Negative experience: They hire dentist that are just getting out of school so you don't ever get the same dentist. The last time we went to visit they started drilling into my daughter's tooth, and suddenly realized "this isnt covered under insurance", and stopped!!!!!! She has tooth pain now, they wouldnt fix it. They told me to go somewhere else. Absolutely horrible experience, I canceled all further appointments there.

Fantastic experience: I got my teeth cleaned. Angelica was efficient and gentle. Best cleaning I’ve had for years. While office was great.

Negative experience: I took my 5 year old daughter here and she ended up seeing Dr. Park, and our experience with him was absolutely horrible. My daughter overheard him discussing whether they were going to give her a numbing shot or possibly put her to sleep. Naturally, this made her nervous and she began asking if it was going to hurt. Lindsay was so nice, and tried to reassure her and told her it wouldn’t hurt that bad, but the doctor then told my child that she would still feel it, in a very rude and dismissive tone. This type of attitude toward a young child who is already anxious is completely unprofessional. Rather than calming her down, the doctor made her more scared, and was not compassionate at all toward her age or fear. I am very thankful that Lindsay was there to support and help my daughter feel safe and comfortable. As for Dr. Park, I would not recommend bringing your children to him at ALL.

Negative experience: Had to edit my review… after being seen (as well as my kids) there were multiple lies about my kids teeth and mine. Dr z (I believe) filled cavities on my teeth and all fillings since then have fallen out- NEVER have I and this issue with any other dentist! Also she filled a “cavity” left a hole I my gum and tooth and it ended up getting infected and she refused to fix the issue she caused. Take them somewhere else. I promise you, save your teeth and anxiety!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen today for two cavity fillings on her bottom molars across from each other. She has always had a lot of anxiety at the dentist let alone getting both sides of her gums numbed with "shots". Not only was her Dr. once again great but his assistant Lindsey kept my daughter calm and comfortable. She was attentive, professional and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Negative experience: I refused to go back to mynt dental ! My son got x rays and they told me that he had to get pulled cuz it will cause an infection ! So I was like okay next appointment we came to get it pulled “ they was struggling for him to get it pulled and I said that’s enough just forget it I did a second opinion on a different dentist they said it was never infected that the tooth shouldn’t never got messed with !

Negative experience: Crap place their policies change a week before my appointment they knew it was coming and didn’t call me until the day before my appointment! I pre paid my copay for that appointment and they never refunded me my money nor did they offer to send me to a place that took my insurance. Careful the dentists are great but the staff is lacking. And yes I changed my review from before.

Fantastic experience: They really give people options for payments as far as fillings and treatment plans. It isn't like most dental offices where they make you take out a loan before diagnosing you. Professional team with great transparency! I highly recommend this dental office!

Fantastic experience: I’ll come back with an update on my filling. I had a filling done last year in July I and the provider who did it, did an amazing job. It’s smooth and still in place. I had a different provider this time and he said my filling would probably fall out. It didn’t make much sense because it was the same kind of chip as my previous one. I took the filling route, I hope it stays like the one that the previous provider did. I put 5 stars because the staff was nice but I’ll come back with an update on the filling itself. So 5 stars for staff, 0 stars on the procedure itself (too soon to tell). Brb!

Negative experience: Absolute circus of a "practice." Found a cavity in my sons xrays, but when we came back for the filling the cavity "disappeared." They removed my sons wisdom teeth and sent him out with nothing. No gauze, no care sheet. Communication is ridiculous. Either they're harassing with their constant texts, calls and emails, or there is no Communication at all.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr Mariana Zaric for a routine checkup and cleaning. Dr. Zaric was very thorough and she took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Zaric to anyone looking for a professional and caring dentist.

Negative experience: The Dr called the COPS on me and my boyfriend because she didn’t like how “vague” our answer was for how our son (8) got a mark on his CHIN. They showed up at my house after the appointment to harass us about it. Where is drawing the line at. I will NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This review is a little late considering I haven't been here in awhile, but. Going from working 60hrs a week to going on disability within a 5 year period of doctors running tests and prescribing a vast assortment of medications to a final diagnosis of cancer, RA and MS !(Cancer free now) Taking all those medications+chemo turned my mouth full of cavity free teeth to a don't do meth advertisement. Embarrassing !!, but worse than that was dental providers thinking they new better than my 6 or 7 doctors I had at the time. After 3 separate providers just trying to make money. I ended up at Mynt dental, where they actually listened to me and my Dr's and did a fantastic job all around. They never tried up selling! They did only what was asked if them and did it well. I have referred several people to them that have said the same thing.

Everyone from the lovely ladies in the front of the office to the amazing assistances and technicians and the Dentists especially Dr.Zaric they are cheerful, friendly and professional and care about their patients and do a great job.

Negative experience: My visit at Mynt was very pleasant. Dr.Ramirez , Ashley and everyone there were very professionals. Everything was explained to me with details. But after they began the procedure and did an extraction and bone graft to place an implant, they called me one day to say that they needed to do a CT scan to see how the bone graft was doing, I went to their office and the CT Scan machine was not working, they told me to go home and they were going to cal me when they fixed the machine. moths went by and when finally, I call to see if they fix the CT scan machine, they told me that they don't have a Dentist to do implants any longer and they left me hanging on the middle of the treatment and wasting the money for it. I talked to the owner on the phone, and he was very rude and unprofessional. Don't ever go to this dental clinic unless you want to lose money for no reason.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience with Dr. Zaric and her assistant Andrea! My daughter is 3 and generally hates people being in her space, they both demonstrated tons of patience with my kid and were able to have a successful visit. This was the first time my child has ever let them actually look I. Her mouth because they sang with her and showed her step by step what they were going to do so she wasn’t afraid.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction to be done and thankfully got called in sooner than my appointment due to cancellations. Both Dr Aggarwal and DA Matt and Andrea were a big help and made everything less stressful. I had a lot of anxiety and past fears with the dentist but they all assured me they were gonna take good care of me and I had nothing to worry about, will definitely be back for future appointments! :)

Fantastic experience: My son gets really anxious with new people specially with people that are working in his mouth. The dentist was really nice . They explain what was going to happen and did it slow and explained step by step. The office was really clean and staff were friendly.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the clinic which went rather well. The dental hygienists were calming and funny at the same time which made the visit all the more relaxing. They did a great job cleaning my teach and I will be using them in the near future for any dental needs.

Negative experience: Had my first appointment 6 months ago. They made an appointment for today. I went today and they said my appointment had been canceled. Why? They said they texted me on August 15th and called me. I checked my text messages; none. Call log ; nothing. They wanted to reschedule. Very unprofessional system.

Fantastic experience: Really great service, check in was so sweet being my first time. Dr.Aggarwal and Dr.Ana were so sweet made me feel really comfortable answered all my questions reassured me that I was in good care. Overall 5/5 stars if I could give a higher rating I really would.

Negative experience: Dentists are great but if you don't answer the 6 confirmation phone calls (not an exaggeration) prior to one appointment even thought you've never missed one they will just cancel and only tell you when you show up for your appointment. Unrealistic expectation and ultimately a waste of time. They expect an out of pocket fee for an appointment they cancel if you want to reschedule.

Positive experience: Scheduled for a cleaning but I'm used to more extensive cleaning so I was expecting more than a polish and plaque pick. Other than that they were gentle and friendly and made me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Came here today for a cleaning after not having one for quite some time and since I was a little early they started with me early. They got me in and out really fast. The staff was all really sweet and friendly. Overall pleasant experience and didn't experience anything unpleasant during the cleaning. Office is really clean and nice! I'm going back to get a small cavity filled and they got me an appointment for that fast too. Very pleased with the service I received today. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I have a great experience every time I have an appointment whether it’s for myself or my kids. They get you in for an appointment so fast, and The wait is never long. Everyone is so friendly, and Kevin was great with my kids today!

Positive experience: Overall this is a good dental office for children. They have a lot of nice things to distract the children , which always helps. The two drawbacks are: 1) In the past two years she has now had three different dentists. It appears they can't keep dentist there for some reason. 2) there confirming appointment procedure is a little bit overwhelming. They not only text you the reminder, but then they want you to call two days in advance. If you call more than 2 days in advance then you have to call again. After you call to confirm your appointment, because they want to know you're actually going to show up, then they call you the day before your appointment asking if you have any questions about your upcoming appointment. It is a little overwhelming to say the least. I understand not wanting to have no shows and trying to eliminate it by a procedure of accountability but this is going a little bit overreach and they should rethink their methods. Other than these two things we would recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I walked into mynt dental depressed and scared of what they may say was wrong with my teeth. Some were black from not going to the dentist properly. I walked out from my very first appointment a new man. I've never been treated so good anywhere ever for any type of appointment. There good people!!!

Dental Assistant Adonis was very knowledgeable about his profession and I can see him going on to be a wonderful asset in the field of Dentistry. He was very polite and easygoing and made me feel very comfortable in the dental chair. Dr. A’s demeanor was also quite remarkable. She possesses an astonishing bedside manner and did an awesome job of explaining things to me and coming up with a treatment plan to suit my needs. Negative experience: First off let me give anyone with autism, seizures, anxiety, ptsd, or any other over sensory prone issues a warning.. This place is overwhelming. Not only do they have music playing above your head, there’s no real privacy and u have Bright lights everywhere that could trigger a migraine plus they have a big tv in your room that they actually didn’t bother turning off when I asked them too… to much noise for my liking & you can hear everyone and everything in the building.. And the staff really didn’t do anything really.. really not impressed. They wanted me to go to another dentist anyway. So don’t bother with these jokers.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Singh was very thorough in explaining my treatment plan and didn't make me feel pressured about making decisions immediately. His assistant was funny and very personable. Overall, I enjoyed my service here and I usually HATE going to the dentist. This office made me not hate it as much. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I really liked mynt dental.. the staff was very friendly. Everyone there listened to my concerns, made sure I understood what was going on and answered every question I had with a breeze! Needed a referral for my daughter and got it the same day with no issues. Staff even made sure me and my daughter was comfortable and explained every procedure that was taking place so we was never left in the dark. The next day I got a phone call to check in with my daughter to make sure everything from the appointment the day before was okay and if I had and other questions or concerns. This will be my go to dentist from here on out! I definitely recommend go here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Straka and DA Adonis were beyond amazing! Today was my first time here after delayed treatment at another provider. They really didn’t have time on their schedule to pull my diseased tooth and I had a wisdom tooth on the same side that needed to be pulled as well. After listening to me complain they decided to squeeze me in to relieve my pain :). I must had I didn’t even feel a pinch when he numbed me up and the teeth were removed in under 15 minutes. Highly recommended ! Lacretia

Fantastic experience: Very nice office, clean and state of art equipment. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The young lady who did my x-rays and pre-exam was also very nice. Doctor Zaric was very thorough and did the major part of the cleaning, no cavities yeah! Been coming here now for 4 years I'm happy with them and the rates have been reasonable. So get your teeth checked and cleaned so you can have a mynt smile.

Negative experience: Scam. Artificially inflated ratings. Make you triple confirm appointments to avoid a hefty cancellation fee. I had two cleanings, both times they walked me out asking me how I'd rate the visit. Awkward question, probably their justification for creating a fake review. Place appears overstaffed. They make you confirm your upcoming appointment via text, phone and email. Before my last visit they sent a text and then immediately left a voicemail, like we couldn't reach you so we're going to cancel. At that visit doctor recommended a deep cleaning, they had to submit for insurance approval. The insurance sent me a denial - but Mynt had the nerve to text me to schedule an appointment, claiming it was approved. That's an expensive cleaning to trick someone into!! I sent a photo of the denial letter and never heard back. Now they keep emailing to schedule a cleaning. I'm sure they get a lot of business from people on Badgercare. I'd rather pay to go somewhere professional. edit: took a screenshot just in case this gets deleted.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Mynt Dental has been positive. Very little wait time, both in the waiting room and in the dental chair. I like the fact a dentist is part of the team during my visit, even when the appointment is for a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with this dentist's clinic. The receptionists are very respectful and kind. I was sad to hear Dr.Faroc left. But I like my Doctor now as well. I had a few stuff done to my teeth at this dentist's clinic they numb you so well to be able to do any procedures. I have never felt as safe getting work done on my teeth as I feel at this dentist's clinic. It worth the travel from Milwaukee to Mount Pleasant. Fantastic experience: Will never go to another dentist. I've been avoiding the dentist for years and they definitely changed my perspective. Everyone is so nice there and checks on you constantly DA Kevin and Dr.Straka are very personable and do a great job reassuring you. The availability is amazing as well. I called to make an appointment for all 5 of my kids and they got them all in in less than 24 hours. The staff was also very patient and caring with the chaos of all the kids. I will recommend Mynt dental to anyone looking for a dentist
