No Sugar Bugs Club Children's Dentistry

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it here! They have the waiting area set up for the children to have fun and play while they wait! It was my daughter’s first dentist appointment and she is usually fussy and irritable but not here! It’s like she could feel their good energy & she barely cried while getting her teeth checked! Nothing but amazing things to say and so grateful we found them! We will be bringing our future son to them as well!

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying this CLUB is amazing! Dr.Chris was so upfront with me about my daughter’s dental care. Leaving his office I felt bitter, because I did not find him sooner than I did. My daughter’s were patients at a previous dental provider for over 6 years. I trusted that team. Well, the information I received from Dr. Chris today was very painful to hear and heartbreaking, because, a certain dental team failed to provide honest, trustworthy and professional advice. However, the sweet thing is, Dr. Chis explained to me step by step how to help my children’s dental health. I found Dr.Chris by following my gut instinct. We have a journey ahead of us to heal for sure! I cannot say thank you enough to the No Sugar Bugs CLUB, for the footprint you have place in our lives!

The hygienist was so gentle and patient with our 13-month-old, making sure she felt comfortable the entire time. We are so thankful for such a positive first dental experience, and feel great knowing our little one is in such caring hands! They’re all very informative and seem to really care about each child that walks through those doors. I’ve never had a terrible wait time either which is very helpful when I have my youngest with me. =D The play area is a blessing.

No Sugar Bugs handled our family with white glove care from beginning to end. As a parent, you want to make the best and healthiest decisions for your child. Anique and Dr. Chris went above and beyond to help us decide and talk through a plan to treat our toddler’s teeth. It very much felt like a collaborative effort versus being forced into something we weren’t comfortable with, all while feeling like our concerns were being fully addressed. I truly, truly cannot sing enough praise about every single staff member we encountered and how this practice is ran. We were comfortable from beginning to end. And thank you to Anique especially!! She was so genuine, patient and validating. She really brought a level of comfort when it came to deciding the best route for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely, amazing! Ive had issues with multiple dentists due to a bad experience my son had. No sugar bugs club staff have accomplished what no other children's dentistry has been able to. My son was accommodated the moment we walked in. Staff treated him like the perfect little human he is. They never forced anything and had plenty of patience with him. Procedures were done quickly and efficiently, which means I didn't take 2+ hrs for a visit like I have before. Location is clean and well organized, play area for the kids, and waiting room is calm. Thank you for having us apart of the club!

They made us feel comfortable, the appointment was a breeze, we were in and out within 30 mins. When we left, my daughter opened her new toothbrush and was "brushing" her teeth while we drove home.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris and Staff were fabulous. Between the warm welcome when we walked in the office, to the staff that took X-rays and gave the cleaning who made my son feel safe and he actually had a good time at the dentist. Also, I found many ped dentist don't accept insurance to cover anesthesia if your child needs anything done (age based) but this office does which is a bonus. As a parent we want the best for our kids and Dr. Chris and staff truly are apart of the best!

It was my Sons first time and Dr.Chung and his assistant made it very welcoming and fun. my son loved all the toys in the office which made it more welcoming for him and he didn’t feel like he was in a drs office (which he hates) great for toddlers and definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: One of my children has now aged out and my other is 16 (we have been going to Dr. Chris since 2010). They continue to provide excellent care and really KNOW your children! 5 Stars is just not enough! Dr. Chris is the best! He really gets to know your children, laughs with them, and takes great care of their teeth! How he remembers the slightest details about their lives/interests is beyond me!! The office is clean, friendly, and caring. We have referred several friends to his practice and will continue to do so.

My daughter recently needed two baby teeth pulled and he did absolutely everything to calm her nerves and get her scheduled. He explains things in lamens terms for the parents like myself! Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris is wonderful, he is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his field and takes the extra time to make sure his patients are comfortable as well as reassured when asking questions. His staff is always very pleasant and will go the extra mile to ensure you have all of the information available for every treatment plan. The atmosphere is calm, inviting, and impeccably clean. My child continues to have a positive experience and I can say that I absolutely trust Dr. Chris’s evaluations, he is direct in explanation and I have never felt pressured for unnecessary treatments. We have a fabulous smile to show for it!

The office even assisted when there was an insurance complication, she went above and beyond the office manager she is delightful and so common.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris works on both of my children now. He is always honest and straight to the point. My daughter just had a dental procedure done at the surgery center with Dr. Chris and I was super nervous but he explained everything to me in detail just as the nurses did. My daughter is doing well and I would recommend him to anyone with young children.

Fantastic experience: Being a Mom that grew up afraid of the dentist I was hoping to find an amazing Dr. that would be gentle, kind, patient, informative and aware that kids ( or parents ) may be a little apprehensive. Both the Dr. and staff took their time to make sure all of that was the approach! We need a lot of work done and they even took their time to explain options and what was priority. Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to another dentist since my son was 6 months old. He’s always had a clean bill of dental hygiene. After having multiple cancelled appointments we decided it was time to switch. We went to No Sugar Bugs Club for the first time today. They discovered severe cavities that were never caught previously. They were so gentle with my son and even though he’s usually afraid of the dentist, he had no issues today. All of the staff was wonderful. I’m glad we made the switch.

Negative experience: Update 2: My daughter keeps complaining about pain on her crowns so something’s clearly wrong and the office will not do anything about the faulty work they provided. Update: My daughter woke up this morning and cried in the mirror over what they did to her. The company doesn’t care about that though, only that their nurse was named in a review. After seeing my daughter for a cleaning, they told us she needed immediate dental surgery which we agreed to do. After they told us the caps would be white, her mouth is filled with silver. Now the nurse Annik is gaslighting us saying they were always going to be silver. My daughter is absolutely devastated by this and they will do nothing to fix it.

Fantastic experience: My boys (5 & 2) both had their first apt today and it couldn't have gone any better. Both were at ease with their hygienists and Dr. Chris even sang the ABCs to my youngest as he had his first exam - they're excited to go back! The prize from the gumball machine at the end was the cherry on top - I highly recommend!

My 3 year old daughter didn’t even want to leave when her older sister was done with her appointment. lol! Thank you for exceptional care! It’s hard to find these days.

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old can have a hard time dealing with even the littlest things. The first dentist I went to went terribly and they said she can only be sedated. I decided to try No Sugar Bugs Club and the first visit was night and day compared to the previous dentist. We recently went back for her regular cleaning and X-rays this month and I was so surprised at how she did! They definitely know how to treat little ones that are nervous or could be a little difficult. I’m happy going to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary for her!

Fantastic experience: This was part 2 of our 2 part visit in less than a month to finish some work. I wish we found your office sooner. The doc was great again. The staff was very caring and understanding. Most importantly my daughter was well taken care of.
