Positive experience: Dentists are great, billing horrible. After confirming my insurance information and saying I didn't own anything, I got dismissed. SEVERAL MONTHS later, they are trying to charge me and my husband both because they don’t accept my insurance. You cant confirm the insurance coverage during the appointment and change your mind months later…

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Claywell, the facilities are fantastic, top notch, I just found my new forever dentist. The only thing I could suggest would be that the people that take care of accounts and payments could be a little bit more friendly and pleasant, and that the music be a little bit more soft and soothing, but other than that no real issues. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work. The other root canal service which my family dentist referred told me a month away appointment. This place took only 5 days including 2 days in a weekend. And the root canal was only 50 minutes. No more pain! Thank you very much, Dr. Claywell and Tyler!

Fantastic experience: As usual Dr Jay was professional and friendly, I had a broken denture and wanted to know if it could be repaired, Dr Jay looked at the broken pieces and decided that he could repair it, my appointment was at 11:00am I walked out of the office at 11:12am with a perfectly repaired denture, I’ve seen him several times and he has always been very kind and professional, always a very pleasant experience with the whole team, I’m not a big fan of dental visits, the staff and Dr Jay make it as pleasant as they possibly can,

Negative experience: I do not recommend them because I went to them in November and sat down with them and we had an agreement and plan and they were supposed to bill my insurance for everything up front because my insurance would end at the new year and there was enough money to do the whole job! Well now they want to recharge me again and it is June now and I still don’t have teeth! I have talked to them with no resolve

Fantastic experience: Great experience for first visit. Seen Dr. Claywell for a crown. He was upfront with what was needed and all options including a crown or a filling so no pressure was felt to do something specific. He let me know my cost before work began. I wish this was how all medical was approached. Great experience for something I don’t especially like to experience in general. I definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't express how great my experience was with Dr. Luke Shrewsbury. I have severe dental anxiety and they calmed me down from a panic attack and were so patient with me. My last dentist had trouble getting me numb to get a cavity filled and that's why I switched in the first place. He got it like it was nothing and did another filling that was broken so that I didn't have to go through all of it again. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: On Monday, my crown came out, contacted Bryan and he was able to get me to see the dentist right away. Less than 10 minutes I was in the chair . The crown was repaired and I was out of there within 20 minutes. Excellent service.
