Fantastic experience: Friendly face, very professional, informative and comforting. My son had a bad experience at his prior denial office and he was so happy and impressed by the was they took care of him and explained what issue he was currently having. My son is very self conscious about his teeth and the last dentist made him feel even more insecure about his smile, American Pediatric dental did the total opposite they informed him without making him feel bad about himself. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a professional charismatic, friendly dentist! If I could give 10 stars I would! Keep up the great work!

Negative experience: They dont return calls or reply. They claim you can text, but still don't reply. Barely understand the lady behind the counter. The techs hurt my kid's mouth, pushing too hard.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that Madeleine was absolutely amazing with my five year old. I worked at Disney in my late teens and I know the emphasis they put on customer service and Madeleine reminded me of the staff in Disney. She made my daughter not only feel comfortable, but she made her feel so important and like a true princess. Her patience and kindness along with her taking her time with my daughter all done with such a grace that only comes from someone that loves children. Madeline I hope you always work with children or the public. I know it was just a dentist appointment but if you have children who are nervous about the dentist this is GOLD! Thank you again!

They are very gentle and patient with my daughters. My children love this place. They would rather I drove past the other 5 Pediatricians office that is very close to our house just the staff here go above and beyond to ensure all clients from all walks of life, backgrounds, gender, religion etc get the best possible treatment for their. That’s what makes them the #1.

Negative experience: Drs and staff are always nice and pleasant. My son has braces so we are there regularly. I wish we did not have to wait an hour for our appt though. For example, It’s a 3pm appt and we were called to the room for the visit at 3:55pm. 55 minutes after scheduled appt time. If you value your time, this is probably not the children’s dentist for you or your family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McCallum is that special type of doctor that you don’t mind to drive 40 minutes for the visit. She takes care of my son since he was a baby and her knowledge, kindness , respect and compassion makes our son feel comfortable and safe . We could not be any happier thanks to Dr. McCallum and her assistant that was amazing too.

Fantastic experience: A great staff that want to help and do what’s best for your. They advise me on a plan that’s best for us to have her teeth repairs complete and took us in as an emergency since the child was in pain. The receptionist at the front desk as you enter is amazing, the assistant made my child comfortable with the visit and the cleaning and the Dr’s explanation on xray was clear. THE BEST try them for sure you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: Unfortunately not the same Dentist office as used to be; it’s not any more quality it is quantity especially for the braces at the beginning, the receptionist was given me the appointment every four weeks and the day and time that I could make it now they give it to you when they want it and you have to make it. Otherwise, you have to wait another two weeks . it’s not the same anymore. :(

Positive experience: I must say I use to love this office when it was ran by another company.. before it became this group thing where you can't call the office and speak with someone. It took 2 months to get my son's last appointment which was today 10/2 after calling leaving VM and sending text messages to a # no one response too. How is the health care ? I'm am currently looking for a new dentist office along with a mom friend of mine who kids have been going her since it was pediatrics dentistry.. Please note our sourcing is not the way to go. It has cost you guys patients.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist! My oldest was traumatized at another pediatric dentist when she was little. Our first visit here 6 years ago, she wasn't scared at all! I now have 3 kids that come here and they love it! The staff is always friendly and the doctors are great!

Negative experience: Horrible waiting time. Sitting here for the past hour and still not called. The appointment was at 10 am and it’s already 11:03 am. The management should consider people’s time

Positive experience: Great experience, quick service at Coral Springs location. However, no estimate was applied with my insurance as I was quoted full price. In addition, my five year old said to me he liked the Plantation location better because he was given balloon and stickers. My son apparently was impressed with his previous visit. For those reason we may have to consider other options.

Negative experience: Every time I come here it is always a wait of over an hr before them call my son in. I dont recommend this place. I’m not sure if it is bc them take the Medicaid. Unless you have 2 hrs or more waste don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: Honestly was very disappointed today my sons appointment was 9:30 we only went in the room an hour later, after computers not working properly from X-ray pictures and switching rooms about 3 times, I waited again to get a prescription the time was 12:10 when I gave up and went to front desk to complain. I just picked up my sons prescription at the pharmacy and doctor prescribed pills instead of liquid antibiotics

Fantastic experience: My children have been coming here for years since they were very little now they are big it really doesn’t matter which Dr do you get in Coral Springs they are all awesome. Usually we see Dr. McCullen, but I have to admit that they have been nothing but professional when she’s not present and the front desk staff and hygienist are just as important. They have terrific customer service, and they know how to keep a parent calm without overstepping. Love you guys!

Negative experience: This is the last time I am taking my child here. They have no respect for someone's time.. EVERYTIME we come here I have to wait over an hour in waiting room. This time we 5:30 appointment , we didn't go in till 6:30. Someone needs to do something about this.

Positive experience: Even though you may not get them directly on the phone cause it goes through a 3rd party it's still a good office. So when you need something to sign it's hard alittle bit.

Fantastic experience: The hygenist Zikyria (not sure if that is how her name is spelled) is AMAZING. She is very good and patient with kids. My baby boy was a bit anxious, which rendered him handful, she took great care of him.

Positive experience: Just called the office, our appointment was today, my daughters are/were going to be new patients. The second person I spoke with was very nice but the first was a little rude. She put me on hold without saying a word and when the second person picked up I had to explain the situation all over again. I booked this appointment about a week ago and filled out the forms online. Not only did they not receive the forms but I was informed that they only accept DHMO plans until 6 years of age. I was disappointed by the whole situation. I'm not sure how their services are but I feel that the front office staff is the first point of contact and should represent their best.

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my daughter here, the staff is simply amazing, simply professional and they always greet you with such a smile that they just make your day, The doctor who extracted my daughter's two teeth, was so passionate and dedicated to her craft, that my daughter didn't have time to cry. Negative experience: 100% take care of the children in their care. I rate low for respect of time. I made an appointment for 10am. Rushing to get there before 10am. When I do arrive prior to my appointment time. I am sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, and the room is packed that people are standing. This is unacceptable, I am even more concern regarding covid. I will try another location moving forward, or try another company that actually can respect time.

Negative experience: Super upset with this dental office. My daughter had an accident and chipped the two front teeth two years ago. I have taken her to this office since this incident happened. They never told me there was anything wrong with her teeth or her gums. I have taken her to a check up every two years before and since she chipped her tooth and nothing was ever told to me about any issues cause from my daughter’s fall. The last appointment I had at this office was a 2 hour wait for a routine cleaning for my other daughter. I didn’t care for the treatment from this office so for the next dentist appt, I chose to go to another dental office. About two weeks ago, I noticed a bump on my daughter’s gum. Concerned, I set an appointment with Super Smiles kids Dental. At that appointment I was told my daughter has a very bad infection in her gum on this side with the bump and an on the other side an infection in her baby tooth. They told me she needed antibiotics AND for those two teeth to be extracted! My daughter will be 5 in march. I don’t see how this office did not see any issues as I probably brought her in (after the fall) at least 6 times! Now our only option is to extract her baby teeth so it hopefully doesn’t affect her permanent teeth!! I am so upset. I can see how you can be so negligent after multiple visits. Now my daughter will have no front teeth until her Permanent teeth grow in and hopefully there is not permanent damage to them! I would not go here ever again and I would recommend if you have brought your kids here, get a second option as they don’t seem to be very thorough. I’m heart broken my little one has to go through this and probably could have been corrected 2 years ago!

Negative experience: I would give this office a zero if I can for professionalism. I’ve been coming to this office for a few years have made a review before and thought that it will improve but it only getting worse. It’s so hard to schedule an appointment date and time needed and every time I called in always been waiting then put to voicemail and or hung up. Staff cannot understand or respond properly to what I was asking for when I call. This is very frustrating when you said that you try to make it convenient but all I get is difficulties and frustration. I hope that it’ll get better soon or you’ll be losing more patients as this keep going.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are always very friendly to us. They are extremely patient and very accommodating to my son who was very nervous on his first visit but became very comfortable on his regular visits now after that very pleasant first time visit with them. Fantastic experience: My daughter has autism and they always take great care of her and make us both very comfortable. Have never had a bad experience there. I had to take her in for an emergency appointment for the first time and I was so nervous and it went so well. Great office and staff. Very kind and patient. Especially If your child has special needs, I would highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Not very many pleasant today at all, 30mins spoke to about 5 different people telling the same story, appointment was cancelled while I was getting the kids ready to leave the house, no explanation as to how or why it was cancelled, no new appointment was made, I didn’t get a call or notification my husband did (who wasn’t home btw) mind you, my kid was there just 3 days prior, nobody wants to tell you their names over the phone for anything to get traced back to them, I was hung upon, sent to voicemail, placed on hold all without knowing. The frustration is real. Please do better, people have multiple children they have to work around, I cancelled my appointment and the child’s school to go in because he needs dental work and no notice of his appointment being cancelled. That was very unpleasant!

Fantastic experience: My daughter will only be seen at this office. She panics with dental appointments. I completely recommend if your child struggles as well. Both Coral Springs and Pembroke Pines locations have been phenomenal.

Negative experience: We have been comming for years at this location and always had a pleasant experience, unfortunately not today. We were there with both of my kids for the 6 month cleaning and check up, the hygienist that got us from the front door had no patient manners orientated to make the kids feel comfortable, she didnt even greet us properly , let alone introduce her or ask them few questions to predispose the for a better experience. She was rushing tremendiously to get out of there because it was close to 5 o’clock when they are closing, kept looking at her watch and barking orders to my kods how to change positions on the dental chair, no kindness or manners at all. I don’t even want to mention how untidy she looked in her appearance, something totally unacceptable if you work in the medical field!!! Then when we had to schedule our next visit, she gave the wrong info about the date we have to come back again, very unprofessional. I understand that probably that is a new employee as she was very young but no matter how fresh you are at your job you need to be trained probably how to behave and work with kid’s patients.
