They gave a very thorough explanation of the treatment , have beautiful clean offices and an easy appointment process. The employees seem genuine and happy to work here which translates into great care for their patients .

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is super friendly and bubbly, and completely put my very nervous 8-year/old daughter at ease! They offer an amazing plan to use braces rather than having to pull teeth or make her wear crazy face contraptions at night… It’s a huge relief! They went ahead and put her braces on right after our consult appointment, so we didn’t even have to come back a separate time. My little girl is SUPER happy and relieved! Wonderful place. Will be back for our younger son’s needs, along with my own soon. :) UPDATE: Back as an 11-year old for Round 2, and she wasn’t as nervous but still a little bit. The upbeat vibe and smooth processes they have in place kept her at ease and without pain. NOTE: Her little brother got braces on and off in between her sets, and he said it was EASY! Very cool how they have gotten things DOWN here, so it’s not at all a negative experience to get braces anymore!!

Fantastic experience: Came in for consult and leaving with braces. Just went through consult and onboarding process. Jamie explained everything thoroughly and walked us through the treatment plan, insurance coverage and payment plan. However, wait time before being seen for consult was quite long. Kenna helped put the brackets and wire on. She explained each step as she prepped the teeth.

Fantastic experience: Update!! We are on kid #3 with Dr. Rucker and couldn’t be happier with our experiences both him and staff! HIGHLY recommend. We interviewed 4 different orthodontists in the temecula/murrieta area and Dr. Rucker was by far our top choice! My son is 12 and his opinion was also very important in making our decision, and he wanted Dr. Rucker from the very beginning. My son has a very difficult case and Dr. Rucker has worked with us to achieve the best results with the least invasive measures. We are very excited to see the end result! Office is beautiful, staff is always helpful and friendly (no snotty front desk!!) Alana was awesome and held our hands through the financial portion and made everything very easy and pleasant!

Fantastic experience: Our 8 year old daughter had a tooth emergency and although we wish this office had an emergency line, I received a call from Dr. Rucker within an hour, prepared in office to help fix our problem. Thankfully my husband was able to remove the bracket on his own, however the care, concern and trouble shooting over the phone was much appreciated as well as a prompt and early appointment first thing tomorrow.

Negative experience: Never ever again,I hate to leave a bad review for one bad apple " Brenda " very rude and aggressive she hung up on me because I ask to speak with her boss.Very racist.

Fantastic experience: I got my braces today from Ruckers , and overall, the process was less scary than I expected. The appointment took about an hour. First, the orthodontist cleaned and dried my teeth, then applied a special glue to attach the brackets and then they placed the wire . The process was very organized and informative. I’m a little nervous about the adjustment period, but I feel prepared thanks to the clear instructions.-- Diane

Someone was always available to speak with, they got us in and out quickly, and I watched how they treated other patients to make sure they weren’t just giving us the royal treatment to get us to stay. Fantastic experience: My son was referred by his dentist to see an orthodontist for braces. We initially visited the recommended office and got an assessment, but we didn’t feel completely comfortable with the treatment plan. A friend then recommended Rucker Orthodontics, as both of his daughters had great experiences there. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to wait months for a consultation — we got in within a week! On the day of the appointment, the Temecula office immediately impressed us. It felt very modern — almost like walking into an Apple Store: clean, sleek, and inviting. As an Apple user, I noticed they’re fully equipped with Apple devices, including a self-check-in kiosk. The vibe was very tech-forward and efficient. My son was seen quickly. They took X-rays and photos, and the doctor used an iPad to show us a digital before-and-after simulation, which was really cool and helpful. One big difference we appreciated was that Rucker Orthodontics’ plan only requires removing 4 impacted wisdom teeth, whereas the previous office recommended removing 7 teeth — including 3 perfectly healthy ones. That was a major factor in our decision. We decided to move forward with Rucker, and again, we were able to schedule the next appointment in just a couple of days — super fast! On the day of installation, we barely waited. The staff was ready, friendly, and professional. They prepped my son’s teeth, and the doctor came in to place the braces smoothly and efficiently. The overall experience has been outstanding. While the cost is a bit higher than the other office, we feel confident in the care, the modern approach, and the thoughtful treatment plan. We’re glad we took the time to check out Rucker Orthodontics and are excited for the journey ahead toward a great smile for our son!

Fantastic experience: Long overdue review! I was told by multiple orthodontist, doctors, and surgeons that I needed jaw surgery for an open bite. Fortunately my mom had told me about this orthodontist my brother went to that corrects jaw issues and I am beyond happy I went to the Rucker brothers. I was very nervous to be 24 and in braces but they use clear braces which was actually not bad at all. Both doctors were very upfront on how long the process would take and luckily they fixed my bite without jaw surgery which is HUGE. I drove over an hour to this office once a month for my appointments and WELL WORTH IT. I didn’t have to have surgery and my bite is now completely perfect even a year after having braces. Highly recommend to everyone, even my clients that live over an hour away!

Fantastic experience: Would recommend Dr. Rucker to anyone that needs braces. The office is clean and relaxing. The staff are wonderful. We had been told by multiple providers that my daughter’s treatment would require permanent teeth to be removed. But since Dr. Rucker uses newer technology, she was able to keep all of her teeth. Her teeth look amazing! I now have my third kid in braces and did Invisalign for myself.

Fantastic experience: This place is like a hotel for teeth. I started my Invisalign Journey in March and ever since then— patient care has been top tier: From answering all my text message questions in a timely matter and today — a metal piece that holds my rubber band popped off and they were able to fit me in during my lunch time. Dr Rucker is friendly, knowledgeable, and helping me get my confidence back. He did a great job at hiring a team who loves their job as much as he does, that I want to join his Team too. Anne is the BEST giving me options and never pushed me into something I didn’t want. We also discussed other procedures that made me feel well taken care of when I finish my treatment. I also loved how she remembered me when I came in today. Rosie is hands down The-Best. Personable + full of info + my coach / hype WOman in my Invisalign journey. If you don’t meet her, you’re totally missing out. Maddie is fast, efficient, and friendly! She helped put back my metal bracket today. Painless and was in and out. Mitra at Check-out is always friendly and helpful getting me in since I’ve started. And I believe she mainly answers my texts and forwards it to Rosie. He did a gum laser procedure couple months back and my smile has been getting bigger that I've been getting more compliments from my patients at work. Definitely being well taken care of by the best and he makes sure to stop by and see how I'm doing every visit. Maddie back at again today with her magic by helping me redo an attachment on a problem tooth. Love how she just makes me feel comfortable + explain everything that she's going to :) Again painless and was in and out, I almost feel asleep so I had to wiggle my feet to the beat of the music to stay awake. I forgot to catch the front desk name but they both are friendly and always helping me out with having to move my appointments around due to work, but luckily I only work across the building. Always a good time here.
