Fantastic experience: For several years, my Hygienist has been Erin. She is very pleasant to work with, makes sure you are comfortable as a patient and is very professional. She always does an excellent job with my cleanings. From the time you walk in, all the staff at Family Dental Associates, from the reception area to the Doctors, greet you with a big hello, warm smile, and friendly demeanor.

Dr Folks has been the best, always concerned about my comfort. Dionne is the sweetest. She makes sure I'm comfortable before getting started, explains the coming procedure and answers all my questions. Try them out if you're thinking about it, they really are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: I want to tell everyone about this dentist office. I love love love this place. Bet ya don't hear anyone say that about their dentist. lol. I have struggled with my teeth for years and have been to many dentist offices. I was never happy with any of them. Its bad enough when you arent treated right nor took care of and you have spent everything you have in the bank only to hear them say, You need another $10,000 before we can do the next procedure. Then on top of being scared and anxious...it just wasn't a good experience. The last dentist I went to I was getting ready to spend my 3rd round of $5000 and I still needed tons of work. Then one day I stumbled onto Family Dental Associates in Miami, Ok. I'm telling you if you want a dentist where the staff and Dr.s are so extremely nice and cater to your every need this is the one. And if that isn't enough, they work with you on the financial end of things where you don't starve to death while getting your teeth fixed. lol They go the extra mile for your comfort ,care and needs. These Dr.s know their stuff!! It's nice to go to a dentist and not be scared and anxious and know that you're not breaking the bank to get your teeth fixed. Sorry this was so long, I just wanted to let everyone know if you need a dentist, please please give this place a try. You will be glad you Did!!!

The Doctor was great, made us feel comfortable and NOT rushed!! I am happy to finally find a dentist in the area that I trust with mine and my family’s dental care.

Fantastic experience: The absolute BEST dentist office I have ever been too. Everyone is happy to be there, they smile and are welcoming, and just genuinely warm. The atmosphere is calm and clean. The staff was wonderful with my children as well. I didn’t worry a bit while I was in another chair getting my cleaning done and they were down the hall a little ways. Wonderful place!!! Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best dental practice around. Just got back from our checkup and cleaning. When we walked in they had birthday cookies waiting for my daughter and I. This place tries to treat you like family. They do more than just care for your teeth. They let you know they’re thinking of you on your birthday and other things that go on in life. Sometimes they just seem to send a gift for no reason just out of the blue. My kids love going and we’ve never had a single fit thrown. They always do amazing with them and make sure that we are all comfortable. I’ll never go to another place as long as I live within driving distance. As I’ve said before, they’re like the Chic-Fil-A of dental! If you’re 30 mins or even an hour away then you better get here. It’s seriously the best and you won’t regret it. Oh and by the way, I’ve already eaten my cookies! The dentist gave them to me so I’m good! LOL

Fantastic experience: Today was my daughter’s very first dentist appointment, and Family Dental made it their mission to ensure my daughter was comfortable from the moment we walked in the door! Taylor did a great job explaining to my daughter what she was doing and to me as a parent about dental care for a three-year-old. Dr. Mallory was very helpful in explaining future dental visits as my daughter gets older. I have been a patient at Family Dental since I was a kid, so it is fun to see my daughter in that seat, too!

She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the step bt step process as she proceeded with the prep for my exam. So kind and down to earth, so it was easy to relax. Would most definitely recommend getting her for a cleaning! Dr. Keim came in, he had a wonderful bedside manner as he checked and thankfully gave me good news, not the best but ready to see them in 6mo. for my follow-up hopefully with improvement. For anyone with hesitation or reservation I would highly suggest Family Dental! Everytime they go above and beyond always meeting or exceeding my expectations. You don't have to worry about breaking the bank during visits, they are prompt on getting you back to be seen. The receptionist ladies and the billing ladies were so kind, poliet, personable. They did absolutely amazing with making you feel welcomed. I can assure you once you make that first appointment, you will see why they are highly recommended. The one thing I do have to mention is their communication...it is like no other they are a step above the rest hands down! Anytime there was a change to scheduling they were contacting me to see if it was a good time to come in since I had requested to be on the "standby list" for any cancelations. The staff was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge very willingly they made me feel very comfortable and Angie in treatment was especially kind and informative.
