Fantastic experience: Staff and environment are so kid friendly! Grateful that my kids have had a positive experience every time and enjoy going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Children’s Choice is extremely friendly and professional. We’ve been impressed from day one. My children have recieved exceptional, individualized care from every dentist. Dr. Chris is our favorite, he has a great sense of humor and is so positive and fun!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful visit. My special needs son really struggles with dental care and Children’s choice works with him each time to feel more and more comfortable. Today’s visit was a big win in that my son let the hygienist do more than they have ever done. She really connected with him and got him to respond in ways we haven’t seen before.

Negative experience: Was going many years to same place, into someone come to scheduled appointment (he told his doctors, Dave brother), I don’t even know his name) , They cannot be seen today because we requested same person over the years. Was not able to schedule any of my three kids appointment after that. Not taking any message to Dr not explaining reason we just cannot reschedule. One of my kids has urgent need, and called all 3 locations. This Dava’s brother put something in, non of my 3 kids can’t be seen. Disappointed. My family was going there for many years.

Fantastic experience: We have been at Children's Choice for over 14 years and always have such a great experience during our visits. The dentists are super knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. The assistants are thorough and engaging.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience with Children's Choice. They were very patient with my kids. Even when my son was running around they were understanding and very friendly. This is the first dentist my daughter has ever opened her mouth and got her teeth cleaned. And the lady that was there made her day over all im happy with how things went

Fantastic experience: Dr Toillion was exceptional. My 2 year old struggles with any sort of dentist or doctor visit. But Dr Toillion was incredibly accommodating and eased both my son and us parents! He even mentioned to let them know of any sensory issues my son may have for the future appointments so they can accommodate him further. Very happy and grateful to be able to take my son here!

Negative experience: Edit: The response they have given is a total straw man and potentially a HIPPA violation (screen grabbed thank you) and has nothing to do with my complaint (please actually read my review?) Nor did they "try to reach out" to me. In fact quite the opposite. Totally dishonest and gaslighting. /Edit Dental hygienist was wearing nail charms and admitted she's "lost a few" God knows how many kids have swallowed those things. Please be more professional when you get your nails done and dress for the job you perform. I asked to talk with the Dentist on the phone to express my concerns and they told me I couldn't. Not that he'd call me back just "no" until I asked "really not even a call back?" And they said "maybe". Maybe? Sounds to me like they're covering for each other. I scheduled my child with another dentist who assured me they have a strict policy for nails and charms certainly aren't allowed. So my guess is the staff are trying to prevent the Dentist from being told about this because Im guessing they do (or should?) have policies against this. Sad that they care more about vanity than the health and welfare of children. Children have died from heavy metal poisoning from swallowing charms. They pose a variety of health risks. Please don't send your children here at least until they clearly establish reasonable policies on this.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 2 years old and very..... spirited lol. This dentist and the assistants were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and fun. I was impressed with this dentist office. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had nothing but great experiences every single time my 5 year old son, Waylon, comes in for a dental cleaning- I truly can’t recommend the North Spokane location enough! Today we saw Dr. Chris and his assistant Katie and they were both so great with Waylon, so friendly and welcoming and made the cleaning so quick and easy! I was also really impressed with the Kids’ Sonicare electric toothbrush deal- a rechargeable toothbrush that can be customized with different sticker faces plus 5 brush heads for $35! My son is so excited and asked to use his new toothbrush as soon as he got home from school! I wanted to add that we had interactions with two front desk ladies as well, one was Darcy and the other I forget her name, but she had beautiful curly hair and checked us in- they were both so nice and helpful! Thank you all for always being so great and for making my son love coming to the dentist!

I love how they take such great care of him, take the time to explain everything to me, and are considerate of my input in his dental care. We would never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been taking our daughter here for about 5 years. We love the dentists, the assistants, the dental hygienists, the front desk staff. All around has been an amazing place. The play area has plenty for the kids while you wait, the fish tank is always engaging, the front desk staff is really amazing, I personally feel like I’m being welcomed into someone’s home when they welcome us and it feels like a home I know, they make you very comfortable, the hygienists are wonderful with the kids and keep things light and happy, the dentists are so informative and so through. I personally wish I could be a patient here and I’m 26! My 6 year old daughter doesn’t enjoy dental visits but she enjoys these people and they make her dental visits so much nicer than I remember mine being as a child with dental fear. They really are amazing, they make sure the parents are informed and they keep the children comfortable within their own means, meaning, kids who are inquisitive get answers through instruction basically, they show them the tools they’re using and let them experience them first hand to reduce fear. It’s really amazing. I can’t say better things about this place because I truly have nothing better to say than they are exceptional, above and beyond, great people and great children skills. They can help your anxious child go from anxious to excited and I love that.

Fantastic experience: Children’s Choice Clinic is truly outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The waiting area is bright, clean, and filled with fun activities to keep little ones entertained, which immediately put my child at ease. The doctors and nurses are fantastic with kids—patient, kind, and very attentive to their needs. They explained everything clearly to both my child and me, which made the experience much less stressful. It’s clear they genuinely care about their young patients and want the best for them. Scheduling appointments was simple, and the staff is always accommodating, the service has been exceptional. My child even looks forward to coming back! If you’re looking for a clinic where your child will feel comfortable and cared for, Children’s Choice Clinic is the place to go. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing care!

Fantastic experience: This place is the best I've been with them since my oldest son was 4 and he is 25 now. Currently my youngest is seeing them. He is autistic and they are amazing with him. His tech today was able to keep redirecting him to actually clean his teeth which has only happened one other time. He even let her floss his teeth when he won't even let me do that. The doctor was kind and patient with him as well.

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful experience for my son. The place is very clean with lots of amenities for children. The staff and the doctor are friendly and kind. They made my son feel so comfortable and at ease. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend the place to friends.

Fantastic experience: These people have helped my kids feel comfortable and helped my daughter overcome major anxiety when she was young! She couldn't even open her mouth when she first came in at six. She needed major tooth removal because of overcrowding, and now at 17, I look at her beautiful smile and am just so thankful for the skilled people here who helped us through the difficult process.

Fantastic experience: When I checked in for my appointment, the front desk was prompt to let me know that I may be waiting due to emergencies. Front desk staff would check in every once in a while due to the wait. Very kind, very professional. The back of house staff was great with handling my special needs son and his odd needs with care. Overall 40 minutes in and out. Great experience, will be returning.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has had a rough go with her oral health and is pretty traumatized by prior experiences. The team at Children's choice had their work cut out for them with her recent procedure. They were so attentive to her fears, needs and took the time and had the patience necessary to work with her, ease her fears and try to help make the process as pain and fear free as possible. She was scared but relaxed and they completed her procedure with min issues and she was elated to tell me how it "didn't even hurt this time mom". Thank you for taking the time in your busy day to make her as comfortable as can be despite the fact you have a million things to get done. We all appreciate it and are thrilled to have found Children's Choice Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry practice has been the best; very family- friendly atmosphere! We moved here from East Tennessee and we know hospitality in the south and I felt right at home….. They go above and beyond to make it a pleasurable experience for the kids! Dr. Charlie also went above and beyond to explain the history of the family practice! He has a lot to be proud of! He is a very thorough dentist!! I had the pleasure of meeting his brother today when he took great care of Fischer with his cavity! They make a great team and I love how encouraging they are to the kids! I will recommend this dentistry practice to everyone I come in contact with that has kids! The dentists are efficient and super friendly as well. They always treat my kids like they are people and don’t talk down to them. We really love and appreciate you guys!

Fantastic experience: I have said before and will say it over and over! This is the most incredible dentist office for children. My daughter broke her tooth at school today and they were able to get her in and fix her up so fast. Then went out of their way to get ahold of the next spot to get her lip all stitched up immediately! I can not express what it means to have such a great team looking after your children!

Fantastic experience: Every single time I bring my 5 year old son in for a cleaning, the level of care he receives is unmatched. The bedside manner of the assistant and doctor are top tier. The assistant he had yesterday, had such a calm and sweet demeanor, she was patient with my son’s wiggles, talked to him about what she was doing and made the visit all around great for him! This is the only dentist he’s ever been to and we’ll continue coming here- he looks forward to dental cleanings. Fantastic experience: I been bringing my kids here for about 6 yrs now. Little sister has to come this time and they asked how she was. 2 in July. We talked about how she could get seen now and I said ya I'll be making her appointment soon. They had the time so she got squeezed in between my other girls. We were so amazed how well my 2 yr old did. She was so eager to get her teeth n mouth checked out. It was too dang cute. She fussed with me cuz the bigger sisters had the seat.. we love the play room and tvs they have also the big and tall fish tank. We love this children's dentist. I'll bring mine until they got the she that they need to transfer to an adult dentist. In which they help you find one or refer you out as well. family oriented dentist. Love it

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic with some other special needs as well. Plus, he has major (very severe) anxiety about the dentist due to a couple of pretty bad experiences. Add that to his special needs and it’s been rough to even get him to go in for a cleaning. Yesterday he had to have a little work done on a permanent tooth, and I was totally moved by how patient and understanding the staff all were. He took probably double the time that it usually takes (maybe longer) because he was so upset and needed to understand what was going to happen before they started. They totally put him in the drivers seat and let him know it was up to him. They explained everything from start to finish, twice, and gave me time to sit with him so he could calm down. They didn’t pressure him or try and coerce him, or even try to bribe him like so many do. They just let him know that he was in control and didn’t have to do anything he didn’t want to. Then they gave him time to process everything until he was ready. It meant the world to me. Once he was, everything went so smoothly, he even laughed and made a couple of jokes (something I’ve never seen him do at the dentist). I will never forget it. I don’t think he will either. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: the parking lot was full, the waiting room was full and the dental techs we’re apologizing for the wait to people they were bringing back. Most families being called back had 2-3 kids being seen at a time and we were waiting at least 23 minutes until we were called back for our appt (which we showed up on time for). I will say once called back, the appointment only took 30 minutes (w/ X-rays). I only wonder if people who show up past their appt times are still seen, not rescheduled or treated as “on call” and add to the burden of those of us who respect the office time and show up promptly.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Children's choice for years. My son (7 years old) has had a bad experience from his past dentist clinic and switching to children's choice has been the best. I am so pleased with their service and friendly, patient and informative staff. Every appointment we go to my son’s progress with his anxiety of going to the dentist improves more and more. We look forward to continued care there and couldn’t thank the staff enough.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is autistic, and they more then accommodated her needs. I tried to do a regular appointment, in the open Bay area... She did okay but the chair scared her so the assistant brought us into this quiet room which I was then able to calm her down. When the dentist came in the technique that he used to look in my daughter's mouth was impeccable!! They made sure that she had fun and was comfortable the entire time that way when we go back she'll be 10 times more comfortable than she was the first time and that's what I really appreciated about this place! Thank you to this team for being so supportive!

They have been our favorite dentist even though we have moved across the country several times, and only come back to the area to visit family. We schedule our dental work around our time here. They really are that good, and genuinely care about kids and families.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!! Went in for a yearly and our DA sang nursery rhymes with my 3 year old daughter while doing her exam cause it calmed my daughter down. Then they drew pictures together while waiting for the dentist to come by!! Best experience by far

Fantastic experience: I was worried going in because of horror stories of kids hating the dentist but the dentist came in did a quick brush and that was it. I'm so happy we chose to have our son go here. I'm very happy with his dentist and how quick he was and it didn't feel rushed at all.

Fantastic experience: We love children's choice! I have a child with extreme anxiety around needles and needed an extraction. He went in a little anxious and came out happy, I kid you not. They really know what they are doing, the dentists and hygienists are fabulous.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always gone to children’s choice as a kid and loved them. I’m an adult now with a son and he now goes there, today was his first “big boy” appointment in the big chair. They were so gentle and slow with him making sure not to overwhelm him!

Fantastic experience: I love everything about children's choice. All of the staff is amazing, but I'm most impressed with the dentists. They are kind, knowledgeable and always attentive to both the parents concerns and the kids. You never feel rushed, they give my kids prizes and froyo cards when they get fillings (that are not silver ). It really is all about the children and I LOVE THAT! highly recommend ☺️

Fantastic experience: Our visit to this pediatric dental office was fantastic! The facility is spacious, clean, and welcoming, perfect for kids. The waiting area was well-equipped with toys and t.v, keeping my children entertained while we waited for our appointment. The assistant who helped us was very kind and informative, making sure my children understood each step of the visit. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions. Overall, a great experience. We have definitely found our new go-to dental office in the area. Highly recommend!

The quality of their work is exceptional! They always find a way to get us in if we have an urgent need and getting in for regular appointments is always reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience at the north side children’s choice! The staff is so kind and friendly. We were brought back on time and my three kids and I all stayed together in this cozy nook while there cleanings were taken care of right in front of me. The dental team answered my questions and made sure I understood my children’s different treatment plans. I would highly recommend children’s choice pediatric dentistry. 5 for sure. Ps.- updated 2024. We had to reschedule the appointment and they got us in the vary next day. All 3 kids at once. So awesome

Staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Will be back. Update: We have been back and I continue to be impressed with their gentle, caring approach to dentistry for children. Emily was totally awesome and deserves praise for her creative and reassuring interaction with my four year old Granddaughter. Much thanks! Granddaughter now 6, and still excellent care here.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old daughter had an accident at school today and needed to be seen. They were able to get her in for an emergency visit and the staff was amazing! She wasn't scared, listened to them and they were absolutely fantastic with her and making sure she was comfortable. They went over everything with her so she understood that they needed to pull her tooth. They even asked her if she had any questions for them and made sure she knew she could ask any questions she had. My kids have been going to the North location for about 10 years and 7 years and I will never take them to another dentist. The lady at the front desk even made sure to ask how she was and told her what a good job she did being brave!

Fantastic experience: Love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. I also really appreciate the patience they have with the little ones. My youngest is a handful sometimes and they never make me feel embarrassed or rushed or annoyed with us.

Fantastic experience: We cave been coming here for years and years!! This office is always welcoming and everyone is happy and helpful. I like the set up how you can sit with your kiddo and see them interact with everyone at the appointment. The dentists are so great with the kids. They are truly people to them. Fantastic experience: Childrens choice was recommended to me by a few people for my 8 year old son with special needs. They were so patient and calm during the whole visit! They showed him every single tool and let him feel it on his hand before it went in his mouth and went at his pace. Previous dentists have left him traumatized by holding him down to do visits but children can choice was amazing! Highly recommend for anyone with special needs children or even kids a bit more nervous or anxious.

Fantastic experience: Children's Choice North is great! Appointment was prompt, staff is friendly and the doc was great at explaining what's going on and what we can expect in our little guy's tooth-growing experience. We had a couple of questions and they were easily answered.

Fantastic experience: From the front desk, to billing, to the dental assistants, and Dentists, the Children’s Choice is 5 stars across the board. My kids always feel comfortable here because of how kind everyone is. Never once have I been pressured into a recommended procedure, it is always factually presented so that I can make the best choice for my children’s dental health. I also love that they don’t push every kid into braces, they allow space and time for each kid to develop at their own pace. We are so thankful for the Children’s Choice!

Fantastic experience: I am a Guardian to my nephew and he has never went to the dentist before. They were so amazing with him and his anxiety. They showed him every tool they were using and let him hold the suction which he enjoyed and it distracted him well. They made the whole visit go so smooth and answered all his questions. Fantastic experience: I was so impressed by CCPD at our first visit.I couldn't imagine how they would top it. We had our 2nd visit today, and the experience was 10/10 and more! I am so grateful that we chose this dental office for our two boys. The staff is so friendly. They made my kids feel very comfortable and safe. I loved the extra effort they made while interacting with them. They make it a fun experience and let the kids participate throughout their visit. They were accommodating to both of their sensitivities/needs. They are personable, professional, and very informative.

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going to Children's Choice for 10 years. Awesome staff that really knows how to make kids comfortable. Great waiting rooms with a view of your kids so you can watch without feeling like you're in the way.

Fantastic experience: My 1 year old had a great first experience. Everyone was very patient with him and we were in and out in 15 minutes. The room was comfortable and I was able to hold him the whole time.

Fantastic experience: I used to take my children to the South Hill location, but was having some issues up there. I ended up switching my children to the north Spokane location, and it has been a night and day difference. The north office is much bigger, the waiting room is much more child friendly, and the staff up here have been nothing short of incredible. My 5 year old son had a molar pulled yesterday, and he had no issues. The staff talked him through it and were kind and gentle. The north office is what a pediatric dental facility should be.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always kind, patient and make the kiddos feel at ease. Facility is always clean and orderly. Love that they can get both of my kids in at once. Our little family began our dental care at Children’s Choice and the care my kiddos receive has been amazing through the 7 years that we had been going there.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to technicians and dentists, everyone always strives to help, make you feel comfortable and welcome. We started going when our twins were 7 months. They are 14 now and we are SO appreciative of the atmosphere, service and level of care. Our oldest, 19, was graduated to adult dental and he misses calm, friendly, personalized, care. We are also so relieved that our two special needs kids have Children's Choice dental care. Thanks to all for making what has been, for past generations, a nightmare situation, into an easy-going and even fun way to maintain dental health.

Fantastic experience: My kiddo and I absolutely love this place. From the receptionists, to the dental assistants, to hygienists, to the dentists. They all are so sweet and do an amazing job. I would recommend this place to every parent.

Fantastic experience: My kids dentist for 16 years now!!! Happy mom and happy kids. They have made my kids feel heard each time they come in. Absolutely hands down love the staff. They always make my 4 children feel comfortable and give them the best care. If you need a wonderful dentist with amazing staff who are friendly caring and love your kids like family this is the place for you. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly fun place for kids. Which starts at the doors. Staff up front is very welcoming and the waiting area is fun and perfect for kidos. The medical staff and doctors are fun and easy around kids. Kids don’t have time to get stressed out about a “dentist fear”. Even the aquarium and little waiting rooms by the cleaning stations are fun as you wait with another kido. I am very happy with this place and would recommend anyone I know to go to this place!!!! You won’t regret!! Kids don’t dread it, they’re excited!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing! My daughter wasn't sure about the dentist and was kinda scared of the tools but they were so patient with her. By the end of the vist she was fine and was saying she was ready to go back there again for her next visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew and the team at Children’s Choice were absolutely amazing. We brought our 9 month old in while we were on vacation for the week in Spokane. We needed our daughter to be seen for an unusual shaped tooth and the possibility of having to extract it. They were able to accommodate our schedule and he eased our minds with his guidance and extensive knowledge. Dr. Andrew had such a great bedside manner, he was patient with us and my 937395 questions ;) and very gentle with our daughter. I wish he could be our primary pediatric dentist in AZ! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office! The front staff is always so welcoming and outgoing, the kids area and fish create an environment that is fun for children to wait in, and every dentist (any of the Toillion's are our favorite) we have seen have been amazing with our kids and they are so informative with all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first appt today after a bad experience at a different place. Children’s choice was amazing. Clean and happy atmosphere. The people who took care of my daughter took the time to show her what was going to happen during a cleaning instead of trying to force it on her. Then she actually let them clean her teeth! Melted my momma heart. We both loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: Childrens Choice is amazing! Gentle, kind, the all interact so amazing with all the children. The hygienists and dentists are well loved. My son always chats up the ladies who clean his teeth, inviting them to our BBQs and birthdays...lol. All my momma friends take our kids here.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to The Children’s Choice for 12 years now. At our most recent visit, they were so patient when my three year old was suddenly scared to sit in the chair for an exam. They offered to do a lap exam. They talked with him, encouraged him and allowed him to “help” with his siblings. It’s not often you can take five kids, ranging from preschool to high school and everyone have a great time! My kids actually really enjoy going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: My 5 children have been getting dental care at Children's Choice for nearly 10 years. We have always been happy with their care. The staff are all kind, friendly, and skilled. We see multiple staff members who have been there the whole time we've been patients there. Scheduling has been very accommodating, even with multiple children and busy schedules. I always recommend Children's Choice!

Fantastic experience: We travel 2+ hours to come here, but its worth the drive every time! I'd say they are doing something right when my kids beg to go to the dentist! Always the best experience here from front desk staff, to hygienists, to the Dr's.

Fantastic experience: Children's Choice is a wonderful dental clinic. The staff are very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Update: This is by far the most helpful and caring group of individuals I have came across in a dental clinic. I can not recommend this place enough. 6 out of 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: This dental office was the BEST! We were sent here as a referral from the prior dentist (which I have nothing good to say about them) and it was the best thing ever coming here! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming! My son had a grand ‘ol time here. He was comforted by dental assistant Terri (I’m so sorry if I spelt your name wrong). She showed him what she was going to do and use on his teeth. If you have young kiddos’ this is the place to take them!

Fantastic experience: Children’s choice is AMAZING!! My daughter loves loves going there!! They are very caring, kind, professional, compassionate and understanding. They have made my daughter feel heard each time she comes in. They take the time to understand what the situation is and take time with fixing anything that needs to be done. ( this last time she had a filling done).
