Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience at Bauer. I had a good amount of anxiety due to other health concerns and the entire team made my experience so easy. I suffer from tinnitus which makes the thought of going to the dentist- especially for restorative work- overwhelming. Francine was my dental hygienist for my first visit. She was so incredibly kind and patient and truly made feel so at ease. Veronika was the dental assistant for my fillings and she was also wonderful. Dr. Bauer used the solea laser for my fillings. It was a truly quick and painless process. I highly recommend for anyone with sensitive ears or hearing issues. Like his entire team, Dr. Bauer is kind, attentive, and compassionate. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore.

He looks forward to his surprise toy each visit as well! High recommend this location for the littles as these experiences can be so scary for them but Wheaton location has been the best!

Fantastic experience: Update: my daughter had a cavity filled today and the hygienist was wonderful! Very cheerful and knowledgeable and explained everything that was going to happen in the appointment to ease my daughter’s fears. There were multiple choices for scents for the nitrous oxide, she ended up choosing strawberry. They used numbing gel prior to the Novocain and gave it ample time for it to work. I love this office and its atmosphere! I cannot say enough good things about Bauer & Bauer! I love this place for adult and pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. My husband, 2 kids and I have been coming here for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Both kids currently have braces and the staff are upbeat and gentle during their adjustments. Every single person I have interacted with here has been amazing! They know their stuff, use updated technology, and provide excellent information on treatments. I tell all my friends to come here and you should too!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Bauer Dentistry was amazing! I loved seeing my name on the Welcome Board! All of the staff were friendly, engaging me in conversation. Ali was extremely professional and friendly, explaining every step of the process as well as making sure I was comfortable during the cleaning and checkup. Dr. Bauer was also friendly, providing an honest assessment of my dental condition and the best treatment plan. The environment was relaxing, with calm music in the background and beautiful artwork.

From the games and fish in the waiting area, tvs on the ceiling while doing the exam, friendly and gentle staff, amazing Dr. Mark, to the prize at the end of the visit. All amazing and makes my daughter look forward to every visit! Before her first visit a few years back they sent us a mini book so that we could read it to her and she would know what her visit would be like. They truly think of everything to make it an enjoyable for kids!

I was extremely grateful that Brittany and the dentist found the precancerous lesion on my tongue. They referred me to an oral surgeon who removed the lesion before it became cancerous. They saved me from the painful treatment I would have needed if it wasn’t caught early. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bauer and the whole team at Bauer Dentistry are amazing. Dr. Bauer takes time and care to understand and advise on your dental health. He is also a perfectionist. He fixed my chipped front tooth so well that you can’t even tell which is the chipped one (which was not the case with the previous dentist!) He and is staff are so warm, you feel like part of the family the second you walk in. My kids, even my shy, scared of everything child love going to the dentist all because of the positive experience they’ve had at Bauer. I can confidently say you will not find a better dental practice in Dupage!

Probably helps that all six members of our family go here and now 3/4 of our kids also visit the orthodontics side. The office is very clean, modern, up-to-date with all the latest tech, TVs above all the patient chairs, etc. They are flexible with appointments and payments for certain things. I’ve never had a single issue with anyone or anything here. Quality place for dental/orthodontic work for both adults and children. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Bauer Orthodontics is great! I was visiting family in the area from out of state and had an issue with my braces during my visit. Dr Bauer stayed late and made time for me to come in the same day I had the issue in order to get it resolved. They graciously waived the fee, as well. If you live in the area, I’d recommend you give them a shot! They’re great for out-of-towners with emergencies, too
