I have been going to this dental office for many years. I am very pleased going to Neighbor Dental.

And a later name is lunar she is the best doctor that I had ever since. Over 20 years ago, when I did not go to the dentist, she made me feel very comfortable. And I like her very much. Negative experience: Dr Morgan told me to get back to her if the prescription she gave did not work. Well, it did not and after 4 times leaving her a message, she never got back to me! No response!

Fantastic experience: Consistent high quality dental care, professional staff who care for the needs of the individual.

Negative experience: Had to fill out and scan bunch of documents for my first appointment. It took me over half hour to give all details that you would normally answer or tell your dentist. After I go to the office for my actual appointment, they tell me that they don’t accept my insurance plan. Bad service. No concern for patient’s time.

Fantastic experience: I have always had horrible anxiety when visiting the dentist. However, my first visit to Neighbor Dental was different. They have the latest dental technology which makes procedures easier and faster. Dr. Morgan and Nancy were very calming and gentle. Because of Dr. Morgan’s expertise in my issues and concerns, she was able to fix my teeth problems with no additional difficulties as in times past. Fantastic experience: First Time to visit Neighbor Dental and a 5 star is up for this practice. Right from the Receptionists, Dr.Morgan, Another Dr. came in, The Hygienist, Dental Assistants. They didn't rush the appointment at all but rather listened to my dental concerns, did the necessary examinations and guided me on the treatment plan. A friend referred me to Dr. Hubbard, and I’m so glad they did! I didn’t have dental insurance, but their in-house plan made everything affordable. They have everything on-site, and I left the same day with a temporary tooth. After just three appointments, I had my permanent bridge—and I couldn’t be happier. No pain, and my smile looks amazing. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Morgan since I was a teenager & she worked in HDG - when I found out she was leaving I had to follow her. She has always been the kindest, most honest dentist. The practice staff are always so wonderful (bonus points that most also speak Spanish), they always help with appointments/payments and are always super friendly, even at 7am. You can tell that Dr. Morgan and her partner are both very respected in their practice and also respect their colleagues! So thankful for the amazing service I have received over the years and very much worth the drive from Baltimore :)

I recently went in an had a follow up session with Luana who is AMAZING! She’s so sweet and straight up with what’s going on with my dental work and she literally saved me from getting gum disease! She recommended a water flosser and gave me realistic tips to help fix what was about to go completely wrong. Fantastic experience: Kathy was my dental hygienist. Kathy is an artist and a healer in her own way. The dentist can be a jarring and at times scary place. The tenderness and compassion that Kathy and the team at larger showed me was a Godsend. I highly recommend this marvelous place.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to receive emergency treatment today for an extraction plus two root canals. This is a welcoming and warm environment from the front desk staff, many dental technicians to my fabulous and well informed doctor. The dental technician, Carla covered me with a warm blanket prior to the doctor coming in. Once my doctor came in and administered nerve blocks, I was able to exhale and rest comfortably for the procedures. Dr. Morgan even seronated me with her beautiful voice. I was actually able to fall asleep Best experience ever. Doc and Carla are the best team ever to make you feel comfortable and have anti - anxiety tactics to soothe you!!! Best of the best!

Fantastic experience: As a first visitor, I was greeted with kindness and efficiency. I appreciate that the doctor didn't rush my consultation but ensured I was fully informed of the decisions I was making about my dental health.

Negative experience: Originally I gave this office a 5 star review but sadly had to change it. I will say the front desk team (Jess, Sadie, and Abigail) as they are extremely kind and great to work with. But, to my surprise I came here to discuss a matter of a loose tooth and sensitivity that I was feeling in my teeth and when I saw the doctor I was told the sensitive was normal and that nothing was wrong and she didn’t really look much into the matter. They did a quick X-ray then I was told the price options for two procedures that were suggested for my loose tooth (a bridge or an implant). At first I was okay with it but as a week went by the sensitive got worse and I felt extreme pain so I went to get a second opinion from another Dental office. I told the other dental office that I felt sensitive they instantly did some type of test on me and within 5 mins identified that I had gum disease. I was so shocked and couldn’t believe it…I’m grateful that I got a second opinion!!!! Then they looked at my loose tooth and said that it may be possible to save that tooth but they first had to send in a scan to radiology for confirmation. So, I’m very disappointed at the fact that neighbor dental didn’t take my concern seriously and the focus was more about pricing and payment vs what the actual problem was and it’s very much possible that they recommend 2 procedures that I may not even need done without them properly assessing the damage. Sad to say I will no longer be going here.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t even sit in the waiting room and I was called to the back. Dr Rivera was in the room within 5mins of me being triaged in there. Answered all questions and Jessica at the front desk was so patient and amazing.

Fantastic experience: I received top notch service from Dr. Hubbard. I would give 10 stars if that was possible. She provided about 96% pain reduction which was amazing! I think the 4% was anticipated pain. The front reception staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. The dental staff assisting Dr. Hubbard were professional, courteous and friendly. They worked almost telepathically with Dr. Hubbard as she tended to addressing my dental needs. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: In a questionnaire, the Dental office asks newcomers to rate our fear of going to dentist from 1 to 5, if the scale went to six, I would have chosen ten. It has been decades since I have been in a dentists' office - embarrassingly long, but I preferred to stay in my fears, embrace denial, gargle with peroxide and persevere through discomfort than confront them until a cracked molar forced my hand. I had to make an emergency appointment and was treated by the extremely friendly Dental Technician and Dr. Hubbard who treated my problem. I will have to make subsequent visits, but now that my anxiety has been reduced, I am glad I went.
