Fantastic experience: This was my son’s 3rd time visiting Brunswick KiDDs and they are absolutely amazing! He’s level 3 ASD, and they’re so patient with him.

Fantastic experience: Another fantastic visit. My son used to be terrified to come to the dentist. The staff here is amazing and makes the kids feel safe. Erica is the BEST.

Fantastic experience: I am 32 years old and I have never been to such an amazing practice. Honestly, I was blown away by the entire staff- From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the dentist herself. My son is nonverbal and is on the spectrum, yet they were so patient, kind, and understanding with him. Our dentist was Dr. Eilish Welsh, she was fantastic. She made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly, she answered all of my questions, and she put my concerns to ease. I cannot recommend this place enough, five stars across the board!

Negative experience: We had originally seen Dr Christi and Dr. Brittany and they were both excellent the first time. This was until we took my son in because his cheek was swollen and gums were red. They told me his tooth needed to be pulled. They did an x-ray but did not see any inflammation but still stuck with the diagnosis that it was an inflamed tooth and needed to be pulled. I had told them before that my son had fallen outside and asked if it was possible that the swelling and redness was due to him falling and they reluctantly agreed that it could be. So I said well is there anything we can do in the meantime to see if it goes away and they finally with me pressuring agreed to give him an antibiotic for a week or two. Low and behold the swelling went away and his tooth did not need to be pulled. If I had listened to their diagnosis my son would have been without a molar for years causing future orthodontal work. So sad to say after that experience we did not return. We drive to Fairlawn to go to Dentistry 4 kids and don't regret it. Also my son had cavities filled here under general anesthesia and the billing dept "doesn't do any insurance work" which means they failed to get the pre-authorization needed and it cost us $1200 out of pocket. How can you be a dentist office and not work with the insurance companies and put that on the patient?? Just awful.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant experience. 2 year old daughter first dental visit and it amazing. Team there made my daughter feel comfortable with warm happy smiles and interactions. I as a parent was thankful for the advice and tools to ensure daughter’s dental health is successful Update: 2nd visit and the experience continues wonderfully!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I cannot get over how wonderful this place is! We just wish we lived closer! We have only been here twice to release two of our kids' lip tie and tongue ties when they were infants, but we would gladly make this dentistry our kids' primary if we did not live an hour and a half away. If your child or infant does have a lip and/or tongue tie, I recommend this place in a heartbeat. Extremely knowledgeable and caring!

Fantastic experience: The office is clean and so fun, and the staff members are incredibly nice. My 1.5 month baby got his tongue tie and lip tie released. Dr Elish did such a good job informing us, walking us through the process, and easing the stress. Absolutely will keep coming here for all dental needs.

Fantastic experience: The absolute most amazing experience! I was so impressed with the entire staff- so kind, extremely knowledgeable and made sure to relay all information so clearly. The entire office visit was extremely efficient. We traveled over an hour to have a tongue and lip tie revised for our youngest child and I'm considering making this office our dentist for our two older kids, despite the drive because our visit was that amazing. Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking to have a tongue/lip revision or just for your general dentist needs.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I was so so satisfied with our first time visit. Everyone was so kind & helpful! They are a wealth of information & respect your wishes. I will be making the 1.5 hour trip as long as my children are needing a pediatric dentist.

Negative experience: We went to BrunswickKIDDS for cleanings for my two daughters and an evaluation to fill a couple cavities for my oldest daughter (7yo). That went well. The day we came back to actually get her cavities filled, she was nervous, she always tends to be a nervous kid by she still gets things done. They said she wasn’t cooperating and then refused to fill her cavities unless we proceed with full sedation option. We now have to look for a different dentist and start all over. My daughter and I were both very disappointed and sad. They made us waste our time, they even applied the local sedation and then refused to complete the procedure. My daughter was nervous but cooperating and ready to get the work done, they kept stoping and making her more nervous and in my opinion they used her nervousness as an opportunity to try to sell to the full sedation option.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved Anna, our dental hygienist! She was so sweet and patient. We have a 2 1/2 year-old. This was her first visit. She has special needs as well. Everyone was so sweet from beginning to end. I am so glad we went there. They are just so patient and so kind the doctor was absolutely wonderful so soft spoken so happy to be there She actually seemed to love her job, which made me more comfortable !

Fantastic experience: My 7yr old daughter had a bad cavity and they weren’t able to cap it and had to pull it instead unexpectedly to me. The staff was AMAZING!! My daughter has a huge fear of doctors and she was completely comfortable and didn’t complain. I was amazed at how easily they got her tooth out (a huge baby one in the back) without her putting up a major fight!! I was so happy I cried actually and hugged the dentist. LOL …. If she would have had that tooth in one more week it most likely would have got infected and caused more problems. I’m very thankful for Brunswick KIDDS

Fantastic experience: From scheduling the appointment (with maybe the nicest person in the world), to the patient coordinator giving us a tour, to the hygienist Colesse that took such gentle care of my anxious children, to Dr. Derek and his playful banter with my son about his Godzilla shirt he was wearing, our entire experience was delightful and easy. If you have children that have had terrible experiences at the general dentist, take them here. You won't regret it! I thought we were going to have to use laughing gas to make it through the appointment for my daughter but with the way they approached things and the fun atmosphere, she made it through just fine without. Also, they got my kids appointments within a couple weeks of calling and another local office couldn't get "new" patients in for over 3 months! So glad I brought them here!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is always wonderful! My daughter brought her olaf stuffed animal and the dental hygienist took the time to brush olafs tooth and let her examine his tooth with the tools before brushing her own teeth. They’re gentle and my daughter loves coming here.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an EXCELLENT visit today for a cleaning! She made the No-Cavities Club for the first time and was so excited! Dr. Derek is one of her favorite people. I HIGHLY recommend this kid friendly dental office. It's usually busy, but fun. All the dentists and techs treat the kids and parents with kindness and respect. There's a very positive atmosphere and they do GREAT work!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Milton is an amazing doctor who is also one of the top instructors at the Academy of Gp Orthodontics (AGpO). He has a true passion for continuing education for himself and serves as a mentor for many dentists and colleagues. He is a very professional and positive person, and appreciated for being available for many to consult with him when questions present about dentistry or orthodontics. He shares his extensive knowledge willingly with the dental community.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to Brunswick KiDDS Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter needed a tooth pulled and they were able to get us an appointment right away. The offices are very welcoming and everyone was delightful from start to finish. My daughter is actually looking forward to her next visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eilish fixed my daughters tongue and lip tie today and did such an amazing job! It was quick and the lactation consultant was with us while our baby was gone which was a helpful distraction for us. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We went to get my son’s lip tie fixed and found out he had a tongue tie as well. None of it was covered by insurance but they only charged me one set amount, which made it affordable. The Dentist was knowledgeable and it was nice to have a lactation specialist there for post-op. The visit was quick. We are seriously considering bringing our other kids here for general dental work.

Fantastic experience: Extremely pleasant experience! You're welcomed in by a child friendly waiting room & everyone you come into contact with is extremely friendly and kind. You are given ample time with the dentist to ask any questions and they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: This place finds it acceptable to allow female parental consent for major medical procedures without first having consulted with the child’s father. In this case my child had standing orders on file from a previous procedure and instead of following through with those orders allowed a change without my consent. Ohio law is clear, both custodial parents must agree to major medical procedures that affect a child in common. Unbelievable. Stop allowing women only to make major decisions affecting children and respect father’s rights.

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely no complaints. My son has always loved coming here! My daughter is 2 1/2 and usually cries her entire visit. They are always so patient and understanding with her. Today when we went in there were no issues, and she loved the whole experience. Everything from the friendly faces walking through the door, the thorough, patient and friendly cleaning, to the toys and balloons on your way out. Everything is perfect. I will never stop recommending them, and I will never take my kids anywhere else.

My son had been seen as a infant for tongue and lip ties at this practice which they remedied immediately. Now working on the Dental portion I couldn't ask for a better team!

Fantastic experience: My kids got to Kidds dental and my son started going next door to the see the orthodontist for braces. I cannot say enough about both offices every time you go the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They always have it so decorative for the kids to help them feel comfortable and not anxious!!! We just had an appointment this week and they have a pumpkin contest going on and they get all the patients involved to vote on their pumpkins! It’s really great place to go to for your dental and orthodontic needs!! The staff is so sweet to kids!!! It’s a place where you know they actually care about you!!! My son loves going there who care say that they loved going to the dentist!!

They are very patient with the kids and make them feel comfortable and relaxed. They have distractions for the kids and try to explain what they are doing to ease any fear.

Brunswick Kidds is a positive experience from the receptionist (Kristy-whom helped calm down this very distraught mom), hygienists, and the dentists. Thank you for restoring my son’s handsome smile!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at this office. I was very nervous about bringing my newborn in for a lip and tongue tie. They explained everything and were very supportive during the whole process! I will definitely be bringing both my children here for their cleanings!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we’ve traveled from Erie PA for the services offered at Brunswick KiDDS for infant oral ties. Both experiences were wonderful. This time they worked us in to be seen at a time that was easiest for us to drive from Erie, everyone was so kind, professional, and provided amazing explanations. From the front desk, team, to the feeding team, to Dr. Eilish herself. They even provided us with some water and snacks, knowing that we had a longer drive. The procedure itself was quick and easy, we felt totally well cared for.

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Eilish after being referred by our lactation consultant for a lip and tongue tie for our daughter. Making the appointment on the phone was a pleasant and informative experience, the atmosphere is comfortable, and everyone is kind, friendly, informative, and compassionate. Dr. Eilish was fabulous and the lactation consultant kept us distracted while our baby was back for the procedure. Overall had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dentist to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter had the laser treatment for each a lip and tongue tie. Brunswick KiDDS have this process down to run as smoothly as possible. This included the lactation consultant meeting with my husband and I to go over exercises post treatment while our daughter was treated; this was not only most efficiently but most valuable, it kept us occupied and our mind off what our daughter would have to go through. I was impressed by the whole experience from the fun lobby that was decorated for the season to knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: They were so nice and talked my three year old through every step of the process. They have an animal theme for every room and prizes and balloons. Such a great first dental experience for our toddler!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Brunswick Kids were amazing! My daughter had a tongue and lip tie and it was so painful to nurse her. They got us in on a day they don’t normally take babies. They explained everything so well and were so kind. I wish they were closer so we could use them as our dentist all the time! Highly recommend

Negative experience: Terrible experience! This office and their staff does everything in their power to not fix children’s teeth without sedation! They will give you every excuse in the world how they don’t want to give your child a “negative experience “ and go straight to sedation! They will flat out refuse to do it under just nitrous if your child as much as squirms a little, then ask them “do you want me to stop”? Of coarse an 5 year old would say yes to That! And then want to charge you thousands out of pocket because insurance doesn’t cover sedation outside of a hospital! They all stick together and back each other up, but my wife and I witnessed this together. We did not fall for that nonsense, unfortunately some friends of ours did and regret it big time! Said their 4 year old needed 8 crowns on all their back teeth… to charge close to 5K out of pocket! Criminal!

They answer all of your questions thoroughly and are so accommodating and kind. And I do such an amazing job with kids of all ages. I can’t recommend them enough. We’ve been going for years and every visit is always so great.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been with this office for nearly 10 years. My children, aged 13, 13, and 12, have never had a cavity. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and features fantastic kid-friendly decor. The staff knows how to keep children relaxed and comfortable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My kids now see Dr. Zack for orthodontics, and my husband and I go to Advanced Dentistry. Each office deserves a 10 out of 5 stars : )

Fantastic experience: I took my son there to determine if he needed correction to a lip tie. The office got him an appointment in 24 hours as he’s turning 1 soon. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and the doctor could not have been kinder or more knowledgeable! Wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: This is our second time at this office! Brittany took care of our son Djs cleaning, pictures, and his first xrays! She made the visit so much fun for him and she was so patient! He was nervous on our way to the appointment and said he can't wait to go back when we left!

Positive experience: I love that my kids are not at all afraid to go to the dentist! We have never had a bad experience here. The only thing I wish is that this office would take more steps toward environmental stewardship. It would set a great example for our kids and be just another way that this group could set themselves apart from other practices.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing team! Took our (almost) 2 year old there for his first visit to the dentist. I was anxious to take him, but they helped me and him feel so comfortable by taking us on a tour and letting him touch each one of the dental tools before the exam. The whole staff is highly trained to work with children and were so patient and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: It was our first visit, my 2 year old had a problem and this team was excellent. Initially when I called, the front desk staff was supportive and professional, scheduling us the next day. I did not expect that type of customer service. The hygienist Shy talked through the process and options and she was so knowledgeable and supportive. Dr Derrick was equally awesome. I felt comforted and happy leaving the office with a plan to best take care of her teeth.

The staff was so amazing, the way they explained to him everything that they were going to do. I would give this place 100 stars if I could, but there’s only 5 to give.

Fantastic experience: My 4yr old had dental work today and had be put to sleep for it. I was a nervous wreck. From the first initial visit and this visit, the staff was friendly, got my daughter in the same day for exam, followed up and made myself and daughter feel safe,welcomed and she is back to normal silly self. I highly recommend this place for kids needing dental work.

Fantastic experience: Staff attention to detail is fantastic - great explanation of what was going to happen, throughout and extra time spent showing how to help post (our homework). Highly recommend to anyone who is concerned their child might have lip/tongue ties.

Positive experience: Very nice, clean, happy atmosphere for children. Gave complimentary examination to my son. Although they were not able to help my son, I appreciate the free x-ray and exam. The nurse who saw us when we first arrived was extremely kind and informative. I would definitely recommend this place as a primary dentist, but if your young child ever needs a tooth pulled or filled, they will most likely refer you to an oral surgeon for sedation . Overall though, it was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I was honestly super nervous to take my daughter to the dentist. It was her first visit, and she just turned 3. Kidds pediatric did an AMAZING job putting my daughter at ease. They were super friendly and gave us some great tips to use at home. My daughter sometimes fights us on brushing her teeth and opening her mouth, but at the appt the dental hygienist explained everything she was doing in “kid talk”, and our daughter cooperated wonderfully- I was in shock! Highly recommend to all parents out there looking for a pediatric dentist in Brunswick!

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly even when encountering the many emotions that can come with patients in the younger ages. They take the stress and “scaries” of dentist visits away!

Fantastic experience: All four of my children are patients here. After a bad experience with a local dental office a few of my kids had anxiety around going to the dentist. Brunswick Kidds was a breath of fresh air. After our first visit here all of my kids are calm, cool, amd comfortable with the dentist. They service is great and they work very hard to be accommodating when you have multiples to help you save time.

Fantastic experience: I don't know how to describe what happened today. It was incredible. The culmination of months and months of practice visits, coaching, kindness and patience on the part of these incredible people led to helping my daughter, who has Autism, finally be able to cope with getting her cavity filled. My daughter was incredibly brave today and I believe much of that was because she knew she was safe today. For a lot of people, things like this are hard. For people on the spectrum they're seemingly impossible. It takes time, patience, love, understanding, compassion, and willingness to let a person use the tools and resources they need to get them through it. They did that for her consistently and repeatedly until they achieved success. My heart is so grateful. Thank you, Doctors Derek, Brittany, and Eilish, and hygienist Jessi.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about the pediatric dentistry and ortho at Brunswick Kidds! My kids have been coming here for (8 & 10) years. When they were little they were actually excited to have a dentist appointment, such a different experience from my childhood. When they hit their teen years they both got braces. Also, a fantastic experience compared to what their friends went through at other places. The orthodontist here care more about getting their bit fixed and teeth aligned then just making them straight, that's a by product of the braces. And the staff... wow!! A-maz-ing!!! So friendly, kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing 6 of my children to this office for over 3 years now since we moved to Ohio. I can't think of a single complaint. Everyone is very helpful and kind and my kids are very comfortable coming here. Just yesterday, I brought my 6 yr. old son for an "extra" check-up on an issue he's having with his teeth and they didn't charge me which is one indication that they care way more about their patients than just making money. The second indication that money is not a priority (and this is one of my favorite things about this office) is the fact that they are not pushy AT ALL when it comes to any treatments or procedures that need to be done and completely leave it up to you to make the final decision. Just a couple weeks ago, my 7 yr. old went for his first cleaning since having had a sedation appointment and he was very nervous but the staff was so nice and caring, he felt completely at ease. We will be using Brunswick KiDDS for many years to come and as the kids reach their later teens, they are moving next door to Dr. Heffernan at Advanced Dentistry. 5 of my older kids are already patients there. Thank you for your amazing care of our kids.

Fantastic experience: They were so patient, kind and understanding with my two year old. Creating a safe and comfortable setting for him was extremely important for us and they did that, if not more. We would recommend to any and everyone ❤️

Fantastic experience: I took my 3year old to his very first actual dentist appointment here and from the moment we walked in the front door the ladies that work here did their best to make us feel welcome. They were gentle with my son as he was very uneasy and uncertain about everything. It was wonderful. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist for their little ones!

Fantastic experience: Brunswick KiDDs is amazing! We’ve been going there for years and each time they are so amazing with our daughter. They ease her nerves, help her work through things and explain everything they’re going to do in such great detail. Everyone has such a great attitude and love towards all the kiddos. Fantastic experience: My child’s first visit to the dentist was not a simple teeth cleaning and balloon - instead it was a tooth extraction from a chipped tooth gone bad. I’m still so impressed how the whole situation was handled and the customer service we received was excellent. The staff is genuinely kind, professional, and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Brunswick Kidds just released my son’s tongue and lip ties and we are incredibly happy with his care. They were able to get us in very quickly, everyone has been incredibly nice and helpful and the actual procedure was so easy. I will be recommending them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Very cute inside, staff was amazing with my 2 year old, clean, pretty painted artwork throughout the place, and they sent my daughter home with a ton of cute gifts! Loved it.

Fantastic experience: Took my 4 week old daughter in for a consult for tongue and lip tie. They were very kind when I originally called and scheduled the appointment. Once we got there they verified my information I submitted electronically. We were called back to the consult room in a timely manner. The doctor came in she asked very thorough questions then did her exam. She explained everything she was looking for and feeling when preforming the exam. My daughter ended up needing both tongue and lip procedure. The doctor took her to the exam with the help of her colleague and she was back within minutes. The lactation consultant they have onsite was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had afterwards. She showed up how to do the exercises/stretches in the consult room which was nice to able to see it done before I had to start doing them. All in all a great experience would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Alicia got me a same day appointment when I was just about to lose my mind. Having a newborn that was unable to feed effectively. Doctor Elish was wonderful in explaining lip and tongue Tie diagnosis as well as treatment options in procedures. I would highly recommend for any children that are need of lip and tongue Tie evaluation and treatment.

Fantastic experience: We just love our dentist and the staff here! I have 2 young boys, one with previous traumatic dental experiences (at 2 other dental facilities) and when we are here we all feel safe and calm. We laugh with and enjoy the staff. We’ve never had a bad experience since coming to them about a year ago. And my son continues to need work done. I appreciate that they discuss everything in great detail for the parents so as a team we can choose what is best for the children. I’ve never felt pushed into doing what they suggest (as I have in the past from other dentists). Working as a team and having them understand and value me is the best feeling, bc let’s face it, kids with dental issues is one of the most stressful things to deal with. I appreciate them! Trips to the dentist for my boys goes smoothly bc of the genuine care and calm atmosphere they provide.

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible team! My daughter had to get a tooth pulled and after that experience she was so afraid of the dentist. The dental hygienist sat down with her and showed her every single tool she was going to use, explained everything and even let my daughter try to use some of them to see they weren’t scary. She took her time and made it her mission for my daughter to feel as ease, safe and in good hands. My daughter didn’t cry once nor complain about anything! Words cannot describe how amazing the team is! Would definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Nothing short of AMAZING!!! My 3 year old was nervous and they did great with her. My oldest has diagnosed anxiety and they had lots of strategies for her as well. She was even able to get her teeth cleaned which I didn't think would happen!!! Lots of positive reinforcement, quieter room available, patient and caring staff. I would give a million stars if I could. Thank you to everyone at this office and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Milton and Dr Brittany are wonderful. They involved us in shared decision making when it came to needing a procedure. Discussed risks vs benefits and was very informative of all our options. I was very satisfied by Dr Brittany’s work on my sons tooth. Looked good as new after he accidentally chipped it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience here! It was my 2 year old daughter's first ever dental appointment, and they made her feel so comfortable that she actually said she had fun and wanted to go back. Everyone was so sweet and the office is beautiful. We could not be happier!

Positive experience: I cannot recommend Brunswick KiDDS enough! We always have such a great experience at our appointments. Everyone that we’ve encountered here is always so kind, helpful, and patient. The office is always very clean and appointments run smooth and quick. I’ve never been to a better medical office! I will continue to recommend this office to everyone I can! ETA for those with children with special needs: they were not able to continue seeing my autistic daughter as she got older. We have since found a great ped dentist that does great with her. However, I would still recommend Kidds for their Pediatric oral tie services and did take my second there for treatment. We will see our new ped dentist from here on out.

Fantastic experience: First review but must say I am so grateful and want to recognize the remarkable team here! We had our first appointment on the books for December cleanings, but my 7 year old was having tooth ache so I gave them a call late Friday afternoon. The dentist was willing to stick around and wait for us to get there after he was off the clock. The entire team including front desk couldn't have been any nicer or more welcoming. The place is so cute and fun my kids loved it! I can go on and on but in sum, they are a blessing and make a child feel comfortable and at ease.

Fantastic experience: They were amazing. I was nervous about the procedure for my baby and they didn’t pressure me and gave me their professional Opinion. They let me come for as many follow ups as I wanted to be sure my baby was healing correctly. Great customer service at the front desk as well. I also never waited very long for them either.
