Fantastic experience: I had a great visit at Carmichael Dental Care. The staff was really kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I don’t usually like going to the dentist, but they made it easy. The waiting room was clean and didn’t smell like a typical dentist office. Dr. Carmichael was gentle and explained everything he was doing. They even showed me my x-rays and walked me through the cleaning. It didn’t hurt at all, which was a big relief. My teeth felt super clean afterward. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next checkup. This place is awesome for anyone nervous about the dentist.

Fantastic experience: They are compassionate. I was in major pain from a tooth abscess. My own dentist wouldn’t see me. I called them and they had me in the next morning. Needless to say, they are now my families primary provider for dental services. You can’t go wrong with them. Working in healthcare myself, care and compassion are 2 of my most valued behaviors.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my teeth that made me feel very uncomfortable with smiling and was having some pain. I was able to make an appointment very easily. Dr. Chet and his staff made me feel at ease and discussed options and a plan was made. It was completed a few days ago and I'm very very happy! They are excellent at what they do! They provide the best of care and go the extra mile to make sure everything is as perfect as possible! I highly recommend them and I am very thankful for the care they gave me!

Always such nice people at the front desk, and I would honestly come here again if for no other reason than to see my hygienist, Miranda. She’s so kind and sweet! All I had to have done was a cleaning and she did a fantastic job. Thank you again! April, 2025: Miranda was away this appointment, so Brendan took care of me instead. He was very kind, gentle, did a great job and I so appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: The office is so up-to--date, friendly personnel, state of the art equipment and Dr. Swartzentruber's professtional skills are excellent, as well as his people skills.. The crown I received fits perfectly and looks good. Susan, my hygienist, is very detailed in her cleaning and has an excellent personality. I highly recommend this dental practice. I have had 2 crowns done and each were perfectly done. Recently had teeth cleaning and felt very safe in regards to the virus.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist and chose Carmichael Dental since it was in close proximity to my home and work. Dr Chet was taking new patients so I chose him. During my exam he identified a tooth that would eventually cause me problems and to prevent that he recommended a crown. It was the same recommendation I had already received from my annual military checkup so I agreed to the procedure. We started the process and unfortunately the tooth in question had its own plan to be really stubborn. So the plan evolved from putting on the crown to having a root canal on top of doing the crown. I was in pain much longer than expected but Dr Chet took excellent care of my needs. The final adjustment to the crown was made at my follow up appointment and now I’m back to having a pain free beautiful smile. Thank You Dr Chet, Kai, your intern, and other dental assistants, front desk staff for always being so polite and welcoming, and to the lady who explains all the financing and payment arrangements. I chose the right dental clinic and highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I so love this dental practice. I was referred by my sister..I was tired of.hearing her bragging about their services lol. But she knew I Previously had very bad experiences with dentist in general and.was really skeptical about them. My mouth was hurting so badly that i decided to try. Trust me i was NOT disappointed or dissatisfied. They took care.of.the issue immediately. Everyone there is so friendly and approachable from the dentist (I've seen both) to the front desk. I haven't met anyone there that didn't have a friendly conversation with you. I love there...

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chet and Kyia, dental assistance was absolutely perfect and made my dental experience with being numbed a breeze. I was so nervous about painful injections, but Dr. Chet made everything so comfortable and relaxing. After going to multiple dentist last year and thousands of xrays done and paying for oop, no one wanted to pull a badly infected tooth, they all wanted to send me elsewhere to have more xrays done to which they wanted to put me to sleep too pull 1 tooth for over $500. I kept taking antibiotics, until i gracefully came upon Carmichael Dental. I found my new dental office. Dr. Chet was fantastic, I even laughed a little as he was pulling my stubborn tooth.

Fantastic experience: Honestly Best Dentist office for anyone with mental health problems or just uniquely different. They help with understanding budget. They explain everything to you and show you instead of just saying you need this. If you have sensory problems they also let you wear earbuds. Office smell amazing and is lit nicely. I had extractions done. They called and just gave me check up call which is amazing to see how I’m doing. Also they are very accommodating to openly transgender people who are in transition. Can’t imagine going anywhere else myself!

Positive experience: I been going here for a few years now and I love it. They are quick and very reliable. I got a crown done and regular cleaning. I recently gotten braces and the last cleaning I got done hurt really bad but other than that I do recommend.

Fantastic experience: The front staff is always friendly courteous and very nice. And of course the back staff is too. I had a bad experience at a dentist office I never used before for my son I only went there because of the insurance that my son have. I left there and went straight to Carmichael dental Care immediately that's where me and my other son receive care and I paid out of pocket. It was worth it they got my son in within a few days and that's what I love about them. He was in a lot of pain his teeth needed cleaning badly and he is feeling the whole lot better. Negative experience: I was scheduled for my first appointment here at 10:45 this morning, for a cleaning. Unfortunately, I woke up to a dead car battery. I called at 8 am to reschedule my appointment for ASAP - hoping for an appointment later this week but fully prepared to have to wait a while with it being a last minute reschedule request. I was shocked when the receptionist told me that because I was a new patient, they would not reschedule me. I explained the situation with my car to her, but it made no difference. Apparently, if you are a new patient who is human and has things happen that are out of your control, they are not interested in your business. I just made this appointment last week - I was not holding up a spot for weeks or months, so I just don’t understand this strict no mercy policy.

Fantastic experience: I give this amazing place 5 star the customer service was amazing honestly I’m a young man and I’ve always been afraid/nervous to go into doctor offices and Mr Shawn and Mr Brandon and the whole staff especially at the front desk was sooooo amazingly nice and made me feel like I’ve known them for years and outside of the offices long story short by the time I left everyone there knew my name by heart again amazing set of professional people i recommend anyone and every one to check them out no matter how far you are away from they’re location
