Fantastic experience: Dr Dave Dr, Mark, Daynisha, and Dr cole and associates were great with my crew of 5 that I brought in today. I really appreciate their patience and attention to detail with my kids teeth. Some dentist treat you a certain way based off the kind of insurance you have but they treated us like family. I am thankful I found tebo and look forward to our future visits. Thanks so much for welcoming us today.

Fantastic experience: Short Time frame of waiting, More than one game of video games for the kids was working this time, a movie was playing in the mini theater (this time) & my son loved being there. This was the 1st time they were able to get x-rays on him while awake (not under anesthesia) & w/o my help. I was so proud of him allowing it to happen & celebrated him for a grand accomplishment. The staff member that took the x-rays, she was very VERY patient with him. Even encouraged him in a way he was happy to cooperate. Out of all of them, it was only 1(x-ray) that didn't give the WHOOOLE Pic. 1 out of many is an accomplishment for us. So I thank her for being as professional and encouraging as she was. All staff had great advice, grand incite & knowledge on my inquiries. Though we live an hour away from the location (recommend having at least 1 location on the Southside like McDonough in the "high-end" area), I know my son's trust in them makes our visit a lil more peaceful. Plus they have an understanding and high care for his ADD/ADHA diagnoses. If only more people outside of care/hospitality & medical field did the same. Plus he still has his Plush Tooth Toby the Tooth which he has had since his surgery at TEBO 3.5 years ago. Amazingly, it's still white like New Cleaned Teeth.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I switched my kids to Tebo! My son has struggled with dental visits, he gets really scared and sometimes is unable to go through the process. I was almost in literal tears when Ms lele the hygienist was able to successfully clean my toddlers teeth without any fuss from him! She was amazing with him and a true professional. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great place to take your kids for the dental treatment.

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with how long the wait times are at this office. I arrived at 9:45 for my son's 10:10 appointment, and we weren't seen until almost 12:00. It's unacceptable to make patients wait this long, especially when the office insists on rescheduling if we're late. The staff moves very slowly, and there seems to be little respect for patients' time. I had to miss work, and now my son is late to school-all for a simple cleaning. I will not be returning and will be looking for another dentist who values their patients' schedules.

Fantastic experience: My family and I love Tebo dental, we commute from Macon to Lilburn because of the friendly and professional service, welcoming staff and gentle with my children. I hated going to the dentist when I was a child and I’m grateful my children don’t have that experience. They love coming to the dentist, it could be for a new toothbrush or to play the video games in the waiting room but it’s always a good time. I don’t recommend anyone arrive late because we should value their time but I do appreciate them accommodating me when I do come late.

Fantastic experience: My children had the pleasure of being examined by Dr. T himself! He along with his assistant were awesome and very thorough both last week with the first 3, and now this week with the remaining 2. Negative experience: The worst place ever to visit or take your kids they don’t care how bad the kids are in pain they let you go home with no medications . WORST PLACE EVER !!

Negative experience: My three boys had an appt this morning. My wife and I are in sitting in the two chairs that they provide in the room for parents. All three of the boys were in the dental chairs. The hygienist comes in and only acknowledge my wife. Everyone that came in only spoke to my wife until Dr Dave came in. When they asked were there any questions, they only asked my wife. When the hygienist wanted to show the problem area of the youngest teeth, she called my wife. My wife told me to come up so I could see. I told my wife that apparently I didnt exist because noone even spoke to me. The hygienist proceeds to say " we are so use to dealing with the moms, so we direct everything to them, BUT thank you for showing up today." I think that was disrespectful. DO NOT DISCOUNT FATHERS! Im in the home with the boys daily. Just because it may not be common to see fathers there, does not mean that its uncommon to see fathers there. Before the encounter I didn't say anything because I wanted to see how long she was going to talk pass me to talk to my wife. I wasnt on the phone or doing anything but looking at the boys. Train your staff on how to deal with men when you encounter them even though its "uncommon."

Fantastic experience: Excelent service as always love all the appointment reminders...and the staff are all amazing and caring really seems they care for my kids and I my mom brough my siblings and I here when we were kids so as a kid I felt great coming to the dentist we were never scared it was and is still a great experience bring my girls 12 and 5 year old here. Negative experience: They can never get X-rays of my son's entire mouth. And every time we visit, they say, "next time". We are still waiting for THAT time. It's been years. Bought this issue up to the dentist and hygienist last time we were there, and they could not have cared less. And I think my very polite questioning about this issue made them less friendly with my son, a BIG no-no. And I'm not sure how I'm supposed to feel about him not getting a comprehensive oral exam. I was told by the dentist that if a cavity is big enough, she can see it. The whole point in check ups is to prevent oral issues, not wait until they are big enough to see. After all these years, my kids will not be returning.

Negative experience: Nothing to rave about! Our appt was at the Lilburn location & for a children's dental practice there was VERY LITTLE geared towards children in the waiting room...no toys, no books, no board games, etc- only a few pretty old built in arcade style video games & Paw Patrol on the TV. Now, this is GREAT for pre-teens, teens & young adults...even 7 or 8 yr old...but we have a 21 month old who was INCREDIBLY bored & restless as we waited more than 20 min. to be seen at our first visit. This location was NOT toddler friendly. The practice should be very aware that children as young as 18 months (if not younger) have enough teeth that parents might want them to be seen by a Ped. Dentist...so it would be nice for accommodations to be made for this patient (age) group. The staff was nice.

Negative experience: not recommended to anyone they wasted our time for 3 weeks appointment after appointment they don't listen to parents choice if you prefer just treatment they will cancel your appointment ..

Fantastic experience: I inquired about this company from someone else and decided it’s time to change kids dental offices. Walking in felt so welcoming, glad I came and our 1st visit was great.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for 4pm. I get called the day before to confirm my appointment and I said yes. I get a random text 30 min before the appointment stating his appointment is 4:30… I called to ask why my scheduled appointment was changed without notifying me 24hrs before… it was stated over the phone that I would still be seen at 4pm.. I get there, I get called to the back and now we are waiting for 30min and have not been seen, which is the time they actually wanted me to be seen. I was also told they don’t do x-rays until the child is 2. Why wasn’t I informed about this information prior to making the appointment??? I left because I still have other things to do which is why I made the appointment at a certain time. It’s crazy to me how the patient has to be on time and cancel on time or we get penalized but when it comes to the provider we are just supposed to be understanding??? That’s backwards. Treat us the same like you want to be treated.

Negative experience: I have no words to express how ignorant I am, everything was fine in the first few stages, until they decided that it was a good idea to put a 5 year old girl to sleep to place two crowns, she had already been treated before and they only used laughing gas, the receptionist was rude and arrogant, she said that in that place they could only offer me intravenous anesthesia for my daughter and that if not I should look for another place, I spoke to the anesthesiologist and he said that he was not going to approve the procedure because my daughter's tonsils were a little swollen, and the nurse decided that the procedure would be done after everything, they told me that I was within my rights to ask for the gas for my daughter because she was fine in the first procedure and well apparently I don't have the right in that clinic because they did not take my opinion into account, and the most outrageous thing is that I took my daughter for a second opinion and there they told me that my daughter had healthy teeth, SHE DIDN'T NEED ANY CORONA, GOD WHY PUT A 5 YEAR OLD GIRL TO SLEEP IF SHE DOESN'T NEED IT, IT'S THE WORST PLACE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN

Fantastic experience: They did a good job cleaning my brother teeth and very professional.

Negative experience: I really wish I read the reviews before I took my 4 year old son to this practice. I made the mistake of trusting the "professionals" and now I have to live with the guilt of it. They have to sedate your kid to know how many cavities they are going to be working on, and they are going to tell you his bottom teeth are loose, so they need to be pulled because that's a risk for choking during the procedure and new teeth are about to come out. It has been almost 3 months and no sign of new teeth coming, not to mention you can't be with you child while they are doing the procedure. And you have to agree to the procedures they are recommending while your kid is sedated. They make it sound as if you don't agree to let them pull you kids tooth they are not going to be able to do any procedure. You are going to be informed on what needs to be done while your child is sedated, good luck making the right decision being under such pressure.

Negative experience: The billing department sucks. They try to find loop holes to get extra money out of you. Always follow up with your insurance because most of the time something with billing was done incorrectly. A simple cleaning took forever. My child will not be returning to any of their locations. Tebo’s quality and customer service has gone down.

Negative experience: The office staff is friendly but the dentist cancel your appointments after confirmation because they had to "leave" early. I get once, things happen, but this has happened twice now and it's a huge inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: It’s my third time with my two year old and everyone was great to my son and myself. Answer all the questions I had for my son. I was kinda dragging it because my son isn’t much of fan going to the dentist. But this time they did great with him!

The interactive experience with the gaming systems, theater, and appearances by Tebo leaves the kids feeling like they went on a playdate instead of a dentist visit. The staff is friendly and professional. Their services are great!

Fantastic experience: First time going here with my son in the waiting room they have a little movie area and games for the kids. They made him feel comfortable and welcomed. We were able to get in within 5 to 10 mins didn’t have to wait long at all. The procedure only took about an hour and a half. He is doing good and recovering well! Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: We arrived on time was seen within a five minute window, And my husband said the staff was completely professional made. Isaiah feel totally comfortable and he did very well with following directions and not giving the staff an issue.

Negative experience: Arrived 30 mins early to complete paperwork for surgery. My child hasn't eaten all night per request. She was Scheduled at 12 for consultation and due for surgery at 12:45. Didn't even get to speak to someone till after 1. only after having to say something 3 times were we seen. We have a 2 year old full of energy which takes a lot to keep him in one area. My child was Scheduled so she didn't have to wait till 3-4 before she got nutrition in her. The said it wouldn't be able to see her for at minimum 45 more minutes. Not to mention the original Dr. at the Cumming location was rude and condescending to my wife. In every line of work I've been in if you didn't have enough people to handle the volume you didn't schedule the work. 100% would not recommend this place. P.S. nothing this office could reply with will justify the way this process has gone down.

Positive experience: Made my kids feel very comfortable and walked them through the whole process very well.

Negative experience: Our kids have been patients for like 10 years We went in yesterday for our 2 youngest 6 month cleaning . At the time of check out we were told that they would report us to cps because we didnt agree to the procedure that they wanted to perform on our kids and told them that we were going to look for some place else. In no way or form have our kids ever been neglected for us to get told that .

Negative experience: This is one of the worse dental offices I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. We only went because it was close but I absolutely hate the way these young ladies conduct themselves and I’m so happy that we’re finally going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is the best children's dentist. My son has autism and has a very hard time going to doctor and dentist appointments. The dentist, hygienist and everyone who worked with my son that day did everything to reassure him and accommodate him. I could not ask for a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant visit. My wait time is ALWAYS under 10minutes and they are great with kids. My son is very anxious when dealing with medical staff, but thankfully Tebo is filled with qualified staff that allowed my son to enjoy getting his cleaning.

Negative experience: I took my very young son here for his first dental check, and was told he had six cavities that needed urgent attention, and that the bill would be over 2 thousand dollars. I took my son to Lipson Dental for a second opinion and was told he had no cavities....If a childs dental surgery has to destroy healthy childrens teeth, and put young children under sedation to make money, then.... Go get a second opinion when they tell you your child has cavities, chances are that your child has very healthy teeth that do not need invasive and dangerous surgery.

Fantastic experience: My son went in for a dental procedure that required sedation, I can say I was very nervous but as soon as we arrived everything went smoothly from the nurses, to the anesthesiologist, to the Dr, they all made me feel like my son was in great hands which he was, very caring group. The anesthesiologist made me feel at ease as soon as we met him, great person. But above all as a group, Thank you, you guys are great!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist who did my 2 yo sons cleaning today Jan 30th ( Natalie) I believe was amazing with my toddler. He was hysterical about the dentist touching his teeth but as soon as she started speaking to him he calmed down immediately. Made him feel seen and I love that about a dentist office most will rush you out the door if your child is crying but not them! Definetly reccomend and their office is super clean and not like any other.

They were super caring, very understanding, very nice and went above and beyond to make her comfortable and make sure she wasn't scared in any way. Positive experience: Had such a great experience with my sons appointment. Absolutely delighted with Ms. Brittany, Ms. Erica, and Dr. Thomas on getting the work done and just making it a wonderful experience for my son and making sure he was comfortable through out his cleaning. Only thing that annoyed me was the unprofessionalism of one employee (Ms. Coleman) who kept correcting Ms. Brittany in front of me. I get the whole training and making sure everyone is doing their job the right way/ following protocol but no need to call out your own in front of parents and kids.

Negative experience: Run away immediately!! I was told my son had 8 cavities and would need IV sedation and a 3 hour procedure to fix his mouth. My husband and I were very confused because my children don't eat junk and he has never complained of mouth pain before. We went for a second opinion at another dental office, he only had two. This is a money grab scheme, don't waste your time!!!!

Fantastic experience: Somehow I missed the “theater room” the first time here a while ago. Worth the drive if the Buford location can’t help us (they can’t do certain things that they can here). Nice set up, more games for the kiddos (Buford has 3 that work sometimes), and this neat theater room. First visit was wonderful so we shall see how today goes.

Fantastic experience: Today, they took a bit longer than usual, but understandable, with the holiday week, normally, we are in and out. However, once the doctor and the right staff were available, they were quick, friendly, and efficient, they definitely did right by us today. Dr. Cole is awesome.

From acting like the chair was a rocketship, to singing wheels on the bus while cleaning his teeth and even giving him major props for being a really good patient! Fantastic experience: This dentist is amazing they have fast service. All of the people in there are super nice . I also love how they have games in the waiting room for the kids, While waiting to be seen . It’s exactly the PREFECT dentist . My daughter had to get a tooth pulled and the amazing Doctor that did it , Omg he save me because I was so in my feelings about my daughter teeth . Negative experience: I’ve been coming to Tebo for almost 7 years this year and the last 2 years with this company hasn’t been pleasant. I scheduled an appt for my child only to arrive early and be seen late. Then when taken to the back I was told there was a copay when previously at my child’s prior appt I was informed everything was covered by insurance. The appt was cancelled and it was a waste of time also a big inconvenience pulling my child out of school. The communication has been getting worse!

Negative experience: We had a very worst experience with this facility. They will treat you bad doing what that not need to be done to the child. They need to stop this. The first day we went they said only we will remove two teeth in the front and get it done, They pull out 4 teeth including K9 and put 8 silver crowns on back was not needed and give overdose on the anesthesia, the child was very unconscious for more than 4 hours. I asked next. Procedure he said we threw it is done and took us out from the back door. I told him why on front door they said they don’t want other patient to see what’s going on handles a paper saying no Motrin till 5 PM and the kids are good after that but nothing was right. Please be careful on your visit.They need to stop this we have more concerned and we gonna report this pretty soon to the state..

Negative experience: Doctor name is Chong and the anesthesiologist was Hanford Worst place to visit or get treatment they have bad attitude most of staffs are Spanish I took my daughter today. It was the worst experience we have ever had in our life. They didn’t tell anything. What will be the situation after giving the anesthesia and treating her in one hour, they pull out four teeth, and eight silver crowns within one hour she is 6 years old Never take your kids to this place we was not finish and the lady was like OK take her and leave or take it to the car The baby was still not awake She told us to leave because she have other patient Anastasia dose was excess It took her three hours to wake up after leaving the dentist. They probably charge thousands of dollar to the insurance company and make money from them She didn’t need treatment that bad for the other teeth they pull But they said you don’t have to worry will finish everything in one day that’s the goal for them? Scam scam scam They will treat you like a dog. Don’t believe me go and see.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I just moved down to GA. She needed a 6 month cleaning and I came across this pediatric dentistry. Our wait time was no longer than 10 minutes probably due to the paperwork process (wasn’t bad at all)Dr Dave, Mya and Brooke they were all very kind, efficient and welcoming. All of the staff was very detailed on my daughter’s treatment plan. Shout out to the reception team as well. Those young ladies were sweet and welcoming. They were all very patient and diligent. I thank them all and my daughter will be returning.

Negative experience: Run as fast as you can from this place!!!!! This failed to communicate the important components of your child’s appointment.. their only answer is we sooo sorry we drop the ball two days in a row. How you forget to tell a parent you need an adult per patient under sedation. How you forget to tell a patient not to send your kids to school! They say they had a lot of incidents under sedation lately. I will never ever give my time to this dentist again… three days of missed work and kids missing school and their only response is sorry and we can get you an excuse. I never seen an unorganized dentist office in my life… but you constantly contact me to come in and this how you treat a patient… Never again!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just took my 2-year-old for her first checkup. My other kids have been going to Tebo for more than 10 years. These guys are always fantastic, and I have zero complaints after all of this time.

Negative experience: I usually don’t leave reviews but i could it resist i went in there for a cleaning my fist time front desk was nice and great but when i got called there was a asian lady don’t know the names of anyone but she didn’t have a great attitude the bathroom was wet like kids wet everything when i got a x ray i over heard a lady saying “this lady is just so nasty and her teeth are horrible” she was talking about this girl i was sitting right next stale to me it’s just sad don’t go here they didn’t tell me anything when asked about my teeth. when the assistant came in to supposedly do my teeth cleaning she told me that i needed to have 2 separate cleanings that was not going to be covered by insurance and that they were not going to do anything on my mouth until i pay for a 2 part cleaning when i asked if they can at least do something that my insurance covers because i couldn’t afford a 250 dollar payment im totally crushed feeling like they didn’t want to help me because of the insurance i had georgia doesn’t give the help people need everything is at a cost dentist are set up to rob people from money

Fantastic experience: I had a nice doctor named Amanda, and a really nice technician named Kate. Kate was very conversational and I enjoyed talking with her and the doctor was very helpful and I have never had a friendlier experience.

Fantastic experience: We love this dentist! They are punctual, awesome activities for the kids while waiting, polite staff, very clean. Just all around amazing honestly! We transferred from Franklin Dental a couple of years ago and so glad we did!! We will definitely be sticking with this dental office! They are truly great!

Fantastic experience: My son was very scared to go to the dentist. However, when we got there the hygienist made him feel very comfortable. She was very kind and gentle and knew exactly what to say to keep him calm. She was also very through and informative and answered all my questions. I am very happy with her work!

Negative experience: Parents… please be cautioned to never let this place sedate your child and pull their teeth out or do any dental work without a SECOND OPINION!!! They are NOTORIOUS for doing unnecessary work just to milk your insurance or pockets. Don’t let them traumatize your babies and put them at risk of adverse effects of sedation medication and pain and trauma just to fatten their own pockets!!! This is nasty work!!! SICKENING to think they will put these kids through this and even risk their lives, safety and mental health just for money!!! They may tell you your child has several cavities or even 10 or 20 and the second opinion will likely tell you your child has none or much less than what they said!! Please do your own research thoroughly!!! You are your child’s protector and advocate !!! Protect them and do your due diligence
