Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience — from the staff to the facilities and amenities, everything was thoughtfully considered and everyone was so thoughtful. I had some long, painstaking procedures done (a root canal, an extraction, and an in-office crown placement), and they made sure I had everything I needed for my comfort — from warm blankets to laughing gas. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my anxious energy and barrage of questions. I think Waldron & Lee are stuck with me (and my children) for life! Special thanks to Imani, Amber, and the amazing Dr. Lewis. And the best part? I have braces, and when my orthodontist saw my crown, his exact words were: “This is amazing work — who did you say did this?” Amazing team, amazing work. Thank you so much!

Lucia always does a thorough job cleaning my teeth and I appreciate our conversation in-between teeth spraying, as we're both Big Ten Conference alumni. Then, Dr. Jonathan C. Waldron, DDS, examines my X-rays and Teeth to see if I have anything requiring immediate care, and this time I did. So, I'll be taking care of a 30-year old Crown that needs replacing, based on what Dr. Waldron observed. I was a patient of one dentist office for 20+ years so it takes a lot for me to change loyalty, but I was driving a long way - so ultimately convenience was a priority! The staff are very courteous and friendly, and all the dentists are lovely. Lisa is my routine hygienist and it's always a pleasure when I have my appointments!

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity filled today. I don’t feel anxious going to get my teeth cleaned, but the thought of the long needle with anesthesia and the little drill, makes my blood pressure rise. Kim and Dr. Lee set me at ease. Kim got me ready for the procedure. She offered me a pillow and blanket, gave me channel choices for the TV, and provided sun glasses. Both she and Dr. Lee made sure I was comfortable. I felt no pain and the procedure was quick. I am thankful.

Fantastic experience: So thankful God & my gut led me to this dentist! Went to my second apt. Today. From the moment you walk in to the second you leave you are treated with such kindness! I personally worked with Kathy, Lewis, & Shannon. Each of them were gentle, caring and really helped me get the dental treatment plan I needed and helped me to understand. I joined their family and friends insurance plan, full of great benefits! Starbucks machine for great coffee in the waiting room, they ask you if you would like a warm blanket if your cold while getting dental work done & show of your choice. Of all the dental offices I have been to and i am now 37- this one blows them all out of the water with their staff, professiolism and gorgeous office. So happy to get my mouth on track with the perfect place that really cares and is not just trying to scam you !

Fantastic experience: My first experience here was exceptional. From the first encounter at the front desk all the way to end. Dr. Blair Waldron took time and explained everything to me. I was here for a second opinion. Turns out he referred me out for a third opinion to someone he really trust. I left feeling confident that being fearful of what lies ahead won’t be so bad. I work in healthcare and have for over 45 years and I know too notch when I see it. Waldron and Lee dental are Top Notch.

Positive experience: Came away very upset. Lisa (not my regular tech) had poor technique also while cleaning she just casually said" you have a cracked tooth...it'll have to be pulled and will need an implant....". I immediately got stressed and tears were running down the sides of my face. I was supposed to see Dr Lee but he left and I saw lady doctor. I have a years of history with Drs Blair and Lee and never left your practice so upset. TY. Lana Kirkwood

Fantastic experience: Update 2025: Had my cleaning with Amber today, May 14, 2025. I opted for no X-ray last year and that did not present a problem. My teeth feel clean and great ,was not a painful process. I continue to be very pleased with this practice. Discussed my aging teeth with Dr. Lee and options available to whiten. ———————— 2023 I had my first visit at Waldron and Lee Dentistry today after reading all the many great comments on Nextdoor. I am admittedly a dental phobic so wanted to share I had an excellent cleaning and dental appointment with Dr. Lee. The staff were friendly and informative. My dental health is a top priority for me, and I found the cleaning and evaluation were thorough. I recently returned to have my teeth cleaned. Amber did a great job and Dr. Lee and I were both pleased with my dental health. I read an article in AARP recently recommending fluoride for seniors and am pleased that I have already been on that regimen for the past year. Update 2024: My bridge recently came out while flossing. I was seen quickly. Dr. Lee seems to be a perfectionist which I appreciate as I always leave with the same bite I came in with. Also, explains everything and knows I am a fearful dental patient and is kind and patient.

Fantastic experience: I can confidently say that after my first visit at Waldron & Lee Dentistry, it will be hard to go anywhere else. To say the office is beautiful is an understatement. The environment fosters a sense of calmness and welcomeness - the folks at the front desk greeted me with a smile and made sure I was all set for the appointment. I was called back by Shannon who greeted me with a smile and led me back to the room where I would be for the appointment. Being a first time patient, she made me feel at home, made sure any questions were answered, and proceeded to set me up for the X-rays and photos. The entire process was very smooth and she explained everything as she was about to do it. Dr. Lewis then came in to examine the X-rays and went through in detail what the X-rays were showing. I hadn't realized that I had chipped a filling that caused the neighboring tooth to also develop a cavity, but not only was I informed of the cavities, but Dr. Lewis also explained how the cavity likely developed, and showed me on the X-rays and photos the difference between a healthy tooth and cavity. She was very personable and tailored my experience based off of language I could understand. I was introduced to Marcy, who is part of the hygienist team. To say Marcy was thorough is an understatement. She made sure to reference the X-rays and photos to ensure a thorough cleaning, but more importantly, her number one concern was my comfortability. She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable, and offered breaks throughout the cleaning. Her attention to detail and kindness was top notch! After the cleaning, I was pleased to hear that they could fit me in right away to fill my cavities. Dr. Lewis and Imani, who was assisting her, made sure to explain exactly what the process would entail. They made sure that I was comfortable, pain-free, and informed of everything that was happening. Imani wrapped things up for me after the cavities were filled, made sure I didn't have any questions, and sent me off with a smile. Overall, this team at Waldron & Lee goes above and beyond for their patients. Every person I interacted with greeted me with a smile and are some of the kindest people out there. Not having been to the dentist in over 5 years, they made sure not to judge or shame, but to reduce any anxiety I may have had. The little touches like having a TV on the ceiling or the care package I was sent home with that included a much needed coffee tumbler, was the icing on the cake. In addition, all co-pays and costs are given up front, prior to the procedure happening. This office is trustworthy and did not try to upsell any products or services. It will definitely be hard to find better dental office and team - they make it all about the patient experience, from the time you step in to the time you step out. Thanks to Dr. Lewis, Shannon, Marcy, and Imani for the kindness, thoroughness and overall great experience!

This last appointment I had here was filled with compliments, step by step explanation on what was happening in during the appointment, all topped off with a blanket and a pillow for added comfort while HGTV was on in the background.

Dr. Shariff has always had my best interest in mind and has taken amazing care of me. Every assistant, hygienist, scheduler, and patient care team member has treated me skillfully and with kind care.

Fantastic experience: There is a reason why our dentist has a 4.9 rating. In addition to pleasant and knowledgeable doctors and staff, up to date modern equipment, integrity is the glue that keeps it all together. I received an estimate for dental work that was performed today. During the course of treatment Dr. Waldron explained that he did not have to do something built into the estimate and would not cost as much. You know you are in the right place when something like that occurs.
