Fantastic experience: Im so scared of dentist offices but man when I say ill be coming back here I will it was great, warm welcoming kind generous staff and the doctor himself making you feel comfortable when you gotta get numb he got a good hand for me not to feel that needle. I recommend it especially if you are extremely scared of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: We had, yet another, fantastic experience at Patriot Family Dental! My son and I moved to EP a little over a year ago. We were immediately referred to Patriot Dental by my son’s orthodontist who couldn’t speak higher of this group. My son and I are always treated like family here, from the moment we walk through the doors, we are greeted with smiles and knowing our names, to the hygienists and assistants being so charming and inviting while giving us the best oral care, and our dentist taking the time to answer any questions we may have. I would not trust my child and my own dental care to any one else in town. I would give more than 5 ⭐️s if I could.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been great! Vanessa and Angie did my xrays and made the experience easy and helped me with any questions I had. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nancy was very comforting while getting my wisdom teeth extracted. It was scary at first but they kept me calm through the whole process . And the extraction was painless.

Fantastic experience: May I just say the Dr. and Larissa were absolutely amazing on my filling they made sure I was well taken care of and Dr. especially made sure I was well numbed to make the process much easier. May I say he numbs very well, I hardly felt it and I hate needles! The whole staff from the front to the back were outstanding! I highly recommend to anyone who comes here.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever been to. Every single person I've spoken to has been so friendly and helpful. Yesterday I was being helped by I believe her name was Larissa, and she was an absolute angel. She was so gentle and explained what she was doing throughout which really eased my anxiety. It's daunting looking for a new dentist if you've experienced spending money and going through dental work just to leave feeling like your teeth aren't right, but leaving here my teeth feel and look great. They are everything and more that I hope for in a dentist.

Negative experience: Schedule a visit for wisdom teeth removal. When I was called for reminder I asked the lady what she had me scheduled for she said exam and cleaning. I was like no, our concern is wisdom teeth removal. Lady said I'll fix it, see you Monday, great. Monday comes and we go back to dental chair and I asked the dental assistant what you have us scheduled for, she goes exam and cleaning. Dear lord, I requested to speak to an officer manager, who didn't help at all the situation. She just didn't listen or didn't care to listen to my concern. If these people cannot do the little things right how can I put my son in their hands for a surgery to get his wisdom teeth removed.
When scheduling an appointment as a new patient , full mouth x-rays are taken along with panoramic x-ray Dr.Guerrero along with hygienist perform an examination which will help determine the treatment necessary in case of any findings. I personally went over our protocols , however i did mention we would only take care of your main concerns, and needs as we are expected to provide a great dental visit for you and you and your loved ones , i also apologized for the misunderstanding with the front desk staff ,we are eager to help your son if given a chance to serve you following our new patient protocols or as mentioned earlier in the office scheduling an emergency appointment to only focus on the area of pain we are here to serve you and your family always.

We have had a bad experience with our prior dental place and we explained our concerns and they all were very receptive and compassionate. I have a family of 5 and they worked with us, making sure our coverage was done properly. The insurance lady was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We love this place.

Positive experience: The staff was professional and the procedure was painless. Edit to add as off May 2025. The dentist has changed multiple times but the staff is still professional. They are pushier than before to get you to pay for additional services and will not take no the first time so be prepared to hear them explain the benefits multiple times both at the front desk and from each assistant. Additionally they will interrupt your dental session to let you know they know you are the one who posted the review.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding team! I had not seen a dentist in years due to finances and I am AuDHD. I have sensory issues so going to the dentist has been a nightmare! Grateful that I’m at a point in my life where I could take care of myself, I did a lot of research and chose Patriot Family Dental. The hygienist was extremely patient and understanding that I was anxious. The dentist and staff checked in periodically during the procedure to make sure I was ok. The office manager is the perfect compliment. Because of her and everything listed above, I would recommend Patriot Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic visit at this dental facility. The customer service was amazing. Angela had such a fantastic personality as she did most of my exams. The dentist was very thorough and professional and made sure all of my questions were answered prior to his leaving. My hygienist was top notch and he too was very thorough and genuinely concerned about my feeling as he performed my cleaning!!!! This place is such a wonderful place with genuine people performing their skills. Thank you all for such a great visit!!!!

Fantastic experience: I came into the office with a bad tooth pain and two months later my mouth has been completely fixed and cleaned even got me a mouth guard. Honestly I can’t thank this office enough for everything , they are what patient care is all about from trying to work fast when I have my visits during my lunch to calling the next day to make sure everything is ok this office goes above and beyond everyone here and I do mean everyone that works here is amazing I’m so happy to have found them if you want a dentist that goes above and beyond look no further !!!

Fantastic experience: Fabion was so amazing with my cleaning! The entire office staff so far has been a joy! The front desk clerk was very informative, when I was asking about the different procedures and prices! I was a little skeptical because I did see a review about racism. I did read all other reviews and wanted to give them a try. I’m not knocking another’s experience. I felt very welcomed here.
