Fantastic experience: Nothing i can say to enhance my experience because its already top notch. From the moment i walk in the door with the welcoming receptionist,the friendly staff and dental hygeinists and all the treatment options.They all do awesome work at every aspect of their jobs from the procedures being done. To answering all of my concerns and questions i have. Thanks again to all the staff at Hopewell Dental from a very Happy patient.

Negative experience: Came in for an emergency toothache to get taken care of before leaving for vacation and they wouldn't fix it on the spot and told me I had to schedule another appointment. Going back to Wing/Mack as they would've taken care of me, just couldn't get me in before vacation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Smith was amazing with my daughter she was really nervous at her very first appointment and he knew exactly what to do and made her feel comfortable. After the work she had done she tells me she loves going to the dentist. That’s huge coming from a kid! Appreciate you and your staff!

Fantastic experience: Hopewell Dental is the BOMB. Everyone is kind and the service is great. I'd recommend Dr. Smith highly, but only if you're OK with someone brave enough to give an exam with hair that stands on it's end like he just stuck his finger in an electrical outlet. Shocking!!! Nothing bad to say about this place from the front office to the people who are literally in your face your entire visit. I will say HWD should put the names of other staff we meet on their website - I remember faces not names, else I'd call more people out by name. Diane comes to mind... she's great (assuming I got the name right!). Kudos to HWD. :)

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have a lot of dental work done. I had a very bad experience many years ago with a very aggressive and uncaring dentist which resulted in my having high anxiety and mistrust of any dentist. Dr. Smith and his staff listed to my concerns and validated my feelings. I had to go to the office every 3 weeks for the last 3 months and they were extra caring and kind and patient with me. Although I was either gassed or sedated at each visit, the level of care they showed me allowed me to have trust for them and today's visit I was able to walk in without sedation and be relaxed enough to make it through the appointment with minimal anxiety. Thank you so much for all the kindness you've shown me over these last 3 months and for giving me back a smile I'm proud to show.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient for Hopewell Dental. I have not ever had a horrible experience with dental work but I would of course never say it was pleasant to get fillings or be numbed. I would always leave with my jaw aching and would pretty much be out of commission for several hours afterwards, and I have a lot of anxiety around needles. That all changed for me today. I was numbed and had a small filling taken care of and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the level of care I received. From the front of the office all the way to check out they made me feel like more than just a number to be checked off for the day. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown that was hitting my Opposite tooth and was starting to cause me pain. Even though it’s only in for a few weeks, they got me in just before closing on a Friday with very short notice to clean it up so I wouldn’t be in pain all weekend or longer!

Fantastic experience: Caring! On time and so caring. They are thorough and make you comfortable. Taking such good care of myself and my husband who was always afraid of dentists growing up. He is ill now and needs work done from his wheelchair. He received so much attention from Lacey, Allie, Dana, Cindy and of course Dr. Yeager. Sorry if I left someone out. Fantastic experience: As you may guess, any kind of dental work tends to strike fear into my heart, makes me anxious, and the sound of the cavatron thing echoes in the halls of my nightmares….That said, I have never been utterly impressed with a dental care facility. Over the years that I’ve continued as a client here, they’ve helped me better understand insurance options, had the best possible attitudes in their work (upbeat, caring, honest,) tried to have fun and make me laugh, always took the time to check my comfort level, and referred me to good hands whenever it has been required. For someone who would easily come up with every reason to hate going to a dentist, they make it really hard for me to give them anything but a 5 star rating and recommending them to anyone I know, even if that fills their chairs with people yelling expletives in their minds, while being treated with the best possible service.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased with the Hopewell Dental staff. Recently, my Left front crown broke off completely. Dr. Smith explained in detail how he could only guarantee the tooth staying in place with doing a bridge. Both front teeth were extracted & of course I got a dry socket. The staff have been gentle & gracious with my subsequent visits for that. Thanks so much for your care.

He explained everything I needed to have done and then his staff f igured out how much insurance would no pay and how much I needed to pay. Fantastic experience: The whole office has always been great, especially today when I came in for a problem visit. The front desk lady was great in getting me called back when I lost service multiple times, even checked on me the next morning to make sure I could come in for a visit. The doctor and his assistant were also great in getting me taken care of and was so caring and understanding when I became emotional from being in pain. Everyone was so kind and genuine and got me on the right track with my care in getting me to feeling better. Highly recommend this office and all the kind staff.

Fantastic experience: the dental visit i had was absolutely amazing. without a doubt, it was the best dental experience i’ve ever had. the front desk receptionists were quick to welcome me. throughout the entire time, the assistant, jordan newman, was incredibly sweet, caring, and professional. doctor yeagar was also very kind and professional. even though i was initially scheduled for just an exam, they were able to accommodate my needs and fit in a cleaning. my whole experience today truly reflected the team's amazing and caring nature.

Positive experience: The hygienist was amazing with my daughter who is generally shy and nervous around strangers. However when it was time for my son we have had two appointments where the treatment plan wasn’t done due to various reasons. But 2 wasted trips for fillings.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Hopewell for over a decade. Recently, I was informed that I needed a root canal, which was an unfortunate situation. Initially, I was prescribed antibiotics and scheduled for a future root canal procedure. However, I soon began experiencing intense pain and was uncertain if I could endure the wait until the scheduled date. I called and explained my distress, and what truly distinguishes Hopewell is their remarkable responsiveness. Dr. Smith agreed to see me on the same day and performed the root canal procedure to relieve me from the pain. I'm immensely thankful that I didn't have to suffer for an extended period.

Fantastic experience: I like my new dentist. And all the ladies that work there where do very nice to me and explained everything before they did it. Took there time. I Didn't feel hurried at all. But I think I need to shop around a little. The price of around ten grand for beginning to end for dentures... I can't afford an I can't stand the pain.

Positive experience: I used to be a patient there but for some reason I just quit going to the dentist about 5 years ago. I decided, well my wife was in on the decision making as well, that my breath was bad enough that it was time. I called and they had a cancellation and got me in the next day. None of the people who did my cleanings etc...still worked there nor did the dentist I remembered. And that turned out to be a good thing as the staff there now was awesome! I reccomend them!

Positive experience: Been going here since I can remember, and never in my life have I had such a horrible experience. I understand my mouth is meant to be a little sore after a cleaning, but never have I had both my bottom retainer basically ripped off the back of my teeth.. and been this sore after receiving a cleaning..I'm happy with how it was handled and I appreciate the others there who helped me today, but it sickens me with how dismissive the hygienist was about this.

Negative experience: Someone else mentioned to watch the billing and I also encourage that! I switched to a different dentist and they informed me hopewell had my insurance in wrong so I overpaid. The reason I switched is because I took my son who is 7 for a cleaning and the hygienist that worked with him was very rude to him. He was struggling with the X-rays and both my daughter and I could see she was getting very annoyed with him. The new dentist I am going to is amazing! They helped me set up a treatment plan and put my insurance in correctly so I am not over paying!

I value that since most dental plans have minimal coverage, you know your out of pocket and can plan your treatment accordingly. Give them a call and get established, you will not have any regrets! Negative experience: I have never had such a horrible experience as I have had here. I was seen, had x-rays and initial exam done and scheduled to have 3 of my wisdom teeth removed. Four hours prior to my appointment today, they call and tell me they aren't going to do the extractions now because they look "boney". Also very shady about pricing. They estimated at the highest cost (surgical removal which they say they can't do) and refused to let me know nonsurgical pricing. Truly unprofessional way to conduct business.
