Fantastic experience: I never say this about dental work, but seriously the best experience I've ever had!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Care for implants/Oral Surgery. Modern, high-tech office with helpful, cordial, experienced staff. Dr. Nickchevitch explains everything in an easy-to-understand manner and is extremely hamisha (a mensch). I felt that I was in the best hands, so to speak, during the entire experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. I saw my dentist at 11:30 am. She told me my tooth needed to be pulled. ADI got me in at 1:00. A couple of x-rays, some prep and I was done by 2:30 - the perfect time to be at the dentist. get it? Tooth Hurty :) The staff was great. Dr. Nick (Jr.) was awesome. They made me feel comfortable. Gave me some gauze and I was on my way. Great team!

They did right by me through a difficult surgery (wisdom tooth removal), following up repeatedly with me that week, taking my call when I had a concern, and helping with an issue just before the weekend. Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed here with Dr. Nishimura. He's an extremely capable and friendly doctor who walked me through the procedure thoroughly beforehand. I had two impacted teeth and another straight down tooth removed (1 didn't exist). Although I had general numbness for the first 3-4 days, I stopped taking pain medication entirely after the first night. Very little to no pain after the first night. This was an incredible job by Dr. Nishimura and I honestly can't believe I wasn't affected more by the procedure. I'd like to give a big thanks to Dr. Nishimura and the team of assistants who helped in the procedure!

Fantastic experience: While few will say these visits are a pleasant experience, my most recent came close. After several "warnings" about what could be the aftereffects of the surgery, I seemed to experience none of them. Thinking back about five years since my first visit, it was the same results as well. I could not ask for a better result.

I got my implant 10 years ago and recently had issues (due to my own poor dental hygiene practices) and Dr. Nik has treated the issue and followed up so thoroughly FREE OF CHARGE because it’s his implant. Saved me so much stress and money, and they are so lovely there.

Fantastic experience: This was such a wonderful experience!! Dr. Grant Nishimura was fabulous! He spoke to me throughout the procedure to let me know what he was doing and what to expect. He, along with the nurses in the room, were so comforting. Truly, this was better than I ever expected!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sarkisian and the entire ADI staff and team are amazing. They were able to give me an appointment last minute because I had to travel the next day. The doctor saw me right away and was very kind and understanding. She quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it, gave me clear instructions about how to care for the issue following the treatment and sent my prescription to the pharmacy in the area where I live. I did as she said and the infection cleared up. She scheduled follow up visit in the office closest to where I live and though the issue was resolved, said to call any time and right away if it comes back. They did not charge me for either visit or treatment. I first went to ADI over 15 years ago and was so impressed with how I was treated that I have never gone to another oral surgeon. I highly recommend ADI.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nik was the best. Not only was he extremely professional, he made me laugh to make a seemingly stressful procedure not stressful at all. The evening after the procedure he called me to make sure all was still well. The office is first class with the latest equipment to insure the implants are done properly. Even though this office is out of my dental network I wouldn't go any where else.

Fantastic experience: In October of 2024 I needed a Root Canal procedure and had it done from another office. Following that procedure I found it was unsuccessful and experience severe pain through the end of the year. There were complications and I was not getting better. I decided to reach out to Advanced Dental Implants for a second opinion. I met with Dr. Nikchevich and the team at ADI and we discussed my options. I liked the staff, and the proposal they offered me. So far I can honestly say that I'm highly impressed by the quality of care I have received. I highly recommend to anyone, that ADI might just be able to help you as they are now helping me. I'm very happy with the progress they have made, and look forward to the near future when completed that all this will be behind me.

Fantastic experience: This is the most professional “ dental surgical” practice Ive been treated at in 30 years. The staff is over the top in all areas. Even though i was late for my surgical appt due to an accident on the freeway, they promptly took care of all my needs, answered all my pre-surgical questions, never rushed me and made sure i was comfortable during the entire process. Kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, at all times professional. Dr Vick is an amazing surgeon. I was awake during the entire process. He told me everything he was doing and what to expect in real time. I had never had oral surgery without sedation before and was quite nervous, but after a few minutes with his guidance, i was fine. They were gentle with their hands but effective in removing shards of a broken tooth and replacing it with an implant device. The follow up care was with the same professionalism. They made sure i understood what to expect, what to do and when. I received two calls after my surgery, on the day of the procedure. First from the staff, checking on everything and seeing how i was doing, and later in the evening, from Dr. Vick himself. This is a first for me. Usually a follow up from an office but not two, and often from the staff and not the doctor. Truly an amazing practice. Recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted Feb 2025. I was not looking forward to this procedure as I have heard from friends or family that even 1 tooth can be unpleasant experience. I was in and out in about an hour with no problems. All of the office staff was friendly and helpful. The procedure room was staffed with incredible competence and efficiency. Fantastic experience: I don’t have great memories of dental procedures in general, let alone oral surgery, but this entire team is dialed in and does a phenomenal job. On time with appointments, work as a team during procedures, and very pleasant to be around. Very impressive operation, with excellent results. I’m not certain if this is specific to Dr. Nishimura and his team or all of the group, but great experiences for otherwise “miserable” procedures.

Dr. Nishimura and the assistant Gabby were so great and made the whole process quick and comfortable. If I had more wisdom teeth to take out, I would return! But I highly recommend them instead.

No one is eager to undergo oral surgery but in the capable hands of Dr. Nic (who by the way, is perennially cheerful) getting surgery here is remarkably painless and easy. Fantastic experience: I've never been to an Oral surgeon and I was unsure of what to expect. Isabel put me at ease right away. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr Nikchevich was patient, kind and had a great sense of humor! He went over everything that he would do and why, showed me the x-ray of my teeth and pointed out where my problem was. I'm ready for my procedure and have no worries about the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I needed one of my wisdom teeth removed, and I was so lucky to be referred to Dr. Sarkisian! I felt a bit nervous when I arrived, but the entire staff was so warm and friendly that I quickly began to relax. I didn’t want to be sedated, so I opted for numbing instead. Fantastic experience: A crown fell off and I was having having tooth pain on a Thursday night. I was so relieved that Dr. Nishimura was able to perform an extraction and an implant the following day and I can't speak highly enough of the way he made it so much 'easier' than expected.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Nikchevich to remove a bad tooth and prepare the bone for an implant. The medical technicians that assisted were very helpful, supportive and professional. I found Dr Nik to be an excellent professional surgeon and a very compassionate individual. He comforted me by explaining during the procedure what I was experiencing. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Nick Nickchevich for any kind of oral surgery. He is in the process of putting in a tooth implant for me. In the meantime... I came in and made a last minute appointment with him because I was concerned I had a sinus infection which might interfere with the procedure. He treated me with lots of patience and explained in detail what I needed to hear and prescribed something that will help with nerve pain in the meantime of healing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nikchevich is absolutely wonderful and extremely kind and experienced! He is definitely the “go to doctor” for dental implants. You couldn’t ask for anybody more gentle and considerate and competent than he. His whole office, including front office staff and assistants are likewise kind, considerate, and proficient. I just had two implants placed this morning and eveyone made it very easy and adapted to my needs for pillows, eyemasks, etc. I was given warm blankets and made to feel very comfortable. Dr. Nikchevich made the implant procedure very gentle with the numbing, and I didn’t feel a thing and I’m in no pain a few hours after this morning’s implant placement I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and so I highly recommend Dr.Nikchevich if you need Dental implants or his services.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nikavitch Sr. is the kindest Best oral surgeon I’ve ever been to in my life! They are so amazingly good at what they do. I felt great and at ease being in surgery with them. And before and after! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve had six teeth pulled in the last five years by him. I would never trust anybody, but Dr Nickavitch with The bones in and around my mouth!

Fantastic experience: After my dentist referred me to another oral surgeon, I was so displeased that I went for a second opinion at ADI. My situation required not just an oral surgeon but also an MD and they were able to assess my situation, and handle the initial removal of a growth under my tongue and send for biopsy the same day. Their staff was incredibly kind and supportive and my doctor was both knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at Advanced Dental Implants. Dr. Nikchevich did a great job with my tooth extraction and implant. His staff was extremely helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: Brought my 97 year old mother with dementia to get an xray as she could not open her mouth wide enough for her regular dentist to take an xray. The staff that helped her get an xray was fabulous ! She was consulted by two of the doctors for her problem. They were very helpful and caring. A great Team in this office!

Fantastic experience: I have never met anyone who enjoys going to the dentist, and that includes me. However, this office is an exception. Apart from the fact that I went for an extraction, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff are all very pleasant to deal with and I can't even complain about my procedure. It all went well.

Fantastic experience: Most people, understandingly, would not look forward to oral surgery. My experience with Advanced Dental Implants was outstanding. Dr. Nichevich and his entire stuff were pleasant and extremely competent and empathetic. They made what could be a stressful visit, very tolerable and I felt I was treated in an exemplary manner. They use the most up to date technology and are very skilled and I received a great care.

Fantastic experience: From the first minutes to the the last, I was made to feel like a friend, and I felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Mirzaians and his staff were terrific. We shared humor, fun talk, and they made me feel like it was a walk-in-the-park, and it was, for the most part. It was oral surgery after all, but the experience was much better than I was expecting. They are experts in their field, and I’m happy to leave this review. I also much appreciate the follow up phone calls from Priscilla, and from Dr. Mirzaians! I was comforted even for my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews and writing one about a dental visit isn't something I could EVER have envisioned. But my experience at ADI was something that I felt obligated to share. It was, and I can't believe I'm writing this, perfect. Each and every member of the staff was friendly, patient and accommodating. Dr. Nikchevich spent almost fifteen minutes talking with me in order to put me at ease. The procedure itself {an extraction} went flawlessly. I never felt even an ounce of pain during or after the extraction. Five hours after the procedure Dr. Nikchevich's staff called me to make sure I was OK and then at 9:30 PM the doctor called me himself just to make sure I had no issues. I'm writing this the day after and I don't have any swelling or discomfort. Dr. Nikchevich and his staff are just simply phenomenal!!!
