Fantastic experience: Christie and I shared Disney experiences. She is very easy to talk to. She was very thorough with my cleaning and offered ways to better my home maintenance routine. Professional all the way! I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is friendly and able to answer all of my questions.

Negative experience: This was my 1st visit. I will say it's OK!. The first thing I wasn't pleased with was ..the office calling to change my appointment to an earlier appt time ..just to change the hygienist I requested to someone else and not making me aware of the changes before arrival (sneaky ) Then the hygienist was all over the place. She was using the same gloves in my mouth to type the dirty keyboard and return to my mouth ‍♀️ WTH...The hygienist didn't clean all of my tooth bcuz she stated that some was hard to reach...Um my two front tooth was never touched . After cleaning, it seems as tho the Dentist were unreachable to come review the exams , tooth etc I waited 20mins to locate one..smh ...I clean my teeth on a regular and there is a lot of changes that needs to be done here. Hygienist needs to know when cleaning patients teeth you DO NOT , I REPEAT , TOUCH ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE TOOTH AND THE CLEANING INSTRUMENT WITH THE GLOVES ON..THIS WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.. UNHYGIENIC TO THE PATIENT. I HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS LOCATION. I HOPE THINGS CHANGES . Update 2025: Yet again — same shenanigans. I went to my routine cleaning, arrived on time, and still had to wait 20 minutes before being taken back. The hygienist spent about 15 minutes on my cleaning, focusing more on the bottom teeth than the top. When the dentist came in, they didn’t even focus on the tooth that needed a filling — instead, they recommended a crown (felt like a money grab). I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment and showed up on time again. This time, I waited 10 minutes before asking if the dentist was on time, only to be told they were running behind schedule. This seems to be an ongoing issue here. Management tried to assist, but the same problems persisted. The next day, I was told an appointment became available. I got dressed, was on my way, and called to confirm — only to be told the dentist I was scheduled with thought it was “best” for me to stick with the other dentist. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with how unorganized this place is. After these experiences, I do not feel confident in their care. I had high hopes, but the same issues that happened once in 2024 have now happened three times in 2025.

Fantastic experience: I was new patient with dental emergency and the Practice found a way to get me in. Dr. Patel and his associates were top notch. Took time to make me comfortable and time to ensure my new crown was pretty perfect. I would recommend.

Negative experience: In & Out Next! It’s not the same practice as it used to be. No attention to detail. No explanation. Sadly I have to leave after 35+ years. Didn’t even get a cleaning. I can still feel the bits of plaque. Teeth don’t feel clean like they always did before.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Kwon at Pike Creek Dental for a root canal by my regular dentist at their sister office, Emerald Dental. Never having had a root canal done, I was anxious the day of my procedure. Dr. Kwon and her assistant Jess took great care to put me at ease, explain everything they were doing and what I should expect, and what my recovery would look like. Jess even called me the next day to check in. I was amazed at how little pain and discomfort I experienced and I had almost no post-procedural soreness. While I hope to not need another root canal in the future, if I did I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Kwon.

Fantastic experience: From when I walked in thania was so sweet and kind then my son had a cleaning by Sarah. She was so patient and lovable, and took her time with him and was so patient. I so appreciate her and then a doctor by the name of Dr. Nicholas faure walked into her room. He was phenomenal with my son my son let him look in his mouth and let him count his teeth now my son is only three and the time and patients doctor Nick took with my son made me speechless. He also educated me about my son‘s teeth condition and the changes that can be made and he also referred my son to a specialist that could help him with his open bite I’m so thankful for the whole staff. My son will grow old with you guys.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been coming to Pike Creek Dental for 43 years. There has never been a reason to go somewhere else. My visit on January 13th was exceptional as always. I have known Dr. Pike for 43 years, as well, and always look forward to seeing him at my visits. Kristen was my hygienist at this visit. This was my first appointment with her. As with all the hygienists that I have had at PCD, she was very friendly and fun to talk with and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I always recommend PCD to anyone who asks who we use for our dental needs.

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of dental services you're in good hands at Pike Creek Dental, and I would heartily recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. I've been a patient here for about three months, after not being great about seeing a dentist after a traumatic experience in my youth. Everyone at Pike Creek Dental, from the doctors and assistants to the technicians and hygienists, and all of the receptionists and admin staff, have in my experience always been highly professional and warmly welcoming and courteous. I've had several major procedures in the past few months and I have nothing but positive things to say; Dr Nick and Mia have been my main dental team and have been absolutely amazing. I never feel rushed, procedures are explained in good detail, and they are patient and will elaborate if I have questions. Also want to give a shout-out to Dr Kwon for the expert and pain free root canals. All in all, I can heartily recommend the practice because of the people who work here!

Negative experience: I was unfortunately very disappointed by my experience at Pike Creek Dental. The reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because everyone here is very friendly and made me feel very welcomed, which was appreciated. However, I got 6 cavities filled throughout the end of September into mid-October. It is now late November and I am still experiencing severe pain when chewing as well as hot and cold sensitivity. I went back a few times after my fillings to address the pain and got an x-ray where I was told nothing was wrong and my fillings were simply adjusted, but that did not help. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was given an x-Ray and was immediately told that I will be needing a root canal. This dentist was very thorough and told me exactly where the problem was. After this is addressed, my other fillings will be addressed because they are still shredding floss. I know negative reviews always get pushed to the bottom, but after reading the other negative reviews, it appears many other people had the same issue. Sad to say, I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: This place makes me excited to see the dentist. The staff are kind, warm, professional and skilled. I have never felt the need to shout from the rooftops”I love going to the dentist” yet here we are. And when you come here, please ask for Christie - she is absolutely amazing.

Negative experience: I had high hopes for this place. I was greeted warmly and they gave me a nice little swag bag….unfortunately I regret ever choosing to go here. My first visit, I went in with complaints about a tooth on the left side of my mouth. Otherwise my mouth felt fine. They told me I had all these cavities and had all this work I needed done. I got three fillings done on the opposite side of my mouth from the tooth that had been bothering me. I went back 3x after the initial visit, telling them they didn’t feel right. I was having pain especially with hot and cold. I couldn’t even chew French fries. On my fourth visit, they told me not to chew on that side for a month because I have “high nerves”. I’ve had fillings before with no problem and no mention of high nerves before. I went to a different dental practice where the dentist tried redoing one of the fillings, but that didn’t fix the issue. I had to get a root canal. Over a month and a half later I am still in pain because I am recovering from a root canal. Over a month and a half of suffering, $100+ for the second filling attempt (maybe more if my insurance rejects that claim), $1050 out of pocket for the root canal and I still have to go get another permanent filling post root canal which also may not be covered by my insurance. More dental work may be needed on the other fillings they did as well, but my current dentist wants to see how things go after the root canal. Guess who won’t be able to afford Christmas presents for her nieces and nephews this year? Oh and all that other work I supposedly needed? My current dentist didn’t say anything about any other cavities except one tooth that I already knew needed to be re-done because it’s a 20+ yr old crown from when I chipped my tooth when I was 12/13. I was never afraid to go to the dentist, but I get why people are now. This has been a massive nightmare. They offered to have me come in and talk to them but given that I had already given them 3 opportunities to make things right, I had no interest or patience to speak to them any further. Since I can’t afford to pursue a lawsuit, let this serve as my only way to hold them accountable for the misery they brought to my life.

My child has had dental pain for some time now and they were able to get my child scheduled and complete all work needed for my child. I am very happy it’s finally done and the pain is gone. Positive experience: I have been going to Pike Creek Dental now for approx. 2 years to have them help me through some pretty serious Repair. The entire experience has been Awesome! Full diagnostic capability, totally great staff that make you feel, no actually make you comfortable in the fact that they can take care of your needs and get things completed without putting you through stress and pain. Fantastic experience: The all of the staff from the receptionist, dental assistants , dentists and billing associates are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Glenn is very meticulous and innovative in the procedures he uses for restorative dental care . I typically have high anxiety when going for dental care but now I feel relaxed and calm.

Fantastic experience: My nine-year-old son had to have four baby teeth extracted and he was very nervous about the procedure. One was an extra lateral baby tooth and three were baby teeth that had really long roots and they were just not falling out on their own. Dr. Whitney and Jade were amazing throughout the procedure. They put my son at ease with great bedside manner and explained things to him in a way that he wasn’t nervous any more. The longest part of the procedure was waiting for him to get numb. They use a numbing jelly first and then told him that he would feel some stretching (the stretching was actually when they were inserting the numbing needles), and he had no idea. Jade offered to hold one of his hands while I held the other to keep him at ease. After that they had the 4 teeth out in just a few min. My son never cried or complained of pain the whole time I couldn’t ask for a better experience highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: In taking my elderly father for a recent cleaning, I had some confusion (on my part) regarding times. The staff was so helpful and understanding and truly bent over backwards to help! We were able to find a new time and everything went perfectly. I am very appreciative of the quality of the staff, from the front desk through the hygienists on down. The explanations of the upcoming needs were clear and easily understandable.

Fantastic experience: From making the appointment online to checking out. Every person that worked with me was fabulous and took the time to explain everything even if I asked twice. Jennifer and Lisa were especially helpful in explaining the costs and scheduling. I forget the technicians name but she was amazing and walked me through everything that was being done. Dr. Nick is so calming I felt no fear or pressure to have any work done that day. This is my first written 5 star review ever. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I just wanna say ..WOW! It had been years since I was last at the dentist. Not to mention , I was traumatized, so coming here was definitely a fright to say the least. Dr.Whitney and her amazing assistant Carly were amazing! I needed a filling done and was so terrified to have to get the numbing needle…don’t ya know…I didn’t even feel it! Like , 100% did not FEEL A THING!!! I was amazed ! Everything was done so fast ! I think this experience has definitely turned around my views of having to go to the dentist ! Carly 10/10 . Dr.Whitney 10/10!!

Positive experience: The people are wonderful. The hygienists, dentists, and desk workers are polite, friendly, and very competent. So, extremely high marks for quality. However I feel like the cost of dental care is shockingly high.

OMG Dr. Maddy (Fournier) and her assistant Troy are the best. I didn't feel a thing. It’s extremely clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Shannon kept an open communication with me regarding my insurance, she went above and beyond to sort things out! And my hygienist Sarah, was the sweetest person! Every step that there was in regards to my appointment she informed me and walked me through it. My dentist was extremely welcoming and informative. Fantastic experience: A wonderful first time visit today. Staff is super polite.Made my 6 year old daughter feel very comfortable and my daughter is a wiggle worm. Hygienist was super patience and just made my daughter laugh and have a great time. My daughter was nervous and scared but left saying it was the best day ever!

Fantastic experience: What an awesome dental practice! From the front desk receptionists to the hygienist to the dentist, all were very welcoming and friendly as well as very professional. I had bleeding gums and tartar build up and the hygienist Michelle did a very thorough job and was very considerate. My dentist Nick was very responsive, skilled and professional. They gave out a welcome gift with suntan lotion, lip balm, a nice reusable shopping bag and one in addition to the floss and tooth paste. It was the best dental practice I have been to. Negative experience: Pike creek dental will let you suffer in pain,They will not help you!!!They discriminated against me and pre judge me!!!!I have a wisdom toothache and in pain and they will not help me with my pain.Im highly disappointed and truly upset that I have to suffer !!Very upsetting!!!!I was seen Wed and have suffered 6days in pain!!! can’t see oral surgeon til the 11th and still have to suffer more days!!!My pain is real!!Havent slept in day due to pain this office is ignoring!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found out about this place!!!!!!! I have horrible dental anxiety and am terrified of the drilling because of other places treating me badly and not being good at their job but this place brought me a whole new level of comfort! Dr. Whitney is amazing!!! I didn't feel the numbing needles or any drilling or anything! She got me completely numb and talked me through it and checked on me. she let me listen to my audio book to take my mind off things and she didn't make me wait at all! I got there and she took me right back and got me started! 10/10 and I am so in love with my new smile! Thank you!!! ETA Lauren in billing is also super awesome and helpful!!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great time! It was my 2 year old daughter’s first visit and she did amazing! They took the time to explain everything to us. The hygienist Amy, was so good with my daughter. She made sure to include my daughter in everything. Dr. Kwon was great as well! Hands down this is an amazing dentist and I 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my Mom here today for the first time. Everyone here at Pike Creek Dental is very lovely people and friendly. From the front desk (Sarah), then to the hygienist (Amy), to the doctor (Dr. Patel), and the check-out or the coordinator (Jill), GENUINELY nice people. It was a very welcoming and comfortable visit. My mother doesn't like going to the doctor for various reasons, but she even feels at ease. She was probably the most complex patient you dealt with today just to take the X-ray, but Amy was very patient with her. I am very thankful to you guys. I think I will be seeing them for routine in April .

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasant experience when I have an appointment at Pike Creek Dental. Usually I’m there for a teeth cleaning. Kristin is so easy to talk to and she is so careful not to ever hurt me when she’s cleaning my teeth. It’s a great office and I highly recommend its services.

Fantastic experience: Pike Creek Dental is very professional. They tell you when you have a procedure being done, what they are going to do and before it is started, what it will cost you. The people are very courteous and ask while doing the procedure if you are having any pain. If you are they will add more numbing to stop the pain. I’ve had very good experiences and they are my dentist for any work that needs to be done.
