Fantastic experience: I personally have never liked the dentist from a lot of bad experiences as a kid, and am still very nervous to go, but Omni Dental is truly one of the best. I have avoided going to the dentist for years, and I am so glad I finally took the leap and came here. Dr. Anthony and Courtney make sure I was comfortable throughout my fillings and they worked quickly. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to anyone who is looking! Thank you for making my dental experience better than the rest :)

Fantastic experience: I was in a unique situation with recent hip surgery and an oncoming abscessed molar. The staff was quick to return my call and listen to the situation. They immediately set an appointment for that day and asked me for contact information on all the medical personnel involved to get a clear understanding of my situation and what had to be done. Once in the office, the staff was on top of everything with X-rays and other assessment tools to get a clear understanding of the issue. They also made time in their very busy schedule to ensure all necessary work was completed that day. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful, and I could not have asked for better care or results. Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable. From the receptionists to the dentists, everyone here is so welcoming and caring. My back tooth cracked and broke. They got me in next day! I had to have a crown put on. I was so nervous but they were so kind and gentle. I was surprised at how simple and painless it was! Highly recommend Omni Dental! I will be going to them from now on!

They use the 4 on 4 procedure. It’s actually pretty amazing. I had 3D printed teeth for a few months while the implants healed and the bone did whatever it does. Got my permanent teeth last week and couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: I visited Omni recently for some long overdue dental work. Everything about my appointment was A1. Procedures and options were clearly explained. After less than pleasant experiences with dentists as a teenager, I am not usually comfortable discussing dental work, but in this case I am proceding with confidence. In a few months I may have to practice smiling again!

Positive experience: Great office, staff, and doctor. Though I needed a root canal and they referred me to a different doctor/office but their website says they do root canal’s…..so I am confused and disappointed and hurting because my tooth hurts.

Positive experience: I was fortunate to have Hannah for my visit. I had a deep cleaning done and was nervous about what was going to take place. Hannah made me feel very relaxed, explained everything in detail, short and sweet and in no time I was done. I could not believe that I had an appt at 9:00 am and at 9:00 am I was in the chair and at 9:20 am we were on our way home. I really like Omni Dental Service.

I was not able to get an appointment at my regular dentist office so I called Omni Dental because the website said that they take emergencies and walk ins. I was scheduled that afternoon. It came out beautiful! They worked with a combination of natural stone, wood and glass accents. You don't feel like you are at a dentist office, more like a 5 star resort as you enter. Fabulous job! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't know everyone's name, but Sarah is amazing and always takes great care of me. Hanna, a wonderful dental hygienist and always does my cleaning. She is very competent and a real joy to talk to. We always have interesting things to talk about and a few laughs. She makes my visit a joy to be there. And finally, I saw Dr. Jeff Bono. Great dentist and fun to meet with. Omni Dental is a very upbeat environment and up to date with the latest technology. I highly recommend this practice. Also, I had a good check up. Here is my story. I hadn't been to a dentist in several years and I was looking for a new practice in Peters township. I looked at every single website, read every review and found that I liked Omini Dental the best. I liked the idea of it being a group practice and with some of the latest technology. Before committing, I wanted to check it out for myself. I made an appointment with Dr. Justin Hanlon to talk about his practice and any of my concerns. Sara the operations manager, made the arrangements. She is really terrific ! I had a great meeting with Dr. Hanlon and felt a very good vibe about the office. Just a very upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Next I scheduled a cleaning with Hanna. She was awesome and did a fantastic job. My teeth never looked better. It was determined that I needed a couple of crowns. Dr Jeff Bono did some amazing work along with Denise and Amber, dental assistants. They explained everything that was going on and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. We all got to know each other very well, had a few laughs and I couldn't be happier with the results. Plus I got to know the wonderful staff at Omni Dental. My wife also goes there now too. Looking forward to my next cleaning in March ! Just had my next cleaning with Hanna. She is awesome !

However, this time I have decided to rate my initial impression; just keep in mind, it is a qualified review. I called to make an appt because it had been a year since my last exam and I was also having a concern. I was pleased that they could accomodate me so quickly and offered a next day appt. I opted to accept an appointment a few days after that. My experience with the initial appt was a great one and I am happy with my choice to seek care at Omni Dental. I chose this practice based on my impressions from their website of providing a modern and comfortable environment, as well as my comfort level with my perceived competencies of the providers. I saw Dr. Bono. He has a pleasant and professional chairside manner, and made me feel completely at ease with my choice to place my dental needs in his hands.

Fantastic experience: So this was my first visit with Omni. I was with my former dentist for almost 20 years and he was great but the past 7 or 8 years have been very disappointing. I was more stressed than ever going there even though he advertises the opposite. I would love to go into details but there is not enough room. My hygienist Marina at Omni was fantastic! Super sweet and understood my needs. She was as gentle as she could be with someone who has sensitive teeth and gums. I met with one of the doctors and he was very nice and explained all their services and made future recommendations for me. The administrative staff was soooo efficient with all the paperwork and insurance information that I was almost in shock because I never saw that organization with my prior dentist. I hope this is a long, lasting relationship. I felt so relieved after going there that I was spreading the word. Thanks for making me feel welcome for having to go to dentist!

Fantastic experience: I called near closing time in extreme pain. I promptly received a compassionate call back and was scheduled the next morning for a consult. I had two extractions and bone grafts the following morning. There was no wait time in the office and every employee was kind, professional, and really took time to explain things and make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Just want to give a quick shout out to Dr. Jeffrey Bono. He did my implant today on #20 and from beginning to end, I didn’t feel a single thing. He constantly checked in on me during the whole procedure and told me what was going on. I was a little bit nervous going into it because I talk to patients about getting implants but didn’t know what to expect for myself being in the chair. I didn’t feel one single injection, no discomfort or pinch, not even the pressure I was supposed to feel. He absolutely crushed it. I feel so confident in explaining and reassuring patients about the procedure now. I appreciate him and Mara for going above and beyond today. It really means a lot.

Fantastic experience: The 3 C's of Dentistry. Caring, compassionate and competent. (Does Kind start with a C?) They worked with me to get my dental work finished up within my time frame. One of the reasons that I went to Omni Dental was because my prior Dentist didn't know what he was doing and botched my Root Canal. Omni Dental referred me out to a competent and professional Root Canal Specialist and then Omni Dental finished up the remaining procedures. I strongly admire a Dental Office that refers you out when they can't do a procedure instead of just plowing ahead and hoping for the best. I can't say enough good things about Omni Dental.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service at Omni Dental. I waited over 6 months for my appointment, and they didn’t even do the dental cleaning I initially came in for. Instead, they did a filling, which left my teeth incredibly sensitive. On top of that, their services are very expensive. While waiting and receiving treatment, my insurance expired, which caused additional financial strain. Such treatment of patients is completely unacceptable. I expected professional care and quality service but experienced the opposite. I do not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: One of the best and most professional dental services! My 85-year-old father was in a dental emergency situation. He was treated very well. The nurses and the team of doctors/dentists were extremely patient. They treated him very well.

Fantastic experience: I was recently a patient under Dr Destefano,s care. He had performed a root canal and cap on me 2 years prior and I was impressed by his professionalism then. My regular dentist had told me that a tooth had to be pulled. After a very through examination Dr Destefano told me he thought the tooth could be saved. I was elated. Omni dental is a very nice facility with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.I can't say enough good things about them

Fantastic experience: I was in the process of scheduling 2 extractions with an oral & maxillofacial surgeon and one of the to be extracted teeth suffered some breakage. With the extractions now almost 4 weeks away, I called Omni Dental and explained that I had some pain, and they fit me in the next morning. It turned out that the tooth was infected and was prescribed an antibiotic to hold me over within days of the scheduled extractions. Thanks, Omni, for the special care.

Fantastic experience: I came in thinking I had a cavity but Dr. Tony determined it was left over cement that had oozed out from putting in a crown ( by a different dentist who had moved out of the area). Since I had no major issues, I only saw the dentist for a few minutes. He did recommend a procedure to take care of a bothersome situation. Out of pocket costs were fine.

From the dentists, to the hygienist, to all the administrative staff are excellent. Whoever is responsible for operations and hiring really knows what they are doing. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The office is so organized-I came in as a new patient and they had everything ready from my online forms-most offices make you fill everything out twice! The hygienists were so quick but also did a thorough and gentle job. They had two of my kids done in a half hour, school forms filled out, and our next appointments made-all in that time. Can’t say enough for how nice that is as a busy working mom! The staff was all great, from doctor to receptionist and office itself is beautiful and clean. So glad I switched! Thanks Omni!
