Fantastic experience: Dr. Lo has been my family's dentist for 16 years. He has been extremely knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, and kind, and was able to diagnose and fix complex dental problems other dentists weren't able to. The hygienists are always very good. The office staff are very polite and are easily accessible by phone.

Fantastic experience: Sandra is the best, She is the Lead assistant ask for her and she will make you feel welcomed and take care of you , Make you feel like you are heard and understood . Dr Andrew Lazaris is the BEST ask for him !!! Awesome Dr and great at explaining everything , I hate when Drs go on and on talking trying to be funny, but he is the best !! , Hygiene team is good . Front desk is good . I do miss the former staff Mrs Mayra she was the best office manager they had !!!!!!! Period !!! . Loui, Carina, Nancy, Kamika, Gracie & Jennifer miss those guys :) but all good service , highly recommend !!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for more than a decade. I have been to other dental offices & the service & quality of work at Texas Dental is top notch. I am in the unfortunate position of being a nervous patient with sensitive teeth who needs a lot of work. The hygienists are great at putting me at ease. Dr. Lo is an exceptional dentist. He takes a lot of care to make sure his patients are comfortable & the work he does looks great. I've never had any issues with any of the work he's done & he never recommends unnecessary procedures. I trust Dr. Lo & Texas Dental 100%.

The Plano office is a busy place with many stations, yet I have never felt like my time was rushed or hurried. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, the hygienists are gentle yet thorough, and the financial crew is knowledgeable in the multitude of insurance and payment options available.

After moving, I decided to return after experiencing not as great experience with another dentist group that’s closer to me. Doc Lo takes a consistent conservative approach on your teeth. Also love the hygienist Marsha who is OCD in a great way about getting those plaque out. The front desk is always kind, smiling and friendly including its easy checkout. Texas dental is about the long term relationship which I hope they always retain.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental care, we’ve been see Dr Lo and his outstanding team for ten years now.

Negative experience: I want to say that first and foremost the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They also do care about giving good treatment. In most cases I believe that they will do a good job. I saw Dr. Pepper for an examination that later showed a cavity. I had waited on him and then had to come back later for the filling. He kept me very informed throughout the process. After the filling I was in a lot of pain. I was asked if the filling wasn't sitting too high at this time, but the only thing I was concerned about at the time was the pain. I was given no pain medication nor prescribed anything. I got the impression that there was another appointment and was deemed a later problem. He referred me to an endodontist. He personally called them and informed them of my situation. He also later gave me a call to prescribe me medication on his day off. From the pain I was in I was grinding my teeth. Which cracked the tooth directly below my filling. I confirmed with another dentist that the filling needed to be grinded down more. The tooth directly below my filling needed to be pulled as the Crack was too deep. In all. I believe dr. Pepper is very capable and empathetic. He took time outside of work to help. However, there simply isn't enough time between appointments to address patient needs or situations that are outside the norm. The care was also not meticulous enough and in my case the filling should've been checked if it sat right after my bout of pain.

The team at Texas Dental is friendly and efficient. I've been a patient for many years, and will continue to use Texas Dental, even though we don't live in the Plano area now.

Positive experience: I LOVE Texas Dental. The hygienists and doctors are fantastic. No matter who you get, they will do a great job! I always recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. The schedule does fill up, so make sure to schedule it in advance. I also chose their in-house orthodontist for Invisalign and had a great experience minus the doctor only being there on Fridays, which was sometimes a challenge to coordinate schedules, but I do love my results. The only reason for not giving five stars is that I live 45 minutes away, and they could be better at sending notice if an appointment is going to be canceled. There are many automative confirmation appointments, but if you are wondering if they will be canceled because of weather, doctors, etc,... I recommend calling before heading that way. I have had two instances where my appointment was canceled, and I did not receive a notification. I found out either by driving there or calling myself. Although frustrating, the hygienists and doctors are still worth going to!

Negative experience: This place is absolutely outrageous. They didn’t even inform me that I was an out-of-network patient before providing the service. I will never come back here again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lo and the staff are all very courteous and on their game. Everyone were very articulate, accurate and personable. Dr Lo fixed my loose implant with the hands of a surgeon and solved my previous implant issues like a champ!

Positive experience: Today I had a bracket break and it's extremely uncomfortable but unfortunately it can't be fixed until a week later since there's no open time slots that I can make it in for. I am very disappointed in the customer service from the front desk. I feel they lack empathy and compassion and do not care if you're experiencing pain and discomfort. I was also overcharged for the total cost of my braces. Dr. Lo is fantastic but I do wish these areas can be improved/worked on.

Fantastic experience: If you need the best dentist in town, he’s right here and his name is Dr. Lo. My entire family has him. There is no kinder, smart or more efficient dentist anywhere. I was always horribly afraid to even go to the dentist to get a check up, much less anything else but he changed that by working with me to erase that fear. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Texas Dental for many years. I see Dr. Lo for check ups and ongoing care. He is always excellent. But there have been occasions in which I have a dental emergency. Fortunately this office has several dentists available . Every time I have had a dental emergency they have put me in the nearest opening and I have been in good hands every time. Most recently Dr. Ambriz helped me. He took time to fix my problem, and helped me know how best to recover at home. I learned some things I never knew. Dr. Ambriz is very patient, informative, and a caring dentist. I definitely can recommend him highly and Texas Dental for having such excellent dentists available.

Fantastic experience: My family has been seeing Dr Lo here for about 20 years. From checking in to the comfortable waiting room to the friendliest hygienist to funny and exceptionally brilliant Dr. Lo. I would no where else. Dr. Lo was exceptionally great with my son when he was little even though he is not a pediatric dentist. He made my son feel very relaxed and he never felt afraid of going to the Dentist.

This is an outstanding practice with both dental and orthodontics in one place, friendly staff, and great providers. Marsha is an outstanding hygienist (I don't want anyone else cleaning my teeth), and Dr. Pepper is the best dentist I have seen since I was a kid. Everyone here is very friendly, they are flexible and helpful, and will take care of anything you need for your oral health.

Negative experience: I’m giving 1 star because they charge far too much. Typically, UHC covers basic cleaning and X-rays for dental services, but I didn’t even get a 3D X-ray, and I still ended up paying extra. It’s important to let people know upfront that you’re out of network and that you’ll overcharge the insurance. It doesn’t make sense to pay out of pocket for a regular cleaning after insurance coverage. This is disappointing and something everyone should be aware of before using their services.

Fantastic experience: This week I saw Dr Alberto Ambriz for an emergency, on a Saturday, three-day weekend! He is an amazing dentist, who solved my problem at the appointment, and was extremely thorough, even taking time to answer a question about medications and my oral health. His knowledge base and holistic approach is impressive! I was very impressed with his chair-side manner, with his cleanliness, and his gentleness in the exam (on a very swollen gum). Thank you Dr Ambriz for this kind and efficient attention to the issue I was having, which caused pain. I will highly recommend you !! I will always remember your great care!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Dr. Lo was very through in explaining each step that was being performed and how long each step would take take. He has high level of energy and very personable.

Negative experience: Dońt even think about going to this practice, it is a Money Mill. They charged me for appointments that I didńt even have. I am not exagerated when I tell you they over charge. The office Manager doesńt listen and was very rude when I told her 5 times that I didn’t even have an appointment on one of days they were billing for. I’m definitely going to call my insurance company and tell them about all the charges they put through that were incorrect. I am also going to notify the BBB about possible insurance fraud and overcharging. Don’t be fooled by them like I was. I had no idea until they texted me that I owed them $400 after my teeth cleaning. I wish someone would have told me.

Fantastic experience: I only wish I had found this practice years before. I cannot say one bad thing about Texas dental. Dr. Lazarus is the best. He redid one of my fillings so fast and so painless I couldn’t believe he was done. The hygienists are very thorough and work in a timely manner. I have been to the boutique dentist in Plano and wouldn’t go back if it was free. This is the place except they do need more parking. Small price to pay.

Fantastic experience: Dr Morrison professionally and painlessly inserted the post for my upcoming new tooth. Even the shots into my gums were without pain. Both he and his assistant were informative as to exactly what they were doing and constantly inquired about my well-being. Needless to say, I felt extremely comfortable during the procedure and would highly recommend him to do a tooth implant. The numbing gel is the MAGIC to preventing any discomfort prior to the actual shot injections. Thanks again for taking time to ensure a TRUELY, NO PAIN EXPERIENCE! BTW - I have had no swelling post procedure!!!

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Texas Dental with Dr. Lo for many years. I recently saw Marsha, the dental hygienist, and she is super sweet and did a super job! Actually the whole staff provides great customer service and has been attentive to all of our dental needs. I highly recommend Texas Dental if you are seeking a provider/practice who partners with you regarding your dental care and is not out to treat you like a number (speaking from former bad experiences before Dr. Lo). They are top notch!
