Fantastic experience: Took my 9 year old for her dental visit today and I have to say, Chloe is the absolute best. She’s so kind, sweet, and just super easy to talk to. I love how patient she is with my daughter and how she takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. She even gave us some really good tips and recommended a few things to help with brushing at home. Any parent knows kids don’t always do the best job brushing, even with help, so I really appreciate her advice. Honestly, I adore Chloe and we always feel so comfortable with her. If you’re looking for a place that’s great with kids, Dental Square is it.

Fantastic experience: This practice got a glow up! We’ve been going to Dental Square for about 3-4 years now. The new location is fantastic. I love that I can text or call anytime I need an appointment and they get me in quickly. Kim is a sweetheart and is super patient with my son. Xander says she’s the best. I’m a big baby when it comes to my teeth but I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone takes their time and makes sure I’m comfortable and getting the best care. Definitely give them a try, it’s worth it!

Negative experience: I am not a patient here. Isn't that a HIPAA breach though? But! Got off of the phone with my friend who's been in tears due to the way the assistant here has treated their child. Front desk staff and doctor are kind from what I hear, but y'all need to talk to that assistant before y'all start getting more one star ratings. No I don't know her name. It's staying one star because of her. There's your clarification.

Negative experience: Always easy to get into dentist New office is really nice.

Negative experience: Came in for crown, thought all was going great. They put in to TIGHT!! I TOLD REPEATEDLY! AFTER 4 MORE visits to fix they end up making new crown to put in. They forced one in and it was pushing my other teeth yet THEY WOULDNT LISTEN UNTIL ME GOING BACK LIKE 4 TIMES! tried giving me subway gift card etc to make better. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! THEY DONT LISTEN OR SEEM TO CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!! The ONLY REASON THEY EVEN FIXED THE ISSUE THEY CAUSED WAS I GOT TEXT FROM OFFICE AND I REPLIED HOW I FELT NOT KNOWING DENTIST GETS TEXT AS IT WAS AFTER HOURS. THEN THEY BROUGHT ME BACK IN TO FIX. PRIOR THEY DIDNT CARE TO LISTEN OR ANYTHING. AGAIN HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

Kelby, who assisted the dentist, was equally friendly and attentive, helping to create a calm and reassuring environment. I truly felt cared for the entire time. I highly recommend this team for their professionalism, kindness, and top-notch patient care!

Fantastic experience: We’ve always had a great experience with our regular cleanings at Dental Square. But yesterday, I had to get a filling done. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing. She was magic with making sure I didn’t feel a thing. At previous dental offices I required extra numbing medicine and could still feel procedures. With Dr. Patel, I didn’t feel it at all and she was checking on me the whole time to make sure. She also took the time to educate me on why another procedure would greatly benefit my future dental health, which no one else has ever done. The office even calls the day after procedures to check on you. 10 out of 10 will always recommend Dental Square and Dr. Patel.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dental Square for almost a year now and I can honestly say they are the best office I have ever been to. I LOVE Dental Square and that's coming from someone that HATES going to the dentist. It's not hard to get in touch with a human on the phone, the staff and doctors are super friendly and if money is tight they will work with you. I highly recommend them. Such an easy experience that I no longer dread going to the dentist and thanks to them I no longer hate my smile

Fantastic experience: My parents referred my husband to Dental Square first. After his procedure, I scheduled an appointment for my concern. They were able to fix my concern on the first visit. My son and daughter in law have since became patients too. The doctors and staff have always been so compassionate, supportive, fair, and honest. They “listen” to their patients. They work with insurance and the prices are the best!

Fantastic experience: Had a deep cleaning and X-rays scheduled and hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to no insurance. They scheduled me for a month out (which is fine because other dentists in the area were scheduling out 3-4 months) but put me on a cancellation list. I ended up getting in two weeks before the original appointment! Everyone was extremely welcoming and thoughtful to my needs. They really take the time to explain and actually listen instead of writing everything I say off. My mouth/teeth have never felt better!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more pleased, I had pain caused by my wisdom tooth. I messaged dental square staff and they got me in that same day to take a look and see what was going on. The front receptionists were caring and very friendly, to the dental assistants they listened to everything I was concerned about. Dr. Patel was very quick to come in and explain what was happening, and recommended that I need an extraction due to the circumstances. He got me in that same day to remove the wisdom tooth! he made sure that I was completely numbed up and got that tooth out within 5 minutes. No pain at all. I’m very happy I ended up going with dental square, they are all so wonderful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Update: Service is still great, however, they are so booked that when you need to reschedule, you find yourself having to wait months to be seen.
