, in more than one location, and same results both places. Same day Crown was nice also. I didn't know they could be done that quickly. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I'll never have another dentist. At least not if I can help it.

Negative experience: Warning!!! This place is very dishonest. First off, they want to drill everything they see, so i am glad I got a second opinion instead of listening to them. Also they perform services for things that are not covered by insurance without your consent, they took a picture off my tooth without informing me of any extra cost and other misc items that added upto over $350 of noncovered services including "Missed Apointments" that I never made apointments for. Then they just wait 6 months before sending you a massive surprise bill in the mail. My previous dentist and my new dentist have never done this to me so i know this is a very dishonest place. This place is a scam. Edit: You don't help anyone, you just virtue single in the public spaces (Google Reviews) with your seemly caring reasponse to comments, acting like you care but behind closed doors you show your true colors, dishonest, rude, and not willing to help or explain your horribly dishonest billing practices.
