Fantastic experience: After almost a year of seeing Dr. Perlick n her assistant Adam, I can say i made the best choice possible choosing Glacier Dental. They both go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. I will hands down recommend to anyone looking fir dental care

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing....From the minute you set foot into the building: Modern design, comfortable seating, open and airy lobby with plenty of daylight from the giant windows....fresh coffee, hot chocolate, tea, snacks, wow! Of course I was late arriving so did not get to enjoy those particular amenities. The staff are amazing as well, from the first greeting at the desk to speaking with the doctors in person. Total transparency with regard to specific procedural charges and help with deciphering insurance coverages. And I can't forget how amazing it was to be able to schedule my very first appointment with their online website! Bravo! Update: 8/25/2025 Okaaaaaaay, so today is my 4th visit and I am awaiting my last two crowns to be completed, HERE, at their IN HOUSE processing area!! After leaving today, to date, we will have had an informative consultation, a thorough cleaning, 1 cavity filled, THREE root canals, and 3 crowns..... i know right?? And guess how much pain... .... ....Wrong! There was ABSOLUTELY ZERO procedural pain! These doctors really work amazingly together as a team. I apologize for the lengthy/wordy review here but jeez.. I've just never experienced anything like this before, dentistry-wise at least. So yeah.... 5 stars... 10 stars TEN THOUSAND STARS!! Thank you, that is all ‍↕️

Positive experience: I've had no issues with the provideders but I've had scheduling issues. Twice while sitting in the chair we've booked out my next appointment. I put it on a reminder in my phone while sitting there. Both times I haven't gotten reminders and when I contact to double check the date and time has been changed. I like the office but I don't like my spots being changed without notice.

Fantastic experience: I’m genuinely astonished that this level of professionalism still exists in the world. I can honestly say I have never experienced this degree of communication and customer service at any business, let alone a dentist. The facility is beautiful, and they have obviously invested heavily in the best tools and equipment available for their trade. However, it doesn’t stop there - the appreciation they show through customer amenities is a step beyond the standard to simply keep customers coming back through the door. A sincere 5/5 from a person that never gives 5/5’s.

Negative experience: Dr. Perlick and her team do what’s right for the patient and do quality work. Very honest and straightforward. However, their business office is slow and does not do what is best for the patient. I was told I would get a call on Thursday to address a refund I was due because their lab could not get a quality porcelain veneer after 4 times. I did not get a call. The following Tuesday I call them and I’m told that the higher ups are addressing it. Well - what about L3? Exactly. Too much overhead - they need to go back to basics. Your 5 star turned into a 1 star due to not communicating effectively and slow turnaround.

Fantastic experience: I loved my visit to Glacier Dental. Everyone was so nice and explained everything that was happening. I had to bring my daughter and they all were so sweet to her. I would so recommend Glacier dental to my family and friends.

Negative experience: How one simple thing can make it all feel less than stellar ... Tell you on Tuesday that they will fix an ERROR for Free on Thursday...come in Thursday and ask you to pay for it. Then TWICE on Thursday realize they didn't ask for/take payment for Tuesday even after someone just took payment. Get your front house act together. It's an impression hard to get over.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those who's terrified to go to the dentist. I had an excruciating toothache. I randomly called different dental places amd Glacier's happen to be one of them. I was very surprised they were able to take me in within a couple hours. When I got to Glaciers I checked in and again to my suprise waiting time was about 5 minutes considering they squeezed me in their schedule. The dentist tech was so informative about everything. Im sorry I forgot her name. She was a little red head. She could tell I was scared. She did so well reasureing me. She did exrays and I was blown away at the technology they have now to use to make their job easier and my visit quicker. Oh my goodness the chair you sit on waiting for the dentist has a button you can have it heated or massage your back and head phones to watch Netflix while you're lying back and getting your teeth worked on. Like what is happening here?? Also has a comfort basket where you can have balls to hold on to for blankets to cover up with to make you feel more comfortable. This place is amazing it's like dentist heaven. Well I was okay for a little bit there until the dentist came in and she was very young. I thought to myself oh Lord I'm in trouble now this is going to be a horrible Dental visit. But she was great. Im sorry I forgot her name. I could tell my tooth was giving her a hard time. The team work was amazing. The dentist took the time to give me a break so my jaw wouldn't hurt so much. Of course my tooth was being stubborn. So there was another dentist that came in and helped . My tooth was removed. Finally!! The team work was amazing! That was the first time ever that I left a dentist visit that did an extraction with a SMILE.

Fantastic experience: I actually enjoy going to the dentist now that I go to Glacier. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly there.

They were honest and helpful when discussing all of our possible options when moving forward with treatment, and their pricing is transparent and fair, too. 6/5 stars!

Positive experience: Normally after I have my teeth cleaned a dentist comes in to check my teeth, that didn’t happen after this cleaning.

Fantastic experience: They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant visit. They also were very understanding about my tooth emergency and scheduled an appointment right away to come in. The staff as well as the dentist and hygienist were also very kind !! I would highly recommend this place for dentistry needs !

Positive experience: Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this dental office. The dental staff and hygienists are professional, friendly, and make you feel well cared for. The dentists take their time, explain procedures clearly, and always ensure your comfort. I really appreciate the quality of care and attention to detail during my visit. The only downside is that the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. A smile and a warm greeting would go a long way in setting the tone for the visit. That said, once you’re past check-in, the rest of the team truly makes you feel at ease.

Negative experience: Made it clear to them that i dont want to go over my insurance for the year. They over charged my insurance. Now a collection company is calling me for $100. Still not resolved

Fantastic experience: We made an appointment to get my son's tooth ache looked at. The doctor's were great, the office was clean and my son no longer has a tooth ache. They took care of this in a day, we did not have to make multiple appointments and things went very smooth! We have decided to switch over to Glacier Dental for good.

Fantastic experience: This place is a wonderful dentist office! Dr Perlick is great and all the staff are soooo kind! If you need a new dentist consider DR Perlick and Glacier Dental. Plus the building is beautiful

Fantastic experience: All staff members were amazing! They were all kind, caring, and very gentle when dealing with painful area's unlike other dental clinics I've recently been too. They're very knowledgeable and explain everything in an easy and understanding manner. They also check with you to ensure you fully understand the information that is being given to you and answer any and all questions you may have. I highly recommend Glacier Dental for any and all dental work you may need.

Negative experience: I never leave bad reviews, but unfortunately the time has come. I was so impressed when I first established with glacier dental. Unfortunately that has changed drastically. I avoided the dentist for years due to fear. I needed quite a bit of work done, which was completed by the providers at glacier. I always paid my bill the SAME day of the visit. I would come back for an appointment and have a positive balance which was okay at that time because I was still needing work on my teeth. Once that was completed I chose to do their clear aligners (candid pro). I made a large payment at my initial visit for rhe braces. They stated I could do a payment plan for the rest. I went to the receptionist l, made rhe payment and asked if I could just set it up the next time I came in due to making such a large payment. The receptionist stated that would be acceptable. Months later at my cleaning appointment they told me I needed to pay the balance in full 2,000 ish. I explained to them what the receptionist told me. They said that that statement was incorrect and because it had been a few months that I could no longer set up a payment plan!! I was shocked, asked to speak with a manager. They stayed that wasn't an option and there wasn't anyone I could talk to. They were completely cold and rude. I asked for a patient relations # they said they didn't have one. I then made another large payment on my bill and proceeded with mt cleaning. Fast forward a few months.. I am getting near the end of my braces and needed to come back in for a small procedure. I called the same day to confirm I had the correct time. I then arrived at my appointment and the first thing they told me is that I needed to pay the bill, I stated that I could make a payment. They wouldn't accept that and I needed to make the payment in full 1,000$ or i couldn't be treated that day! I then thought to myself why didnt they mention this on the phone before i went over there to mt appointment?!? To embarrass me in person infront of the other staff and patients?! The braces are in my mouth, I was shocked!!!!! I walked out and figured out what I was going to do. Again staff was VERY cold with no empathy. I then made the payment and proceeded with mt appointment. I was expecting to see the provider, which wasn't the case. I saw an assistant who completed the treatment. Then I assumed the provider would come speak with me. That didn't happen!! The assistant wasn't very clear with the next steps and didn't seem sure of her self. Im paying THOUSANDS and the dentist can even come and view my teeth or consult with me. Terrible service and poor patient care!!! I complete regret not going else where for braces. I feel like the process with my braces have been rushed. I left a message for the provider stating that I didn't feel ready to start the next tray. They advised to still go to the next one. Honestly this makes me heart so sad that a health care company can do this and refuse care. Absolutely disgusting. Never judge a book by its over!!! Pretty on the outside does not mewn pretty on the inside. Im waiting to complete my treatment and im leaving.

Negative experience: I have went to Glacier dental 2 times for a cleaning every time they have tried to recommend procedures that would cost money out of pocket. Today they recommend a procedure that would of cost $400 out of pocket. I declined the procedure and the hygienist wouldn't clean my teeth because there recommend this other procedure. I will be going back to the dentist that I was at for 15 years. Thought this place would be closer and our insurance has them as preferred but can even get your teeth clean with out them trying to up sell you on something that's not fully covered by insurance.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FIRST EXPERIENCE I had scheduled an exam and extraction through aspen for a broken tooth and waited almost 2 months then day before appointment they told me it was actually only an exam and I'd have to wait for next appointment. So I called around and glacier was able to get me in same day and schedule 2 more appointments over next 2 weeks ! Everybody was beyond amazing 11/10 experience heavily recommend !

Fantastic experience: A filling broke off a front tooth and they got me in within few hours and fixed it. Not happy they ask for payment right after appt no matter the amount. My household prefers to look at the statement after insurance.

Negative experience: For the last 20 + years, I have only had decent things to say about Glacier; however, the latest interaction was my last. I had a crown fall out, made an appointment and had to cancel due to work (within 24 hours). First comment to me was: do you know about our 48 hour cancellation fee? As the call continued, I was told the soonest they could get me in was mid-August (it’s May and I am missing a crown). I have been an every six month—no problem—always paid patient. Admittedly, I was getting frustrated, so I was transferred to someone who was more accommodating and was able to get me in May 29th. Still weeks out, though. Called another dentist who was able to get me in next day, canceled all upcoming appointments with Glacier and have a new dentist—and the crown was so much less expensive. And it is so easy to fill out a form to get things transferred to someone else. Win-win.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of the dentist — at all. It’s a place that normally fills me with anxiety and stress. But every time I walk into this office, the staff makes the experience so much better. Adam is an outstanding dental assistant who genuinely cares about patients as people. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and truly listens. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and supported, and somehow manages to make even the most uncomfortable visits feel a little easier. You can tell he’s not just doing a job — he’s there to help, and he really means it. I also want to recognize Dr. Carpenter. She’s caring, attentive, and truly great at what she does. Her professionalism and calm demeanor make a huge difference, and you can tell she takes pride in doing right by her patients. Together, she and Adam make a team that turns a dreaded appointment into something a little more manageable — even for someone like me. Thank you both for your compassion, your skill, and for making a tough experience a little easier to face.

Fantastic experience: My son who is two years old, had an excellent visit today with Dena and Dr. Perlick. They let him see their instruments and play a little. It made his visit fun for him. He laid back for the first time in the chair and giggled the whole time. And he loves the play room up front!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time having a Dental care appointment, I was amazed, Glaciers offered me exceptional service that I was looking for, the only disappointment was there was no provision for ASL interpretation for me I had to struggle with communication rely on voice word translation on Tablet. I can't complain .... What I can say, I recommend Glacier should take efforts to provide Sign Language Interpretation for Deaf Clients. i guess this might have been b their first time experiencing this situation. The lady that handled me did her best to make sure that I understand her. She gets my high five.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service and very friendly! They really make you feel at home and welcoming. From start to finish, everyone was very kind, helpful, and supportive. They answered all of my questions, concerns, went over the treatment plans, made sure I understood everything while I was there and really went above and beyond my expectations! They have a lounge area for their patients, a beautiful kids room for children, have special incentives for children to promote healthy dental hygiene, a snack area/coffee section for their patients, etc. More than a dental office, it was top tier service! A guided tour for new patients, etc, etc, etc. What can I say? Five stars isn’t enough! Definitely recommend!!

Everyone is always kind and helpful and alert. Jennifer is an excellent dental caregiver! She explains everything well and before she does it. She is always aware of what I want or need. Booking an appointment was easy, not a million questions, then I filled out the new patient paperwork online so there was nothing to do when I walked in other than get a cold refreshment! They were very thorough with explaining what was going to be accomplished during my first visit and got an excellent cleaning!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience coming in for my cleaning, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made everything smooth from start to finish. While I was there I overheard a root canal being performed in another room and I really felt for the patient. Poor guy, gotta floss more, crown time for you. It was a reminder of why brushing and flossing twice a day is so important, taking care of your teeth now can help prevent bigger procedures later.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and Glacier Dental was willing to get me in same day as I called. I tried 6 other dentists and oral surgeons with no success and they had no care for me, but Glacier dental treated me with respect and grace and I look forward to making them my primary dentists. They also offer many complementary gifts and they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.

Negative experience: I recently visited for a scheduled cleaning. During my appointment, two adult family members accompanied me and utilized the tablet table in the waiting area to play games. They were subsequently asked to vacate the space, with the explanation that the area was intended to create a 'welcoming environment' for children. While I understand the desire to provide a comfortable space for younger patients, the interaction felt somewhat unprofessional. If the tablet area is designated exclusively for children, clear signage should be posted to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. This incident has impacted my family members' perception of the office, and they are now reconsidering their options for future dental care. I would recommend improved communication and clearer signage to prevent similar situations from occurring.

Fantastic experience: I’m a skeptical person when going to the dentist and had poor visits with other dentist but my first time coming here was the best experience I’ve had from any dentist . All the staff are welcoming and professional and super nice . Walking in the front doors is a very welcoming experience. I do recommend 10/10
