Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr.Ripa by a friend who said he had literally saved him. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I urgently needed a tooth extraction and decided to go. Before that, I had called a few other clinics, and none of them could even give me a clear estimate over the phone. At Dr.Ripa’s office, I had a consultation,t scheduled the appointment, and the extraction was done absolutely painlessly. They gave me medication to take home, I felt no pain afterwards, and the healing went perfectly. Later, I came back for an Airflow cleaning, which also turned out to be a completely painless and pleasant procedure. What really stood out is that the staff speaks Russian, Spanish, and English, so communication is very easy and comfortable. I had everything done without insurance, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the office is located in an upscale area. Everyone there is extremely kind and professional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: I’ve visited Smile Creator by Dr. Ripa before and was very satisfied last year, as I paid $175 for a cleaning without insurance. However, this year, with insurance, I was asked to pay $193 for the same cleaning, which was disappointing. I want to highlight that my previous experience was excellent, but this time it didn’t meet my expectations.”

Fantastic experience: 4th time back! I’m from the Bahamas and every time I visit Miami within the year I get my general cleaning. Oudyls (sorry if I misspelt her name) was my Hygienist and she was awesome! She was kind, patient and VERY thorough with my cleanings. She always asked if I was comfortable throughout. Going back end of the year to do some other dental work. Everyone is nice, friendly and professional. I Would highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work in Miami.

Fantastic experience: It’s rare to find a healthcare professional who truly listens and is willing to work with you to get the outcome you want—Dr. Alfred did exactly that. She took the time to really hear me out as I explained my dental history and the issue I was having. Then she did something no other dentist has ever offered: she shaved down my cap! I didn’t even know that was possible—I just assumed it was normal for a healthy tooth to be shaved down to fit a cap after a root canal. Even though she cautioned against going too far, she respected my wishes and did what felt right for me. I'm so glad I saw her. My mouth finally feels like it’s mine again, and everything fits just right.

Fantastic experience: I am so honored and thankful for dentists who are as competent, professional, calm, and decisive as Dr. Ripa. I had been acutely in excruciating pain last night that was not relieved by any medications. At around 1030-11 pm I called his offices emergency line and left a message and sent a request online for a consultation. I don’t expect to hear anything but received a text message from an iPhone from Dr. Ripa saying he would be able to see me immediately in the morning. The office was bright and impeccably clean. The service for my wisdom teeth extraction was 5-10 minutes in length for the procedure. I felt nothing and was out of the office quickly. I would recommend Dr. Ripa and his office to anyone. I again am so grateful for his care and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I am super excited about my new smile. I had 3 missing tooth on the sides and I was in desperate need to have them fixed. I came across this dentist on google and I never once regretted knowing them. The staff was very welcoming. Dr. Flores did an amazing job, although I came in for an implant, after X-rays and everything she convinced me to get a bridge. I’m very much pleased with the final look. I feel brand new again. I highly recommend this place. I got my new smile in less than 3 weeks. Faster than taking the implant route.

Fantastic experience: First off let me be one to say I am not a fan of the dentist. The Smile Creators team made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my time there. Odalys the dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and checking in every couple moments to see if I was ok during the cleaning. Did I mention they have a legs massager during your cleaning! That certainly took the pressure off my legs and added a distraction to the fear I initially had. The attention to clientele makes Smile Creators a stand out office, I will definitely be going back for my next cleaning. ***My only suggestion is for new clients be sure you check with your dental insurance before going into the office so its not a surprise what you will pay out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: Good and competent staff. Aniuska that performed my tooth whitening this last time (I have worked with her before as well) is always quite kind, thoughtful and detail oriented. She genuinely cares about her patients and it’s easy to notice it. I had no pain or any sensitivity what so ever during or after the whitening process and I am sensitive to begin with.

I don't want or need your fake comments. You know what you're doing. I am surprised your sanctions only add up to $15,000.

I met Dr Anatoly and Dr Oksana, & they suggested special equipment they have for sensitive teeth & helped me schedule the next day for a cleaning.
