Cynthia took X rays did a great job as well explaining as she went along. I made my future appt with both ladies. So far pleased with services. The dentist and office is great!

Fantastic experience: I came to Renken dentistry in dire straits. I was having a dental emergency and my own long time dentist was not responding to me. Dr. Conley was amazing. He was so considerate about the pain I was in. He let me know of the various ways to approach my issue and most importantly he helped me get rid of the pain I was in! I could not say more about this practice and specifically about Dr. Conley.

Glad my check up was today!! Update 5-8-25 Invisalign check up, received 3 more sets. All went well. 5-12-25. Checkup and cleaning. Very friendly and professional. Teeth feel nice and clean, all went well. 7-21-25 Invisaliners checkup. All went very well Dr Liea and assistant were both very friendly and professional! Excellent service!! 8-6-25. Negative experience: Very disappointed with our experience. My husband and daughter went to Renken Dentistry for routine exam and X-rays and received massive bills afterwards. We have dental insurance and made sure—months in advance when we scheduled the appointment—that the clinic was in-network. We even verified this again on the day of the appointment and was told everything would be covered hen in fact Renken had recently gone out of network. The dentist was very kind and professional, but the billing experience has been a nightmare. When we talked to the clinic’s billing department, they were unhelpful and dismissive—telling us that they “can never guarantee coverage” and that we were responsible, even though they failed to disclose their network status change. They kept blaming a supposed “quantity limit” on our plan, which wasn’t true. We only figured out the real reason after we called our insurance company: one of the services Renken performed (a 3D model) isn’t covered at all, and since they were no longer in-network, the exam and X-rays were only reimbursed at out-of-network rates. That meant we were left with a huge bill for something that would’ve been fully covered elsewhere. We feel misled and taken advantage of. Renken Dentistry failed to communicate essential insurance information and offered no resolution afterward. We will never go back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. V and Shelly were excellent as usual. All of the staff both front and back are wonderful to work with. Your office and the staff make going to the dentist a positive and fun experience.

I have been very timid about my treatment options but Dr. Tiffany and staff did an amazing job. I am not an easy patient to work with and they have made this an extremely satisfying experience. I couldn’t be happier with this entire experience. EXCELLENT work! 5 stars!!

They are extremely thorough with the dental cleanings and emergency dental care and cavity fillings and crowns they are so very kind and caring and really genuinely care about their patients and they take extremely good care of them!!! I was extremely pleased with my experience with them as an existing patient with them today. I just had two crowns put on recently and then two cavities filled today and they were extremely caring and they were very compassionate and very patient with me as I have a really small mouth to work with. Dr. Renken and his staff are extremely compassionate and kind and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who needs a really good dentist

Negative experience: Stay Away from Renken Dental – Dishonest and Unreliable I’m warning anyone considering Renken Dental: don’t do it. What they promise upfront is not what you’ll end up paying. They gave us an estimate that seemed clear and reasonable, but after the visit, surprise bills started showing up — charges we were never told about or agreed to. It’s completely dishonest. They’re misleading about what insurance covers and what the real costs are. You think you’re squared away when you leave, and then weeks later, a big unexpected invoice arrives. When you ask for an explanation, it’s either vague or doesn’t make any sense at all. This hasn’t just happened to us once. It’s happened more than once, and we know others who have been through the same thing. People we trusted recommended this place before they had similar experiences and realized how shady the place really is. This place operates in a way that feels more like a money grab than a dental office. Avoid Renken Dental at all costs.

Negative experience: I Pre Verified fully in Network both at Insurance and Renken with my excellent Humana insurance coverage. Sent X Rays and all my info and Insurance Card. I noted my insurance only pays for Panoramic X Rays once every 5 years. Over the phone we agreed I would send my 1 year old panoramic X ray, schedule an appointment and reviewing with the scheduler most likely the existing X ray would be adequate but would be reviewed.No call or notification received. I can get most if not all the regular type X Rays paid in full via my Insurance coverage, just not Panoramic and I have recent which I provided. Renken accepted my X Rays with no comments. I Arrived to be told I had to get new X Rays and wow even pay for a basic EXAM which is covered 100 % clearly under my in Network Coverage. They ignored that and said pay $208. I asked what/why? I got the lost look and no answer and said NO to this demand for money. No explanation was made by the lady sitting behind the check in window or offer to get someone to eplain etc. I replied with NO ! This was is blatant act to make me pay for what my insurance and any In Network provided has contractually agreed to. My Co Pay is ZERO clearly in the insurance coverage. They would not even accept the basic exam per my Insurance which is insane? Wow. I wish I could give minus 100 stars. Plus, Even their preregistration is loaded with invasive questions and is not even possible to do completely online which is minor but further describes the nature and attitude of this business. How is it Possible? to get so many good reviews? . It was absolute horrible. What else can I say. Deception, rigged practice. I feel so sorry for anyone who falls for this crap. I bet they send a bill for cancellation. Ha Ha This all occurred when I showed up to the practice ready for my exam and ready for any in line reasonable possibilities, even unforeseen fees? . They canceled my visit at that point once as I said no to the false misrepresented request for money. I will report them to my Insurance Company, BBB and Yelp and whoever else I can think of. I have Never in 72 years of life witnessed anything like this. I even had my coverage printed out but no reason to produce. The answer was pay up, ignore participation being in network or get out in simple words. Bye.

Positive experience: This was a rescheduled appt because they noticed I wasn't feeling well. They accommodated me. March 29 appt, Dr Lira and assistant Eliza are caring, listen, attentive. Young office staff seem to like each other, interaction with Drs. Con: Although office is Very cheerful it is a loud office setting, hearing conversations, laughter of other staff across hallway. Coming in to talk to my Dr while working on me.

Fantastic experience: I cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation. This office is PHENOMENAL!!! I was seen as soon as I got in! I’ve been having having recurrent terrible tooth pain. I saw another office about a month ago and after 10 days of a liquid diet ands being made to feel like I was making up the pain, my tooth was ground down. It was a very temporary bandaid. I came here and was seen immediately and, more importantly, LISTENED TO. I now already have an appointment in two days for a permanent fix for the rally problem which was what I was trying to tell my previous dentist. This experience has been night and day and has shined a light on what have been mostly negative dental visits. I will be back!
