Negative experience: "This is Spring View Dental, how can I help you?" Me: "Hi - someone just tried to call me about moving my appointment time?" Them: "UGH! I hate getting these calls because I'm not even the one who made it. *SIGH* What's your name???" Been coming here before I lost my first tooth and before they even moved locations. This isn't just unprofessional but disrespectful and RUDE. I will hesitate to call these people from now on. As someone who works in a clinic, a phone call experience like that would have you FIRED.

Positive experience: I declined Xrays as I has previously had the full Xrays done here. They expertly cleaned and examined my teeth, but told me I couldn't come back unless I agreed to more Xrays. I would willingly agree to Xrays if I were to be experiencing pain or other issues. I was fired from receiving dental services here until I agree to have more Xrays.

Negative experience: My second experience was not like my first one. I had Jackie. She is nice. I liked her as a person. But was heavy handed (I’m usually not sensitive to normal pressure of the metal tooth pick also) to where my gums and teeth were aching. And flossed very fast and to where it felt like my tooth was being sawed/burned between my retainer and I’ve never had the teeth by my retainer flossed this way before. I think thats another reason my retainer got pulled causing pain. And during the cleaning my retainer was pulled on to where I was pulled up off the chair. I believe she cleaned my teeth well (my teeth are not terrible, just needed a cleaning) but the experience made me feel anxious to where I couldn’t speak up at the time. And my pulling my head back and showing signs of pain wasn’t noticed and my care stayed the same. I’m still afraid to brush my gums days after the appointment because they still sore.

Fantastic experience: Rhonda and the Dentist both made me feel right at home! Great people. ❤️ My appointment was at 8 am and I arrived 5 minutes before. The reception office staff were very friendly and so welcoming. I was called in at 8:04. No long wait. I asked for a pillow since my neck was fused and a bit stiff. (I’m 78 and arthritic). The dentist chair was perfectly comfortable. I’ve a bony spine and often had problems lying back in my old dentist office. Not this one. The great staff and talented assistants, plus the fact that they’re only a few minutes away from me, is the reason I graded 5 stars. I’d give more if I could. Everyone there is so good at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, professional and affordable. They helped me with my insurance filing and gave me a very clear and accurate description of the procedure and cost. Dr Melson was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff were all wonderful and made me feel very comfortable and informed during the procedure.

Positive experience: They accept my insurance and are taking new patients but I had to wait over 2 weeks for my first appointment, saw the dentist for no more than 5 minutes, after asking if I was getting an extraction he said not today, disappointing but understandable. However, he didn't seem to care about discussing a plan of approach on my overall dental needs. The assistant was either new or unfamiliar with insurance information, also I had to request a receipt for my co-pay. My next available appointment isn't for another 3 weeks. I'm remaining hopefully the next experience is better.

Positive experience: Had a very good experience for my first ever visit. The hygienist was extremely thorough and did an amazing job. She was extremely kind and patient. I also got several scans done. Their technology is top notch. The dentist didn’t spend too much time with me but hopefully that’s a good sign. The front desk ladies weren’t overly welcoming but were fine. I would recommend this facility for teeth cleaning.

Negative experience: After Dr. Heather Jones' departure, things have been going downhill at this location. Dr. Hoffman came and swiftly left, too. Now there's Dr. Melson. The new front desk staff needs some serious customer service training. Apathetically chewing gum is not the best way to speak with and check in patients. Billing staff seems caught off guard when asked about a charge. No phone etiquette. Very disappointing.

There are a couple more things I want to talk with the Dr about. Going forward i will come to this office for my cleanings and anything that comes up...by the way Aubrey is the best hygienist ever!! I hope she never leaves this office.

Negative experience: Very disappointed! We are patients at your office. I called and messaged about my son having pain and swelling. I was told 4x that someone would get back to me and I heard nothing. 2 days I waited! I called a different dentist office and guess what!?! We were fitted into an appointment the next day. My son has an abscess and needed an antibiotic. I'm so confused as to the point of being an established patient with you, when an urgent matter is overlooked. We will definitely be looking for a new dentist office to pay our hard earned money to.

Negative experience: After waiting several weeks for an appointment to have a root canal done on a chipped tooth that was causing me a lot of pain and after taking the antibiotics subscribed to me AND confirming my appointment the day before via the confirmation message that was sent to me I received a call a few hours before my scheduled appointment saying the doctors decided that they would no longer be preforming those kinds of procedures and they would just have to give me a referral to another dentist. To say I was highly upset and frustrated would be an understatement. I had requested time off of work and been sent a confirmation message only to receive a call THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT saying not to come in because they don’t do that kind of thing anymore. That’s just a whole other level of unprofessionalism and lack of care for patients time and pain. If they don’t want to do those anymore fine but at least honor the appointments that have already been scheduled (and confirmed)for quite some time. Would not recommend scheduling any procedures here, they may just decide they don’t wanna do it anymore and cancel on you at the last minute.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at springview dental for a few years.. I have had 1 cavity filled with them and unfortunately.. things took a turn for the worst as a patient with severe dental anxiety. I came to springview because ive heard good things and I was recommended by a previous employee (current at the time of recommendation). My previous dentist was innovation dental. That's where I had the worst experience with cavity fillings.. I felt the procedure and that's the biggest fear of someone with severe dental anxiety! I have expressed this concern many times, at the start of my procedures with my dentists, I explain that I have dental anxiety and I am veryyyy nervous about procedures. In April of 2023 I have an annual appointment, and he discover a large cavity that needed to be filled before my next visit or it could need further procedures such as a root canal. So I agreed to get an appointment done as soon as possible because I didn't want my tooth to need a more invasive and more expensive procedure. In May the filling was fast. Really fast he was done in maybe 15 mins? They even said that he was fast.. and I was pretty nervous going in (I explained ofc). - I really wish more dentists would OFFER gas to relax patients with high dental anxiety. I only felt halfway comforted during my procedure and cleanings with the staff. One assistant was incredible but the actual doctor/dentist I feel like he just went in and out and didn't realize how much anxiety I had. I remember him saying "I'm already so deep you would have felt it by now." Tbh I can't remember if that made it better or worse... Lol. After the procedure was over he mentioned that.. the cavity was deeper than expected and I would feel it for a few days.. and that it would be sensitive to temperatures but it should clear up in a few days. Oh. My. God. The pain that occured afterwards, immediately it was horribly sensitive, but I wanted to give it a few days because he said it was a deep cavity... I knew in the back of my mind.. if it didn't get better it would mean i would have to get a root canal. I called after I think 5 weeks of dealing with it hoping it would go away.. but it did not. I called and they said that he was super booked out wouldn't be until Aug to get me in.. I just couldn't take the pain and discomfort any longer. I booked with the other dentist. Second appointment. I was seen and they captured X-rays of my problem area and I explained that it's gotten worse since the filling and I can't chew at all or even have water touch it. The X-rays show the filling seemingly a millimeter away from the nerve/root in my tooth. They said "ohh wow that is pretty deep cavity filling I think your tooth is rejecting the filling! You're going to need a root canal and crown put on your tooth". I.. immediately start crying I have severe dental anxiety and this was my worst nightmare confirmed. What I dreaded for weeks I hoped would happen.. I also just spent $150+ on the filing. Again I am going to comment on NOT feeling comforted at my appointments because I definitely did not. They didn't even acknowledge that a full grown women was crying and expressing how they are really scared about dental procedures. All they said was " yeahhh.. we hear that ALOT." But it's like that did t phase them? A little consideration and bedside manners would go along way.. they left me in the chair and came back with the procedure breakdown. And it was for a root canal and crown for $880. I was so SHOCKED at the price I immediately started crying again. I booked the procedure and later expressed to some peers about the appointment and the cost, I was recommended to another care provider for significantly significantly less. This is a well known provider I found who specializes in root canals. They estimated the procedure at $300. I just.. don't think I'm going to be continuing care with spring view dental. I feel uncomforted at this dentist office, I would only recommend spring view dental if you don't have dental anxiety and want quick work. 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough but gentle on teeth cleanings. Got in in time, everything was well explained. Best office music in any dental office.

Negative experience: I understand the management have their reasons, as they've explained. However, a senior dentist should always know what he's got scheduled to do with a patient and that same patient should never walk out without a procedure that should have been well understood seeing as how there was a prior visit with x-rays. I won't be "one of those" reviews that rants but I'll say this much, I've never walked out of a dental appointment that I waited 3 weeks for without at least one issue resolved. Especially, when there is renewed pain after prescription measures have been taken. He did wonderful on my first scheduled visit after a walk-in visit initially. However, It felt as though I wasn't valued as a patient but more as a payment, a payment I did pay for on my exit with nothing done but another x-ray and visit expense. Also, their text confirmation system doesn't ask for confirmation and many people can't get their work done because they end up double booked because the patient would believe they had an appointment but arrive to be told they "didn't confirm" to the text, the text that doesn't ask for confirmation. I overheard someone with that issue on the day of my walk-in visit and I responded "YES" to my appointment text and then subsequently received a "Thank you for confirming your appointment" message.

Fantastic experience: Spring view gave my smile.back. I had a chipped front tooth and the dentist and staff were able.to fix it . Matching the.correct.color it has completed my smile.again. Thank you so much Spring View

Would consider anywhere else..my whole family has been at this office for over six years now.

Fantastic experience: They are very friendly and CARE about your dental health. They explain your treatment, even if it’s just a cleaning. If you need other treatment, it will be explain to you and will tell you the cost for that procedure. I have been a patient with SPRINGVIEW DENTAL for 5 years.

Negative experience: Brian Hoffman was extremely rude to my lady and laughed at her because she wanted a tooth pulled. Made her feel terrible to the point of tears. I never leave a review but this was bad

Negative experience: Due to a change in insurance we needed to find a new dentist. In January, I called to be sure they took our insurance and at that time I made an appointment for my husband to have a tooth extracted and for myself for an exam and cleaning. I showed up for my appointment on March 9 and I was not on the schedule. I was told they could not get me in until June. This kind of incompetence is inexcusable. They didn't even try to rectify their mistake by trying to squeeze me in sooner. Your first impression of a business is with the receptionists. If they show such incompetence then it makes you wonder about the rest of the staff. I will be looking for a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly. The dentist and hygienist were very informative and helpful. I told the receptionist and the assistant that. I can only do $3000 a year and they said no problem. They set up an appointment for the following week, which surprised me. I expected a bit longer than that, which made me happy. I’m looking forward to seeing the dentist again.

They explained every thing they were doing, provided a plan to improve my dental health with a defined, written explanation of what my cost would be and what my insurance would cover. Fantastic experience: 10/10 I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel so safe. I went in bc of nerve pain in my tooth and they had me in surgery to fix it within 15 mins. They had a pillow for my neck and sunnies and already scheduled me in for a next appointment in the same week and a 6 month cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I felt like the team here was completely dedicated to giving me a good experience. I mostly worked with Dr. Naeim and Aubrey, but everyone I worked with here did a great job. When I came in for a temporary crown, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with it. When the permanent crown came in, it was perfect. Everyone made every procedure as painless as possible. I especially appreciate how much the team communicated with me. They made sure to let me know what they were doing at every step. Dr. Naeim clearly explained my oral health and treatment plan to me and answered any questions I had, and Aubrey suggested multiple options for my treatment plan to fit in my budget and schedule. Everyone here is patient, communicative, and relaxing to be around. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Staff are helpful & friendly. Hygienist is fast, efficient, knowledgeable & explains in layman’s terms anything you ask. Dr looks about 12 but is friendly, personable & doesn’t try to “upsell” services. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. The ladies at the front desk aren’t pleasant or helpful. They never get your coverage correct and get upset when questions are asked. Dr. Jones has moved back to Arkansas so you’ll be seen by a completely different person with less experience unfortunately. This is NOT the Spring View Dental I remember. Avoid.

Negative experience: Over the past 4 years, we had overall good experiences with hygenists and doctors here. However, the facility has had a long history of poor receptionists. They have poor communication skills and behave unprofessionally. Every time we visited here, we had to have them run our insurance more than once to get the correct coverage. They become irritated when you ask them to explain charges and treatment and they behave in a childish manner. We won't be recommending this place to anyone, and we won't be returning.
