Fantastic experience: My Wife had a chipped tooth late on a Thursday with no local dentists open on Friday or Saturday. Thankfully I found Brookhaven! Liz at front desk was super helpful in getting my Wife all set-up for a Saturday morning appointment. My Wife loved the Dentist and she was all fixed and out of there in an hour. Excellent Visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kokabi and his team are great. This was my 1st visit. He's very thorough, and explains everything you need to know about your oral health. A week after my visit, I had a dental emergency. Dr. Kokabi was out of town but he still responded to my message. He even texted me later that evening to check on me. He's an exceptional dentist for sure!!

When I visited BFD this week, I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and genuineness. They were sincere in how they handled my teeth, and explained things thoroughly. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not the favorite thing to do for many of us... but for going to the dentist, this one makes it as easy on you as possible. Everyone was pleasant, Yara is a great hygienist, and Andrew never seemed to go overboard and was patient. Also had my first non-silver filling done. You can best sum it up as a "positive" experience :-).

Fantastic experience: After my husband visit and his amazing experience with Dr. Kokabi and his hygienist/office, I decided to change my dentist and made an appointment and had a awesome experience from making the appointment until I left the office. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Taking X-rays was done painlessly, Angeline was the best hygienist I have ever had, and Dr. Kokabi did a wonderful exam of my teeth, sharing his findings from X-rays, answering all my questions very patiently and kindly. With all the work and attention I got my charges were very reasonable and less than my previous dentist. On the top of that I found that the office Billing Staff was concern about how she could help me to get reimbursed by my insurance. Without exaggeration, all of the people working in this office could not be any kinder and more considerate, if they were my own family. The name of this office “ Brookhaven Family Dentistry” is in Fact very well matches their kind treatment of patients.

I feel my dental health is in good hands Marianna dental hygienist : professional, well informed, great bed side manners, did great job cleaning without hurting. Dr Monell: great bed side manners, not pushing for unwanted procedure, explained everything very well, not rushed, answered all my questions. Front desk: welcoming and courteous. Did not had to wait in waiting area for long. Works with insurance. Quick response over email, phone. Office and Location: convenient , clean and organized, good parking space, open on Saturdays, endorses local stand alone business. I was really impressed that I did not walk out with bag full of plastic/ environment unfriendly goodies. Now most dentist recommends electric toothbrush and reusable water picks which works better as it is. Over all great experience.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Is all I have to say! I was recommended by a coworker to come to Brookhaven Family dentistry after having the worst experience at a previous dental office. Due to the previous dental office I could not eat, sleep or work due to the pain I was having. This place saved me! The staff at the front is so welcoming and smiled the entire time. Dr. Monell AMAZING! He is so attentive when you are speaking. He looks at you and LISTENS! He takes time to understand your pain and tries to figure it out. Fantastic experience: Best cleaning I've ever had. I was a bit nervous as I had put off my regular cleanings for a couple years... I went religiously every 6 months prior, so I thought they were going to scrape my teeth to hell. I asked for NO, they provided . Angeline was super gentle and precise though, I would have lived without it. And Dr. Basu is great as well - pleasant demeanor and thorough explanations. Honestly, everyone there is really nice.

Dr. K and his staff welcomed me and fit me into their day. I had to have a tooth extracted and they just accommodated me, explained the entire process and what it would cost so that I could have options. The entire experience was fantastic! Fantastic experience: I was in need of my last yearly cleaning and decided to go to Brookhaven Family Dentistry. I filled out my form and in less than 5 mins I was called in. The hygienist, Yara, was very pleasant and explained to me every step of the cleaning. For me, It was the first time that a hygienist took their time to explain their work, which I appreciate a lot. Many times going to the dentist feels very transactional but not this time. About Dr. Basu, what can I say that has not been said before. She is very professional, kind and amazing person. Was able to schedule an appt in just 2 days! The front office staff was extremely welcoming, as well as Dr Basu and my hygienist Yara. They walked me through several different options and did not pressure me to get X-rays right away. They listened to my concerns, I was able to ask questions and make informed decisions. Fantastic experience: To start, I walked in very apprehensive, having neglected my dental care for years. But at Brookhaven Family Dentistry I was greeted as a missed family member that pop up unexpectedly to everyone’s excitement. But what followed is what has me sharing my experience with total strangers. The high professionalism of discord between patient and dentist. Listening and explaining my options and reaching the best course of action for me. And then getting to work. There are three types of people in life. 1) Those that won’t help. 2)Those that will help. 3) And that select group that really wants to help. This is what I experienced with my visit. A team that wanted to help me get my smile back. They went to work like I was that missed family member that pop up unexpectedly. They wanted to help me get my smile back. Mission accomplished in spades. Thank you very much would have been a lot shorter (I know) But there are times , like this when you have to give the full flower bouquet. The word Family is not in their name by accident.

Fantastic experience: Was referred here by a coworker after having a horrible experience elsewhere. The front office staff seems really great and listens and is thorough. The dentist took ample time with me and listened to and discussed my concerns and even took time to call some oral surgeons for me same day about a concern we had and made a point to follow up with me the same day! The hygienist was through and friendly and gentle! They seem like a thorough and caring office with a solid staff!

Fantastic experience: I went to Brookhaven Family Dentistry today for my first appointment. The overall wait was super minimal. Everyone was friendly and the dentist and hygienist were very thorough, I learned things about my teeth and gums that no other dentist has brought to my attention ever.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an emergency crown cemented in by Dr. B, and the experience was excellent. First, they were able to see me on Saturday, after I stupidly ate a chewy piece of candy tearing out my crown Friday night. Dr. B was efficient, thorough, and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. She explained each step, and the process was quick yet careful. The crown feels secure, and I left the office pain-free and reassured. Highly recommend Dr. B for their professional and compassionate care!

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience with Dr. Basu today! I had an emergency last night when a crown fell out (put in at another dentist’s office). I was able to be seen first thing this morning on a Saturday and have my crown put back on. Dr. Basu was SO kind, thorough, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on. Brookhaven Family Dentistry isn’t my regular dentist, but when I left today I went ahead and got my next cleaning scheduled here. So glad to have found this office!

Fantastic experience: TL;DR: There’s no need to dread/put off being a responsible adult regarding your dental care if you are a patient at Brookhaven Family Dentistry. The Brookhaven Family Dentistry practice is PHENOMENAL! After becoming a patient of theirs, it’s easy to understand why this practice is such an integral part of the local community and has a perfect 5 star rating on Google. The practice genuinely cares about providing compassionate, minimally invasive dental care to their patients. Unlike many dental practices I’ve been to in the Atlanta area, the people here genuinely seem to care about the health of their patients and building long-term relationships with them rather than recommending services that aren't actually medically necessary. I was admittedly skeptical when I first looked up the practice’s reviews online - “Surely they must be bribing/coercing their patients to give such glowing reviews”, but after becoming a patient of theirs, I understand how and why the reviews are so stellar despite being freely given by their patients! I don't know how they've managed this, but quite literally everyone here is very kind while also being the ultimate compassionate medical professional who genuinely strives to provide the best care possible. At the end of my visit, when I was getting ready to check out, I was so thrilled about how wonderful everyone was that I excitedly texted my husband to ask if he wanted me to schedule his appointment for him (he was also in need of a new dental practice). By the way, despite the practice not directly contracting with insurance companies (per their website), fear NOT! Mary Beth, the office orchestrator, works with the insurance companies to ensure that patients receive the care they need. Details about my visit: Upon entry into the office, I was immediately warmly greeted and taken care of by everyone I encountered. The people whose names I recall (apologies for the ones I didn’t catch the names of!) were very welcoming and took excellent care of me - Mary Beth, Lisdannia (“Lis”), Angeline, and Dr. Monell. Angeline is an especially incredible dental hygienist - never before has my “preventive” dental maintenance by a hygienist felt so pleasant while thorough that I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her (I have never before looked forward to the routine 6-month cleaning until Angeline). The practice also seems to be plugged into the local community - rather than showing the usual HGTV shows on the tvs in the rooms, information on local small businesses is shown on the tvs to highlight and celebrate the products and services they provide the Atlanta area. It really makes you feel like you’re a part of the community (plus, you learn about fabulous local businesses). What an absolute gem it is to have a compassionate dental practice with integrity and competence in our Atlanta community!

Fantastic experience: I am happy I found this dentistry. I was desperate needing an emergency appt and I picked them after their amazing reviews. I called and got an appt same day. Everyone was very nice. Dr Kokabi came in and met me and was super personable and friendly. He gave me honest transparent feedback after my xrays of my options. After my decision, Dr Monell performed my extraction and he was just as great. Made me feel at ease all the way through the procedure. I had no bad vibes throughout the whole experience. And I really appreciated that Dr Monell, was a person of his word and texted me to follow up with how I was doing 2nd day into post extraction. They really do live up to their 5 star rating of service, professionalism and friendliness. In an industry that's so uncomfortable for alot of people it's so needed to have dentists that truly care about their patients. Definitely recommended and I'll be going back for all my care!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Brookhaven Family Dentistry was amazing. The office was super clean, the staff was friendly and my hygienist and dentist Dr. Basu was spectacular. She was engaging, very knowledgeable and provided me with expert recommendations on how to improve my smile. I am so happy I found this dentistry, just moving to the area. Fantastic experience: I just went to the Brookhaven family dentistry for the first time based on recommendation from several coworkers. It was the best experience! Everyone was so so nice, they were so thorough explaining everything and the cleaning was so detailed. I wish I found them sooner. I will be back!
