Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked into Dr. Nurani’s office and were greeted by Roxy at the front desk every visit, we felt truly cared for. My mother’s implant procedure was a big hurdle for us, but Dr. Nurani and his INCREDIBLE team handled it with so much patience, skill, and compassion. They made sure every step of the process was explained clearly and that my mom felt comfortable and supported throughout. What could have been a stressful experience was made smooth and reassuring because of the team’s professionalism and genuine kindness. Negative experience: Whoever the front desk receptionist is that answered the phone on 8/21 @ 11:05am is the reason I will not be patronizing this business. Her demeanor over the phone was unwelcoming and rude. It’s a shame that this is my first impression of this place. Please get customer service training for your front desk. It’s desperately needed

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency! Crown fell out! They fit me in the next day and we scheduled the follow up for cleaning and repairing the crown fully. She even saw on the xray a second bad crown. The staff is super friendly and the office is so nice!

They made me feel so comfortable and even the office staff helped watch my baby while I got X-rays and an exam. They made him feel so welcomed! Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for nearly 10 years. They refused to see me for a previously scheduled appointment due to a 312.00 balance. They called and left me a message stating they are also going to charge me a no show fee for an appointment they refused to see me at. I have never had a previous balance before. I told Donna I didn’t have my HSA card. Service was HORRIBLE. I will never come there again.

Fantastic experience: After my dentist of 15 years retired I searched and found through recommendations to use the Center For Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry. This was the best move I have ever made in having to change medical provider. All the staff are friendly, professional and prompt on all services given. My dental hygienist Ms. Krilla has excellent skills and a very gentle touch. Since she has been my go to hygienist, my dental needs are done in less then 45 minutes every 3 months where my previous dentist took 75 minutes minimal. I truly recommend anyone looking for dental care to go here and you will never be sorry. Great job to all. I have been a client here now for over a year and will continue to use them for my dental needs.

Negative experience: Updated: added pieces of broken filler at night of July 5th. I’m so mad right now. I had tooth filling on July 3rd. My procedure was a 2hr block, however, the dentist left me alone in the middle of procedure for “a break”. It was not true. She left me for another patient. Are you really double book? Do you have the habit to leave your patient in the middle of session and run back and forth? It is irresponsible. I didn’t make any scene on that day because I just wanted to have it finish and I needed to be back to work. I didn’t have any sensitive issue or too painful that I need any break in the middle of session. Both of the dentist and assistant left me alone in the middle of session a couple times. You shouldn’t have done that to your patient. It is a dental office, not a nail salon that you can do that. Today is July 4th. I tried to floss my teeth but there was no gap to floss for the tooth that were filled. I just realized she was not only irresponsible but also did a bad job. This dentist should be failed in her class when she didn’t leave any gap for flossing. Now I’m really mad because I have to go under the procedure again to fix this issue. Not only one tooth but all of the filled teeth without any gap for filling. No, I won’t have my appointment with this dentist anymore, and the owner should fix my issue for free. Damn, you just ruin my holiday. New/old patient should be aware of this. It’s a dental office, NOT a nail salon!!!!!!

She does a great job numbing, which I was nervous about having to jump from several different dentists. I had a bad experience elsewhere from not being numb but she is so good at what she does. She also has a super cute dog that she will show you if you ask!

I’ve been to many many dentists and endo’s in the past and they are super conscientious of potential angst or dental news; just a different approach to engaging clients which is nice. Their work has actually been complimented by other dentists, so that’s huge. I drive an hour for a reason! Definitely go there if you can.

Went in for a cleaning and it went well, then worked out her treatment plan. She did get medically sedated for her treatment appointment. My daughter was very hesitant at first, when we were done with the first appointment my daughter was so happy we chose them. This office was so sweet to her. They’ve helped us so much with any questions or concerns we have and Make my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease every step of the way!

Negative experience: these people took advantage of my wife in 2016/2017 and I am still in pain 9 years later, and they still haven’t resolved my concerns, they are so nice to you when they want your money, but when they make a mistake, they don’t wanna fix it and refer you out to specialist for you spend more money knowing that they didn’t tell you that the $8000 implants that I got was not gonna last in my mouth and making up some excuse about bone structure so I went back there after they saw my last review and the staff was very rude one of the girl that worked there took my x-ray and was like oh my God you look like R. Kelly that was very rude, I felt so embarrassed I should’ve got her fired for that but I said you know what let me just tell you guys my experience with that place right now I have two implants that need to come out $8000 a piece and they blaming me for it, all I wanted was nice teeth and a nice smile. The specialist wants to charge me $3000 to remove the mistake they made, and now I have to come up with another couple thousand to replace them I am so much pain, save your money and go somewhere where they actually care about your concerns. This is one my biggest regrets is going to this dentist.

Her bedside manner is incredible. She is patient, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety and extensive work that needs to be done, I have never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair. If you are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and innovative dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Parab. Additionally, dental assistants/techs, the front office staff, and facility are also wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Center for Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry, and I was really impressed! The staff was inviting, making me feel right at home. The office was clean and nicely organized. Dr. Abbas dedicated time to discuss all aspects of my dental health and the different treatment options available. His detailed explanation of the dental treatment plan was both thorough and enlightening.

Positive experience: I have had nothing but good experiences here. The hygienist are always nice, knowledgeable and compassionate. They are very easy to talk to, and I never feel like “just another patient”. I have two main hygienist, and I love them both . All the dentists are always nice too.

Negative experience: I will NOT be back. The front desk people are the rudest people I have ever seen more worried about what's going on amongest each other than you as a patient. Once they get your money it's a wrap & they could care less.

Negative experience: The only thing lovely about my visit was the receptionist! Yes I needed a deep cleaning however, I have bc/bs insurance and I was still quoted well over $300 for a deep cleaning with insurance. I immediately got a second opinion and I was only charged $176 the other dentist explained to me that I had full coverage on dental, not to mention this was my first time using my dental insurance. Now I’m in the process of getting 1 filling and some dentures. This place told me I had to much plaque and they had to make sure my teeth were “salvageable” all a bunch of BS. So was it worth it Center for cosmetic and sedation dentistry! You guys a receiving a horrible review and you lost business for simply being greedy! The moral of this story is please get a second opinion when dealing with this establishment.

Negative experience: Pros: • Dr. Yesha Patel does have a few pleasant and nurturing moments, which makes me wish she was always like that, because I planned on having her as my permanent dentist. • The initial visit was neutral. • Dental Hygienists-Excellent (Rebecca Coleman) • Dental Assistants-Excellent Especially a lady named mow-(possible incorrect spelling), she was outstanding, knowledgeable, kind and had great social skills. -My bridge, crown and filling came out looking great. • Receptionist- Excellent • Billing Team-Excellent Cons: Dr. Yesha Patel • Non-empathetic response to my CPAP and TMJ concerns initially. • The way it was said made the comments even more embarrassing, especially in front of the dental hygienist, “take your shades off”. • Poor communication and abrupt instructions. • Dismissive attitude towards my CPAP and TMJ concerns. • Cold demeanor and lack of proper closure after procedures, Dr. Patel does not say, “goodbye.”. • Bad attitude -Needs customer care training, more consistency with positive attitude. . I came in for one appointment to complete work and was informed that I needed to return to finish. This information should have been communicated to me beforehand. My time is equally valuable. . I came in to get a gingivitis therapy treatment done by Loan (Kaila) Nguyen, who was nice, but to my dismay a noticeable amount of plaque was left on my teeth. I’m unsure if this was to be done in two parts or if the job was not done correctly the first time if so that should have been told to me. Positive experience: Everyone was pretty friendly, but I was told that my insurance would cover all but sedation, but we still were expected to pay $290 out of pocket. Waited almost an hour before cleaning began. After the procedure, someone asked if he took his antibiotic, not before... but teeth look clean.

The dentist that assisted me had no original thought, it was as though I was telling her what needed to be done since Ive had plenty dental work. 4 different people can and looked in my mouth for no reason. Negative experience: Unfortunately I went from a five star review to a one star for this dentistry. The work they do here is great & all the employees are friendly, but when it comes to billing they are terrible. They give you one bill & after everything is done & paid for they send you an additional unexpected balance months later. I was told they are in network with my insurance & months later when they sent the additional balance they told me it was due to my insurance not being in network. Very very very frustrating & unprofessional.

They treated me like they really cared and that is something as a senior citizen, I really appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: I had pain from an extraction from an oral surgeon who claimed I didn’t have an infection. I was able to schedule and appointment at this dental group’s office and guess what? I had an infection and was prescribed the antibiotics I needed to get better. I’m very grateful because I’ve been dealing with this fiasco for close to three weeks.

Fantastic experience: I have a 5 star experience here EVERY SINGLE TIME! My entire family goes here & I got my braces & veneers done here several years ago with Dr. Kallu. He is amazing! I get my cleanings done regularly with Madeline who is awesome as well. I can only come here!! Best dentistry office in Atlanta by a landslide!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Nurani for the past few years. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing but I know I’m in good hands because Dr. Nurani is definitely the man with the master plan! He is so thorough, informative, very down to earth and has great bedside manners. Every person I met in the office, was very courteous and friendly. Especially Mercedas! Not only is she friendly, compassionate, supportive, and very professional. She is extremely personable which makes her absolutely AMAZING! She also goes the extra mile to make sure that I feel at ease and comfortable during my visits. Bottom line…no matter what I’m being seen for, they really take the time necessary to do everything right. Highly recommend
