Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crane Ridge Dental for several years! They are the best!! My dental hygienist Mrs. Mary is amazing! The office staff is kind, professional, and fun! I know that sounds odd that a Dentist office can be fun but they are! The entire office is full of smiles, kind works, and quick laughs. So if you have any anxiety about a dentist visit…. This is your place! My Dentist Dr. Bolen is exceptional too! But because of how wonderful the staff is, and how thorough my care has been…. I haven’t had to spend too much time with him! Thank you all for everything! We really appreciate you.

The dentist is nice too, the Customer service people in front office are professionals, and friendly. They make sure to call you to remind you of appointment, and tex the day of. So glad I have a dentist close to my home.

Fantastic experience: I want to first say, I appreciate the professionalism from staff at Cane Ridge Dentist. I didn’t get the name of the young man who registered me in. But, he was very nice and on the job. Secondly, Dr. Ogbunwezeh or ( Dr. O ) and her assistant Troy were true professionals and very, very nice people. Troy, prepped me for my tooth situation as I awaited for Dr. O to come in. Once, Dr. O looked over my X-Rays, she recommended two options for my tooth. I requested for Option 2: which was an extraction of my wisdom tooth. Dr. O and Troy worked on my tooth like Kobe and Shaq with true teamwork at its best. Both were kind in their own way as they continued this tedious process. Unfortunately, it was determined that my wisdom tooth couldn’t fully be extracted per se. So, the next step is an oral surgery consultation appointment ( which I don’t want ). In closing, I truly appreciate Dr. O and Troy for their super support and professionalism with my tooth. So, If anyone is looking for a great dentist and an assistant, ask for Dr. O and Troy….they were great… ✌.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful! I was in so much pain. You all didn’t accept my insurance but the urgency to get me care and making sure I was better was so considerate that I stayed! I got my wisdom tooth pulled the same day I came in from headaches that have been hurting me so bad. My dentist was able to tell me exactly which tooth, pulled it and I am at home in such relief I cried. I am very very thankful. The office is so comfortable. Everyone was so kind and amazing! Fantastic experience: I must say the staff at Cane Ridge Dentist are absolutely fantastic! If you need a dentist you can’t do much better than Dr. Brolen. I hate that I can’t remember the names of all the techs and dental assistants and on boarding/reception staff all top notch, all professionals of the highest caliber. It’s nice to see this level of service, transparency and care. Don’t sleep on this gem in the Antioch area.

Fantastic experience: I was there for a scheduled cleaning and Mary, my dental hygienist is the best. Afterward Dr. Bolin checks everything, explains and makes recommendations. He' has done crowns, root canals and wisdom teeth extractions for me over the years. He's a very good dentist with a friendly chair side manner.

Fantastic experience: They let me know the procedure and it was very painless. First time I ever had a tooth pulled and didn't feel no pain.

Fantastic experience: I woke up with a toothache and called around 11am they said they can see me around 4pm. A few minutes later I got a call and they asked me if I can come in immediately. I am very impressed how they take care of there patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Cane Ridge Dentristy. Dr. Stone was kind, understanding, patient, and comforting as she performed a root canal on my tooth last week. I also must admonish my daughter, Angelique for her patience and expertise as she worked closely with the dentist, and performed her duties as a Dental Assistant. I highly recommend Cane Ridge Dentristy.

Negative experience: We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Stone. She came across as dismissive and impatient, making it difficult to ask questions or feel heard. The visit felt rushed and impersonal, like we were just another number on an assembly line. We will not be returning. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for cleaning, and had asked the day before if, while I was there, the doctor could look at a tooth that had been bothering me. Mary did an excellent job cleaning, and Brittany and Dr. Bolland determined the bad tooth needed to be extracted. They were so kind to work me in to their schedules. It all went very smoothly, and I am gratefully relieved from pain

Fantastic experience: Brittany did an amazing job whitening my teeth using the Philips Zoom method. My teeth hadn’t been this white since I was in my late 30’s, and I am now going on 57. So only was she amazing at her job, she did awesome along the process explaining everything she was doing. She gave me her business card and told me I can call her at any time, if I had questions. Thank you Brittany, Black Girl Magic. Don’t judge me on my spacing, just look at the whitening job.

She was very patient nice after originally following my previous hygienist that started working there a week ago latoya she has been my hygienist for the last four years at another dentist office and when she moved, I had to move because she is amazing. All of my family and friends have been alerted of this and I will stay here at Caneridge as long as latoya is there and Dr. O. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and they take pride in their work. I love it…. another blessing from God and as they say when one door closes, another one opens I left the dentist office smiling with a fat bottom lip lol I love it

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Cane Ridge dental yesterday after being away from the dentist longer than I care to admit . Everyone that worked with me was AMAZING!! Everything being done was explained clearly and in depth, they were so attentive, and constantly checking on my comfort. Rebecca, Valencia, and Dr. O were incredible!! I could not have asked for better people to get my teeth in top shape!! This experience will absolutely keep me coming back!! 12/10 for this crew! Highly recommend .

Positive experience: The dentists are great! The hygienists are awesome! The staff is not. They repeatedly assess charges for services you don’t receive. They make mistakes with accounts, argue with you about whether or not you have insurance when you know insurance is coming out of your paycheck and never apologizes when they realize they are wrong. They tell you at each visit you have to update your chart when all they need to do is look to see it was updated on the prior visit! I’ve been going to this dental office over 20 years but since the staff has changed for the worse, I need to change too!

Fantastic experience: I came in and got a hole in my tooth cleaned from decay and a partial crown put on. He did such a painless and exceptionally good job i fell asleep while he was doing it. Negative experience: I came in expecting to have a cavity filled (explained this, when I called to make the appointment), only to be told, during the visit, there was no time for the procedure, because the dentist was booked solid ‍♀️. I was then scheduled for an additional appointment the following week. Since I am an out of town visitor, this arrangement is inconvenient. Moreover, I am paying cash and am concerned about being charged extra for the additional visit. BTW, Jarvis was great !

And what I have been told was a dangerous tooth to be removed except by an oral surgeon the dentist that seen me was able to remove it in less than 2 minutes. I don't remember his name, but he was a tall guy with blondish red hair. And I think he might have glasses

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment without letting me know. Claimed they called “multiple” times when there is not one missed call on my phone. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Fantastic experience: Very good cleaning! The treatment was wonderful and I could barely feel when my doctor (Rebeca) my teeth!! 10/10 dentist (daughter said). She did a good, I want her to attend to me and my family next time I visit. Thank you, Rebeca, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Really sweet people. The dentist made me comfortable and the lady that done my X-rays was so professional and I felt like she went above and beyond to make me calm like rubbing my arm while I was nervous

Negative experience: Front desk not helpful at all: they take their time and watching their funny videos on social media while patients waiting here, I waited there more than 50 minutes, they took 3 people after I got there but for some reason they didn’t take me in. So basically I wasted my time for nothing. If it’s about race then you should put a sign there that you guys serve only a specific race!

Fantastic experience: The ladies at Cane Ridge were awesome! The customer Service was amazing!! A coworker referred them and I don't regret going at all! They did what my dentist failed to do, I had to be submitted to an emergency oral surgery. I didn't feel rushed or like a walking dollar sign unlike with my dentist which caused me to have to do all of this from jump. I've wasted a lot of money with my dentist for procedures I didn't need so now I've gotta get a procedure done that should've been done from jump. I will be letting Cane Ridge handle all of my dental issues/needs from this point on. So yes, they've gained a new/returning patient!!

Fantastic experience: Cane Ridge Dentist was highly recommended to me by my daughter. I was somewhat reluctant at first as I wanted a location in or near the Downtown area. HOWEVER, I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received on my first visit! The ladies at the front desk check in and check out were courteous and professional. DeAundrea was very personable and knowledgeable. Her efforts to make sure I was comfortable and informed during every aspect of my visit was very much appreciated! Fantastic experience: Everything about this office is fantastic; the staff are upbeat and cheerful, happy and ready to answer questions, and very responsive to patient concerns. On the treatment end, Dee is a phenomenal hygienist -- she's quick, efficient, and no nonsense. (She has a high, cheerful energy with everything she's doing and is *very* good about always checking in with you while you're in her chair. Just follow her instructions and she'll have you in and out in no time!) (She communicates *very* well; she'll walk you through each step of what she's doing so you're never unprepared or unpleasantly surprised, and if you need anything, all you have to do is let her know -- it always feels like your comfort matters while she's getting the job done.) I hadn't been to the dentist in a several years, but I was never shamed or made to feel bad about the state of my teeth. I only saw Dr. Bolland briefly (almost all of my visit was work under Dee's preview), but he was very kind, able to explain things in a clear and concise manner, and I left my appointments (x2) feeling positive about the experience and the way forward. 5/5 If you're looking for a great dentist in Antioch, can't over recommend!

Fantastic experience: My wife wasn't happy with her previous dentist so we decided to give Cane Ridge Dentist a try. Thank god we did. Dee, the hygienist we saw, was amazing. She was thorough in her explanations of what was going on and was always attentive in making sure my wife was doing ok during the procedure. Her professionalism and caring for the patient speak volumes. I highly recommend Cane Ridge Dentist and especially Dee if your looking for a new dentist and hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience at Cane Ridge Dentist (minus the root canal part lol). Everyone was nice and the dentist was awesome (so was her assistant). Anyways, I now have a dentist I can trust.

Negative experience: I called & spoke to Summer to schedule a new patient appointment I was on the phone for over 15 minutes giving ALL my information including insurance & PHONE NUMBER. After the call, I filled out the New Patient paperwork, which included providing my PHONE NUMBER. I arrive for my appointment and THEN I'm told they don't take my insurance, but (with a smile says) I can still be seen as self pay. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Of course, I asked why didn't I receive a call. I was told they didn't have my number on file. What a sham. Why would I self pay with insurance? Was that the strategy, don't call & just let the patient come in anyway? I'm not sure what kind of dishonest, unethical & incompetent office this is, but this is not how you do someone. No regard for lost time, resources or planning to make the appointment. These dentist offices with their incompetent staff shall only know misfortunes, not prosper & will experience worse treatments when it's their time to conduct their health affairs.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. O two times and each time was a great experience! She was so kind, welcoming, and funny. Her assistants were also very kind and made sure to make me feel welcome. I brought my toddler with me while I had my teeth cleaned and the staff were very accommodating and did everything to make him comfortable as well. All the staff are also very professional and very efficient. I have loved my experience here and will keep going!
