Negative experience: They were 27 minutes late calling me in. I was scheduled for my 6th month cleaning. We went to the room, I put my things down, he did the cleaning, and by 11:47am I was walking out. My cleaning was less than 20 minutes, more like 15 minutes. I feel I did not get full service on my appointment. When I was trying to book my next appointment, the receptionist took a phone call and left me and the guy ahead of me waiting 6 1/2 minutes while she looked things up on the computer for the guy on the phone. She should have put him on hold and made him wait, not the people standing at the counter. I have always had good service but yesterday’s appointment was a total disappointment from the start.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bright Dental for over four years and have always received excellent service from qualified and attentive professionals. I needed Mrs. Rosa's help because I no longer had insurance this year, and she very attentively helped me with insurance issues so I wouldn't miss my check-up this year. The doctors there are very competent, and I feel confident about always returning to the clinic for my x-rays and cleanings with Dr. Fred. Congratulations to all the professionals who always provide such attentive and charismatic care!

Positive experience: The 2 complaints that I have is the waiting process & prices they charge. Arriving on time only to have to wait 30 minutes or so until my name is called can be somewhat frustrating. Especially if I'm trying to get things done within a certain time frame. Besides that I hate their procedure costs for every operation. Even with dental insurance the asking prices are still way too high in my opinion. I would suggest not making too many visits if you're someone living on a specific budget. This place will drive you towards bankruptcy sooner rather than later. The 1 good thing I'll say is that I've always left with a satisfied end result. The person who actually attended to me was a great guy. Great & funny personality who knew what he was doing every time I saw him.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe facial pain & headaches for two days. One call same day took it all away. Thanks to the wonderful team from the receptionist to the setup grew and and most the dentist.

Negative experience: Old 2001 equipment. Went in there for regular cleaning. They immediately presented a bill of $1500+ and kicked me out after I said that I was there just for cleaning, not for a treatment. They promised to send me x-ray and exam files, and it’s been almost 2 weeks that I have never received them. $450 for x ray with 2001 equipment and after insurance they still billed me $130? This place is living on a last breath. There are tons of new dental clinics with new equipment, just stay away if you don’t want to be mistreated

Negative experience: Awful experience spent way too long waiting in a lobby (over 1hour and half) after I had an appointment previously scheduled. I did not like the way I was treated and how the staff disrespected me as a client! Absolutely disgusting, I'm paying a lot of money for this service, and I get treated less than fair? Screw this place

Negative experience: Made an appointment, spent over hour and half waiting for the ortho. Awful service, staff is disprespectful overall an absolute waste of time. Don't have anything important scheduled when you have a visit at this office, they spend more time conversating with one another and on their phones as opposed to doing their job. WORST PLACE

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for several years and the service has been exceptional 5 star service. I recently had a deep cleaning done and the appt..process handled by Cindy was amazing and thorough, she is so pleasant and helpful. The office manager Rosa had to step in and deal with the insurance company for me and she was thorough and professional as well. The deep cleaning itself was handled by Freddy and between the professionalism and humor he shared with me made this a 10 star interaction. I % recommend Bright Now for your dental needs.

Negative experience: First of all, all these five starts reviews are acquired when the patient goes for the initial consultation where they are super nice and get you to review them at that moment. However, once you begin treatment with them Things change. The office manager is super rude. They jump loops to overbill the insurance and charge patients extra. When I requested my records they wouldn’t release them because they wanted me to pay. When I went to the office In person they had erased them from their system. Let’s talk about the dentist… they show no interest in patients. I expressed my discomforts and they brushed it off like it was not important. If there is anyone that’s above these people, please provide the number. This place is completely unethical.

Negative experience: Hi, I went to the 1700 Sand Lake Rd Orlando Florida zip code 32809 location. The manager of that location was very rude. The manager name was Rosa. She made me sign a paper saying that I owed $229.60, I was fine with that. And when I went to pay, she charged me $282.20. she say that was because I had a previous balance of $52.60 that I owed. I explained that the insurance should’ve payed for that. But the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and rude. She talked about about my health too loudly were other people could hear.

Negative experience: I went in for my cleaning today and requested some receipts for my FSA. Rosa had an attitude from the beginning of the conversation, she printed none of what I asked her to, and then when I asked for the correct documents, she proceeded to tell me she has been using what she gave me for years and it works however that’s not the case with my FSA. I kept my composure, though my blood was boiling because I was very polite to Rosa and she was just nasty. I let her know she was very rude . I have been coming to this dentist office for six years and Really the only reason I come is because of Freddy he is always in a happy mood and does a great job. I don’t know what happened to this office but the direction it is going is not good. Rosa needs to be exited from this office and this company.

Negative experience: The woman in charge of the office kept trying to talk me into pulling teeth unnecessarily Got upset with when I said no and yelled at me when I told her I was not interested in pulling two of my last five teeth I have! I came in for upper dentures she x-rayed my whole mouth and wanted to work on things that I did not agree with, I only need it a upper denture then she looked at me and disgustingly said it takes 3 to 6 months to get new Dentures for you, why won't you let me pull out those two teeth? I got out of the chair and walked out stay away from this place.. I would recommend people to stay away from this place very outdated old equipment and rude people

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. I got phase 1 of my teeth cleaned today (and will go back for phase 2 ) by Freddy. He greeted me with a smile. As I sat in the chair, he could sense I was a little nervous so he cracked a few cute jokes to break the ice and it made me laugh which made me feel comfortable. He was very patient with me, and explained everthing he was doing. I highly recommend Freddy for he is someone who cares about your smile.

Fantastic experience: Made my first visit to the dentist's office in a long time today. Based on previous medical appointments, I was preparing myself to be there for quite a while. However, Cindy and Frances were very helpful with my paperwork and making sure everything was approved for the visit. The exam was thorough as it gave me a realistic view of what I was going to have to deal with. Dr. Freddy saw to it that the cleaning proceeded with minimal pain. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Negative experience: Scammers. Removed my teeth unnecessarily. Damaged sever other teeth in the process. Tried to sell me their orthodontist services under the premise that the remaining teeth will start shifting. Don’t remember any names but they’re all complicit in what they do. They might be cheaper than others but it’s not worth it.
