Fantastic experience: The staff are all so personable and considerate of my needs. I need language translation of some procedures and they make sure I am occomodated all the time. I needed a last minute appointment for an extraction and received prompt attention within a couple of hours. I'm very happy with all experiences.

Fantastic experience: They have fun s great job!

Positive experience: The staff at reception were not friendly initially. Felt like I was an inconvienience. The tech were very nice. Some miscommunication re: paying the entire sum of completing dentures before we left the initial appt. Not pleased with that. Had to come back within an hr to redo some impressions. The actual dentist was ok, but could use some work on less arrogance and more listening to the pt. He brushed off my concerns and all but told me I was acting immature when asked if my husband could be in the rm. Many ways to say no without embarrassing me.

Positive experience: They were so friendly, very direct. Easy to work with me on scheduling.

Negative experience: Waited almost 2 hours past the appointment time then they say same day dentures not true have to wait 2 weeks because they only have one person making them then had to wait a hour in a half just for them to tell us If the molding they took was good enough just very long process for and 5 min appointment that's how long it took them to make the moldings

Negative experience: It took an hr to do paperwork, and then wait to see Dentist. Just to discover false advertisement on website. It stated my insurance was accepted. But I get their to discover I pay up front, and they give me paperwork to file my insurance reimbursed forms. Keep trying to setup payment plan through your company. I finally got up and walked out, because I need somewhere that accepts my insurance.!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience for a person like me who can't stand dentist. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist himself was amazing!!! I have been so many places and quoted crazy amounts and let down each time and was expecting the same to happen here but wow here is worth the amount!!!

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time going there, made an appointment for 8am they told me to come back at 7pm that day to do the tooth extraction then they called and said they didn’t have time and offered to do it a week later. I went to them because they had the earliest appointment and I needed the service asap because I was in excruciating pain. Horrible service and experience

Negative experience: Horrible service horrible dentures spent every cent i have and made multiple trips and multiple complaints and they still can't get out right. I haven't been able to eat solid foods in over a year. Wish I would've listened to others advice and went somewhere else. Don't know how ya'll stay in business with shawty work.

Fantastic experience: Great place I called and left message and next day they called and got me in needed two bad teeth pulled from upper jaw and they were a chore to pull out I didn't feel anything until I got home when to pickup antibiotics and a few pills for pain and Walgreens all they had was the antibiotics so I call the doc and they said they would call it in again so I wait at Walgreens for 30 more min pain is starting to come in my face so I call and check they said no not here so I go home and put ice on my face about 20 min later it's on full pain I'm crying and don't know what to do so I get in shower and let the warm water just go over my head for about two hours and trying to fall asleep. I had a very pain full night and the next morning I call Walgreens and they said we got one for it's not ready yet but they would work on it and have it for me in ten to fifteen min rest of the weekend was pretty good not much pain and starting to feel back to normal after getting two super bad teeth pulled out of my head afordable denters love them not so happy with Walgreens thanks again

In person: I have always been treated with kindness and respect when I come for follow up work. The office staff is pleasant and shows genuine concern to answer my questions. The technical staffer in the treatment room ( I seem to see the same lady) is always a professional. She listens closely and has always made careful adjustments that make my denture fit much better. Negative experience: When making appointments it would be nice if everybody that made the appointments even operators know everything as if they worked in the office. Specially when the customer lives far from the office they are going to. I live 2 hrs away & I didn’t get a call back about a question I had about payment until the next day when I was already on my way to my appointment. Found out I did need the full amount, which I wasn’t aware of b/c the person I made the appointment w/ didn’t know the answer so I had to cancel & turn around & go home b/c I don't carry that much cash on me. When paying for something that cost thousands of dollars in cash you really need to know ahead of time if payment is due or not. I was trying to get my appointment in b4 your special for the 15% off was over since your closed Friday not opened on Saturday & the day it’s over is Sunday. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Since my complaint on waiting time was made I've deleted my original post because it was corrected and we have been getting called back within minutes of our arrival! The staff has ALWAYS been very polite. Jessica is the most kind and patient person. She does a wonderful job making dentures and DOES NOT RUSH to get the next person in even if it puts her a little behind. She's always gone out of her way to make sure we're satisfied. Great job on making the changes! That shows how great of a team you are.

I was surprised to learn that I did qualify for financing, which gave me more options to get more secure and comfortable dentures and or implants. The quotes I got were much less than everywhere else I've gone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen was both professional and down to earth when he greeted me. Felt very comfortable there from start with receptionist to going back to the chair with the assistant and then when he arrived. I felt seen, heard and taken care of. Even though they couldn't fix my denture, it was made somewhere else, they gave me options and took care of me right away. You never know how important your 'teeth' smile is, until you don't have one. So far I am 100% satisfied with this place. I do still have to wait for my next appt to get my uppers but i am ok with that. Thank you so much.

The doctor spent a lot of time explaining the treatment and making sure I was okay with everything as we went. The pricing was explained with total transparency. They provided a detailed treatment plan and offered a few different payment plans. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than this team!

Fantastic experience: Although getting teeth pulled has always been my least favorite activity I must admit that Dr. Nguyen has always taken great care in handling my needs. Great, friendly staff and are very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend their services to anyone who needs dental work and being able to get my new dentures the same day as surgery is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: My mother was given a plan for her teeth by her regular dentist. The plan involves several extractions, a crown and partials. We decided to look into whether dentures might be less time consuming or more convenient for her. I called and made an appointment (the next day) with AD&I because they had the free x-ray and consultation offer. They were very friendly at the front desk, and got us all checked in. She had the x-ray done. Two consultants sat down with us and compared her dentists plan with their solution. Both were very similar, so they presented their offer and explained every detail. There was no pressure to choose one plan over the other, but we all agreed that, due to her insurance, she should stick with her dentists plan. I appreciate everything that they did to help her.

Fantastic experience: My mom is 93, got new uppers and lowers. The company has done a great job little time and getting her back in for a adjustment other than that everything was real good. Due to her bottoms John not having a lot of bone that's why she's having trouble so as I say my only complaint is the amount of time of when she got the dentures to getting an adjustment

Negative experience: If you have anxiety make sure you don't tell the Dr he will only make it worse telling you, you might die on his bed very good price but not very professional.. should just do his job.. not scare the patient to where they have a panic attack..

Fantastic experience: I'm so incredibly happy that I went here to get my extractions and dentures! As someone who hasn't even reached 30yrs old yet, I was so nervous and overwhelmed at the thought of pulling all my teeth in one day but Dr Nguyen did everything he could to keep me comfortable and calm. He shocked me at how quickly and efficiently he was able to do everything during my visit. I also want to mention that the staff were all very kind to me and helpful! Jessica (I think she's just finance) helped me get the cost down without sacrificing quality of care. I cant explain how much easier she made things when it came to figuring out how to help without costing me more than I can afford. She was understanding, non judgemental and patient. Negative experience: You guys did terrible, before you moved locations and I got my temporary dentures. Everything went fine. However, I've been trying to get my permanent ones for months! You guys never return my phone calls and when I leave you guys messages telling you what I need and when to call me back because of my hours at work. You guys don't listen to that and you call me when I'm at work. I finally got in with you guys after I made an appointment one month in advance since that was the only opening a week before that. You call me and say you are going to have to move it back another week and then when I went in there today you guys said it would take an hour and a half and then 3 and 1/2 hours later you guys said I was next in line just to get the mold for my permanent dentures done. I had to go to work so I still have not been able to get The mold done because once again nobody is answering my calls

Positive experience: I was not expecting the amount of money they quoted us when they said affordable dentures. To me $16,000.00 dollars was no were near affordable.

Fantastic experience: I went to affordable dentures when it was located on West Central .The staff it has now compare to out West Oh My Goodness , as soon as I walk into the front door they say Hi Marva we got you checked in. Makes me feel apart of the team.That means a lot to me when you are remembered by name and not just a face. They smile, they are pleasant and also taking the time to explain what they have to do and how long it may take. My new denture are Great!! Look better than my old ones. I want to give a special shot out to the ladies who works at the front desk. They are phenomenal especially the older lady she wears glasses. She sits at the computer on the left when you walk in. Positive experience: I got some problems with my dentures, it broke three times in just 3 weeks. But the staff did their best. Right now I feel better still I am confused whether it will work longer or not.

Negative experience: NEVER go to this business! They only want your money and could careless about how your Dentures fit. They have an excuse for why they cannot fit and want you to pay more money if you insist on them standing by their Dentures.

Negative experience: Dr Nguyen was great but everything else was horrible. The worst customer service ever. My impressions for top and bottom were done at same time cane in for final appointment got ready to leave and no teeth were ready. Very disappointing. Called the next day said they were ready to head that way as I live out of town I’ve been sitting here for an hour.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional, compassionate and truly care. When someone no longer has a choice and needs to wear dentures or have implants, It's very personal. If it's not done right, you can loose your smile and become withdrawn. They gave me back my smile. I would recommend them to everyone. From the first day till the end of the proceedture.

Fantastic experience: I had a truly amazing consultation. I have panic attacks so bad I hyperventilate and pass out. I also have had Grand Mal seizures for 17 years and I’ve knocked out and broken half of my teeth or more. I’m scared of dentures because of choking on them in an attack or a seizure. Affordable is doing everything they can to help me somehow be able to afford to finally hopefully get implants. The staff and dr at Affordable are top of the game and so nice and down to Earth as anyone. I had a great experience and I look foreword to more. Thank you team Affordable!! Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to, and let’s not forget to mention how sweet all of the staff is there as well. and I have been to quite a few debtist offices. I had all my teeth extracted from another dentist prior to seeing him and after, it looked like I had gotten severely beat up. When I left this evening, after having 3 posts put in, I dont have a severe amount of swelling (it hurts like heck don’t get me wrong) but the pain I’m feeling is normal due to the surgery. but the dentist talked to me through the WHOLE procedure and he made sure that I was extremely comfortable and that’s hard to do with me. But I can tell you he does what he does because he genuinely loves it. He’s amazing so if you are here in the reviews, it’s worth every single penny.

He made us feel very confident and at ease with his expertise and his ability to make this a life changing experience for my son. Positive experience: Friendly staff but the wait is ridiculous. They call you and say they are ready and you wait an 1 1/2 or longer to be seen. I witnessed older people that had long drives get the same treatment. Older people aren’t mean but when they worry about their safety a business should too.Thank you for bringing back my original smile and confidence.

Positive experience: Everything went well until the pain medicine wore off and he was in a lot of pain, I think maybe another shot to numb the gums until he could take his pain medicine would of helped.

Affordable made a new plate for me, same day, start to finish. They fit better, were half the price, and guaranteed for 4 years. They even made my two front teeth a little longer because I asked them to. My real teeth were never straight across. They nailed it! Just what I wanted, and this set looks so much stronger. Built to last. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. I will definitely go back to Affordable Dentures next time I need dental work. It's well worth the drive from Hutchinson.
