Fantastic experience: First appointment was encouraging, helpful, and informative. Questions were encouraged and I had plenty! Overall good experience.

Negative experience: Very expensive ! Will not help fix your teeth at all unless you have the money upfront cash or credit only no insurance will help with anything here maybe your x rays 17 thousand for top and 17 thousand for bottom all on four implants so if you don't have 35 thousand dollars just laying around don't bother going ! Doesn't include medications for any pain either they don't provide medication for pain just sedation dentistry for iv sedation awake/ no asleep medication for anxiety that's it!

Negative experience: Updating my review. They messed up my teeth. They said there were cavities and there were none, drilled holes and damaged teeth.I explained three times to one of their assistants the crown they put on didn't fit right and I couldn't close my mouth all the way. They ignored me, then I went through a ton of pain, went back a month later and they realized they messed up and had to do another crown for free. I will NEVER go back. They caused some irreversible damage from being negligent and lying just to scam people out of their money.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so positive, knowledgeable and very helpful. The assistants were like doctors and the doctor was superb. They made me so happy by providing an option for my case that was very satisfying.

Negative experience: I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but after your bs call 2/25/25 I feel I have to. At my initial consultation I was told that after my sinus lift and implants were done, my teeth would be included and you'd have me smiling again, but then your lie came to light when everything was done, I'd have to pay $14k for teeth. This was devastating and caused me to slide into depression, so I completely gave up on ever having teeth again. I would have never gone through all of the extra pain and suffering you put me through with inexperienced dental students hacking away at my gums (I still have sinus problems and pain) if I had known I was just a test subject, not a real person to your business! I appreciate the work you did, but FINISH THE JOB! YOUR REPLY IS BS, I WAS LIED TO, USED AS A GUINEA PIG, AND THEN KICKED TO THE CURB. I SHOULD BE SUING YOU FOR THE PAIN, SUFFERING, AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS YOUR LIES CAUSED ME THEN AND STILL DOES TO THIS DAY!

Fantastic experience: I ultimately decided to leave Ohio for a job opportunity in Iowa, which meant I had to find new dental care in my new location. To make a long story short, I went through three different dental practices in Iowa, and the quality of care was simply terrible and unacceptable. Now, I make a 7-hour journey to visit Signature Smiles Dental for every appointment because they are, without a doubt, the best! I cannot and will not ever find a replacement for this amazing team of individuals – they feel like family to me due to the exceptional experience and service they provide. I wholeheartedly recommend them every single time, without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: It had been about 3 years since I’ve seen a dentist and I was a little nervous, the staff made me feel very welcomed and the dental hygienist talked with me about random things to help my nerves settle. I have really bad anxiety and they truly made me feel safe. My first visit was just a new patient consultation to get to know me and my dental history, then my second visit was the actual cleaning. The cleaning went well and my dental hygienist kept checking on me to make sure I was okay throughout the whole cleaning. She even told me to pick a movie on Netflix and put it up on the tv, safe to say I was zoned out of the cleaning and was focused on the movie. I’m so glad I found this place, I can’t recommend it enough! They actually care about the patients and not just the money. Definitely check this dentist out if you have anxiety or are afraid of dentists, they will make you feel extremely welcomed and comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my experience. Everything was explained clearly for my procedure. It all went very smoothly and as planned. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I had many questions and they never seemed bothered when I called for answers. I have back problems and when I asked if I could bring in something to support my back in the chair they were more than happy to accommodate me! I have already recommended them to others after using them for general dentistry as well. I'm grateful to have found them and it's so nice that they're local to me.

Boy I was wrong! I went to them needing a botched root canal fixed/redone from a terrible dentist that I had gone to, and I am so glad that I found them. They really took care of me! This is not your average dentist, or dental experience, it is far more superior to anyone that I have ever been to, they put everyone else to shame honestly. They are so very in tune with how your feeling, they are gentle, friendly and very down to earth. This was the absolute best group of people! I can say I love them all. Fantastic experience: Without writing an essay, I'll tell you my experience with Signature Smiles. Six yrs. ago I stopped in (Saturday ) tomake an appointment to have a tooth repaired as the filling had just fallen out. The dentist I had been going to couldn't get me in for almost a month even though they had just filled this tooth about 2 weeks prior. I was asked if I had an hour or so and I said yes. They took me in that day and put a temporary cover over the tooth until my appointment later that week. It was a large filling and the best outcome was to put a crown in. Done. There were other issues that I felt were ignored by past dentists & made to feel it was my fault. These wonderful,caring people have worked with me and helped me get things to a place that I have a healthy mouth and the tools to keep it that way. If a problem comes up we/they are on top of it. At first I had to have a couple of sedation visits due to past bad experiences. No more. I thank God for Signature and will be a patient till I'm no longer on this earth. If I move away, I will make the trip to come back for appointments. Believe me this group is amazing, you won't be disappointed by becoming a patient..

They are caring and help walk you through any worries and concerns. I had a reconstructive surgery and was very nervous leading up to it. Watching the heart rate and blood pressure monitor I was surprised at how calm I was as they talked through what will happen. They go out of their way to make sure you are OK. And if you are someone like me who didn't have dental coverage, they have a wonderful plan to cover twice a year cleanings and xrays. For me as a single mom and business owner at the time was grateful they had something I could afford. I appreciate every person I have talked to at the streetsboro office! Fantastic experience: First time going to dentist in a long time so I was nervous coming back and they made me feel really comfortable. They slowed everything down to my pace to make me understand what’s good with my teeth and what things I need to get worked on. Fantastic experience: I am a senior had all upper teeth removed for dental implants. I had sedation everything went well, My advice is be patient it takes approximately 6 to 8 months for a finish implant, however; you do have a partial to wear during that time. I am now working on my bottom implants. Everyone is very helpful in the office. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have done a great job.

Fantastic experience: WOW!!! I can't find enough words to express how my recent Dental experience was at Signature Smiles. Recently they performed what I considered to be major work, which caused me much anxiety. But after my very first consultation they put me at ease by explaining what I need, and how they will achieve it. Then they promised to make me comfortable, and feel no pain. Well, they certainly lived up to their promise!!
