Positive experience: Doctor and hygienist were excellent. Gentle and quick. However I could have done with out the country music and excessive air freshener in the waiting room, which made me have to actually wait outside.

Dr. Scott explained every step in plain language, checked my comfort constantly, and worked with a calm precision that instantly built trust. The procedure was smooth, the anesthesia was spot-on (no surprises), and the new crown already feels like a natural tooth—no weird bite, no rough edges. The assistant team was attentive and on it, and billing laid everything out clearly so there were no last-minute curveballs. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs on time—huge plus. Negative experience: Went in for a periodontal cleaning. Was in and out in less than 15 min. Felt like a regular cleaning. The hygienist had no customer service skills and seemed afraid to discuss my problem. She hid behind the wall. Hope I get a different hygienist next time

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with Hygenist Jade. She did not care to even ask or put radiation apron on me for protection from Xrays. Safety was an inconvenience for Her.

Negative experience: I have been a patient of Colorado Dental Group for many years and today I had the worst experience ever. I have never had a Dental Assistant polish my teeth before ever seeing a hygienist or a dentist. There was never any questions asked about my health history nor was I treated like a person. The hygienist made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and was rude and uncaring. The whole office seemed like they were unhappy and made me feel unwelcome. Will be looking to go somewhere else. Expensive and very poor dental care.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the Group at Colorado Dental I was having trouble with my bridge and my regular Dentist could not get me in til 5 days. Well I was in pain and couldn’t wait. They got me in the next day and Lexy the receptionist took care of me like I had been going there for years. She helped me with all the paperwork. Dr Novembre spent time with me and figured out what I should do. Very caring comfortable friendly place. I recommend it highly!!! Linda Langreder

Negative experience: My wife had an appointment scheduled for 6 months, and 3 days before the scheduled appointment, they texted to "reschedule," and the earliest available date was 3 months away! If you have an appointment, then stick to it. We will be finding another dentist who is reliable.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit I fear the dentist. But today I finally went back after many years and this was the place to do it. Everyone was absolutely amazing. I was late due to weather and they understood and helped me keep my appointment. Dr. Frederick was so kind and reassuring and the staff, beyond nice. I had a new hygienst (new to them) and she could not have been nicer and more helpful. I no longer dread the dentist and will be so happy to return for check ups!! This place was absolutely a dream and I am so grateful I listened to the other reviews!

Positive experience: Cleaning & X-rays went well. Long delay (20 minutes) finding my website application form. Head dentist left office early thus requiring me to return another day for an exam.

Negative experience: These people must be in bed with the insurance companies because I have NEVER had so many issues with dental work before. My front tooth was chipped in childhood and I’ve had composite bonded to it over the years. Since becoming a patient here…the composite consistently chips off at 3 months and has to be redone at all my 6 month visits. An Army dentist did the original composite and it lasted 10 years!!! 2 years ago, I had a crown put on here. I was eating SOUP and it came off in my mouth. Soup. A crown on a molar came off in 2 years while eating soup. I’ve had it with this place. I know the work is under “warranty” right now, but honestly…they’re so horrible, I think I’m going to eat the cost and just start all over at a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have had anything from fillings to Invisilign done, it has always been a great experience. Everybody in the place are always in high spirits and always do great work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Update... It's now Oct 14 2024.. I still say the same thing and even more. The staff is awesome I got invisilign done got half way through te trays teeth look great the procedure is easy and so professional is the Dr that does it. Is assistant is wonderful. Can't say enough about these 2 I can't remember their names but once you go their youl see.

Jeanette is very professional and thorough; very kind and talkative, which I consider to be a critical part of the process, since it takes my mind off what's going on in my mouth! Negative experience: I went to this office a few years ago, moved away and recently moved back to Colorado springs; upon trying to make an appointment the appointment maker was unnecessarily rude and impatient. I tried apologizing for having upset him so much but Ryan was exaperatative and when I asked about same day appointments for those in pain (as advertised on their website) I was told, "That is based on availability, I can't move other patients for you!". I hadn't implied or asked anything of the sort. I mearly asked at 9am Monday morning if there was anything sooner than Friday at 9am because my tooth hurt! Needless to say, I called another dentist who was kinder and got an appointment sooner! First impressions can make or break a private practice!

Negative experience: The office was unable to ship my retainers abroad after 3 months of finishing my treatment. They told me they would send them but didn’t because of the “price” (which doesn’t make sense because I paid a LARGE sum of money for only 4 months of treatment). On top of that, I didn’t get replies to my emails and I’m disappointed by the lack of communication, commitment and empathy. I was able to pick them up myself recently and barely got an apology.

I rarely have to wait long and the costs are very reasonable and communicated upfront. At my latest visit, Justine created a pleasant atmosphere in the work bay, and communicated clearly and congenially. Dr Novembre talked me through my treatment needs and deferred to my preferences. They were finished in a half hour and I was happy with the outcome.

Negative experience: Horrible place wont listen to your needs, will have you do a bunch of different procedures to be able to bill insurance for more. Horrible customer service and suprise billing. Said they wouldn't charge for the x-ray and when I expressed my frustration with the situation they added back on the cost of xray. Be very careful with dealing with this shady company.

Negative experience: For my initial appt, they wouldn't schedule me until five months out. When the day of the appt arrived, they canceled due to hygienist no-show and rescheduled me. On the day of my rescheduled appt, they called to cancel again because of hygienist no-show. If you're looking for a dependable dental office, you might want to consider looking elsewhere.
