Fantastic experience: Being a new patient at WD, and not knowing exactly what to expect, I must say that I was extremely impressed. From the front desk, to the coordinators, to the dental assistant, Dr Alexa and the hygienist, everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and professional. There was no hard sale for unnecessary procedures. The office was very clean and pleasant. An overall positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Angela and Dr. Tibbetts are amazing, so personable. They are both efficient but take the time to address your needs and concerns. I’ve been going to this practice since the 90’s and won’t go anywhere else. If you are looking for a new dentist/facility, I urge you to try them out. I’ve seen every dentist in that practice and they are all amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alexa was amazing!! She is so kind and considerate. I had an unusual circumstance where I had all my luggage with me bc I had a flight after the appointment and she made sure I was comfortable. Even let me go get Starbucks and watched my luggage for me as my crown was being made for my tooth. She talked me through all parts of the dental procedure which felt reassuring. I haven’t had great experiences with other dentists before so I’m always leery, but Dr. Alexa and her team reassured me! It’s been about 2 weeks since I got my crown and my tooth is healing normally and chewing feels natural. Thank you so much Williamsburg Dental

There aren’t any reasons to dread going to the dentist once you start going to Williamsburg Dental, frankly. If you do though, they have an approach that anticipates those anxiety provoking issues and is so responsive if they haven’t already.

Fantastic experience: Williamsburg Dental is a wonderful place to go for your dental needs. The staff are so kind and have every detail taken care of from the time you walk in the door. Dr. Alexa Spennato also pays attention to every detail, she even called me the next day to make sure everything was fine. I had two crowns replaced everything was done in one day(not temporary crowns) the final crowns because they are able to make the crowns at the office. Thank you Dr. Alexa, I appreciate you!

The goody bags and soft pretzels are awesome too. Everyone needs a dentist, so you might as well pick a good one. Everyone at Williamsburg dental is top notch. Update: I have moved so coming here was less than practical so I chose a local dentist for my routine cleaning. However, when a small dental issue arose there was no way I could trust anyone but Dr.Bob… so imagine my dismay when I arrived and was seated to find out it wasn’t him. It was Alexa. I was nervous to say the least. Well.. my anxiety was not needed. She handled me like a seasoned pro and with every bit of skill I have come to expect from Williamsburg Dental.

Dr. Gettes' professionalism with patient care is what stands out the most. Fantastic experience: Dr did a nice job. Minimal pain. Besides, that experience was wonderful. Everybody's always smiling.

Negative experience: This practice is now owned by CORDENTAL Group which is a DSO. DSO dentist have a base salary plus they get commission on any procedures. In order to make more money, they need to find issues. In order to make more money for CORDENTAL they need to bill more. I can't tell you how many DSOs I tried and they told me I had an issue, when I fact checked them with an independent dentist, they could not find any problems. I wish they didn't sell. Go find an independent dentist who is not commissioned based.

She is highly knowledgeable and always provides tips on my care. Finally, Dr Tibbetts is wonderful. He is gentle, knowledgeable and highly skilled. I always feel I have great care at Williamsburg.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Robert Spennato is flat out the best dentist I’ve ever had. Not only is Williamsburg Dental beautiful, the staff are friendly, engaging and welcome everyone so warmly. I chipped my tooth and reached out at the suggestion of my wife and had an appointment within a day. (My last dentist was a 3 month wait.) The day of, my wife’s schedule changed and we had no one to watch our 7 month old. So, I took her with me. I needed this chip fixed for work (I’m in sales and talk to customers face to face all day.) I was nervous about brining her but Dr. Spennato and his staff were thrilled she was along for the visit. They gave her toys to play with and I think my daughter met the entire office that day. She sat on my lap while Dr. Spennato repaired my broken smile and to be honest I think it looks better than before. The dentist may not be everyone’s favorite place, but Dr. Spennato will be everyone’s favorite dentist.

Fantastic experience: I recently starting seeing Dr. Alexa Spennato. I had an emergent issue this week and I was seen within a few hours of calling. My visit was thorough and when I had an issue with my prescription Dr. Spennato spoke with me to help navigate the issue. She also reached out to check in on me the next day after hours. Her and her office staff demonstrated compassion and expertise that does not go unnoticed!

Then Tara came out to hand me a lovely gift and introduce herself to me. Everyone here is so nice it was actually a pleasure to go to the dentist!! UPDATE: this office is an amazing group of humans! Well I did … my husband and I moved to PA about 2 yrs ago and we needed to find a dentist , my son recommended going to Williamsburg Dental , so I made an appointment w the dentist , went over a few things with the dentist , after my exam I made a appointment for a cleaning w the hygienist..Now mind you I am absolutely afraid of the whole dental experience..
